could explain this he's got his finger on the pulse of the teens okay there's two the first one is why do all YouTubers omit the T in the word button people they say button no matter does that my sister-in-law yeah right does that what is that it's just I don't know it's a YouTube thing it's an American thing and mostly YouTubers you're watching are American not everybody does it but it is like a a a common thing around here anyway like I mean if they were cocky from like East London and they were going button do me Buttons up I'd be like okay that's a thing but since one of Americans dropped te's don't know yeah I I don't know why the the thing I don't understand about

I don't like a lot of things so if you get a like from me I tend to so if I'm watching YouTube and it's on a computer which is actually not that common then it's more likely that I will like and or subscribe if I'm watching uh on a TV like I watch on the treadmill sometimes MH I will not like or subscribe because I don't know how to do that cuz the interface is garbage so YouTube maybe work on that and same in the living room on the Apple TV how how do I like and or subscribe I don't know I subscribe a lot if I like one video of yours I'm chances I'm going to like more and I'll subscribe so that I see more but I'll never like it as I'm specifically asked but just going back to the top you must like every single video then yeah like a lot he won't pay

for things unless people ask him to either yeah that's right got got to be very specific give me the money go to walk out of the store and excuse me sir are you going to pay for that well now that you've asked I will yeah that is why I love Unico Matt do you do you have Unico in America we do there's one up in Boston yeah yeah okay Unico you um you get your basket or your your bag and you walk around the store and you you try on clothes and you put them in your little bag and then before you leave you put the bag on this little spot and it tallies up what's in the bag and tells you how much money to pay them oh that's the dream and I don't know why everyone doesn't do that since now I know that technology ex exists why don't my [ __ ] groceries it takes so long to do

but buttons is the one that I don't like I watch a lot of tech reviews and so they talk about buttons a lot and I just don't I don't want to hear about the buttons the other thing that I've noticed and and this is not necessarily on YouTube but it is in in a lot of um I was about to say print media but that's not what I mean what I mean is text I want to know why and have you guys noticed this people use the letters PC to stand for percent rather than using the percentage sign I have just noticed this that start and why do we now use two letters instead of the designated icon it actually confused me the first time I saw it because I've got percent why are they talking about political

correctness oh no they actually mean percentage personal computer I thought personal computer when you first said it now you'll say you you'll see you know this is 87 PC blah blah blah blah blah is it some kind of attempt to reclaim the is from the political correct no I don't think it is it was not where I readed it it doesn't seem generation Zed not knowing what that symbol is yeah it's too many it's too hard to get to that keyboard on the are there certain phones that don't have that yeah or or is it just that that's hidden too many button presses yeah well just download a new keyboard you got to you got to hit like this this you got to go numbers and then symbols it's too many too many you do it is true cuz

they're writing these art on their phone that's why yeah why is that I don't know if somebody knows WR in because I really want to know and then I really want to stop because what the [ __ ] is this yeah we have a symbol for it guys let's all I thought we' all agreed on this MH yeah yeah I actually I haven't seen it but I'm no doubt I'm going to notice it all the time and you'll hate it as much as as we will yeah um you yeah you've uh you've conditioned me to for that why are things Chang age has conditioned you Matt all we' done all sorts of stuff yeah yeah you know what I got really mad at the other day just randomly the the phrase aholic to mean things you're addicted to like chocaholic workaholic because no no no the word alcoholic only

happened but I see it in you know what I would call reputable Publications on the internet like news articles on you know and they say addicting or if we're doing a cull of old timey words and phrases and symbols let's just do it and [ __ ] be be done with it and and all agree on it that that's how things are done now yeah I mean look that I mean words do change over time it actually absolutely does happen but it's just it just I've never seen it in real time as much as as I got older you know what I don't think we need the letter c we don't need it right sometimes it say how do we spell [ __ ] look look at the with a K look at the word circus right it's got two season it one said like an S one said like a k don't need C's use an S and A K just S and A K

circus yeah like Andy Circus yeah Andrew problem circus he's his ancestors thought the same thing then s e r k i yeah we don't even we don't need yeah stop [ __ ] about with C don't it we are never going to fix the English language we can't even decide between between our countries right here we spell words differently that's true I letter U exists I refuse to use like the US uh spell check I use the Australian spell check and yeah you're getting those 's sorry yeah yeah yeah and and you get Z's uh or s's sorry instead of Z's sometimes y where you'll

