everyone was like not the right time for that dude no no you've made a mistake there yeah walk that one back that would probably be funny maybe never oh come on it's funny it's just not you know people going to be offended I don't think this is this is the first time we've probably experienced something where it's not going to come around to be funny for quite some time sounds like a challenge to me Luke yeah yeah Matt you you know someone you know someone who has had the co um what jokes have you come up with uh to say in front of him I don't want to say too much because I don't want you know I don't want to reveal you know anything about the person maintain

the person's privacy but yeah I did I do know someone who was very sick and is very lucky to have survived to be honest so crazy listeners if there's any listeners out there who I I mean I think making jokes is fine that's how we deal with stressful things like this but if there is anyone who thinks that the virus is a joke it's not a [ __ ] joke it's very it's very serious it's very serious and it doesn't matter who you are or you don't have to be old and you don't have to be like frail like you can get really sick from this thing pretty easily so mhm mhm yep just ask the Italians yes they've all got it yeah it's made me sick yeah there was a security guard in America that walked up that asked someone to put their mask on and got

shot yeah that is America though uh where you you have a constitutional right to shoot anybody at any time for any reason as far as as far as I know not not drones I've got an article in here this week and this is sort of followup because we've talked about this kind of thing before uh and I I found this interesting I guess the law has been clarified on this um you should not do it yeah well that's because we're like they're pretty expensive right so because Jen and I would we would like to [Laughter] kind look like a duck when they folded up yeah that's true the little so watch

out for that little malard Malad Pro did I tell you about when I I was in India last year on a shoot and um one of the one of the production guys came back and said I got my drone shot and I was like great was it a good shot and he went no I got my drone shot it was an amazing shot and now it's destroyed yeah and um yeah somebody had shot it out of the sky in fact the military the milit the Indian military had shoty can't really argue with them no they did not argue well this one there was one just shot in Minnesota this is the first time it's actually going to court isn't it well he he he's been the guy who shot it is has been charged with um Reckless discharge of a firearm and uh he's and destruction of property they're saying no you can't shoot down

someone's drone it's an aircraft well not only that I mean you couldn't walk up to a drone that was just like in a and shoot it and be like it's my right to [ __ ] shoot things I mean if it's your drone on your property maybe you can but I don't know it's also not really clear why he shot it it's clear I think it's very clear so this guy was uh flying the drone over it's like a a meat meat manufacturer that's not the right word like a kind of yeah chicken I think they do lots of animals but because of covid-19 people there this kind of you know there's been a lot of talk of outbreaks at like farms and abattoirs and meat supplies and so people are buying Less meat now there's like a weird thing about meat here now is there

and oh okay yeah it's not not here cuz there's even even all the like vegan and vegetarian food options are sold out and then there was like there's like vegan posts on r that are like I guess we should be happy about this even though I can't get the [ __ ] food I normally eat um but this guy was flying a drone over the farm because they've got all these animals and no one's buying the the meat and they've got to feed the animals so mhm they're getting rid of the animals if you know what I mean and there's rumors that there's just PES and PES of dead animals at The Farms Jes CU they're not they don't want to they don't want to feed them these are the outakes of Tiger King that never made it to air yeah so this guy was trying to film The Farm to

show p dead chickens and then they obviously were like I don't want people seeing the dead chickens so they shut the Drone down and then they've uh how much did they have to pay Ian $2,000 drone to be clear they were spying they were using the Drone to spy okay that's slightly different then I I think I should be able to shoot down a [ __ ] drone that's sent to spy on me no well you can't that's what they're saying there's a there's a law like the federal law is that you can't shoot an aircraft a aircraft and then and then they're saying well it's not manned and then they're like well we can't just change the law cuz then people be like oh I didn't think there was anyone in it and then you know sure so yeah it does cover like the law

does cover both man and unmanned it's just it's just one law sentencing just don't shoot down aircraft is the law just put your [ __ ] guns down America well that's the other thing too he's like within City Limits uh I mean I don't know that I think it depends on the state and where you are but he's chared with is it Reckless discharge of a firearm or something yeah um cuz it's actually quite dangerous like you shoot down the you don't know where it's going to go well that's why right now it's hunting season like I said and so it's we we Jenna went to take deck for a walk the other week and everywhere you've got to wear they got signs up you got to wear orange vests yep Jesus cuz you might get shot and he in particular he's got to wear orange cuz he kind of like

if you just saw him in the woods You' be like oh it's a deer he's quite big yeah he's quite big he looks kind of like a deer what are what look like shoot is there like is there a list of animals you can you can't shoot you can't shoot people I assume sure sure I mean it's a great area unless they're on your property or they're in a movie cinema or Dr yeah or they're wearing orange yeah or they're flying overhead they're not wearing orange are you allowed to shoot them I think you would probably get fined if you got shot and you're not wearing orange yeah I think no you get to fine if you're if you're in those areas and you're not wearing orange okay if you got shot that is the fine yeah yeah yeah then you do get they they insist

