right um this guy Steve Felton he's been since 1991 he's been searching for Loess monster and he's finally come to the conclusion it's not real all I'll stop you there the sentence it says first is left his girlfriend and sold all of his possessions to search for The Lochness Monster and now believe that somebody whose job it is to find loch nest monsters has a girlfriend to begin with I mean most of the women that I've dated want to know what you do for a living you know when they're weighing it up right right and uh if I said I hunt the less monster I'm not sure they'd believe me if you said it maybe they would I appreciate that so he thinks it's just a catfish like a big catfish and there's a picture of him with the

with the catfish and that thing is huge it is do they have those in Loch Ness yeah because that's the thing I mean about like 6 months ago or something we we discussed one of these kind of cryptozoologists who decided that it wasn't a monster in Loch Ness it was in fact an everyday elephant and even that scenario raised more questions than it answered yeah right well this one is because they know that they were introduced into the lock right mhm so that's a fact so they're in there they're in there and the picture in here is actually of a catfish in the lock this oh it is when were they introduced um what I've got here they are very long LIF and it's entirely possible they're introduced by the victorians to the lock and this would

explain M main sightings of nessi really started in 1930s right okay so about the same about the right time so people in Scotland are just just stupid and yeah so what you're saying is that some Scott wandered down to the lake one day saw a fish in the lake he had never seen before and what f is that that's a monster i' bit CW the newspapers and he sounded exactly like either of us yeah yeah that's my best Scottish accent that's that's exactly what I'm saying do catfish have Scottish accents um well probably not the first generation yeah because they'd have their original accents so but which would be what where the

Chinese man who wanted to impress fumu and he was like oh look he looking like you oh yeah that's plausible H um I don't know I have to read all of this and it looks boring all right fine so so it's a giant catfish uh it's not a monster I mean no when catfish stick their heads and long slender necks above the water though that's my question yeah because I've seen that documentary about the Loch Ness Monster uh the the one that Disney made and um I think it was Disney uh and it doesn't look like a fish in that looks more like Pete's Dragon yeah how do you own a dragon oh I guess uh is that just an old

Georgia's kids were at Wembley Arena at a Michael Jackson concert we were taken backstage and we met Michael huh there was Michael and Lisa Marie George introduced me as Jer and I was like that's kind of weird I mean it's not that weird seeing as he plays Jer but I'll let that go M was like oh okay and I thought what's going on after Michael had driven off we all got back to the after party I'm having a drink with George and I said why did you introduce me as jger and he said well Michael wanted to do the part but he wanted to do it in Prosthetics and makeup like Thriller and I wanted to do it in CGI so um that was a thing wow so Michael Jackson wanted to play the character better than what George wanted yeah yeah oh my God you're right

yeah yeah he wanted to do it Star Wars old school stuff I I bet what Michael Jackson actually said was no George uh you're making a mistake I think all the monsters need to be practical effect uh including my character otherwise I'm not doing it I'm not going to do it if you're going to turn this into a CGI shitfest and George was like well I'll get this guy over here he was like if I want to turn this into a CGI shitfest I'll turn it into a [ __ ] CGI shitfest and he did and he [ __ ] did in your face Michael Jackson this just seems like a really strange story to me like yes AED best Natalie pman and George's kings are all going to no that just that doesn't sit right with well it like George was there as well as well

well yeah that's the thing it doesn't mention George until they get backstage so if you're actually taking this literally he was at a concert with George's kids and George was backstage the whole time with Michael Jackson that's a bit weird of itself yeah although to be fair if George Lucas said to me will you do you want to take my kids to a Michael Jackson concert I'll be like no and he and he and then he said he said well Natalie's going I'll be like oh yeah I'll go yeah yeah but I love it it's like I've got this whole cast of uh people for this new huge film that I'm doing I'm going to take um new Starlet Natalie Portman and who do I reckon is the second most important person in this

cast got you and mcau got uh Liam no no who's going to be the big star HED best well he probably did think ja was going to be a big hit yeah he did and and I think ammed must look in the mirror every day and just thank God that his face isn't in that movie yeah has he actually done anything else that's bad to say or any other movie kill himself what does he do now I think he just goes around doing um conventions yeah a lot of them do that although to be fair I'd probably do that yeah there's not a lot you can do when you I mean I'd probably go and see this guy talk if he came to Supernova you know yeah he's probably got some cool stories yeah i' I'd want to hear what he said I'm so

sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry yeah no but this thing he probably drys the character yes well he did staring the Robot Chicken Star Wars special he's in this film called some guy who kills people which I've actually seen which is a very strange um horror comedy about a a guy who works in a burger joint and ends up murdering a bunch of people it's not very good but he's in that apparently okay I have seen that was along actually done a lot Boswick Barry BOS oh yeah Barry Boswick yeah not a lot of what he's done isn't J J Binks though looking at this uh at this list here right yeah that's true you know even people a lot of J Binks in

Robot Chicken a lot of J Binks in the Clone Wars I assume Jar Binks in the one episode of Law and Order he was in some some joggers find the body of Jar Binks we can assume yeah yeah well come to Australia come to Supernova and we'll go see you cuz he's listening yeah or come to the Singapore Supernova and I'll see you there yeah y we're not traveling to see you singing overa I sh it's called yeah it should be if it's not I told you I told you about my faux par didn't I what's that um I think I told you this maybe not on which which one then which one I haven't had a lot recently but I I did have I did have a particularly bad one where I was um I was auditioning for a commercial and um this woman came in and uh she was she

again well do we want to stay on Star Wars news for a bitar news Star [Music] News Lucas Phil may not have liked those photos that we discussed last week but not everybody dislikes them no in fact uh from what I hear MK haml likes them a lot yeah in fact he tweeted this got excited when I saw Amy Schumer GQ Magazine pics and I thought she was just casting episode 8 we should be so lucky so yeah no problem at all and he also has an Australian

accent yeah he does I wonder if he thought um in he misread episode 8 as age eight or yeah I'll be in Star Wars age8 well I think this takes out that it was fair use as a parody If like Mark Hill thinks it's real oh that's a good point I wonder if you could if you could use that CAU the star of the film thought this was real well we discussed this right because I I thought when I saw it I mean clearly they look exactly like them the costumes are are I as far as I can tell proper licensed costumes like and she is filating what looks like a real lightsaber I assumed somehow Disney had approved this and I was baffled as to how that could happen

because I never thought that they would so I think I mean if they wanted to they probably did do have a case here because I don't think it's it is that clear that that they're not involved yeah but I mean we we talked about it but I mean yeah if if Mark Hamill himself who you know the star of the [ __ ] film the new one I assume he's one of the Stars anyway didn't know that this was fake what's a problem yeah yeah I think he just wants an end with Amy Schumer maybe is that is that where he set the bar Mark HL these days I know he's not an aist necessarily but I mean if I was Mark Hamill and I was going to try to Shag a celebrity I wouldn't I wouldn't

be going after Amy Schumer why would he why would you go for celebrities I bu i b my time because the film comes out at the end of the year so if he can just make it through you know with a bit of bit of personal Lube until the end of the year then who knows what's going to be coming his way once once he's back in the Limelight he could go to any convention and leave there with any nerd he wanted including you including me y because you know he's now the age that Alec Guinness was when he played Ben Kenobi is he he is is he really and I assume that Alec Guinness got a lot of poon following that movie you know I mean I'm assuming he was just helping himself to the script girls you know yeah y he was he was ashamed of his work

on those films he was so I don't I don't know if that's that's quite quite true probably [Laughter] right all right um I've got something here that annoys me all right go on um chop it off the the link in here I put I couldn't be bothered writing the title it's thea.com oh I've seen this it's [ __ ] realistic body types yeah I got annoyed by I wondered what your stance on this was this website b.com they've come out they've basically gone women in video games they're not really depicting women in real life and they've taken all these old characters and sort of made them into real women and I I will admit that women they don't really get to wear a lot yeah mhm but the characters that they've basically

taken they've taken like Lara craft and all these fighting characters and just made them bigger not muscle as in like a little bit chubbier yeah they're Fighters they are going to be fit yeah look I'm sorry whoever runs this website and I mean clearly this this is for people with with issues related to weight and and and eating disorders and things like that but women do look like those characters sometimes sometimes they do like in the circles I move in more often than not they do like yeah like you I could F you can have it be upset with what they wear yeah yeah cuz this is this is all completely appalling I would agree with that yeah in particular I I mean Cortana I look at Cortana on the left and I'm I'm like that's not even there's nothing unusual about that