be expecting him sorry it's what I'm familiar with how it works it's how the queen told me to spell things mm so look I mean we can segue into um some movie talk without moving away from things that I hate and don't understand or should I say don't understand and therefore hate right why are we now bringing out sequels to movies and just calling them the same name as the original movie there are two this year that's come out there's a Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequel that's just called Texas Chainsaw Massacre that's coming out this year yes haven't seen that yet but I did watch a movie this year called scream which is a sequel in fact it's part [ __ ] five to scream from 1996 I don't get it is somebody explain this to me please I'm

not sure I've seen Scream 4 actually I was like watch the new in fact I didn't even know there was a Scream 4 and I had to go back and watch a [ __ ] review of it it looks awful it looks like the wor and I Know It exists and I know it's got David Arquette in it right it doesn't have all of it's no it's got It's got a few of them but it's got all of them yeah it's got quite a few of them yeah I've not seen it it looks like it's shot on home video though it looks like a very very cheap knockoff so is then the new one's no good I'm gathering from G AB I but I realized that they sto being good at a certain point anyway like Scream one very good brilant good for what it was but also an interesting critique on the culture of horror movies especially by someone W Craven who was a

pioneer of those movies to begin with par it was a parody slh horror movie it it was actually a horror movie but it was also a parody of it it was very clever and then number two was was interesting too because they were like well you know there's there's another Trope that all horror movie Dodge which is sequels so here you go the third one okay did we really need this yeah well the third one was was interesting in a way because it had that meta thing where they were making the movie of well they had the movie in the in in Scream too as well but then it was more the on stuff and then also the the like kind of the well what's left after you've done the sequel and so it was still I felt pretty good but so scream five or just scream

as it's called for some reason like iPad you just have to know exactly yeah yeah what have you seen scream oh which which year yeah need to the [ __ ] Year we We Make fun of Star Wars for making too many characters related to one another but scream takes the [ __ ] cake and they have leaned into it on number five so much that there's more characters everyone you see on screen is somebody's like secret illegitimate son or daughter is it intentional like a parody or they just it doesn't seem like it Matt honestly cuz that's the other thing re I realized by now these aren't horror movies these are soap operas with horror scenes in them sure you know um like

you're I'm just sitting there TW widdling my thumbs waiting for Ghost Face to come in and kill someone like shitty dialogue shitty characters I mean and maybe it's just because I don't care about teenagers I don't care to look at them or listen to them right could be but but hasn't it got the original cast in it yeah back they're are they are they staring or are they in it they're just in it they're just in it oh okay that's they could have made the movie without them but they managed to get them in which might have got a few more older audiences or even better not made the movie I don't get it because did we who is the age for a Scream movie now that cares about the scream

franchise look I know the exact reason why they made this movie the budget was 24 million mhm and it had a guaranteed audience yeah a guaranteed audience of enough people to to make money is that a did you make that up Luke or is have you looked that up it's $24 million budget I've looked that up their budget was 24 office brought in 130 all right so they made it for [ __ ] nothing there you go yeah cuz these stars are no longer stars and W Craven isn't with us anymore when no he's oh he's dead I mean they tried he was um this is like when Trent resn was talking about how he was try he wanted to do a year zero uh TV series or film or anything he wanted to get some kind of multimedia project off the ground I

don't I don't know if we're using that phrase anymore multimedia it's just media he wanted some content some some video cont he wanted to make something so yeah exactly he wanted to Branch out and do something interesting and then he went to all these Studios and they all told him is it a sequel to something is it a or is it a remake of something well we're not interested because it's too risky CU you want too much money and there's no guarantee it's like well that sucks and and why while he is big to us he's not quite big enough for them to take a risk on yeah realistically he only ever Hade back then he had closer it might be different now to be honest now that he's an academy award-winning [ __ ] film composer maybe they'd maybe but scary