you'd be shot to teach you a lesson I'm I'm sure there probably are rules about what animals which animals I mean deer I think I'm I'm sure they shoot deer I'm sure they shoot ducks uh and I think there'll be there'll be oh turkey [ __ ] turkeys everywhere but I think there's rules about like male and female and age and things like that before you shoot them yeah well I think you can tell the difference between de by the way they look or something I don't know the yeah yeah she's got tits on her you're know allow to shoot gay deer that's a hate crime but this this whole drone thing is quite weird because we will have soon drones delivering us stuff I know

they're actually even in CRA they're trialing it where coffee shops are going to get delivered they're going to send out deler drone you're going to get coffee coffee everywhere it's going to be coffee everywhere yeah just falling from the sky but I remember when people saying Amazon was going to tr it and people saying oh if I see that drone I'm going to shoot it yeah well they're not allowed to do that no that they not allowed where did you say the was Luke Minnesota I think right Minnesota Minnesota this one was Matt do they have a is is that one of the libertarian states where they're like from my cold dead hands kind of place or I no I think in Minnesota where making a murderer is

uh I W be wrong about that um I know like three places in America media is is it I think Minnesota's a state what's the capital city no Minnesota is a state it's oh yeah yeah yeah it's next to Wisconsin in between North Dakota South Dakota and Wisconsin so it's up up on the border of Canada so it's like oh Minnesota's the M middle North it's Fargo right yes yes okay so that's the kind of people you're dealing with up there yeah shooting down each other drones funny accents and whatnot yeah in that Big Blob that is the middle of America and I think I think I think that is where red letter media are I think they're in Minneapolis I might be wrong about that but I think they are up there somewhere but I do want to get a drone I

was looking at the what's the cheaper mavic there's like a there's a new one that they put out it's like a cheaper version of the mavic mhm mhm um anyway it's like it get it few hundred bucks few yeah I was thinking seriously thinking about it yeah I think about every again as well cuz I see people playing with them I think it'd be fun then I see the photos that they take and then I remember I would take photos and video and then never do anything with them uh yeah we'd have to yeah have to start doing something with them but yeah I would love to explore what's out there I'm looking out towards the back of my house just make sure it's wearing orange yeah yeah it is odd that

I I feel like I probably would need to wear orange if I went exploring in my backyard just in case well I suppose gun you can be shooting from your property and and you can be on another property and you're not safe from those bullets you know that's that's not how buets work absolutely yeah they don't respect the property line yeah they don't just go to an invisible barrier and go no this is his property I got to stop now I don't even know where the [ __ ] property line is back there like I've the I I'm sure there I don't even know if there is a physical line between my and of my property and whatever what are you back on to uh there's like uh I'd have to check the it but it's like just a massive property back there somebody

owns it I guess it's just Woods there's nothing back there except us that's there's my house and then there's a bunch of woods and then at some point there's another house and on a road but in between is just Woods imagine there's bears in there's bears in there have you double checked Matt that that house isn't an exact replica of your house with like a backwards mat and a backwards gener that would be interesting cuz the way you just describe it I'm thinking it's something like that well the other cool thing is it's it's Wetlands uh in there so they can't build so they could never build [ __ ] behind my house until in the future they figure out how to yeah dry dry up the planet I guess we're figuring that out actually just it's going to happen they

figured that out did you watch uh uh you know The Grand Tour yes um did you watch the new one the boat one I did yeah that was pretty interesting um I do enjoy those shows yeah I like them too but the the river well I me it used to be a river in Cambodia that is just basically like a ditch with like a billion [ __ ] boats in it now I've never seen such a amazing depiction of the effects of global warming or climate change as just this used to be a big river where all these [ __ ] villagers got their food and transport it's a ditch full of [ __ ] boats now boats small boats we're talking like huge boats although they did mention that most of the reason for that I think is that China put a dam in and then just the river just [ __ ] disappeared is there anything that China won't

[Laughter] ruin I I know what you mean though that I had an incident like that when I was up inad in Norway uh where there was this fi and it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen and I I was standing with my guide and I was like that is just amazing and he said it's it's it's horrible and I said why is it horrible and he said because last year that was a glacia right yeah yeah we [ __ ] it up [ __ ] up real good good work guys I'm reading a great book at the moment if anyone wants a little science fiction novel recommendation it's called the last day and it's by Andrew Hunter Murray um you may know him he's a researcher on Qi and he's one of the co-hosts of no such thing as podcast but um know about that but this is not a not a comedy book this is a

great uh sci-fi novel said in the future where the Earth has stopped rotating so one half of the earth is in permanent daylight and one half is in permanent darkness and it's it's really cool very very well still have still have gravity though uh still have gravity yeah cuz the the Earth is still spinning around the sun it's just not spinning on its own axis well well the gravity isn't from the spin the gravity is just from the size that's fair of the Earth yeah I know is from Flat Earth right so so that probably not true then yeah gravity debunked take that with a it's not real it's just it's density that's what keeps