like that's normal the one on the right is I mean they've made her a bit bigger which again that's also fine but neither of them is is what I would call you know like if no and I don't I don't think that left hand Cortana looks Bic no no it's like she's quite voluptuous yeah yeah and actually the the Grand Theft Auto five girl as well I'd say the girl on the left looks fine the girl on the right looks fine as well they both look fine I just yeah I think they're making a weird Point here I mean especially if you go down to Jade from Mortal Combat I mean we're talking about a [ __ ] like martial artist yeah you know what I mean like if you are an athlete at that level you probably would be pretty lean yeah yes and well the same thing this same argument can made for the men in the

same video games exactly yeah absolutely they're all buff and fit well we're not like make a character around me I can run maybe 10 m met and then I need a 20 minute rest yeah also on the the Grand Theft Auto 5 girl her um belly button appears to be sideways in the photo on the right so I'm not sure that's realistic yeah I just I just love this thing about how if you want to like like respect women's bodies you you just got to make them all fat because like I know there are some fat women out there but I don't think they're all fat right no this is what they've done they' made them all fatter but the point of this and I guess the most the more important thing to bear in mind is too

that yes there are fat women out there but that's not who these characters are these characters are they are attractive version like if if they're going to put a person in a video game to be an attractive person and they're going to base it on Attractive people and the the the Bas line for that these days is the person on the left it's got nothing to do with with you know like no exactly that's what people find attractive plus they've made them all bigger but you can be unhealthy and skinny just as easily as you can be unhealthy and fat just saying that women should all be fatter because thin women are unhealthy is kind of offensive if you think about it but in all of them they should all be wearing more why well I'm sorry if I'm going into

battle like rku in Final Fantasy 102 I want to be wearing a little bit more right but again it's that's not what this is is it it's like it's not designed it's it's not supposed to be practical it's supposed to be a little bit titilating isn't it well I don't know I mean um in the documentary Tekken five um y you know that's uh that's a perfectly acceptable outfit down little tassles on the wrists with the way it's going with um a lot more female Gamers and it should be making it a little bit better and I think they're doing the right thing with like the new Tomb Raider games yeah some smart cargo pants yeah like wearing sensible clothes but in that she is still fit and she's a fit person she's a Tomb Raider yeah she

wouldn't be doing that job if she was the the the lower Croft on the right wouldn't survive a day of lower C CT on the left side the upper body strength required to hoist Lara up those Cliff faces you climb using only a pickaxe yeah is just not going to be attainable without a certain level of Fitness you to do a lot of push-ups in order to pull those enormous breasts up a mountain so I think what this SL would have been better doing is if they mixed up the characters that they created maybe had someone who was just maybe bit more muscle like bigger in that way well I'm going to go ahead and assume that whoever did this has this exact body type on the right hand side here because all of these women are now clones of one

another I think this is just a publicity stunt in fact they were more varied body types originally because some of these are really seny some of them are really voluptuous some of them are really skinny and on I don't think any of these are what I would consider to be like excessively skinny or or fake definitely not like I don't think oh well I mean Ru Ru is very skinny but she's also like an Asian girl who and they're all really skinny so I don't understand what the problem is and all really skinny sorry okay that that's their whole argument with this well a lot of them are let's be honest a lot of them are no but no they're just coming out it the wrong way I agree I think it's just a publicity stunt well got got us talking about it

community Yeah by saying that they have made fun of transgender people uh and women and I just I don't know like I don't really I think they should be sort of thanking the guys who have been in drag for so long cuz they're probably the ones I just think have maybe transitioned a little bit easier for people to get used to oh how do I say this without being offensive just saying don't worry about yeah don't worry about it drag queens have been around for a very long time and they've been accepted for a very long time right and I think this has been the stepping stone for where we are today with a lot of people accepting even more with more and more that's coming out the these days yeah I agree I don't think that's offensive at all yeah