try to get now probably not though no probably not this no no no cuz he'll go in and they'll go well we can get you another composing gig no problem yeah because you've got a track record in that but if you want to direct something mate no chance well I watched I watched a movie that uh that you suggested last week I'm I'm holding I watched it I watched it the next day in fact I watched Barbarian Sound Studio I [ __ ] loved it okay again again I'm not going to recommend this one to Luke no no no no no I wouldn't recommend this one to Luke even lesser than Beyond the Black rainbow to be honest cuz CU at least most of that was in English yeah yes and then when this ended I was like that's it then I mean it's fine no you know I I I enjoyed it and I I I I saw you know I saw what

they were I saw what they're going for but I was like okay that's it yeah this this makes Inception look like they gave you a whole bunch of exposition and told you exactly what was happening at the end yeah cuz things just so and and then I I when Jenna got back from Vermont I said I watched this movie and it it was still up on the screen and um because of the artwork she just looked at the screen she goes looks like this movie all takes place inside that guy's head from the artwork and I was like yeah yep all right you might be right about that yeah yeah mhm so yeah uh I mean you described it quite well last week uh it's you know a British um sound designer who mostly

works on documentaries quite nice documentaries gets brought to Italy hired for job uh he doesn't I don't think he knows what it is at first when he gets there it's a it's an Italian horror movie and uh and he gets increasingly more Disturbed as time goes on as things happen like on screen and in the in the sound booth and just with the cast and the crew and everything things just go poorly and then as it goes on you realize actually this might not actually be real or it's unclear what's real and what's not and is he having some kind of an episode or what is what is going on here and then at the end of it you're like oh yeah not quite sure to be honest probably not meant to be like the star of it I like the star of it I think he's a good actor he's an excellent

actor Toby Jones something like that is his name yeah um he's the only english- speaking character in the movie luk everyone else speaks Italian it's not subtitled you're just supposed to only understand what he can understand which is very little and then and then suddenly he doesn't speak English either right and you're like why is that oh we don't know yeah why is this happening yeah yeah exactly cuz it's because now I'm questioning whether he was English in the first place yeah and it's like yep but great sound design right oh fantastic yeah like in general and and the whole thing what two locations there his apartment that you see sometimes and then the studio and that's it yeah like two rooms in the studio the booth and then the recording the floor where they

record me a little bit although it's nothing like this but of Ponty paol because that's all set sound Studio as well that's an amazing movie and Luke I would recommend for you yeah yeah I'll think about it Pony pool is set in in the booth of a radio station where and then something strange starts going on outside and they're getting callers and and there's like some kind of apocalyptic event going on and it's all it's very good it's excellent very well done you don't you don't see any one just it's just yeah him looks like I'm not committing to anything yeah no um Luke did you get a did you get a package in the mail this week I did hey look at that so um listeners would have I haven't unwrapped

it yet Luke talking about Spies Like Us um many many times watching it over and over again in in place of watching new and different possibly better films and I've told him that if he's going to watch any Espionage comedy he should be watching Top Secret um but he refused um so when I heard that he was ex off for a week I thought [ __ ] it I'm sending a copy directly to his house now I was trying to gift you a digital copy of it and there's no service that I could find that I know you have that allows you to gift a movie digitally Micosoft let you do it um it Amazon don't let you do it so there might be others Apple might let you do it but I bu card but then you don't know what he's going to spend the money he's

definitely not going to buy top secret he might even buy SP like us and and that'll really [ __ ] me that would be good so I I actually I bought him a Blu-ray do you have a Blu-ray I'm going to have to put in my Xbox no that exactly and I had to like I had to Google do our Xbox as have a Blu-ray player cuz I've never used mine for blu-ray I didn't even know if it had one or not I assume it does do they do they do yeah it does they actually yeah only the pay money to Sony all right well well you at least commit to to watching that at some point you're off I promise I will watch this week it's so good it's so good watch that and then watch be on the black rainbow and then watch Barbarian sounds to Matt I've got another movie for you that I watched

this week that has oh IM I was about to say amazing which was amazing and impeccable but it just combined in my head so amazing sound design and it's it's a French movie though so Luke I'm sorry again you can't watch this you'd have to read it um he hates French people it's called yeah I mean who can blame him it's called The Strange color of your body's tears um just a great name it's a horror movie so you'll enjoy that but it is bizarre and the but the cinematography and it's got this thing where the editing and the cinematography and the sound all combined in a way that you watching it Go did they decide to do it like this while they were filming while they were editing or did the sound designer just come in at the end and go I'm going to make a sound for every cut

