some cool stuff in it but they they're way too uh preoccupied with making it seem just like the game so like you know at one point she picks up that that metal pickaxe and you're like oh here we go you know like yeah yeah yeah they always do that they've got like remember the um the Doom movie had to have like a first person segment yeah yeah like Doom was the first first person shooter yeah or like that's the only thing about Doom that people care about like so you've got to have it in there it was close to being the first okay fine it was certainly an early one yeah but it wasn't the only one what was the first one do you think well Wolfenstein was before that that's Wolfenstein isn't it yeah and then I think rise of the Triad rise of the

Triad they should make rise of the Triad the movie now they're rebooting all of these things I I'll go and see it's only it's got a first person person point of view my favorite thing about rise of the Triad that no other games at the time did was that if you shot someone once it didn't kill them all it meant was that they dropped to their knees and begged for their life and then you could choose to execute them with the second shot and what did you do oh every damn time every damn time plus it had trampolines that you could bounce around on that was a great gameing loved that game remember that game Soldier of Fortune that you could like shoot limbs off it was the very first time you could shoot a limb off in a game could actually Target

specific and and and yes we did always shoot them in the balls yeah cuz they would like they go and fall down yeah see no I don't actually think I played R of the Triad the full version I think I played the freear yeah what was it called back shareware shareware shareware sh yeah I definitely started on the shareware for sure sure shwar is not a thing anymore but that's how people used to get their games shwar is just demos now it's the same thing yes but it used to be like it was a demo back in the day but it was basically a disc that you were allowed to copy and pass to people yeah you got more game than you get with demos I think like yeah yeah some that I had play for ages yeah exactly right

and as well whole first I'm pretty sure I had the Stein shareware for quite some time before I ever had the the full game I know the first level of that game I probably still know like the back of my hand that's all I ever played you know yeah you know I've never played Doom apart from the shareware version huh well I played Doom a lot I played Doom 2 as well a lot Doom 2 I played a lot but the original Doom no it's a good game you should try it out is good in fact it's still [ __ ] fun Dave and I played it like a year and a half ago for like one afternoon yeah yeah well you can get a proper 3D I don't mean the new Doom I mean like the you can get a 3D engine actually

what I talk about you you would know obviously I assume Dave taught you how to install everything you needed for it to be a [ __ ] 3D proper game right no no the [ __ ] old game he's holding out in you man [ __ ] that little [ __ ] I knew you were favorite so what do we got this week we've got uh we got a little bit of followup I see uh yeah look there's a little bit of followup um and that has come out this week that James gun might not have directed Guardians of the Galaxy 3 anyway H what basically someone's dug out some old interviews with him that basically is him talking about how he's not definitely going to do it you know he's talking about look I

want to finish Guardians 2 and if they let me finish it the way I want then you know it's certainly in the cards that I'll do three but you know it's it's it's not a given so that's an interesting development it is but I think by the time he I mean in order for them him to have been fired he must have agreed to do it at some point otherwise they wouldn't have they'd have no need to fire him yeah so I think at one point prob maybe he was not sure it might have been a bit of a sort of uh negotiation PL for if you want me to do three I want to do this in the movie in two M if you want me to do three you've got to let me do a whole bunch of tweets where I talk about pedophilia you got to have let me

already done it yeah a decade ago yeah my favorite thing about this article is if you scroll down I photo of James gun's hair at the bottom what the [ __ ] because actually then there's a bunch of links and stuff and then there's then there's the the thumbnail for a video about James gun which kind of almost matches up with the hair can you see that no it might might be uh blocked by my my ad blocker looks like someone's having a joke but uh oh what I actually CU I clicked I clicked the the L mhm for James gun's Facebook page and when I click on that it takes me through to a Facebook post oh so okay that's the thumbnail he made for his