no so how are you now Banning that to say that's offensive I think I can understand why somebody would see the similarities between blackface and drag you know that both of them are mimicking by somebody who's not something and using say the most extreme stereotype to do that but I think the motives behind blackface are oppressive by nature and the motives behind uh drag are more self-expressive I mean I don't know anyone who goes in blackace and says I'm doing this because I feel like a black man inside and I just want my outward appearance to mirror my inward appearance like yeah right I mean I've never heard a drag queen put on a dress and say I'm putting this on cuz all women are [ __ ] and I want everyone to know that right

stop right there explain to the listeners what G is Galo is when we all play Halo but we change our armor to Pink and change our little tag di to us to Gay and then try and get everyone in the match to do the same thing and we call it Gayo MH and at first it's very very difficult to get people to participate yes um cuz they're all little you know homophobic children uh but then after a while as you kind of gain momentum let me guess enough people do it that if you don't you're the idiot that's right and so once once everybody's doing it and then you you join the game and you're the only person who's not it's easy to get everybody to do it so this is a fun little game I I'll I'll let you I don't want to Kanye this but I'll let you finish in a sec I

just I just want to say have you guys seen that YouTube video the first follower no it's amazing I watched it yesterday so it's just this guy's filmed on his on his camera at a an outdoor Festival right and everyone's just sitting on the grass and listening to the to the band and there's this one [ __ ] with dancing by himself like he looks like he's off his face and he's just dancing he's a terrible dancer and everyone's looking at him like you're an idiot like and he's just dancing he's doing it for ages and ages and ages eventually some other dude runs in starts dancing next to him and that first Dude Looks at him like yeah [ __ ] we're dancing and they just dance then that dude calls his friends over and they run in and they start doing the

crazy dance of this guy's doing right so this guy's been filmed for minutes and minutes on end dancing by himself then one guy comes over and dances with him within 30 seconds it's hundreds of people because and like that guy on his own and the whole point of the video the first follower is that the first person to follow a trend is more important than the person who started it right because you can start it and you can do it forever on your own but you need one person to follow you to turn your Trend into a movement yeah and it's really impressive it's like they often say on the internet the first comment on anything determines how that is going to go like if you if you post something and then the first person on there's like [ __ ] off [ __ ] then that's it yeah um

misspelling of tongue as town I always think back to him and laugh how did how was it spelled t o u n g e right okay yeah extra U that's great that's how I came up with the title of my new segment which has nothing to do with that story at all do you remember um that guy who was complaining for being removed from uh the Microsoft yes because his name was one word anal with your child yes and they kept they kept putting a different number at the end and they were like they kept disputing them and they were like stop it they were like sir any incar any variant on anal with

your child will be removed from the marketplace hilarious so that yes so I have a new segment and it's called anal with your [Laughter] [Music] child [Music] s life for a bit there did you like that oh is that I I was going to say I didn't notice the harmony the first time so I really I do like it and I think you should Loop that back in all right cool um so this segment has nothing to do with that story or anything else we've discussed so far this segment is uh is basically I'm going to give you you uh well-known phrase or saying and I would like you to try and come up with where you think

that came from oh good one okay okay and so and I've got I've got a little book here that um that tells the story behind everyday some everyday phrases and um uh I mean I don't know how true this is it might be might be untrue but I'm going to have to I'm going to have to refer back to the book as you know the gospel because that's my source Okay so i' i' like to begin with the phrase from the horse's mouth mhm as in uh you heard it straight from the horse's mouth correct that kind of thing yeah so from the horse's mouth where do you think that phrase originates any ideas Luke no um the only thing that I can think of right m is that you determine a horse's age

by its teeth right oh yeah uh which is why the the phrase to look a gift horse in the mouth means if somebody gives you a horse don't don't go well how old is this horse you know it's a gift just [ __ ] take it yeah right but I don't know if that applies to the I heard it straight from the horse's mouth mhm unless horses are really gossipy back in the it does it does oh you're correct on that one so back back when buying and selling horses was common um it was important to know how old it was uh as you would need to know the mileage in a car or or that kind of thing so um what they used to do rather than take the owner's word for how old the horse was they would rather hear it from the horse's mouth yeah yep mhm and look in look at the teeth and determine