things yeah they dense they're definitely dense I mean my destiny yeah but no no the the the gravity is actually from the size but there's a lot of other things that would happen if you that's why things get attracted to my dick yeah well if you want to know what those things are Luke well you should read the last day in fact I suggest you do it's very good it does sound interesting it is speaking of Science Fiction can we I may add it to a list of books I will buy and then not read yeah I got a list like that it's called my Kindle library where where Amazon's like you might like this I might like that yeah anyway put that down I like that book by that author let me buy every book by that author yes yeah and then when I when I'm like I finished a

book I could read one of these thousands of books I gu browse Amazon for a new one maybe I'll buy that one yeah I'll buy 10 books on Amazon and then read one of them and then the process continues remember when you had to just read whatever book you physically had with you yeah remember these things back here I guess I'm reading this there was nothing worse than being on a train and finishing your book and then having nothing to do like remember before fodes yeah like before fodes you had a book you had to play it ahead listeners can't see but behind me those are the books that I have they're the books in this house apart from a couple that are upstairs and are nightstands that is like so few books compared to what we

used to own oh yeah because we sold I'm just moving aside um um well not so gave away most of them when we moved cuz it was like I going to take boxes of books yeah so did we we had something like 26 boxes of books I donated them yeah cuz I was like if I if I really want to reread you know 50 Stephen King novels I can get them for 10 cents from a secondhand bookstore you know yeah yeah yeah but you probably own them on your Kindle anyway exactly or I could I think I obtain them from my Kindle I got rid of like pretty much all of my book except for my Star Wars ones that's because you decided at a certain point that you don't like to read so that's why you and arly Clark and I kept all of them as

well that's like why are you buying books you don't you hate books I actually didn't know you like Terry pratchet it makes sense that you have Star Wars it makes sense you have Arthur C Clark but I didn't know you were a ter pret fan sh ter pret books there yeah pret's the only real fantasy I like ter comedy yeah hey some fantasies about Terry pratchet you'll never remember what I've done to him like Lord of the Rings and all that crap I'm not into any of that that crap Lord of the Rings and that crap y that crap that belov series of books dragons and Magic just don't do it genre I I agree with you to a certain a point Luke I I but not about Lord of the

Rings I think that's great but I I do think I do think that the one that are po you know the ones that are well known are well known for a reason and the rest are not welln for a reason as well yeah I try I tried so many friends that tried to get me into The Wheel of Time um is it Robert I tried that too I could do it man could not could not do that no I've got a friend who tried to get me on to it and explain it it's like it sounds good and then it sounds like the idea of it what you just described in two minutes takes six books I don't have that amount of time what you should get into Point um I've I actually forgot to talk about the other week I've been reading because I finished watching the expanse oh oh yes [ __ ] awesome like the series TV series [ __ ] amazing I watch season

you watched the first few seasons you guys right yeah I haven't watched season three yet no neither of I oh three and four [ __ ] fantastic oh it's four yeah it's on Amazon oh they got bigger budget oh really man cuz that that show was already cinematic as [ __ ] yeah oh it's the season 4 is fantastic um and then but the books too the books are interesting in that I have found them to be there was the stuff in the TV show that I was like little side stories that I was like that wasn't interesting those aren't in the books it's like they added those for the TV series like the books are very like it always follows each chapter is a character from a character's point of view and it basically just follows the story from one character's point of view so you

don't have all these kind of extraneous side plots so it's actually kind of like yeah it's interesting I can sort of understand why they've had to put that into the show to try and just have and actually I'm not sure I'm not I haven't read up to where season 4 is and then actually some of the side plot stuff in season 4 is really good so I don't know if those are in the books they might be but maybe by that point they they had Incorporated them in but I guess if you're if you're making a show you can't really have a main character that doesn't come in until book two you know yes well there is a main character who doesn't come in into book two like uh you know I mean it's not a spoiler um avasarala the the the you know the Iranian woman the politician

yes she's not in the first book at all oh interesting oh really yeah because nothing there's nothing from her point of view it's all Holden and let's be honest you could have removed her for batim from the first series without it really being yeah like she lot later but in the first season she's like kind of like well it's all about you know what's going on on EOS and everything anyway listeners [ __ ] I got to get back into this now so good well I mean you guys you guys have watched Another Science Fiction show though that I want to hear about Luke we've we've actually gotten your opinion on peard already mhm very positive and I know Matt has now seen it and I have a prediction I'm going to say

that he liked it I did like it I struggled with it though I struggled with certain things I struggled with certain things there were moments where I I was like really into it and something would come up and I'd be like o I thought I was watching Star Trek and then that happened and I still like it but it's not Star Trek I guess that's okay the the recent Star Trek shows aren't the Star Trek we grew up with Star Trek Discovery Star Trek bicart are very different to deep space n and Voyager and the original series peard was from generation which was not serious in any way it it wasn't it wasn't and Al I I think the the main thing that that kind of kept making me go was that the whole thing in Star Trek was that the Federation and like Earth

