Welcome to Multiple Nerdgasm with your hosts Matt, Luke and Dan Multiple Nerdgasm, your guide to all things nerdy. I'll stay podcast podcast if you're listening on an iPod. Otherwise it's just a narrow cast. I know I've done this show, had this complaint before. Have I had this complaint on air before? I probably have. It bugs me when people call podcasts pods. Oh, welcome to the pod. You could say pod to the cast. Yeah, because. That would be correct. Yes.
You don't call ATV show ATV, right? It's a show. It's a pod cast. The pod is the iPod, It's the device. Yeah. Yeah, and in fact, if you're watching broadcast television, nobody goes. Welcome to the Broad Do. That right? No, well, they don't say welcome to the cast either. No, they don't. They just tell you the name of the show. But. You'll see. I'll welcome the cast when they
first probably begin. I don't know. Yeah, not a lot, not a lot of live TV these days where they introduce the the players. No, that's fair. So we've done something strange this week. We've already recorded the after party and the third member of this show was present for it. He's not here now. No, no, he's not, which is why we we inverted the system today. But we can tell you that the after party this week, very funny, very entertaining. So subscribe on Patreon. Yep, and if you want to see what Luke looks like while he's on a
Bender in cambodiapatreon.com/multiple Nerdgasm. Yeah, yeah, I. Mean it looks quite similar to Luke on a Bender at home, but. Very similar. Yeah, Yeah. Look, there's some, there's tons of stuff to talk about. It's been a couple of weeks. I know there's movies and I want to get to some movies, but we've also been playing the same computer game. Oh yeah. I think you might have already finished it perhaps and I over halfway according to the amount of achievements that I've that
I've racked up in Steam. So we're talking about the Drifter. Yeah mate, yes, I have finished it. I where's my play time on this? I I got to say this is it's so far, it's going to be my game of the year. For sure it's. So fucking good. It's everything that's good about point and click adventure games. What's some shit you weren't expecting? Right 9.6 hours I've I've played a bit, so it's not a huge game, but oh I I I was actually surprised it's quite long I was
surprised by how long it is it's. Yeah, yeah, sure. Yeah, and he's. He was described as like, am I wrapping up the mystery here? And it's no, no, no, there's, there's more to it. Yeah, there's more happening. Yeah. Dave's described it as a a like a point and click fast-paced take on point and click adventure games. And I was like, I wonder what that means at 1st. And then now I've played it, I'm like, oh, I get that. And that made me nervous because actually, point and click
adventures that have time limits are genuinely not good. Yeah, no, that doesn't mean that it's usually a deal. Breaker. Yeah, there's a repeating. You'll know what I'm. Well, I don't want to do spoilers, but there's sections of it where you can fail and then but you'll have to have. Yeah, well, actually, good point. Yeah, failure is part of the gameplay in in some cases. And then you have another go, but they're very like, very well done. It's like it never feels like. It's extremely unique in that
respect. Yeah, I've never played a game that does that mechanic before. No, it is excellent. The characterization and the, you know, the voice acting of the of the lead character is just fucking unreal. It's so good. These various. Australian peripheral characters drop the quality overall down a a little a little bit. Not enough that it matters. Yeah, and this is a completely indie game. Like they don't have a publisher or anything. This is literally just two guys. Yeah, well, and a a couple other
people involved to do various things and they just made a game. Yeah, a great game and the the best part about this for me, Luke and I saw a demo of this at PAX last year and the playable section that we played was the first scene of the game. No train car. Actually it's the second scene, it's straight after. It's when you were in. The underpass, Yeah, yeah. So the first time you're in the in the underpass before anything's really happened other than that train scene. But you know, when you play something that you've played a
demo of, you're like, well am I going to just be waiting for this to happen? So it's like, it's like when you see a movie and everything from the trailer is in the 1st 10 minutes and you're like, Oh yeah, now it's a completely new movie for me. Yep, Yep, yeah. So it's a a point and click adventure game. If you've no it, it's in the I would say it kind of mashes together kind of the full throttle. Oh no, not. If if full throttle. I'm trying to think what it's like it would.