uh the age and sorry go and as you mentioned the phrase don't look a gift horse in the mouth comes from the same thing if someone gives you a horse as a gift you don't walk up and check the teeth yeah like if somebody goes to give you a car and you go a don't know mileage yeah how many k it got on it yeah you just say thank you for my free car exactly but what that means is that people are saying I saw it from the horse's mouth for what would probably be centuries up until somebody one day said I heard it straight from the horse's mouth right and everyone went well he didn't really hear it and he goes no but doesn't it sound better when I say it like that well I think it's because other than the person telling you the horse tells you in a way figuratively speaking yeah

exactly exactly all right well that was that was an easy one nice the uh the next one I'll only do two today because I don't want to I don't want to burn through them too quickly mm mhm but the next one for today is pay through the nose oh unless it's a cocaine reference I'm not entirely sure no it's not a cocaine reference where does the phrase pay through the nose you familiar with the phrase l d i I most certainly am yep okay any idea where it came from Egypt Egypt yep yep the Pharaoh because he have to get all those pyramids built he'd actually pay for it with his brain and they'd actually take the brain out through his nose right and so that's yeah so cuz they were pretty expensive to build those pyramids like you got to get all those slaves and a lot of Labor

that is the most abstract thing I think that's ever been said on this podcast it is it's very creative and I'm going to give you points for that because is very creative so good it's not not correct oh I'm sorry uh although like I said the book could be wrong the book could be wrong so um the what the book says is and and actually does does specify that this is what they believe because this one in particular there's no more convincing explanation than this until now well so um the origin of this phrase refer refers to the nose tax that was said to have been imposed by the Vikings on the Irish the nose tax basically meant if they refused to pay them then they would

slit their nose kind of like in uh in Chinatown uhhuh yeah yeah yeah yeah kind of slit the side of your nose out in nostril okay so uh pay through the nose uh is believed to have stemmed from that but I also once again I love it that that became a phrase because somebody came up to someone who was holding a gushing wound on their face and took the time to make a pun yeah you know you pay some did you have to pay that guy let's just say I pay through the nose mate yeah did you pay some Vikings with with that blood hey everyone look at Charlie he's just paid through the nose yeah Jeff that's really not funny I'm in an awful lot of pain right now I think he's unconscious so yeah so yeah that's that's believed

to be the origin of that and that is my new segment right on the tip of Mom's toou can you um can you play that jingle back with your first harmy looped in and then do a third Harmony over it hang [Music] on right on the tip of's right on the tip on the tip of Mom's to right on the tip of Mom oh I got a bit carried away there that's all right so that I I became the guy who um doesn't sing but just wraps in the middle part right on the tip of the town it's on the toou yeah exactly your mom's

with oh that's a jingle we've not heard oh no I think that could use an update all right um I don't have anything right now but I'll I'll prepare it in time for the podcast going up and the new [ __ ] watch jingle goes like this we represent the lollipop field the lollipop M watch oh I get it the wizard of O connection yeah nice one clever Matt clever see now now I got to figure out how to work that in all right I'll figure it out yeah we did we did so uh she found you a new TV show D yeah yeah which I've had not been able to check out yet but uh but definitely will cuz uh that looks right up my tiny little Little Alley what was it called it's tiny

little cuz of the cuz they're midgets yeah you got that right you guys you guys got that yeah yeah yeah yeah what was the show called oh oh you know what maybe I'll just edit the name of it in later yeah yeah yeah oh wait put it in just before I say this yeah that's it and I'm definitely going to watch that good I'm glad we finally sorted that out yeah I can't wait to watch that show yeah I saw the first like five minutes of it uh you're G to like it it's terrible he was so good he turned it off after five minutes no no but Luke does that if he's watched a show and he knows that it's so good it's hit its peak in the first five minutes then he'll just T out for the rest of it that's definitely happened

before um I watched a movie this week and I don't want to talk about it too much so I might just briefly touch on it now I know Luke seen it have you seen Jurassic World Dan yet I haven't and I'm beginning to think that I sh okay I mean just watch the first one again yeah oh I do L Luke you you said that you thought it was all right is that right it's a good Summer movie but I didn't enjoy it no um I didn't really either this there's a lot of stuff that I liked in it but overall I didn't think it was very good I thought it was just a bit of of a mess as far as the story goes and there seemed to be a lot of stuff in there that didn't really need to be there so it made me think