of this movie you know yeah right it's amazing it's from the directors director team Joo um they made a movie last year or the year before called let the corpses tan if you've seen that and if you haven't it's very Gooden it's also French but there's hardly any dialogue there's just a lot of shooting so it's very good all right they're really in influenced by kind of 70s and 80s Grindhouse genre yeah okay it's it's that kind of stuff but this I did say last week I was going to try and watch some Nicholas winding Reen movies I couldn't find any to be honest I the only way I could get them uh well I I'd have to buy them and then have to buy them at like full PR no no no but like at full price not even like some some of these are quite old you

know like 10 bucks n they wanted the full 20 on all of them I was like I don't I don't know yet I'm not committed enough to it to spend the full 20 on it you know that's one thing digital hasn't quite caught up on like remember when old DVDs and Blu-rays you go in you there's always like5 $10 with digital they will always be full price and they'll go on sale occasionally but there's never a we're just discounting this for for now like I have a feeling I'll probably enjoy the movie but well I enjoy it enough that I want to watch it more than once I don't know and I'm not going to pay that much money if I'm only going to watch it once you know it's like so we'll see I could even rent them I don't think so that includ only God forgives cuz I know you were super ke to

get only God forgives actually was the most difficult to find wow uh online so uh the neon demon was quite rely available but like I said you had said I don't know about that so my least favorite by a long shot and then uh I think Valhalla Rising was more available but I I'll get around to them trying to find a documentary this week that was almost impossible to find called um machete maidens Unleashed which uh is about it's about cheap American films made in the Philippines during the 7s cuz there was a very very small window in the 70s where the Philippines wasn't wasn't under martial law and uh it was incredibly cheap to fil movies there so Roger Corman and a whole bunch of those

guys just started wow outputting all their movies to like they would write the scripts in America send over one or two American actors but then just get Philipino directors and Crews and casts of extras to make the actual movies and like [ __ ] life is cheap over there at this point like people are like you need somebody to get punched in the face this guy will get punched in the face for five pesos you know so yeah right yeah and it'll look real cuz it'll it'll look very real um but it took me days to find a place where I could watch this did you watch it I eventually found it yeah great highly recommended um would did you see uh red letter media did a a little video on all the the current crop of Bruce Willis movies that have popped up have

you seen this I have noticed that there are I'll link a bunch of new Bruce Willis movies that all kind of look like the same movie yeah so they noticed this there's there's some um budget film studio that I guess they basically the way that works is that they get a budget of like say it's 5 million 4 million goes to Bruce Willis yeah hopefully he shows up does a couple of scenes and then they spend their and then they spend the rest of the money on on the movie the garbage that is the rest of the movie wow and yeah they watched uh they watched I think two of them each and then they were like that's enough we we've got we've got the idea of what this is now but yeah that's apparently that's the thing is that they um and and he

he he has an earpiece in right oh my God clearly in a lot of shots because it's I mean just yes wow cuz he's not going to spend time learning the script no God knows for $4 million you don't get reloading lights so anyway I'll up on the day if that sounds interesting and amusing I'll link to the red it it very very much does go into it it it's very funny they got Clips in there have you heard of haleywood haleywood haleywood is a podcast on at the moment about the town called Haley which is somewhere in Middle America that Bruce Willis tried to buy back in the early '90s no I've not he tried to buy and become the mayor listen to this of this small Country Town um and when he couldn't do it

legitimately he just started buying up all the businesses himself and uh okay so all right and it would become it was from this like Backwater place with just like one pub at the end of Main Street and then suddenly like A-list Los Angeles bands are playing there on a Saturday night and the locals are like what the [ __ ] is going on in our town that's very interesting all right haleywood yeah M all right that's why he's got to do these movies with $4 million to pay for that yeah well that's that's one of the things does he need to do this maybe he does maybe he's a Johnny Depp style you know bad with his money I never got the impression that he would be one of those