was this utopian society now and they didn't have money and they didn't have possession like Picard says I think actually I've got I was cuz I was like did I imagine this stuff but I I looked it up right this is [ __ ] where is this quote this is this is this is Picard the character who is in the TV series that I was just watching says thish in nextg this is in in Star Trek the Next Generation peard explains this to I okay the the context for this is going to be strange he's talking to a finance Year from the 20th century Just Go With It yep and he says to this man a lot has changed in 300 years people are no longer obsessed with the accumulation of things we've eliminated hunger want the need for possessions uh they don't have money in the future no

but in Picard they do have money and they use money to screw people over and like Rafi lives in poverty while Picard lives on his Vineyard and it's kind of like a class thing going on and I'm like okay I mean it's I know why because it's they're trying to tell a story that reflects on things that are happening today but it also I was just like oh okay I guess I got a shock at swearing oh yeah [ __ ] this [ __ ] that I'm like wa what is Star Trek what are you doing one engage [ __ ] engage [ __ ] in one of the First episodes like B walks into the Federation goes hey want my job back and she basically tells me the [ __ ] off she says yeah how [ __ ] dare you I was

like okay that's new but it's because they want modern audiences to enjoy it because is always like stuffy and you know but it's not free to AAR because it's Ott they're they can do whatever they want like Battle Star Galactica would have said [ __ ] instead of Frack if they could get away with it but they had they had broadcast laws but I know um it's been out for a while now so there's a I'm going to talk about a spoiler because there's something that really put me off about the last episode okay go on all right so this is like a literal like end of series spoiler end of series spoiler all right so everyone's prepared y so Picard at the start of it he's you find out he's got this brain mhm thing that's going to kill him quite soon yes so he's out to

sort of finish one last mistake gets to the end and they transfer his Consciousness into a Droid a a Golem as they call it go yeah oh okay Jewish all right he actually and he actually he actually does bring up like circum well you know about his circumcision right no no this is a thing Patrick Stewart okay will you just makeing a you just made a random comment you don't know about Patrick Stewart's circumcision no I don't okay no why would I Patrick Stewart went through his whole life thinking he was circumcised when he wasn't and he only realized because one day he was talking with his wife of like 20 years and said something about blah blah blah BL blah circumcised and she went you're not circumcised and he was like well yes I am and she's like

didn't have that particular disorder on so from season 2 onwards he just does the voice and they wheel around a computer or something it looks like it's like a so the the whole plot of this is that there are um syons okay basically so that's the other thing that was that kept making me go about halfway through the this this season I said out loud to nobody in particular oh this is Mass Effect huh it's Mass Effect like that's the plot of this is is of Mass Effect and then at the end they summon the Reapers and then the like there even like metal tentacles coming through the thing and I was like this is Mass Effect this is literally

just Mass Effect like wow so but no definitely worth a watch and I'm looking forward to season two no I really I really did love it if if I just forget what I know about Star Trek then just go with it the reason for for it's 100% a result of the success of JJ Abrams Star Trek but and and I would have had the same issues with his except he did that little trick where you know the what's his name the Romulan guy Eric Banner went back and killed Kirk's dad so it changed everything so it didn't matter what happened you know doesn't matter what anybody said in the old series cuz that got wiped out cuz that so the fact that his world was his world was grittier and and more capitalist and but that was all right cuz they changed it whereas this is literally a sequel to a

TV series that ran for what [ __ ] 10 years where nobody had any money and then now it's kind of like no no it's like how much for a half hour yeah well they go to a casino planet and it's like and I know science should not do [ __ ] Casino planets anymore as that's why I was like that's bold yeah um I know only don't write in I know other races like the fangi in particular have money and I know it's just supposed to be the Federation it just it just weirded me out a little bit but I [ __ ] loved seeing rer and and Troy and everybody together again that was nice he's [ __ ] great Jonathan Frakes is great how is he not in more things think there's going to be more

there's going to be more comebacks in later Seasons too they're certainly they're certainly hinting at that or teasing at that yeah well somebody won't be back but that would be a spoiler s okay and we don't give away spoilers on this shows not like the ones we gave away before no there's a particular character who's [ __ ] gone forever they were like very clear about that okay yeah but no I I don't want to ruin all of it I just wanted to discuss one bit that I found weird but no definitely but now we're getting so we've got this we've got Discovery and now we've got another show on the way strange strange new world yeah now this I am actually really looking forward to this yeah this looks like right up your alley Luke this looks like a turn to the campy