maybe they spent so long bashing this about and different versions of it or whatever that it's I don't know it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense and it's I'll be honest I've not heard anyone give it a good review no I haven't either and no offense but other than idiots who can't tell the difference right see my main problem with it just from a I mean it is what it is it's movie about a dinosaur park and but the problem is it's not but the problem is it's not because it's it's been built up as finally we get a a sequel to Jurassic Park worthy of that name mhm mhm and I really don't in that there was no Park in the lost world right or well there was in three but we won't talk about three um and I just my main problem with it was I think it

tried to to make two many little homages to the first one uh and and they were just kind of unnecessary like and also it also tried to tie in this stupid military plot that was unnecessary as well they were jamming that in it just didn't fit the plot of this film should have been sorry okay this is not really spoilers you may have figured this out from the trailer you probably have right so it's not not super spoilers but the plot of the film is oh should this is what it should have been yeah they open Jurassic Park or Jurassic world everybody comes it's fun for a while but then get people get a bit bored cuz they've seen the dinosaurs already even though that's a [ __ ] ridiculous premise yep because they're dinosaurs and you don't get sick of dinosaurs CU

dinosaurs are awesome any only on one Island so it's not like yeah you're on one Island so not everyone's going to get to go there everybody's sick of Disneyland you know like just like how that's yeah right so everyone's getting bored so they decide to genetically engineer uh a superior dinosaur mhm and uh things go crazy and it escapes and and gets loose in the park right that's what the plot should have been but instead there was that but there was also this kind of forced in subplot SL part of the primary plot about the military wanting the dinosaurs to use his weapons and and it was just really really poor like just I don't know didn't make a lot of sense to me like it was [ __ ] stupid the guy's plan was [ __ ] ridiculous and not only that he

was like look at all those people dying these dinosaurs are going to be great for killing enemies so it isn't it isn't just that the park is finally open but dinosaurs get out when there's a whole bunch of people there so the stakes are lot higher than the first movie it's it's one particular D that's what it should have been that's what it they could have even just had a T-Rex got out yeah but I did like the Raptors the Raptors I think we're good and I like where they're going with did they put feathers on them so that they can no they didn't but they addressed that actually in in in one of the scenes because um he says at one point later on I don't like again I don't know if it's spoilers it's not really spoilers um we're going to spoil it for you no

matter what yeah all right fine spoilers so uh later on when they're discussing the genetic makeup of the new dinosaur the indominous Rex as it's called um the guy the owner of the Park's getting mad at the guy and saying you know like you can't just come in here and and and modify the Gen of the dinosaurs willy-nilly and bl kind of stuff and he's like that's what you brought me here to do we we Chang their appearance to make them look like what people wanted like a lot of the dinosaurs don't even look like what they really look like and he he mentions that oh how convened you know what yeah you know what they should have actually been creating instead of this big dinosaur pet once yeah yeah miniature

once yeah a there is a scene where children are riding baby triceratops and it's and it's adorable well that does that does sound there is a petting zoo at Jurassic world that was the that was possibly the best scene in the movie cuz I was like [ __ ] off that's awesome yeah how are people getting bored with that I know it doesn't make any and also people are getting bored the place was [ __ ] packed wall to wall people cheering and enjoying the dinosaurs like it just I don't know doesn't make a the place has been open for what five years the movie doesn't make a whole lot of sense and no that's what it's a good Summer movie but it's yeah for the if you're looking for something that that reaches the level of the first Jurassic Park it just doesn't

no but of course it doesn't I know I know I know and sorry my other Big M my other huge complaint with it is that this there's so much computer generated [ __ ] it's just there too much of it and it looks stupid it doesn't even look real lot of the time like it's not only is there a lot of it a lot of it is really bad like even the opening shot of the film is a bird that just looks really fake to me like birds exist could have just filmed the [ __ ] bird yeah yeah you know what my biggest problem with CGI overall because it's not so much creating things that don't look real it's creating camera moves that you could never ever do I don't understand I mean Peter Jackson's the worst for this but now kind of zck Schneider and they they all do this which is like the

