we just continue on or I guess we do I mean okay I guess we just work out what are the stories m put into the spreadsheet and just gray those out for now well that'll probably be all of them want it well you'd think so I do have a question for you go on I've been playing a lot of Guitar Hero live I think it is okay and they've got this whole thing where you go on and you play live and the way it works is you just play film clips all right yeah so every hour they've got like a rock hour or a pop hour and know started thinking do people still watch film clips I look I had this discussion recently actually I'm not sure they do at least not not in a block on television okay like there's YouTube channels dedicated to music video but I

I don't think anyone puts on video smash hits every Saturday morning like we used to when we were teenagers or rage on a Friday night well wasn't really because we put it on because we wanted to watch it it's because there was nothing else there yeah correct now we' got choice but yeah just yeah I've never thought I need to see this film clip but I've heard a new song yeah that's so true I'm the same I've just totally ignored it but the thing is when I was young I used to sit and watch video clips like I'd watch songs that I hated by artists I hated just on the off chance I'd hear one that I did like I remember being in front of the television with the VCR ready to record songs I liked man we lived in a different world swear if we tell kids what we went through today

they're not going to believe us they be like what do you mean you can't just choose what you want to watch yeah it's crazy we're old but yeah I I just had ask yeah we are I was watching a show today and they had the M leag character and it as a flashback to when she was younger yeah talking about how she's she learning to be a writer and all this she had a flat screen monitor yeah right okay that's uh yeah wow damn but it could be worse oh yeah and speaking of TV shows that are also flashbacks did you know that there's a new series of Voltron starting on Netflix this year on Netflix yes no made for Netflix cuz the listeners of this podcast are going to know how much I love Voltron right of course you know

and watching that series as a child is is tied in to my greatest sports achievement which we've discussed before and it's just great memories from my childhood Voltron and also giant robot Lions is just [ __ ] cool I was about to ask I know we've probably discussed before were you cars or lions uh look I watched both because I would literally watch anything with a giant robot in it yeah and as a kid I used to try to figure out why there were two and why they were both called Voltron yeah it's a lot of stuff that happened where you just didn't quite understand why it was different yeah you just went with it you still had to watch it all oh yeah and what I loved about the one with the cars for feet was it it had a sword right so it wasn't just a

giant robot that could [ __ ] do [ __ ] and shoot missiles it it literally you know like it had swordsmanship and that's just cool but when's that coming out it's coming out soon man I don't know I probably should have looked it up before I mentioned it no I'm just I'm excited about this now I know June 10th June wow yeah I might be tuning in for this then yeah man this is going to be good I mean I hope it's going to be good because voltron's just cool yeah and either the images that I'm finding online are from the old show not the new show and nothing's been leaked or they've just made it look exactly like the 80s and that would be cool too you know I don't need to see this in CGI I'd actually prefer it not in CGI me too good old cell animation cheap cell

animation from Japan too well you could maybe spend a little bit more money on it yeah yeah yeah it doesn't need to be CGI but yeah it doesn't need to be back 80s style somewhere in the middle yeah oh it's actually going to be the Lions yeah yep yep [ __ ] yeah so what something I'm psyched about with which finally finally finally might be happening yeah you know how we we've had the conversation about what you should have got a PlayStation or an Xbox yeah yeah yeah may not need to worry about that soon really maybe go on have you played rocket League heard of Rocket League I have it I've seen it on Steam yeah well it's just come out in the Xbox and it's a huge game yeah Microsoft have gone look if the developers want to go and make it crossplatform with PC and other

things we don't care wow so go look we're not going to pay for it but if you want to pay for it go for it okay L have also come out and gone well we've been doing crossplatform for years we've been doing since PlayStation 2 yeah and they have also come and say we're open to discussions interesting fingers crossed it might mean that it's a year or two years time it could be you could be playing someone on my Xbox I be playing someone on PlayStation wow cuz we couldn't even what was that we tried to play oh that was not even that we couldn't even play worms against each other because I'm on a Mac yeah and you are on a PC Yeah well yeah that that so you know I I feel the pain I feel the pain mind

you we help we all have Xboxes yeah and we still don't play yeah yeah but we don't I mean we we all went for Xbox because we always feel it's better if we all have the same y it's easier to talk about is playing together if we're all on the same system yeah yeah and there are a couple of exclusives that uh PlayStation 4 have that I would like to play but generally speaking everything I want to play comes out on the Xbox here the thing like it's the same games I want they come out on both there are a couple that I would have liked out on the PlayStation like the Uncharted series and things like that but I I'm a big fan of Halo so that's why I always sort of drift back to Xbox but yeah absolutely speaking of Xbox I have been

playing Primal like it's going out of style really oh man I I Adore this game I actually got back into playing it today every opportunity I get I'm back in and it's all about the setting like like I don't play the the Far Cry games it's not like I specifically like that style of gameplay necessarily it's just that I love playing as a caveman it's just so cool and the fact that there's such a survival component to the game the fact that like I had to I had to kill and Skin three mammoths because I got a chick back in the town who needed M skins to fix a roof you know what I mean like you know this is stuff we can all relate to my problem is I keep setting myself on fire yes it's so difficult not to set yourself on fire I really don't