original yeah I don't think it is though have you guys seen Discovery no I've got to watch it this is a sort of prequel to Discovery cuz um Commander Pike's in that and yeah and so they're bringing his character back in the new show um but he is great in it and I love those characters well he will eventually be tortured and put in a box we all know that yeah you just have to skip over that part yeah the fact that you know that he can't die CU you know what happens to him yeah you also know that he can't die cuz that's not how TV works yeah true or he could be brought back and put in a Golem actually know he couldn't takes place hundreds of years before never mind oh yes not hundreds what is the timeline for that

too by the way cuz I was surprised something surprised me with just the timeline of things in Picard and I was like I guess that makes sense oh because one of the other major plots is that that because it ties into the JJ Abrams one oh this is going to get into Star Trek plot so I apologize listeners you know how the plot of the JJ abrs one is that in the future Spock comes back Spock and the Romulan guy come back in time because the Romulan star explodes that's from That's from the JJ Abrams movie that's not from the old series but then they're including it in a timeline which makes sense but then Picard was round for during and after that and I was like oh okay I guess that makes sense like that timeline went

on after the yeah and I and I think this Show's also going to be in the television show timeline not the movie timeline because the whole thing with Spock is he's with Commander Pike he's not going to be with Kirk H so this is all going to be set before they sort of joined forces became what we know today yeah right cuz if you remember the movies they basically were together from the start yes so yeah this is not that so I think he ginal timeline and then Chris Pine K took over but then also we also have to as an audience just start not being so pedantic and giving up it's getting like it's getting like

DC Comics I feel like you know DC Comics has like 500 [ __ ] worlds and it's like you basically just have to pick up a comic and be like I'm just going to accept what this comic book says to me is true accept it and enjoy it have to worry about everything else that feeds into it and I think that's the problem with Star Wars as well yeah we need to actually just pick enjoy what we've got not have to worry except well no Star Wars is screwing it up for themselves did you just say Star Wars yeah yeah Star Wars is screwing it up because they're jamming everything they can into it to forget about everything forget about it but then remember it yeah K kill the past but also here's Darth Moore um and here's a bunch of other characters remember them that you don't

that you don't want to be back and and there's some news on the casting front of uh of the m so they've now is it confirmed that Boba Fett's coming back or is it still just r no it's confirmed if he does it is is it confirmed I thought it was still a rumor but all right no well according to according to geek Tyrant it's it's a it's confirmed but then again I don't know how he knows all right stupid that Tyrant yeah all right yeah look it's only stupid uh I'm going to watch it you you could say okay he escaped from the S like okay fine fine that's not why it's stupid stupid because the Mandalorian replaces Boba Fett in the sense that we don't need both of them that's that's like doing a movie where Harris where where Han Solo and Indiana Jones team up it's

equivalent of a scream Queen you know yeah do you know she has a YouTube channel sack off just her doing stuff yeah she just has a YouTube channel she's had it for a while apparently just her doing stuff okay watch me vacuum the floors you know like you know like you know YouTubers just share stuff that they do yeah she like she does archery in the backyard in one video that I saw and I was okay well that's I follow her on Twitter and Instagram and she's interesting on there H yeah and you and you follow her you just plain follow her as well I just follow her yeah I used to follow her more diligently until she shot down my drone yeah I did not know I could sue her for that unfortunately but now you can I don't know the statute of limitations is on

was going to be a litigator was going to be a laal yeah and then it was just like a [ __ ] procedural and it's like you don't we don't need this remember when he got fat that was great that was that was great I love that yeah yeah but yeah so I'm up to that sort of part like yeah the guy bolar he's on trial at the moment and that D on true that d so much yeah [ __ ] all right I got to I forgot about all that yeah although maybe I'll just go back and watch cpra Capra was great you know I never watch the first the first couple of episodes are a struggle yeah I watched the first episode and I didn't I thought maybe it wasn't going to satisfy me by the end of it you were completely invested and then at the end they have like on coming up

on the next season and it's all this awesome stuff it looked like it's going to be amazing then nothing yeah [ __ ] armies of the the old looking syons and like to the to yeah uh the the the toaster ones from like the early episodes of the Remake like I'm not explaining this correctly you know the metal ones but the new looking metal ones not the 70s not the 70s era no no no no right exactly yeah yeah where Starbuck was a man that's right some other casting news that I uh I like because this is an actor that I think is [ __ ] fantastic is Timothy olifant yeah uh we talked about he showed up in uh in uh Once Upon

a Time in Hollywood which made me happy yes he did now he's going to show up with the Mandalorian yeah and I'm hoping that he still has the mustache from Deadwood that's what I'm hoping just I don't know what character he plays cuz I watch the [ __ ] Clone Wars but just let him have the mustache is he in the Clone War I don't think he is I think he's just coming in to be you that's great he's just a new character and they had like a lot of sort of guest stars this [ __ ] photo of him in the article is ridiculous well that's from diet yeah oh I didn't like that I must say I tried I I didn't watch it I watched the first episode oh yeah that's ridiculous Michael Bean is also in there yeah I love Michael Bean literally Michael Bean can do no wrong I still