camera's just flying around in a way it's like well you've just really taken me out of the moment now because now I'm just thinking about how there could never have been a camera there where I haven't about the camera the whole time when it actually was a camera yeah you want to know what annoys me about it the fact that we overuse it too much no one actually has to try to make stuff anymore yeah did you guys watch the uh Force awakens ComicCon behind the scenes video yes I did yes yes it was this a refreshing amount of real stuff in that video yep yeah yeah I'm actually really excited and I think that was the whole point of putting that video out is to say to everyone don't worry we've got sets and we've got got puppets yeah and it's really just a bit of a middle

finger to George isn't it it kind of is cuz George was pushing it like we're going to try this and I understand what George was trying to do he was trying to move to the next level yeah it didn't work and he kept trying to go down that path where he should have stopped but because you know why though because that worked for him the first time like definitely when he made Star Wars everyone told him told him no no you're doing it wrong and he and he was like no I'm right but and then he he he did the same thing this time and he and no one told him no and he [ __ ] up yeah no I like it JJ he's he's trying to do as much much as he he can yeah he's going to be real and that's all I ask yeah yeah thanks JJ yeah thanks JJ if you're listening but look we do have

Hollywood people listening like we know this because uh Hollywood repeatedly steal ideas off of this podcast including our casting suggest questions for things I know what the hell and this week is no exception so shout out to our secret Hollywood studio executive who listens um who listened to us uh specifically Luke's request to make a last star fighter remake Luke y happy birthday thank you it's a little early or late can we say it's Christmas it's early Christmas in July yeah Christ July there we go might be August by the time this airs but a yeah so what they're really making it yeah um but they're actually going to do it as a TV series oh this could be very interesting you know what I just realized now that

when we think of a t TV series we go oh so they can really get into the plot and and really flesh out the characters and stuff whereas 15 years ago you'd hear they're doing it as a TV series and you'd think oh what every week he has to go to a different planet yeah yeah well I like it now television shows if they if this is going to be 12 episodes they'll make it 12 episodes they don't try and stretch it out to 26 anymore TV has kind of become the The Classy yeah thing to do now like all the with HBO and all that kind of stuff like whereas movies are like these big Blockbuster kind of popcorn things now where TV is where it gets TV is where it gets serious that's right who' have thought M are you still are you up to dat with Game of Thrones no no I haven't watched the season at

all uh yeah see I was late to it cuz I wanted it to all come out but um I wondered cuz we hadn't mentioned it whether you were even watching it at all no I got I don't know I just I just don't really care at the moment and I don't I mean I don't want it spoiled even though some stuff already has but that was unavoidable I just I don't know I've been watching uh we watched new girl so they there you go listeners I like I'm more interested in that than Game of Thrones at the moment and uh I'm I want to try and watch the rest of Penny Dreadful before I watch Game of Thrones cuz I was enjoying that well I I watched Game of Thrones uh and then I was kind of a little bit depressed because there was no more to watch uh so I've had the whole place to myself this

weekend and I decided to go back to the start and okay I've watched the first today the the first three episodes of Game of Thrones and let me tell you it is an immen L different experience watching it knowing what happens and who everyone is and therefore being able to follow the plot oh I see like when I first was watching this I was [ __ ] lost like I did not fully and they don't really help you out either like as you go along there's little Clues but you don't really ever know who everyone is until you kind of get your head around it whereas when you already know and you can just watch the story there's so many plot points and and things that are still happening now in season 5 that

were not only in the first series but in the first episode the SC being laid like yeah I'm really enjoying going back cool I maybe I should watch it all again I have on um Blu-ray I have the first oo two or three seasons on Blu-ray and I mean I do like it it's just I think it's been so long since I watched the end of last season and I've just kind of I don't even think about it really at the moment yeah cuz I I wanted to wait and then everyone's just stopped talking about it now because everyone's talking about H I don't know I think isn't isn't um spoiling something else for us True Detectives on at the moment is the new season of that I'm two episodes behind that no I haven't watched the first season yet so Matt you will the first