people that's bad with money but I'm just looking at IMDb and he's got like 20 movies in the last two years yeah like that's a lot doing that many in 2 years is not enough to do anything good no no well yeah like I said I'll link to the video you can see uh plenty of clips that will indicate to you that none of them are very good I just saw something that's in pre-production that I want to see what is it Fortress 3 oh Fortress 3 yes so they show clips from the movie Fortress and I don't know that it's the Fortress you're thinking of oh damn oh no I've have seen there is another movie called Fortress I honestly thought when I just saw three I thought it was a a sequel to I think is one of those this is one of those slap together

ones that he just showed up so cuz Fortress 3 honestly could be a step together one oh true the second one was you can't do Fortress without Christopher Lambert come on I don't know you could I think you could replace him with Bruce Willis now on Christopher Lambert's still around and he is he's definitely up for some work so let's not the last thing I saw in was a Mortal Kombat video game TR oh yeah did you see that one where it was for the Mortal Kombat where the guy kid was playing he turns and then Christopher lamber they going nice game kid yeah [ __ ] love worst Raiden now I would to watched Fortress instead of top secret I'm not saying Blu with the original

ending foress if you can find it with the truck I've got Fortress with the truck through the bar the truck yeah yeah the flame he tries to shoot a truck with a [Laughter] flamethrower I can see why they cut it I'll be honest intestins inators yeah uh uh can we talk about cyber Punk we can have you played it recently I was I was playing it right before we recorded this podcast Dan it's time all right the time has come ready for you to play cyber Punk patch 1.5 came out it's got the Next Gen update you can choose two modes of video performance and Ray tracing I recommend performance personally you get 60 frames a second it looks great and uh they've

improved to release another sort of quick patch for the PlayStation 4 with the disc version cuz when you install the patch it stopped working completely yeah it happens yeah it was not it was not entirely smooth uh but none of that affected me so I don't care yeah but yeah they made a bunch of improvements Bunch patched a bunch of stuff uh we get fancy graphics on the Xbox series X and also they've changed the way that the fixes give out the jobs and I don't know it's it's good also one of the things that they've changed is the romance options so when you're Romancing one of the characters they will send you nudes to your phone mhm yeah see it's all good stuff so very exciting and I have been playing it again and yeah it looks

[ __ ] great now I'm super happy I just I want to go and play it again except I finished it so did I so what oh you yeah but you did you did your silly thing where you just reloaded and did all the different options right I haven't quite done that yet I haven't got all the endings yet but I've got the ending I wanted yeah now I'm I can definitely play through again easily and choose different stuff so no I'm actually waiting for them to release story DLC mhm yeah and then I'll go back and play that's next up right this was the big thing to kind of make it it's actually promised to begin with I mean if they've been working on this patch have they been working on any story DLC or is that a long way off now I think what happened is the reception was so bad that they

were like all right everybody we've got to stop and focus on this stuff yeah so you might be waiting a while for that L uh I I reckon I'm probably another 3 to four months I think they'll want to make their money now keep running cuz they're not going make M they don't doing this we'll get them a few more sales but it's not going to be the big money spin the big money SP when they release a story deal so yeah I think this is more about ple you know making it up to the people who already bought the game I mean you know they already had my money and they've done this anyway no I like we played it on the Xbox series X and it was a flying game like people said some horrible [ __ ] about I I city project I like him as a company I think they genuinely didn't

mean for this to be as you know the the disaster in quotes that it was launched and it was for them a disaster and they're trying to make good I think honestly this what happened will come down to a couple of people who not on the game making side who are on the money side who going no we got to send this out now promised everyone a shame it had such a positive energy when it was released before anyone to play it you know what I mean like great hype Kiana Reeves coming out and being like I'm in this [ __ ] yes like I think if it if they had just said no Xbox one no PS4 it would have been fine y except the same it would had it would have had the

same push back that a Bethesda game gets when they release with all their bugs yeah yeah cuz my experience on the series X and I think yours too Luke was I had I hit a few bugs but nothing that bad I think I had to rest enjoy I really enjoyed it was a it's a really good game um one of the things they have gone through they've gone through and they've updated the skill tree in it yes and they've gotten rid of stuff that's sort of useless do you know there was a skill to something about firing underwater I didn't know that no I wouldn't have taken that if I if I'd known was underwater very often no actually one sequence that I can think of and I won't mention what it was cuz it's a spoiler but there is a large sequence underwater but I don't think you have to shoot

