crypto scam he had a good reason he had a very good reason didn't he's a [ __ ] withit that's the reason very good reason so what is a crypto scam you just sell crypto that doesn't exist and then what's a you just don't do it it exist so you basically you give coins out to people you know type of thing you have a lot of coins then we all have coins yeah and then people will start buying it and then when money starts going in people just sell all the coins they've got and so the money that goes in just disappears to the people who had coins to begin with and the people who buy are left with coins that are now worthless cuz when you hold on what you're describing is insider trading and it's illegal it would be so why is it not illegal for crypto crypto is unre is not regulated

this where it's sort of like I reach out I I'm in love with you I want this oh I need you help me get out of the country I need you to send me money to help with this that like firsthand accounts of that happening to people multiple yeah yeah yeah it's [ __ ] up and they think they have a relationship with this person which is probably just going I'm not going to say who it was but I've met I've met a human being who who had that happen to his mom where he went around and he said do you want to go out and she said she said I've got to wait my boyfriend's coming around um I owe him money and he's like what what and then yeah sorry several red flags have just G on yeah and this he said that that that she said that yes her

young boyfriend comes around um she doesn't remember um borrowing the money but he assures her she did and they go to the ATM and he and she pays him back every week that is so [ __ ] yeah that is just yeah so cuz that's not even doing it online that's and he called the police the police came around and they said they said we think we know who it is actually we yeah he's been doing that so we'll get him and he was like that's [ __ ] I just do that to someone nobody just does that once for a laugh that's that's a [ __ ] serial that's a gri yeah he went to see this guy's mom and then a bunch of other people moms basically his day has broken up into 15 Slots of moms yeah going to the ATM with old old women [ __ ] hell work done for me yeah that's really

Alan W for 300 hours do you want to know what how I played it twice that's more than double the time I played it do do you want to know my total time yeah 1,369 hours oh man you beat me but only just how my total time is 1,11 hours my total time is 78 hours this must be wrong this must I must have left it on yeah you have to have left it on there's no way you're up in the same level as me cuz my total time playing Allan Wake is 39 hours and I played the game once and I was fairly thorough that's all the DLC when I saw 300 hours I thought to myself that seems a lot yeah that something's not right you must have left it on or

something somehow because it also says I'm in the top 1% of this game's most active players which if I really did play it for 300 hours that's playing it twice a lot of people still don't finish a game these days yeah no I'd believe that I'm in the top 30% of people like for time played like total up top so that's which surprises me because I don't play that much I don't have time to if this is to be believed I'm in the top 3% for that oh I'm top 2% I think something skewed on your numbers otherwise I did play a lot more this year than I have in the past but where you where you played what is your what is your stats on that or

are 365 days in a year if I played for an hour every day that's only 00 hours yeah I mean there's days I play for more than an hour but because you're playing on the streaming thing if it's just still active in the background or something that's could be what it is yeah yeah it's on standby but not asleep yeah it has to be that there's no way and that that would explain why Alan Wake playtime is inflated because I played almost the entire second playthrough on my handheld yeah yeah the um the the second highest played game for me is quantum break I play that for six hours That's how little I play That's how I get to play these days mine

I know I've heard stories like people getting denied oh you didn't tell us that you had this thing many years ago so because you didn't tell us this you're not covered for this now whereas in Australia they will apparently do anything to get out of it right we've got like a waiting period so you can't go to stop people getting Health just when they get but after you've done your waiting period you you got health insurance down you're covered yes that's right cuz I often think if I ever got seriously ill I i' I'd come back move back to Australia or pop England something right well we half of the reason we came back to Australia when we did was because we wanted to do IVF to have a baby sure and um you can do it in Singapore if you if you got the

money yeah but uh cost us a fraction of it to do it in Australia yeah right all the little inter Dental things are just covered under Medicare I mean you pay your Specialists sure but the all your other hospital visits and stuff are just yeah cuz I've had I had minor surgery when I was there I didn't pay anything for it in Australia I wonder what the [ __ ] would it cost me did you get it lengthened or shortened I think you know quite well what I had done to it Danny nothing minor about that surgery man uh but yeah so this guy I knew a guy who was an executive at a insurance company right so you guys remember when I had my ill- faded North Pole Expedition yeah yeah yeah um so when we were when I was [ __ ] trapped in the