season I know I know I know saying many yeah and character that is Dave right he just is okay here's a list of things that I'll probably watch before I watch Game of Thrones there's True Detective uh The Killing oh yeah watch The Killing [ __ ] yeah I know Penny Dreadful uh uh I started to watch a bit of Salem when I was uh there because we went to Salem uh and it was all right so I I would like to watch more of it um witches witches no I'm guess no no I thought talking about Salem yes yeah well if it's as terrible as season 3 of American Horror Story was then no thank you I didn't even finish season two of that so that's n oh and face off we've been watching face off which is the special effects

makeup show oh should I watch that yeah yeah man it's great that sounds good yeah they get uh it's like it's a reality show really it should be face on though shouldn't it yeah they don't take faces off they put faces on true well I mean they take them off you know later on off camera okay so yeah but the interesting thing is about it going on that's right is the point of the show taking off your makeup at the end of a shoot yeah that would be a boring show although I'm sure they' create some drama somehow but yeah Face Off is great they uh get a bunch of people on contestants uh and it's a competition to do special effects makeup and you get a theme every week and uh you've got usually 3 days sometimes it varies a little bit to put together usually a

character sometimes two characters if they're feeling feel like causing them some stress and some of the stuff is amazing and some of it is not but it's all very interesting and yeah it's very cool it's really really interesting I will watch that yeah you should you should and go we watched it from season one and we've been watching it like you can go back yeah like it's because it's just a reality show so speak of reality shows did you ever go back and watch Scream Queens oh no I didn't like do that yeah I'd like to do that too bardas James gun is the host of the first season oh really yeah and also it's just great yeah yeah it sounds like it's right up my alley right up there that's been an hour do we do we want to leave it there

hold on we're going to end on this all right okay now while we've all been talking about that I am now I pre-ordered Fallout just now just now now do I need you to play the segment on last week's show where we all bagged out pre-ordering well I'm not pre-ordering Fallout 4 ah I'm pre-ordering the Fallout Anthology right so you're pre-ordering four games you've no doubt already got maybe I should cancel it I feel bad now but it comes with a fat boy yeah it comes a big fat Min nuke see I hate this [ __ ] I know I don't I don't want I like my games to [ __ ] match each other next to each other I don't want to list stuff in my house anymore no I'm just actually selling all this stuff now yeah

and I own them all what are you doing buddy I own I own Fallout 3 and New Vegas on PC and on my Xbox 360 I own enough copies of this [ __ ] I own like the forite games like three times over oh you know what I do too because I've got the versions of them in a box somewhere and I also own them on good old games so one and two I'm the same because I owned them back in the day no longer have it and have bought them on Gog yeah so they they owe me they owe me I owe them nothing yeah I owe them nothing they've got enough money out of me but yeah I'm going to cancel it the box is pretty cool um it's PC only isn't it yeah yeah I don't have a PC anymore you know why it's PC only so because Fallout one and two never came out onc yeah that makes sense

yeah how the [ __ ] would got Fallout tactics yeah yeah I think I have your copy of that Luke still uh no I think I got it back oh well then I resend that no I won't I'll be good yeah I don't let me talk you out of it no no I if it was the pit boy it' be a different story yeah yeah I really want to pit boy you just got to watch out Luke that you don't end up with [Music] when when people look back on our entire Anthology they they're going to pinpoint a certain phase in Matt's career that was his impressionist you know do you remember that's that for the listeners who don't know [ __ ] the buers remorse jingle that was the jingle for

buyers remorse which maybe we could update that one as well we than the dwarf watch and I'm not talking Aid watch I'm talking dwarf watch I had been out one night and I came home I had a fair few drinks and I was like [ __ ] I have to do a jingle for Myers remorse for this week and then at some point Dan wandered in this is when Dan still liveed here and I was crying with laughter and I was like Dan I've done it I've created the perfect jingle and this is [Laughter] [Music] it and I can't even remember what the separate components of that even are I think it's just Dave yelling I've

got buas remorse is that all it is Jesus I think so I think so yeah what what did have what what Buy's remorse did Dave have when when we had to create that jingle we weren't talking about his mini disc player were we we might it might have been that yeah the mini disc player or um or was it it was that and then it was Luke's [ __ ] Nokia Taco phone oh yes you hold sideways up to your face yeah the engage wow yeah they actually end up getting a game for awesome well money well spent then that's all for this week thank you for listening and we hope you enjoyed the show if you enjoyed it then please