Be like full throttle. It looks like full throttle. Maybe the dig is the the one that I think is. Yes, because it doesn't have the verbs at the bottom of the screen. Yeah, you just kind of click. Yeah, you're right. I think the dig is probably the closest. Yeah, I was trying to think which. Definitely. Looks like that interface. You know the eye and the hand and everything that. The no you just click. It just whatever however you can interact, it will it will adapt.
Yeah, yeah. Like to look at stuff you just hover over. It's very like, it is very refined. I was like, oh, this is like, yeah, I, I, I feel like in a weird way, it's like the, the, you know, all the adventure games in the past have like, come to. This sounds very silly to say about. That. Yeah, yeah. But it really does. Yeah. It really feels like it's. He's built on everything that's come before, and it's just like
this kind of ultimate version of it he loved. Every one of those games and said I want to do one that's even better than all of these. And he's put a lot of thought into all the aspects of it. And I just feel like it's like the the best version of of it, all the little bits that we've gotten to the great to date. Yeah. I mean, I don't want to. Like about this, it's just very fun. It's not a spoiler, but I just love in a lot of games from that era from like, you know, like 85 to 95, say if you've see an item and you pick it up once you've
used it, you've used it. This. If you've got something useful, he'll use it again and again in different scenarios. That's right. Like, yeah, I like that. Yeah. It felt more it. It feels less like a computer game and more just like a intuitive storytelling. Yeah, no, it's it's really cool. Loved it. Yeah, it's good. It could probably get my game of the year I'd say so far. Yeah, it's very good. Yeah. I, I think I might have to agree
with you on that. Actually, I can't. Think about it. I also. Knew that would rival it. I've also been playing another point click. Eventually I finished the Drifter and I've got. I've mentioned this one already before too. This is the Biggle Boss incident. Oh, yes, yeah. I've been playing it. I had some trouble playing it on my Mac. I have resorted to playing it in AVM that's running Windows OK, and I've been communication with
Adam the developer about some a little bit. Just trying to not wanting to do that. No, just yeah, I, I mean, I want him to succeed. This is a guy that I've been following the development of this game on YouTube for three years or something like that. And he's finally put out this adventure game. And it's a fun, you know, it's funny. It's like a little it's it's like a little again, indie adventure game made by just a single person in this case and about a conspiracy at A at an office.
Kind of don't want to give anything away, but it's it's fun. I recommend you check that one out as well. I do think that means. Team wish list so. It's less polished as than the than the Drifter, but also I it's charming and I think it's good because he's not a developer. He became a developer. To make this game to. To make this game and so a lot of the quirks and bugs and stuff yeah I I forgive because I'm like well he just he just you know what I'm going to make a fucking video game and just
learned how to do it so it. Reminds me of when Shane Carruth, who wasn't a filmmaker, was an engineer who thought he'd figured out time travel and was like, I'm going to make a movie about this and I'm going to call it Primer because I've got to tell people that this is how time travel would actually work if it worked. Yeah, yeah. So it's like I said, it's a bit yeah, there's some bugs with it, It's a bit clunky, but I I forgive it because I just really want him to succeed because I respect the fact that this is just a guy who was like, you know what, I'm gonna make a
fucking game and. And did and actually finished it in a way like I've never done. I've never done it. I've talked about it and I've started, but I've never actually made one. And he has so. We I started, I'm sorry, let's say you haven't started a game and I, I was about to say I've started a game. I mean, I started playing another game. Just to be very clear, I also started playing another game. This. Week. Or last week, because I was sick, listeners, I was so sick.
I had the flu, flu. I had actual influenza. It's fucking misery. It's it's worse than COVID. It was awful. And I was looking for stuff. Don't say it's worse than COVID. You'll get we'll get fucking. Oh, I know, we'll get e-mail. Of course it is. COVID is not even real the these people that believe. It's going to be a fucking Wikipedia under this video on YouTube now. Yeah, right. But I was looking for stuff to play while I was just sitting there miserable. And for some reason I initially
thought, I thought Drift is going to be too, just too hardcore. I'll play something a little bit lighter and I don't know why. I just clearly didn't understand what this other game really was 'cause I thought, Bejeweled. I've got the return of the Obra Din here. Ohh yeah. And I hadn't played that before. I thought, why is this like a, you know, like night old timey sea shanty type of game? It's fucking hardcore and awesome, but after a certain bit I was like, I need to not have the flu to play this game. You need your brain working.