Arctic for 3 weeks or whatever it was ended up being that I was there um I got to know the guys I was there with very very well um nothing else to do yeah and they were yeah there was a lot of that but you [ __ ] you sp froze as soon as you sp it um r shards of ice I don't know why I'm doing this spit on again oh I don't know why I thought it' be different this time um um the company paying for us all to be there was a um insurance company so it was the executives of of that company but one of them was telling me cuz we were just talking about like why did you get into Insurance like seem like an evil [ __ ] to me you know um but he was saying he used to be a cop

and uh he said the first day he had to knock on somebody's door and say your um son has died right you know cops have to do that he was like I don't want to be a cop anymore I'm going to I'm going to quit that was he couldn't do it he realized it wasn't for him but he was also like I want a job where I'm knocking on someone's door to say guess what we're going to help you or something we brought him back from the dead yeah yeah we're at least giving you some cash for him you know so so you went in with good intentions and then just became evil or well I don't know I don't know he was a nice guy actually in the end they tried to stiff us on the bill for that so but it wasn't and then he mysteriously got shot

me think I should watch the keep I know like God Bless America because you had uh told me about it in a past in and so i' I'd marked it down to watch and uh and so I I watched the halfway through I realized it's the Nazis again I've I've themed my week by accident through [ __ ] in the first shot is [ __ ] tank no no no I know no no but I realized like cuz oh this reminds me of oh I've done that haven't I and I'm sure you very upset about it nice I just realized that's why I thought of this movie yeah you were like I really like um really like uh Gabriel Burn's haircut there reminds me of uh it looks quite striking in it like it's I've never seen like boss no totally yeah say what you want about the Nazis they looked damn good this what a movie

it's a it's interesting it's it's a a horror movie I suppose and I guess we could do spoilers cuz it's [ __ ] 40 years old yeah at least yeah nais in Romania yeah 83 I think it clean up in Romania there's like an old keep which is you don't really see what it is I don't think it's just a big building a fort of some kind yeah and uh there's a I mean spoilers it's there's a Golem in there a uh an old Jewish Golem who uh starts killing all the Nazis and they bring in this scholar this uh it's played by [ __ ] what's his name Gandalf um San seran M seran mcum who's like a Jewish scholar to come in and try and figure out what's killing them and uh yeah and he teams up with him and friends but well yeah gone but then

there's a Twist won ruin in case you want to watch but so it's direct it's directed by Michael man yeah right uh Miami of Miami Vice Fame right heat The Insider and then and then this weird bizarre horror movie it's really weird it's really like like in a good way it's like shot and like I love it but I wouldn't necessarily be able to say it's a good movie or recommend it to people yeah cuz I was like oh maybe cuz Jenna was at a stayed at Jordan's cuz she was at a conference down in Newport and so I watched it that night cuz I was like I don't know if she liked this and I was like I'm glad I didn't try to get her to watch this cuz I don't think like this is not just very like it's very weird like it's more it reminded me of um in in a way uh when I

watched um Beyond the Black rainbow yes where I was like this is this is not no one else should watch this I'm just going to enjoy this and then it's it's a me movie and enjoy it in the same way as you enjoy going to an art gallery you know going I don't have to understand everything I see yeah I'm just going to enjoy the cuz what's that guy who's not David kadine shows up yes oh yes and then he's just suddenly he's just banging the B mck's daughter and I was like the [ __ ] is going you know what don't worry about it visually visually this is amazing whole character and subplot didn't really even need to be in the movie no in my opinion cuz he just wrote up at a bike at one point and the Nazi stopped [ __ ] off and his eyes glow

and they all go and I was like what is happening like it's quite an old I didn't Noti this Li think 83 83 yeah and it's got a lot of people you'd recognize in it like like famous like people that that i' be like I wouldn't expect them to have done a movie like this cuz it is strange and I also I read cuz I looked up afterwards some stuff about it apparently um Michael man kind of disowned it because uh it his original version of it apparently he like 210 minutes long and the studio was like nah mate and they cut it down to what it is yeah there's no way back then you're getting a 210 movie minute horror movie but it did feel to me like it was like I was like moving too quickly so that makes sense to me where I was kind of like why okay I'm just going to accept