remember Timothy olant though as the drug dealer from go do you remember go yeah yeah from the '90s and he was spoilers he was the killer in Scream too oh he was well one of the killers and I remember him as the the paln producer in the girl next door oh with what happened to that girl the blonde girl alici her Alicia CU she's yeah she was in 24 right and then she did and then she disappeared no she did another sitcom called Happy Endings which is surprisingly good which if you're looking for a kind of new girlesque just you know something funny and light to watch while you have your dinner Happy Endings sure they only did three seasons of it but it's it's quite good all right and it's got a Wayan's brother in it so you

know it's got some laughs mhm yep and then she disappeared then she disappeared yeah and then I guess so I guess so yeah she teased us with a girl next door you know which like you know you watch the trailer and you're like there's probably going to be some Alicia kuspit nudity in this movie I'm going to I'm going to go along and see there not there's not there's 100% no nudity her and remember Kyla Lee although I know Kyla Lee is still in things she just she was never as big a star as I thought she was going to be who Kyla Lee I don't know her she's from um Not Another Teen Movie the main girl from that oh okay H she did like a few things and then she just was like just kind of showed up in stuff never really took

there's something about not hearing it in the room that just really puts me okay yeah I I don't know why it is some weird Neurosis it's great for listening but not for talking yeah okay I got my Baya Dynamics on I love them I have forget my steel series I don't know whatever um Major Nelson told me to buy oh of course he popped into your house and was like a pair of these which one do you have the Sony noise cancelling ones Dan no I've got the JBL ones I um oh yeah the the Sony ones uh the Sony ones I found less comfortable because to to be honest when I when I was comparing and unless and in terms of noise like sound quality unless you were at level I couldn't tell the

difference between ay and a you know what I mean so for me it was about which ones felt the nicest yeah yeah on my dick I was about I was going to say that and then I was like that's just wait someone say it yeah yeah exactly but you do get a shock when you do get like a really good set of headphones about how good the quality actually is I remember I used to buy just trash because I was like about it and then there was one day I bought a set of senis at um I got back this is on my lunch break bought a sisers got back to the office popped them on and put on the fragile Nails out the fragile I don't know why but I knew you were going to say that and I was basically it was like me sitting there going listen aren't going to be able to

see my face but I was just like like [ __ ] mouth was hanging open I was like what the [ __ ] have I been doing yeah there's a lot I've been missing here no the fragile is one of those you need you need a good stereo to listen to it on there's like so much noise in there that you I just never even like I'm like what the [ __ ] is that sound I'm like yeah so now I always always have good headphones it's worth it yeah yeah I used to just buy whatever headphones I thought looked cool like do you remember that Skull Candy yeah I was like so brand loyal to Skull Candy for so long mhm skull on the side matters they're [ __ ] black and they got skulls on them yeah they're the headphones that Define me as a person but now I'm quite happy to spend

a few hundred cuz especially I like gaming ones because they do tend to be a bit more comfortable for longer sessions yeah I got um actually for for the on the Xbox I'm using the ones that I got with um I one at packs one year but I bought cuz gen some we got the Kraken the like the big fancy Kraken ones they're really good M pardon me very comfortable so have to get some of those at some point I just like this one how it's got like a little microphone that comes out yeah that's the Kraken has that too I just don't know how I ever didn't have noise cancelling headphones for plane trips like once once I've started using noise cancelling for I it's just like well [ __ ] it this is it from now on you don't have to turn it up as loud you

have to turn the volume up and deafen yourself yeah exactly check it is still series oh still series okay cool yep before we move on from Star Wars news yes we didn't talk about this the other week we knew about this the other week but we didn't talk about it for some reason I guess we just didn't think it was important some news has been confirmed uh I'm looking forward to this Tao yti is doing a Star Wars film there was a rumor for a long time and he was like I don't know what you're talking about yeah I don't know what a Star Wars is bro he was taking telling a little bit of a fib he was taking the puss so that means he'll be playing a Star Wars character again yeah presumably he puts himself in the funniest role there there's there's very I mean look I've

I've got Star Wars burnout at the moment like they get just do good do a good job of things or I'm just going to [ __ ] tune out because there's already [ __ ] that I don't that I haven't seen now so like whatever I'm out yeah but tyer white do one okay you've picked my interest I will watch it yeah it'll be if nothing it'll be entertaining is he going to do another Thor before he does this yes yes love and thunder is that something they were supposed to be filming right now and they've had to put on hold uh I don't know about that I'm not sure I think I think Marvel was already a little bit on hold before all of this of St speaking of onal did you did you see the set photos from [ __ ] Avatar 12 or whatever it is that