All of my brain, yeah, yeah, yeah. But fuck. That that's a good. Game, though, that's a good game, yeah. Yeah, if very unique. Yeah, yeah, if you want another, if you want a unique game that's like a beautifully rendered game for the Apple two, yes, like it's so old school, but it's like but you know, like in a 3D space and and just this that really unique mechanic of of having to just piece together this mystery from these fragmented clues and. Very, I know it's like, how the fuck did he come up with this?
And I, I mean, I know the answer because he talked about it. It was the experimentation and he eventually landed on like it. It wasn't didn't start out as it ended up, but he got he he got there via experimentation. And that's how I. Would be interested to hear about that. I wonder if I need to play all of the game first or because it's so I don't give myself spoilers by looking into. That yeah, I don't know, actually, I can't remember if you talked about the story or not, but yeah, yeah, very unique game. We basically, I think we talked
about it a little bit before because I, I played it. But you're an insurance adjuster or inspector who gets sent out to this ship that suddenly comes back into harbour after having disappeared, I forget how many years ago. And you're from the insurance company and you get sent out to find out what happened and assess the situation. But you've also got a magic book that lets you, oh, no magic compass and a book. And you've got to figure out what happened to everybody. And you can view vignettes of what happened on the ship. And you have to kind of solve
the mystery of was it who everybody is, how they died, what killed them or what something. And then where, where they ended up. There's like 3 pieces of information I think they have to figure out. It's very, very cool. And the the the more you learn about some things, the the the more pieces start to feel in place for for other parts of the mystery and. Yes. Very, very cool. But like full on, like like lots of death. It's eventually just walking up
to everybody individually. Figuring out how everybody died. Saying How did this guy die? Yeah, yeah, it's a cool game. Extremely cool. So I'll be returning to that now that I'm well again, I'll be returning to that after I finish the drift to which I'm liking very much. I've got to return to a game. We've talked about this a little bit on What's That the other day, but the DLC for Indiana Jones is out. I think it's out, yes. Or it's soon to be out. Certainly soon to be out. Yeah, I am annoyed. Not annoyed, Disappointed that
it's just more underground stuff in the Vatican, just because what I in my heart of hearts, I wanted a new location. Yes. Specifically, I wanted to go to that site in Peru that they talk about a bunch. Yeah, that's right. Now I understand of course why they chose to just use part of the game that they've already made, and some people do that really well, like the DLC for Alan Wake 2 where you revisit locations but as new characters or just other characters from the game. Genius. You know, even Bioshock
Infinites DLC was you were you were there, but you were there in the past, like very cool, like, you know, this just looks like oh, and the day after that game you played, he went back to that place you were on the first day and did a bit more. Yeah, I mean, it seem, it does seem from the trailer, it seems like you unlock some new area, but it seems like it's another underground dungeon, which I guess I mean the Indiana Jones does explore, you know, archaeological sites and stuff. Like it is a like an underground temple seems like it would be the right thing. But I don't know.
I just kind of I don't know, I was like, oh, come on, let's go somewhere new. I just, I just really loved all the different countries and stuff you went to and. That was actually the best part of the game was where am I going next? Yeah. And I was really surprised by the, you know, you go to Thailand. I was like, yeah, cool. Yeah, OK. Yeah, and you don't just go there, you fucking spend a lot of. Time. It's quite a long.
Boating around to different places and checking it out. So, but well, it looks. Luke got stuck in the Thailand section of the game and that's that's where he still is and that's where he is now. Actually, he's in Cambodia now, but by the time you hear this, he'll be in Thailand. Yeah, he'll be yeah. So I'm I'm excited to check it out. My Xbox is actually not even plugged in right now It's so I have to re plug that in in order to do it so. Why is your Xbox not plugged in? Because we don't need to get too deep into it, but I've
rearranged certain things in this office. Nothing that's visible. I don't know, You can probably tell. You might notice certain things behind me look a little different, but I don't have ATV in there anymore and my Xbox is here and I'm going to have it hooked up to this. I haven't done it yet. No sick and it's been been a month or so actually. Yeah, I've not played much on the Xbox. I put on Minecraft about a week ago just to to see. If I will tend to play that on the switch.