that that happened whereas I feel like could have spent a bit more time on that but yeah might a reason why that guy was banging his daughter well cuz literally what happens is then she's in the keep with with her dad some of the nuts se's try to have it off with her and get killed by the Golem and so then the the Gabriel burn is like he's like an SS officer he's like no no no you're going to stay in the village you can't stay in here it's causing problems sends the daughter to the Inn in the village and the inke keeper says yeah I've got a room for you they go in and that character is in there that man they whatever the actor's name is he standing in the room and the in keeper goes sorry mate this room's taken and she goes no it's fine and then they're

just having sex and like I was like that moved quite quickly like yeah like that that's literally what happens Scott Glenn by the way Scott Glenn right from uh Backdraft and Sil of the lamps oh there you go yeah he literally look exactly the same as David Kine to me he does look exactly like d when you said not David kadine I was like no it is David kadine isn't it no it's not he look they look exactly the same to me I have I have to check every movie I have to check who it was so Matt I don't want to blow your mind but I've just I've just become aware that there's a tabletop game based on this is there interesting that could be fun okay oh one other thing I want to mention in

it is the the visual effects are fantastic and to the point where I was like how the [ __ ] did they even do that the um cuz the Golem is smoke at first and kind of slowly over the movie starts to have like a corporeal form but that like halfway through the movie It's like a mix of both and there a sequence where it's walking around and it carries the daughter at one point and it's I just I'm just not quite sure how they did that in 1983 the effect is very very interesting like it looks looks amazing I was like [ __ ] how' they do that hm yeah it's like a big thing big thing with smoke all around it like I'm assuming it's just a blue screen or something it's just I don't know I was like [ __ ] that looks rad I've also just found out it's based on a novel called

the keep which is part of a six novel series oh interesting you're going to be reading next week yeah yeah anyway cool movie not for everybody definitely not for everybody very strange but uh but like I said beautiful m M it's a it's a Hidden Gem uh yeah towards the end the Golem goes a bit nutso and kills all these Nazis trashes all this stuff and he just the whole end sequence is shot killing all these Nazis you heard it Matt's like that's nuts that is nuts how could he i' stop watching them man High Castle after was like the Badd End season one uh rer doesn't kill Hitler happy ending stop watching yeah yeah

um the shots where it's just you know the smoke everywhere and there's like you know trash Nazi vehicles and stuff like that and they're all there's like a Golem a fantasy Golem with all Le like and all this just lit by one massive backlight through the smoke it just looks incredible I was like [ __ ] yeah he want to watch it it I mean you do like like 880s bizarre it is it is worth watching and it's like you said before they were very well dressed like the costumes like it just looks incredible like yeah like say what you want about them they looked incredible they did they look very good Nazis they had a good tailor and good Barbers arguably cost them cuz they

froze to death in their beautiful Hugo Boss uniforms luckily they froze to death I watch nine what's in the barn oh yeah uh we watched last night this is there's a Christmas horror movie called something in the barn stars Gil foil from um Silicon Valley it's it's actually a nor it's it's set Norway and we thought it was in Norse nor is is nor the language Norwegian Norwegian probably correct yeah yeah right sorry my brain just couldn't get there I mean nor got the Vikings who were also from new that's why as soon as I said it I was like

was reading this review it's like it started like any other Hallmark movie Lacy shabar woke up one morning like so it's it's well known that she's just the queen of them so she just makes an absolute career out of just these yeah right but evidently this year there are two movies two Christmas movies where the premise just coincidentally is that a snowman is brought to life hot Frosty being one of them so that's one of them and I was going to ask if you had seen that I haven't seen hot Frosty but I know Jenna has I can ask question in fact she did say we could watch that it's pretty good if if I wanted to watch it she would watch it again yeah so I think we need a review of that because Frosty uh he doesn't do anything for me

no I thought he looked a little goofy but then again what do I know about snowmen which which snowmen are hot and which AR yeah it's got Craig Robinson in it as well who's that oh you know him um oh what was your know him from oh you know him end of story no no you'd know him from you'd know him Park what's his name fish and CH Craig Robinson Craig once you see him you will know oh I know yeah machine yeah I know him he's a comedian he's Pineapple Express oh okay right that guy I know him I know him he's in it right okay um all right I'll I'll report back