understand why they made that so easy to do like I understand like it spreads and it's wonderful but the second you start cutting that fire you're right next to it you just yeah it's bad yeah you go up every time I always hate those missions where it's going and burn down this this Village yeah cuz you know you're going to burn it is satisfying burning [ __ ] though it's really satisfying it's satisfying burning people like sometimes for no real reason before I fire an arrow at somebody I'll I'll ignite it because not only will they get stuck with an arrow but they also shriek with the pain of being burned yeah you're not playing the whole stealth side of it then um well not always here's the thing I I start off every Mission playing it in stealth because that's just how I

play most games to be honest um but like if I've got a comp if I've got a wolf or a sabber tooth next to me they'll just [ __ ] run in and and everyone will figure out that I'm there pretty quick or if you m time a spear or an arrow and someone notices then you're like okay all bets are off just [ __ ] fire randomly into the clearing you really love firing randomly yeah it's my thing we need to get that out of your play style you can't call me on it it's my thing you you wait till our Star Wars role play I'm going to I'm going to do exactly the same thing so get get the D12 ready cuz I'm going to be firing randomly into every clearing oh that scares me that cuz it's actually true you are going to do that yeah I am I am so get ready for it

there's one thing I wish proml had mhm and that was better relationships I wish that I had speech options and things like that because it would be nice not only having to you know rescue Villages and build the village and expand your tribe and all that but it would be good if I could like pick certain people who I wanted to become closer to become friends with some lovers with others you just want to sleep with some the girls don't you I do yeah yeah yeah they're walking around they're half naked these cave women taunting me and I can't touch them I can't touch any of them but I am enjoying riding my saber-tooth tiger you can ride him yeah eventually you can I need to learn how to ride him cuz I just got my

so that gives you any indication of the kind of [ __ ] that this [ __ ] bot is coming out with oh God and how long did it take us to corrupt her 24 hours awesome 24 hours so this is the thing and this is probably the problem the fundamental problem with AI right that can learn from humans is that in 24 hours this this went from completely neutral to uh wanted a robot [ __ ] [ __ ] um and also saying things like this bush did 9/11 and Hitler would have done a better job than that monkey we've got now so uh you know or this this great one I [ __ ] hate feminists they should all die and burn in hell so is she just learning from people tweeting at her or she just off on her

know sites that the Singapore government doesn't know and to know sites that people don't know they're normally sites that are nice sites yeah yeah yeah you've got to go to the real underground stuff so what does seem like VR is going to stick around then yep so I mean I guess this is shot with 360° cameras yes that's an thing that I think porn hub started give out to some of their actresses filmmakers okay yeah y so I guess Honestly though VR porn I guess if it's a video game of porn in VR and you've got hands and stuff to manipulate I can understand maybe the appeal of that right but this is just to view right yes and and VR would basically mean if you want you can look away from

the woman yes you know which seems to defeat the purpose you could just turn around and look the other way and just hear stuff happening behind you you could look out the window while she's giving you a virtual [ __ ] or maybe it's all about your own like maybe they film it in such a way that anytime you look down you see a massive [ __ ] oh that' have to be that just so you feel really good about yourself when you're watching porn but I don't know I don't have a VR headset so I can't even no no honestly I don't even watch 3D uh 3D 360 videos like that are on YouTube and stuff like I can't be [ __ ] playing around with that [ __ ] no no I'm a I'm a traditionalist but point a camera at what you want me to see and that's what

I'll look at you know I did watch uh I went to Sundance uh early in the year and I snuck into a Sundance event that I wasn't meant to be in because I was just desperate to go to it it was three stories of VR right three floors okay and um they had the coolest like custom bespoke VR experiences that apparently you had to book days in advance to get on the list cuz I went in and it was not a lot of people there I was like great I'm going to get to try all of these and the woman was like if I book you in now I'll put you on the list for Tuesday and I'm like are you [ __ ] serious it's Saturday so I didn't get to go on anything I basically just got to watch other people's experiences and what they would

have is um monitors that showed what they were looking at so you could see the real world and you could see what they were seeing too and they had ones where they had to interact with real objects there was this guy in this room with all these colorful cubes around um that in his VI headset were um bubbling potions in in this kind of alchemist's lab and he had to mix certain potions to make certain magic happen and stuff okay and uh but really had to pick it up in the real world then there was one that two people were in um interacting with each other which I thought was pretty cool too and they to find keys and unlock doors and cuz here's the thing I've not been impressed by the Oculus Rift games that I've played conventions

and stuff at the moment there seems to be a lot of horror on so it's all jump scares and stuff which that's right I don't enjoy no neither do I so I think the right game comes along fine and if not I'm happy to try this out for experiences you know customized little experiences but you know like I'm not I'm not crying out to have you know Far Cry Primal in VR yet no I don't really give a [ __ ] I'm having an immersive enough experience as it is and especially the price that you'd have to pay to get a v headset it's just especially in Australia it's just not worth it you're looking at probably over $2,000 for the computer to run it and then it's like $600 $700 to get the VR headset as well [ __ ] me yeah for something that I can't I haven't tried

it yet really like I've done a few experiences and things but I I want to sit with it on my head and play a game for a few hours yeah exactly right and without some guy trying to move you on so some kid in the line can have a no I need to sit down really just play it am I going to get sick playing a game yes exactly cuz a lot of money to spend to find out to after the first day that you can't use it do we know anyone who's got a dev kit um no H I kept thinking about getting one cuz they like 300 bucks and then I've gone no they're going to come out they're going to be about the same price so I'll wait yeah thinking coming at about the same price I can get a full version yeah and no I was wrong they went sorry a little bit more expensive than we initially said yeah we got any