Oh, sure, Yeah, yeah, it's funny. I was at, I was at karate last night and one of the kids there, there's, there's karate's funny because there's like literally 10 year old kids and fucking 70 year old dudes, like in the same class and they fights and some of the kids, well, some of the kids are fucking red belts and some of the 60 year old dudes are white belts. Like this. The hierarchy is totally different to every other aspect of real life. But we were leaving and this little kid goes to me. Oh, what are you going to do
when you get home after this? And I was like, I don't know. Yeah, that's your business. Yeah, I was like, probably play the Xbox and he's like, you do not have an Xbox. I guess he just thinks I'm an old man. I'm like, I have had every Xbox from the original Xbox to this Xbox, every single fucking one. Kid, don't fucking come around here and. Then you do. Bash you and I'm in the one place where I'm allowed to do it. Yeah, no one can tell me off for punching you doing the crane. It's like you don't have an Xbox
and you're like. Fuck it, here's my Xbox. Yeah, I watched a movie. I don't think I've watched any other movies, so I was in Mexico. Listeners, I know or witnesses? Yeah. I don't know if we mentioned that the reason we haven't had an episode in a while is because Luke's away. He's going to be away for fucking ever. He's got the wisdom away for ages. 6-7 weeks or some. Something to wait for. It's a long holiday. He's extended it. Certainly the longest vacation
I've. Ever. Because. Because he. Was never had. A long vacation. And then he was mum was like, I want to come over and watch what you're doing in Thailand. And he was like, oh. Yeah. You want to watch what I'm doing in Thailand? I don't think you do, Mum. Did you say who I'm doing or what I'm doing? So he's gone for a while, but he's he'll pop in and out from Yeah, because he's in the after party this week.
He's in the after party you popped in this week. Yeah, Dan's been sick and I was in Mexico, so that's why we haven't had an episode. Mexico. Great. Fucking hot. Anything you wanted to do? Yeah. Saw some cool shit. Saw some. I was. I felt like Indiana Jones. Not really too touristy for that, but. Yeah, but still, I know. I know the feeling you're like. Yeah, it's cool. I'm looking at a ruin and I'm
wearing a hat, so yeah, this is as close. As I got to say, it's the first wonder of the world I've seen. It's modern wonder of the world, you know, They rejigger the wonders. Around a bit, yeah, that, yeah. So that's Chichen Itza, although sorry the the temple of Kukulkan in particular. I've seen the Great Wall of China. That's got to be one of them. I'm sure it is, yeah. But yeah, the the the pyramid of temple of Kukulkan impressive. Yeah, very interested to see that. Glad you've.
Seen it. I can see why Graham Hancock is is kind of obsessed with it because the guy our tour guide pointed out there's just a lot there that's just like, fuck, man, how did they do that? I mean, I know how it's because they had nothing but time and at night in fucking Mexico in whenever the, you know, early aughts, whatever at night this everything was just apparent, like it didn't have light pollution or anything. So you look up and that's what was there. So I mean, it probably wasn't as difficult as. Yeah, plus, sorry, it was 1.
That sounded condescending. Of course it was fucking difficult. Had to do what he said. He had no choice. So I. Didn't mean to say it wasn't difficult to build. What I mean is to observe in a way that we don't observe the sky. They did because that was TV to them, sort of. So you've got the pyramid. I can't see a fucking single spy around here. Yeah, it's disappointing. When we travelled around, we were in Montana in the middle of fucking nowhere in Montana at
night, pulled over, looked up, incredible. And it blows my mind that that's there and we just can't see it because we have fucked it. Yeah, we've ruined it for ourselves. Yeah. Too much the light pollution. When you go out into the country, well, I was in Perth, which is I was an hour outside of Perth, and Perth is a small city to begin with and I was an hour outside of it. So we had the spectrum, but it's like you forget that you can literally see the literal Milky. Way, yes, yeah, I know. And then like I say.