able to I'm going to be borrowing a PS4 from somebody why did you say borrowing so weird borrowing in quotation Mar I just felt that way certainly how it seemed my my friend Dan not you obviously Dan I do have another friend called Dan sorry break sorry to break it way very weird yeah here because it's coming up to to fall he works at a lot of the winter it's not winter it's Autumn a I'll have both of you guys know it's perpetual tropical summer it's Halloween and he works at a lot of the uh you know the hayride spook show events he does security and stuff right so he's not going to have much use for his Xbox over the next few months and uh few months so he's offered to how hen where you are well how long does Christmas last like think about how long Christmas

like they in Australia they're already he only works two months out of the year and during that time he can't do anything else no he just he he has a day job and then in the evenings he does that so and then at night he goes and [ __ ] takes people on a ha ride doesn't sound at all like to work for like two months a year and that's it well he he doesn't he has a normal job as well but he's going to lend us his isn't a job it's just a hobby it's just his thing and you can't call he hides out in the corn field where are the bodies Dan where are the bodies stops teens from getting it on by murdering them everyone's doing their part yes but he's going to let me his PS4 for uh for for the next couple months as he's not going to have time to

play it uh he doesn't have the Spider-Man game and I can't decide if I should buy the [ __ ] game to play you owe him a game now you ow you owe Dan buying him a game and returning it when you return the p and there is a danger that there's a danger that is going to listen to this and it's going to spoil the surprise but I might just buy it Dan guess what you'll get inspired thank you yeah yeah it's not it's I'm just going out Matt it's going to buy you Spiderman yeah might that might happen yeah yeah no no no might I guarantee you Matt spying you there's a guarantee Matt which means that if you don't pay for it Luke will Luke will yeah so that that worked out very nicely for you Dan and Matt yep so my question is is this Easter egg that we're talk we're about

to talk about going to be in the game still are they going to patch this out so by the time you see it it will be gone okay so talk me through this Luke what's what's what's going on here all right a huge Spider-Man fan contacted Insomniac games and went I want to proposed my girlfriend M mhm can I put it in the game mhm and they actually did they actually went one of the film one of the cinemas in the game you if you go down now you will see Maddie will you marry me mhm one slight problem yeah they broke up yeah in between him doing that and the game coming out uh she dumped him he dumped him right before he could propose so uh B man so they they're going to patch it out very well they've offered to patch it out but I read that he had said look it's fine it

can stay in the game but they're going to just let me be embarrassed forever well no look that's that's a pretty cool that it was in there I I'd probably want it left in there as well just person just like I think I probably would want it oh yeah because you managed to get something you if I was Insomniac I wouldn't patch it out I would just change it from mdy will you marry me to Maddie you can [ __ ] off your dumb [ __ ] yeah never mind yeah I hope you choke on that bastard Australian so I don't think you're getting not getting that phrasing in there that's the number one question I get asked here is did you guys say [ __ ] all the time yeah cun not all the time no yeah no I mean but it doesn't bother us doesn't bother us in the slight it because it's definitely not

cuz I like U ball he's awful but I like him I think he's [ __ ] fascinating yeah I agree and in some ways he's a genius because nobody with his skill set or or or lack of talent should have become such a prolific filmmaker right and everything that he says right I mean obviously he's he's ridiculous and he goes he goes way over the top but you know there's there's videos he made ripping on Hollywood and and all that stuff he's not wrong like no nope he's just he he just goes way too far with all the [ __ ] each other in ass stuff but but also your George cloony and your Ben Affleck yeah they are laughing at you they're laughing at you as you spend your [ __ ] money on a wizard in the forest

film now please give me your money hey I just like to point out he made at least two wizards in the forest films so I know yeah yeah with [ __ ] star studded cast so he's doing he's doing something right paying them a lot of money I would still go down he made probably some of the best video game movie adaption some of the best ever wow certainly some of the most entertaining that's certain I got to say House of the Dead is [ __ ] entertaining yeah especially if you watch the there's The House of the Dead funny version that he put out which has got all that behind the scenes stuff edited into the film and it's got like multiple takes and it's it's the weirdest thing so weird where watch it

and then they'll play the same seat three times justd here it is and then here's them singing with toys as they walk across the bridge it's honestly the best desperate attempt to try to prove to people that he's in on the joke yes exactly and it's genius like it's it's so entertaining that it turns because the film is unwatchable on its own like I it's it's terrible but now with that it's like it's thoroughly entertaining but I'm really excited about this documentary it's it's him you know talking about why he does what he does and and I'm assuming he's going to say a bunch of do anything anymore uh well he he plays golf I think as he said in his last video I've got [ __ ] millions of