yeah yeah motion capture underwater and it's like oh come on we don't care about that and he talking talking up they developed this technology to because when you're filming underwater apparently or doing motion capture underwater the light interferes with it cuz the light refracts off the surface and all that and they came up with a technology and then you see it they threw a bunch of balls in the pool yeah balls do that and then have someone just [ __ ] pretending to swim on a [ __ ] Green Box in front of a green screen and I'll see if I can tell the difference I guarantee you I won't be able to well we're just going to go back to F Med are we they're going to do like little flips

before they jump in the water he could do things he [ __ ] film things for real I mean he's always like filming underwater the abyss is a great movie he filmed the entire thing I I still just think yeah this movie is going to lose so much I'm kind the first one's going to come out it's probably going to do okay and then they're going to realize oh we've made a terrible mistake when we've got because I [ __ ] love James Cameron movies like all of them up to a point but do you want to see another six no avatars I tried to watch the first avatar back a second time and it was unwatchable it's just once you get over the spectacle of it it's [ __ ] gone it was great saw avar yes I saw it a bunch

of times because the 3D I was like wow this is amazing soon as I watched it just on a TV I was like H yeah it just looked a beautiful like that's the first time we've seen 3D done well you saw like bits of dust just floating around in front of you or that was just a cinema in but yeah or someone throw something in it go and you be like but yeah I still don't cuz what is it it's four more avatars are coming out oh at least yep and isn't there like an Disney Avatar avar world or something to make Avatar movies he said that any story he's ever going to tell it's going to be in the world of Avatar I sort of sort of respect him for that because he's making a decision bold move no no how old is he true but that means we're not going

to get another True Lies you know what I mean like it's just he makes good movies that aren't science fiction as well as the great science there's a back out for him because Avatar they're still Earth he go this is still the Avatar universe but it's just TR to yeah yeah set hundreds of years before Avatar it's a prequel it's still possible [ __ ] I'd love to watch true lives with Anie as an old man yeah that would be great yeah are they ever making the twins sequel hear that I already watched twins Jenner and I watched twins the other week and and Junior and Junior as well twins is good it's still good it's very funny it's very like compared to comedies these days it's it's actually quite light on jokes even which

surprised me I remembered it being a laugh Riot but I guess it's just movies were different back then and and nobody improvises back back in that day too like now you just get a bunch of improvised lines I don't think they I don't think they really wanted AR SPS in improvising anything hell but I love the story of that movie though where Anie just really wanted to do a comedy and couldn't get a look in anywhere cuz they like the [ __ ] no like you how would you possibly do this yeah so he just approached Danny DeVito and said I want to do a comedy let's do it and then like they funded it and like all the risk was on them and it was like the biggest [ __ ] comedy film of that year yeah and I [ __ ] was that Alexa I

don't know what that was oh we're all going to die you know what now that I've now that I've watched Always Sunny in Philadelphia and it it was Siri she was trying to show me baby medal for some reason anyway go on oh okay well that's good uh now that I've watched always sunny and uh Frank gets funnier every every season because he just he he goes in a level above every every season I just watched the episode where he pretends he's got AIDS at the water park so he can cut to the front of the line yes yeah yeah um [ __ ] hell man but now I want to watch he goes down the slide dry and he's like bleeding everywhere everyone's running screaming

a is fearless he is not afraid to be disgusting there's one episode and I can't remember what it was but they come into the back room of the pub and he's on the floor no they follow like a snail trail of slime into the back room and he's there naked and just fat and shapeless like like a raw chicken just on the floor yes yeah sick oh it is that it is that [ __ ] so good but now I want to go back and watch all of his old movies because I want to see if there was things I missed in his comedy because I never really rated him as like a great comedic actor he was always just Danny deito sure no TW I mean watch twins is good yeah I maybe I will well and he's also in junior he's the doctor in junior

Junior's your poor man's twins though right yeah well it was a yeah it was a a less successful followup I think they were trying to do the same kind of thing I went to the cinema to see that though because I was such a fan of twins yeah my favorite thing in that Always Sunny episode is you and Dennis and the little girl team up to become con artists oh yeah in that water park episode but that bit where he I think he's checking out her mom and then that other woman kind of sits up and then he just like [ __ ] waves his hand at her get out of the way yeah well I love their commitment now to just that [ __ ] Dennis is a sociopath yeah yeah yeah he's a f like he he may be a rapist we don't know it's not confirmed

like we talked a couple of weeks ago about the implication the episode where they talk about the implication HEC and go implication he's like don't pretend you know what that means and she's like no no no I have an implication too like when I'm with a guy and he doesn't want to sleep with me and then I kind of imply that maybe his recollection of the night might be different to my recollection of the [Laughter] night yeah yeah so good it goes there [ __ ] hilarious show speaking of going there I finished disco elium today you finished it oh did you yeah I finished it when was the last time you finished a game I a while ago I've been obsessed