anything from memory yeah maybe I don't need to pick a skill for that but maybe they um removed stuff underwater yeah I mean maybe it'll get added back at some point but yeah but I think yeah I think they removed some like skills and stuff to sort of they got rid of the ones that no one was picking and put in some new ones yeah you can buy Apartments all around the city now more like I think five new apartments so that's cool and your apartment is actually useful now cuz you can go back and get uh if you sleep you get like a a buff and if you shower you get a buff you can change your appearance by looking in the in the window in the bathroom that was a big thing people wanted you can change not

your whole appearance you can change your hair and your certain things you can now change your appearance anywhere you you can't change everything so there are certain things like you know you can't change your dick so the dick you choose at the start is the dick for the rest of the game exactly you can change your hair you can change certain things but not they did get rid of one bug that I think they should never got rid of the one way you dick out yeah I know that was a good that sounds like an option to be honest you put pants on and then your dick just still there yeah they fixed that unfortunately but yeah I think you know you had asked Dan earlier if you should wait and I think you did wait I think Now's the Time okay I'm excited um some of the people

who worked on this and like The Witcher stuff they've got off and made their own Studio as well yes trying to find that River wolves so I think I'm not quite sure why they left I think it might have been just they'll do for change one more control maybe I think these guys have been worked like [ __ ] slaves and probably and they've well not really change of pace they're going off to work on to deliver the next gen RPG so they're going to go and do exactly the same thing but I think they're going to have control do we know what they working on no uh a AAA Dark Fantasy role playing game I mean so probably quite similar to The Witcher but you know yeah based some sort of original property but yeah the

watch it's it's Gil from Buffy he play as I would play the [ __ ] out of that play that absolutely putting that out there right now especially they made that Buffy game for Xbox no it was actually quite good I enjoyed it what no there was a buffy game yeah yeah yeah like original Xbox yeah yeah yeah like old school how come there's yeah I mean I I was about to ask why AR isn't there a buffy game and then I answered it by saying no one cares about Buffy anymore exactly CU cuz I play I played this yeah oh [ __ ] good game forgotten about this it was bad man there was this real Buffy chaos

bleeds and yeah that period it's so funny like with with retro games it's like anything from the 80s and 90s is still great still looks great because we just think even those shitty 8 16 and 32-bit games are great looking because of the Retro nature of them then early days of 3D PlayStation first Xbox it's like that uncanny valley where they're just trying to make everything way too realistic and you just can't go back to that I'm reading some of the so this is The Buffy the Vampire Slayer game on Xbox Goofs right the intro incorrectly credits the powers that be for the creation of the Slayer what what a goof I bet they're [ __ ] embarrassed most if not all Vampires will continue to talk after they die and turn to dust that sounds like a bug not

a goof like it's not like they just goof there like the vampires keep talking after the the vampires still talk when they're dust in yeah they do probably they do but a lot of them still talk after getting stabbed before turning to DUS in the show there are many doors in this game that Buffy can't enter because they're locked however in the show it's established that as the Slayer it's well within Buffy's abilities to break open a door they've got under Goofs this sounds like the same person wrote all of these yeah and it's not clearly not I I hope they don't take that too seriously they like you think the creators of this 20-year-old game are reading these Goofs going oh we're [ __ ] up oh wait lock doors don't stop the Slayer ah

[ __ ] see we were just doing this as a way so we don't have to create what's beyond that door because we don't have the budget for that and we want them to go this way again but yeah you're right wasn't an open world game this is not the generation of games you can go back to so no as you said there just that that big gap of let's just leave that where it was as a stepping stone from the old to the new like remember the game Croc Croc Croc on Playstation it was a 3D platformer called Croc and uh and I imagine oh is largely unplayable it's like Crash Bandicoot style but like I don't know people are still loving to go back playing those crash bands and Spiros and maybe that's this is still as playable as them wonder

if the we could buy the rights to Croc and we'll make a you know I mean obviously we'd probably have to learn how to make a the 3D platform game first and then we could well we buy the rights first and then we'll figure it out I'm sure we I'm sure we could do it I'm sure we could do it make sure when you buy the rights you're buying the rights and not just a book okay let's learn from the mistakes that people have no I've bought an nft of the cover of the game God and then now we're going to be did you ever play the the crow game on the first PlayStation [ __ ] no cuz I knew that was going to be terrible even when that was a brand new game on a brand new