Hulk yes like this guy is in like I don't understand I I know obese people right you know I interact with some fat people day to day but I don't think I've ever seen a human being the size in real life and I don't understand how you can get this big no I I that's thing I don't understand how someone can get that big yeah because if I got half this big I'd be like I've got a real [ __ ] problem well the thing is I don't understand how someone can afford to do it either I know because well they go to a unique place but um well yeah but look like the matter food that he would have to consume to keep that white would have to be a lot wouldn't it yeah yeah and not only that but like like sumo wrestlers

for example that try to put on weight because you've got to be above a certain weight range like they have real trouble you know maintaining that it's certain diets you need to maintain you know especially when you're exercising to to to continue to put on weight like I mean this guy just must literally just sit in a bean bag all day eating lad like I just don't understand how else he can get this be oh I'm just reading heat but he called the police so I go on I was just reading he not only did they kick me out while I was still hungry but they looked at me like I was disgusting I love that well you you are a little bit I'm sorry was still hungry he was eating non-stop for 7 hours you can't claim you were still hungry even if you're going look I can still fit it

in I'm trying to get my money's worth come on you're not still hungry no or he could be still hungry there are other people have that disease that they don't know when they're full okay it's called eyes are bigger than your tummy disease as my mom would have called it it's unacceptable he says and I demand compensation specifically he demands $2 million compensation yeah I don't know how he came to that figure yeah because he's uh he's already come out and said look uh they've they've approached him with gifts he turned them down then the the franchise itself has come out and tried to uh pay him off for an undisclosed amount to which he just said no hanging out from a 2 m but honestly I mean how are you going to argue in court that you're put out to the value of $2

million yeah it's sort of like you came in you're here for 7 hours and there probably has to be a disclaimer on there about how much she can actually actually eat yeah there would be there'd be some small little thing like an average of six plates or something per person maybe they should change it to all you should eat rather than all canes have you seen the picture of this guy right is it just me or does he look like he's crying now I'm sure he's just sweating and his cheeks are probably just a little noise he could actually be crying this picture looks like he's genuinely sad about having to leave look maybe it's less about the food and more about the fact that he felt victimized yeah you know that's probably what it is you know maybe he felt they were calling him fatty

boomsticks um he really goes to R so I try to get as much as I can for the money when I do yeah but you you you ate you were there for 7 hours you got your money's worth yeah I would say so it's it's hard it's hard to argue that you didn't get your money's worth when he probably paid 30 bucks mhm and he ate solidly for 7 hours and up to 70 lb of food what what is that in kilos is it a Google tell me pounds kilos 31 kilg 31 K that's that's significant that's a lot yeah that's like over a third of me yeah although when you say it like that it doesn't sound huge does it 30 kilos think about your last meal yeah yeah how much do you think your last meal would have weighed God I don't know how do you weigh a meal how

year Supply you know okay yep a year yeah let's give him a Year's worth so let's give him $8 a day normally normally with a year supply of things it's not a daily thing it's a weekly thing they'll give true give a full day of a week so we'll say what's that 13313 and it was 12 so we'll say I $40 $40 speed right for a day there spending the whole day yeah yeah yeah sure I mean that's if you've paid three times too so let's let's assume that from now on they're a bit scared and they let him just do the $8 a day right okay so we going to do 13 * 52 so that's $676 that's that's 52 weeks you need to times it by 365 oh yes sorry yeah then that's assuming he gets it on the

weekends too but even so that only comes up to just under three grand so now we're looking at about 28 grand just under 5 grand okay Jesus my math is bad but still it's less than 30 grand still is oh no no we're over we're over 30 grand now in total we're we're we're just over 30 grand okay okay well there's your there's your [ __ ] number yep so that's what you can sue for you can sue for 30 grand and then we'll add on legal fees and that's probably where we get to the 2 million yeah it depends what kind of lawyer he's going for I mean maybe he'd need a humanitarian you know human rights lawyer for this kind of job you know someone who's working pro bono ah yes and if he wins the case then you know the loser always pays the court

fees right um is that how it works I don't think so all the time no I don't think so it is in America okay maybe you got to I think that's why they can very easily people are very quick to sue over there because it's each other it's for you to go to defend yourself still End St costing you money so that's why a lot of people settle yeah and I reckon if he does actually take them to court if he sees this through they'll probably counter Su for some kind of deformation or something like that and you know say that he's being absolutely unreasonable and now their names been dragged through the papers through through the papers what year is this through the internet that's not all we have in the news of bizarre court cases this episode wonder what the the um theme song yeah I know