with this which is good it's what I wanted I wanted a game I could be obsessed with and now I'm going to have to find a new one might play today I had this on every opportunity I got and uh it's it's just one of those ones you're never really stuck because there's always something going on so you're just like okay I'll just go here I'll just I'll just sort this [ __ ] out but then I've been in conversations that have lasted 40 minutes that have been just on Eugenics or socialism you know sure [ __ ] it's yeah oh I do like those types of games where you play and it is that story but you don't get completely stuck like where you're just completely lost I wonder if it was possible cuz there were times when I was failing to do things in it and I was like oh is this going to

screw me over it doesn't seem things will change yeah that's what you got to you got to kind of forget that you just go with it yeah yeah and fact like trying things and failing might make something else succeed later that you I notic that yeah I don't want to spoil anything but there was I mean we already talked about this dead body yeah no yeah no but I mean like okay so you got to try and deal with the dead body and there are several aspects of that where I got a little bit scared I think because I think I told you guys I don't know if we talked about on the podcast I died twice yeah because I failed roles and it was very sudden like I'd G a long conversation something happened and I failed a roll and I actually died one time I died cuz I ran

out of health and one time I died because my morale hit zero because I failed a check to investigate something and so I got a little bit scared to choose the options where there was a role involved yeah and so but but but to to interact with the body you have to do that yeah but what I like you get you get better at recognizing when to because that's the other thing too almost nothing in the game is time sens so if you can't if you know you're not going to win on a r or you know your chances are too low and it always tells you the percentage if you don't have the stats for that and you don't have items that you can Equip to increase those stats just walk away oh you can go come back just walk away and do something else until you get the XP to to put in

those slots and then come back yeah well cuz for example and again this is very early on so it's not I don't think anyone's going to be upset with me for spoiling this when you first try and investigate the body and you just throws up cuz you fail the role like I I don't know if you can even succeed the first time but I was I was a little scared to try the first time because I was like well I don't want to [ __ ] die again but you have to fail the first time and then the guy Kim tells you Kim I think that's his name right tells you uh oh you need to get some ammonia and then so you go and do that and then come back and I still failed even with that bonus and then it says okay now you need to think about it you need to he you need to get your [ __ ] together and then you

have to think about getting your [ __ ] together for half an hour or something and then and then you can go back and do it it's just like a [ __ ] game I know it's amazing I'm so looking forward to playing you got to go away and think about it for half an hour and then you can do it like I I don't know [ __ ] amazing well you know you know there's a there's a strike outside a factory and you got to get into the factory and the main security guard um is a racist and he's into Eugenics and you have and he I haven't talked to that guy he doesn't let you in until you have a conversation about Eugenics with him and so but you don't know a damn thing about it so you've got to go away and [ __ ] think about some stuff that he said you got to read some books and then you got to go

back and argue with fascinating yeah it's [ __ ] amazing these crazy lunatics that made this game like there's a bit a moment where I don't even know if this is important yet but you know there's like a buzzer on one of the doors and you can there's a woman you can talk to and you can pretend to be her long lost friend and I had this whole conversation with this woman and then she started crying and left and then I was like what the [ __ ] was that and then even like Kim the partner goes what were you just why did you do that and I'm like I don't know I don't know I love it you try to do things cuz in a computer game if you can pick something up and interact with it it's part of the game so you do it you just do everything whereas in here

you'll start being like okay what's this thing and he'll be like dude that's got nothing to do with what we're looking for but you can still do it yeah like I said I it hit the buzz of the woman was like is that you Frank and I was like yep and then like and it says like Kim's looking at me like what and I'm like and then he's like oh I've missed you too we had this whole conversation and then she starts crying she's like I've got to go I can't I can't do this right now and then hangs up and then I was like what what just happened but I love it basically just impersonated someone cuz he's the straight man right cuz you're this [ __ ] wild card and and he's just this by the book cop and um but I love it that knows cuz like cuz you're a drug

addict as well and like sometimes you start jonesing and and you've got to like start [ __ ] fuing popping speed and stuff so to like get us that to normal but it's it's your options are like take the speed don't take the speed or see take the speed in a way that your partner doesn't notice you know like or there was there was that bit that's inside the shed right and then but you can say one of the options is mention the speed in a way that you can see if he thinks it's okay you to take this like one of the options was like see what he thinks yeah so good so Good by The End by the end I was just doing should I okay no I'm not going to mention something it's got nothing to do with the main quest or anything like this but I just next week if you've if

computer is is there and it's up to this monitor as well so I'm basically like I'm just always in this [ __ ] room and I love this room but some days it gets to like 600 p.m and I'm like I need to not be in this room anymore yeah yeah and but if I'm going to play Disco alium it's going to be here and so I was just like [ __ ] it that's why I watched Picard I watched uh some other stuff I'm probably going to watch Star Trek Discovery this week too that's I did enjoy it but it's very different it's not peard yeah right yeah okay it's very very different tone to peard okay see if you like that one okay we shall see which is the one which is the the one out of see there's so many now I don't even know which one