[ __ ] dollars I don't need to make films going to play golf which should that goes back to me he's also laughing at us all yeah while he's think he is though because I think I think he's probably not happy I think he's one of those people that he he doesn't want to be the worst filmmaker in the world yeah I think it makes him sad and I think that sucks I do too and look I was actually thinking I I I watch his films I don't watch them all there's too many of them but I I watch them when I can and they're not very good but I'm actually thinking to myself like which of his films do I legitimately like right like yeah but I'm just looking at the list and I don't think there's any on here that I legit liked alone in the dark was

related it's my favorite genre yeah I was on the I was on the right track but yeah he uh he did some he has done some stuff that has been good it's just and then he got caught up and all this other [ __ ] yeah there's a couple that I actually do want to go back and uh and catch up on I do want to watch his ALS schwitz movie and um I actually didn't realize that there's a sequel to blood rain called blood rain the Third Reich so I might catch up on that one too I might do a uh guys why don't we do an episode if there's a slow news week why don't we do an episode where we watch an U ball movie uh together and uh while running director's commentary all right I mean you know there is a service online now where you can watch movies together I don't remember the name of it and I'll

it's in the Phoenix Islands okay so I know nothing about that uh it's a world heritage site and it's an it's a unofficial territory of the United States so there you go Matt I don't the United States apparently can just have unofficial territories cuz he's St Matt's just got offline cuz his internet's down I think Matt might already be in uh Howland Island he he just dropped the G and just went straight there did we did we lead him on did we mislead did he he think we right now I was assuming that it was going to be like in a few years couple of years not now we can do I mean we could do our 39th there yeah well that'll be my 38th oh yeah I've already had my

minut wait a minute wait a minute is going to be exactly the same count they're changing the Jurassic Park ride to the Jurassic World ride they're just changing the sign man yeah but they're going to make it into it'll be one of those 3D with a screen and stuff it's not going to be the same cuz the the Jurassic Park ride is [ __ ] cool animatronic D the [ __ ] Tyrannosaurus Rex comes out from the darkness and and then you go it's I remember the first time I went on it and then I got off and I turned to you and I said I hate you because he's I look I have never it's a flume ride right so you it's like a you splash down to a bunch of water right and I've never gotten wet on that ride

cuz the the water water sprays everywhere but not it didn't I've never gotten wet and so they have lockers there and Luke goes oh do I need to worry I was like no no no that's fine you're not going to get wet literally anything that could spray water on the ride sprayed water on Luke and just kept hitting me over and over again like he was soaking wet when we got off the ride and I have a photo of him looking [ __ ] furious and they used to they had these drier things that you could put money to dry off my money was so wet it wouldn't take my money that is the absolute epitome of irony but the ride's gone it's uh like it's already shut down iang I'm sort of happy cuz I actually

this for a long time that doesn't make any sense why do they need to lie about the [ __ ] shape of the earth to do that because they need to keep every everyone in in line we are in line fuel's fuel's never going to run out but gold and silver they're going to be around forever there's just infinite supply of them so you should invest in that but fuel they're lying about [ __ ] does that have to do with the Flat Earth it's this is all part can I ask how deep the Flat Earth is like how far down does it go is it a pillar and it's flat on the top or is it a disc spinning through space depends and if there's infinite gold how is it worth anything well eventually this is the thing that drives me crazy because they're lying about fossil fuels