console still run like absolute [ __ ] yeah there there is yeah movie tying games back then they were just there was no point in playing them no no like all the old Star Wars TI in games although the nest ones were kind of fun still actually I don't know if they were I think maybe it was just that I had spent my en allance on it so I was going to play it no matter what yeah yeah didn't matter if I was enjoying it I was going to play it speaking of games that aren't fun to play Battlefield 2042 uh the EA's come out this week and said actually it's because of uh Co and Halo infinite that the game is bad it's actually it's not cuz the game is bad it's just that Halo infinite is better and also Co I mean Co would suggest that the more people are at home with a lot

more time to play games see see the problem with this game is is it was multiplayer only and they released it where multiplayer wasn't playable yeah so there's nothing else to do it's not like I can go play single player or anything it's I mean don't get me wrong that's not why I I was never going to play this well I didn't play it but i s and I was sort of interested to be honest for for various reasons the composers are very good it's um the composer of the the um Chernobyl television series and of uh Joker Academy Award winning composer of Joker Hilda uh Hilder can't pronounce the surname so I won't try MH then I saw some videos of gameplay and that put me right off yeah so yeah there there's actually even talk about it's possible

the games are going to go free to play soon that's probably still not going to entice me away from cyber Punk I'll be honest well no well you can go play 10 hours of it for free now anyway cuz you got Xbox game pass n I'm good but yeah yeah I don't know the trailers looked pretty cool I got to say yeah but then it's just it's multiplayer and I'm not a big fan of multiplayer only yeah it's the other people that's the problem yeah also gets a bit sey over but you can't really blame Halo for being a better game that's why we didn't do good I know it's such a weird thing to say honestly our biggest problem was just that Halo was good and ours wasn't and if Halo hadn't been good people might not have noticed that ours wasn't good not just Halo there were a lot of

games better than this and that's why that's why this wasn't perceived very well yeah and so I think you'll find it's not our fault it's the other games that were the problem oh so it's reported only 4 % of Xbox players bage to re level 15 B I think bothered is the word they were looking for not not managed bothered bothered I think I think I might have got to level five just to get an achievement and then went no I'm not playing this anymore yeah it wasn't good oh hey I have a question you may know or not know this yet do you get so patch 1.5 of cyber Punk changes the game kind of significantly and now it's series X and S compatible do you get new achievements no oh okay if I got new achievements you have already played

through it again yeah yes he'd be playing it while he was talking to us exactly but no that's that's why I did actually just go and check as well to see if they did release any new achievements like maybe buy all of the apartments or anything no nothing there they need to start some games need to start doing that yeah there are other games that uh this week have just released like title updates um where is it one of them is uh there's a title update for uh a game called 50 years right it's Title Update 4 as title update it also done Title Update 3 for um windows so this title update gives you an extra th000 gamer score and it will take me probably 20 minutes to unlock them

all that's how you entice Luke to buying game or updated game even updated game I should say well this week because I haven't been working and I haven't been able to move a lot I have just focused on my gamer School I've now just cracked the top 300 in the world wow I on to that for long just a bunch of everything just really quick easy games garbage yeah just garbage I'm going to play real games this week I'm going to play Dying Light two and life is strange cuz the gamer score is the game for luk unforunately it is life is strange I'm current I'm currently 299 in the world life is strange looks cool I should play that Jen play Life Is Strange is good enjoyed

them and um Amazon have just optioned life as strange as a series they've got a first look option um for life is strange and also for disco elesium disco TV series Life is strange I think they can do disco elium not so much I don't know about disco elium as a passive medium you know because when you play as this character you're you're playing as not not just the greatest anti-hero ever written but also the worst video game character to play in history yeah somebody who can be killed by turning on a light trip over an old woman's wheelchair and just die yeah that's right

um when you watch this series you're just going to be watching a [ __ ] loser yeah so it depends who does this I mean if this if this is handled well this this could be the greatest TV series ever it's also it's going to lose that he's not going to die by switching on a light in the television show of course so you're you're you're going to miss a lot of I assume it it'll just be the main story beats with whichever of the whichever of the silly options are more palatable for TV yeah it's not going but life is strange I'm all for that I'll watch that I've played through this will be I think my fourth time playing through life is strange the one criticism I've heard of live stream like I haven't played it yet