Visible to the naked eye. And it's like, I've seen it. I'm like, I know it's there. Why, you know, can't we all agree just to turn the lights off so we can see it some more? And it's just at midnight, everything goes off, so I can fucking look at this shit. It's. Like like Johannesburg just shut the power off. Yeah, just fucking yeah. They must love it down there, yeah. Pick it like it's fucking Joburg. But yeah, the fucking pyramid, the front of it faces north and it's got 365 steps to represent
the days of the year. It's just all these fucking things about it that's just like, that's fucking sick. And then when you stand at the bottom, I've seen videos of this, right? And I've got to say it's completely different being there and and witnessing this, right? You stand at the front of the pyramid with the steps going up. And if you clap, the sound of your clap goes up. And then when it comes out of the temple at the top, it goes like a bird. Oh shit. And it's like, and it's very impressive like.
I can imagine now why Graham Hancock's there going this is this, there's something. Going on here, Yeah, like the solstices, the fucking steps of the big steps of the pyramid form the body of the snake on the snake that runs like it's just so much about it. This is just like man, impressive. Because also, I don't want to be condescending again, but they made this before they invented writing, right? It's not like. No, I think so. The Mayans actually, so they had, we went to early. The Chichenitsa is kind of like
a later version of it. Like we went to some earlier ones too. And it's kind of like you can tell like like the the prototype ideas and stuff like that. Like you can tell that they've they've they did this for a long, long time and then eventually they got this thing Chichenitsa. And it's impressive that the that that pyramid is in the condition that it is based on the others, which are kind of fucked. Am I right in thinking it was pretty much covered with dirt until like the 1850s or? Something.
Oh, that could be true, yeah. Like I think people thought it was a mountain for ages. Yeah, that would explain it. Because they observed. Yeah, I've learned a lot of interesting stuff about, I don't know, listeners, maybe don't they care that much, But I just just the fact that they had like a bunch of sites and they would just move between them and they built these. They built like reservoirs that would fill with the rainwater and then so they would just move from place to place and when they ran out of water at one place, they'd go to the next one and the the rain had filled them
up. I'm just like oh shit, so smart. Yeah. And the gods that they worshipped in each particular place were different because like, like the reason it's the temple Kuku Khan is because the Kuku Khan is the serpent represents fertility. And the the crops just didn't grow as well there as some of their other places. So they're like, well, we'd better get the fucking snake in here to fix it. Yeah. So that's, that's why it's his temple. Like is.
He all so practical. He got a big Dick. It says snake. Oh, OK, sorry. I see your photo and I don't know if you thought I was joking, but I was not joking. They literally made a big stone Dick. Yeah, the guy, I mean, he didn't describe it. This. He said that's a stone phallus that they built to to fertilize the Earth. Yeah. And like planet Earth, there is a big Dick fucking the Earth. Love it. I did assume you were joking,
but I'm very happy that you weren't. Unless he was joking and I didn't understand that he was joking. Doesn't matter, but it certainly looks like that. You can't ask him. So we're we're just going to know this as a fact for the rest of our lives. Yeah, that's great. Yeah, anyway, he had a great time. Yeah, awesome. I got really close to a crocodile. Did you see that video? That fucking crocodile. Yeah, right.
Did you, Jenna, send this? I don't know. Jenna, send it to you guys. I'll, I'll send it to you. My phone's. Recording this crocodilian experience. This needs to be on on the multiple orgasm. I so we're, we're on this boat trip in a, in a river. And so we get in the boat and then they're like, oh, you know, you might see crocodiles, you might see flamingos. We saw all of that stuff, which is great. So we pull out and then literally as soon as we leave the dock, we go up the river a
little bit and then this fucking crocodile swims out like a like a pretty big crocodile. And I was like, oh, shit. And then the guy, the guy driving the boat leans in and starts splashing to like get it to come over. And I was like, fucking. OH, and S here in Mexico, obviously don't fucking. Do that. What are you doing mate? Just leave him alone. And then so it fucking swims over and I swear to God, it's like such that a meter from me, like right there in the water looking at me. And then it was one of those
moments where in my head I was like, I could touch that. Yeah, right now I could put my finger on its nose. But and then, but then the other part of my brain was like, don't fucking do that, mate. But there was a little bit of me that was like, I wonder if I could have got away with that. Yeah, I I think got away with in terms of no one telling you to stop being a dickhead and put your. Hand in maybe. I don't think he would have given a shit. They've got away with it. As in kept your hand correct? Yeah.