but I know Jenna has said a couple times that she got annoyed that that no matter you do have choices but that doesn't really change what happens no you at the end of the game you do get there's one choice but no matter what you do out through the entire game doesn't change those that choice at the end yeah okay but I mean the the illusion of choice I guess is still but I mean that's most games I think that's yeah yeah I think if it's done well that's fine but then I I think it is done well because it does tie in like the choice at the end it actually plays on like all those choices you played on earlier they don't affect the choice you're going to make but you do see how those choices you made what everything was leading to yeah I should play this play it it just came out on

Xbox series X there's a remastered Edition you know what else just came out on Xbox series X cyberpunk luk that's all I care about all the other games are going in the trash Dead Islands dead to me now I was having fun now I don't care cyber Punk there are rumors that Dead Island 2's on track for next year now yeah I saw that it's uh I'm all for that yep gives me time to finish cyber Punk a couple more times well yeah I do have to finish cyber Punk three more two more timeses there's actually a few achievements I didn't get but they're annoying ones yeah oh oh sorry one other thing just because I forgot to mention before you get more clothes uh at all the clothing stores now there's more options available to you early on cuz one of the

big complaints was that you look like an idiot early in the game because you wear clothes to up your stats but nothing matched but now there's more options available for that so we going have to talk about cyberp Punk again I promise cyber Punk they're not giving us any money no we're not sponsored by anybody in fact we give them money I just really liked this game and I was so bought this game when I was told it was basically unplayable I still my money I was so bummed by how it all happened cuz it's so good and was sort of annoying cuz at the time everyone was complaining about the game but we were playing it and going this is a great game yeah like yeah I'm enjoying this there's nothing wrong with this everything like the the the story

landed I really enjoyed it I got like the emotional bits maybe emotional and then I was like I don't know what you guys are talking about I think it was one of these things that the internet just jumped on the bandwagon for [ __ ] on this game where a lot of people probably on an old Xbox or PS4 fine it it did not you didn't have a good experience but yeah on PC and on series X and I think Series S as well it was all right just enjoy it maybe I do all right fine I'm going to install it what did he just reach down to the [Music] desk he was like his dick troller all right don't you have easy access to your controllers is that a new custom controller yeah mine's right here

unfortunately my Xbox is in another room now um I actually own all of the colors that came out for the Xbox series X and I've already broken two of hang on Oh Oh I thought you meant like that custom shop where you could get every no you choose the I purchased every possible combination of colors no I go through a controller I probably break a controller every 3 to four months obviously not my wedding controller that I bought that I got you guys this W no that one's downstairs so I don't use that as often not because I don't want to use it it's because I don't want to break it oh I used I used mine until it stop working I still have it but it doesn't work anymore yeah bummer buttons was my primary controller for a long time yeah it's out in the uh living I think

actually no Jenny uses the series X controller now I think it's just in a basket but anyway what seems like something out of cyber Punk but is something out of real life the new update to iPhone will now uh unlock your phone with face recognition even when you're wearing your mask cuz that's the world we live in now you have to train it uh if you're going to wear glasses or if you have to wear glasses you've got to be wearing them when you train it though it'll get because it gets confused and you can actually set multiple pairs of glasses if you have multiples which is interesting and cuz the way the the face ID works is a big secret no one really knows exactly how it knows it's you uh but that's kind of a a bit of a clue is that clearly your lower face is heavily

involved if they've got it you know cuz you didn't have to worry about glasses before now you do yes so I remember when it first came out I didn't like beards yeah well everyone's got their own op a lot of people still don't even Siri I like my beard I need to trim it though you don't have an iPhone though so it's not a concern yeah have you ever had an iPhone Luke I I had original iPhones I had the iPhone 3 3G was it that was the first one that came out back when there was no other choice between smartphone oh that's true yeah and that was the only one I had had an iPad that Felicia Day signed mhm do you still have that no my father I gave it to my father wa and then I gave even signed you gave you still gave it away I said I gave I gave went like here I'm