I mean, it could have just dragged me into the water if I had tried. Yeah. And obviously part of my brain knew that. But they were like I said, you know, there's just that bitty, that little shit in your brain that's like. Again, the person. Just pick it's knives mate. Just pick it one of the knives. That's right. Stick your finger up its bum. Yeah, we we did a dolphin cruise, which is just the cruise, but there's always dolphins there. But this is the same thing.
You have your. I mean, you can touch the water on the sides and they come right up. And you probably shouldn't be touching a dolphin. Yeah, I really do want to. Yeah, dolphins are pretty safe, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, but I don't, I'm more concerned of like, oh. You're going to hurt the dolphin. Yeah, like some dolphin gets a common cold and all dolphins. Are dead. I don't want to give the dolphin my aid, Sydney. Tuts yeah, that's right.
Just don't put it in the blowhole. Yeah, it's the closest I've ever been to a closest I've been to a crocodile without some sort of protection between me and. Yeah, because I was going to say when I was at Sum Zoo, and I can't remember which one, there's a fucking crocodile tank with The crocodile just fucking lays against the glass. Yes. And he's like 3 metres long and he's just fucking stares at you. And you could touch the glass if you like, if you wanted to. I didn't want to, but like, even even that's terrifying. Yeah, because I was.
It's one of those things where I like I noticed like I sits on there, the crocodile's there and I, I was literally thinking like, I'm less terrified than I would have expected I would be in this situation just because I don't know why. I was just like, oh. I think there's probably evolutionary fear that's been bred out of us now because you knew you were on a boat, you know, and you're like, I couldn't possibly, this couldn't be a sustainable business if even one person got eaten by a crocodile. Because I'm I and the guy that I, it's there looking at me.
And at one point I was like, like, is this OK? And then the guy, I remember the guy saying, no, no, he's OK, He's happy. And I was like, oh. Good. Yeah. Good. All right. Yeah. Yeah. So this was also definitely a crocodile, not an alligator. That's what they have. Definitely a crocodile. Yeah, definitely a crocodile because I don't like I said, I was send you. We were used.
To in Australia, we're used to our versions of things only being here. I'll throw up on the Patreon to either the video or a photo cause Jenna took about Jenna took a video of, of it. I was, I, I did forget to do that, take videos and photos. So obviously I was somewhat affected by the situation because I was yeah, yeah, fucking staring at this thing. But it was fun. But you did find time to watch a movie or? You've seen We watched it last night. Actually, a certain film that I didn't get to see in the
theaters has become available on streaming. I watched F1, the movie I'm. Glad that's available now because I also missed it in the cinemas, but I will watch it this week, this very week. I enjoyed it. It is, I mean, it's if you like Top Gun Maverick, it's yeah, this. I'm sure people have already said this, but it's it's silly in a way, but in a in a fun way where it's like they were serious. I'm glad that movies are going back to that. Yeah. It's it's they're taking
themselves very seriously for a long. Time it feels like an old school movie where it's just like, obviously this is nonsense, but fine. Like it's a it's not about that. It's a story about, you know, somebody story about or, or a bunch of. People drive a very fast car and they let him. Yes. And then obviously none of this would actually happen in the real world, but it doesn't matter. And then there was some bits as as someone who watches formula. One wheel world and was.
That a the wheel on on. We could pretend it was. We call it the episode The Wheel World. Yeah, we'll lean into it. OK. I'm just writing Wheel World. The wheel world, there's stuff in it. As a Formula One fan, I'm familiar with Formula One, quite familiar. And there's certain things in this that I was like, hang on a minute, OK, But like, not to the point where I actually gave a shit 'cause it's not a, it doesn't take itself. Seriously, 'cause they must also know that at no point did
somebody not say that's not actually how that works. Yes, because I don't want to give spoilers for anything in particular. But like no one at certain times there'll be a an accident and then they go, oh, it's a yellow flag and it's 'cause it's all part of the plot and, and things like that. And then but then someone will crash and then they just keep, I've done this intense race, someone crashes whatever and I was like, they would have stopped this fucking. Race. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. This would be a 45 minute delay.
Yeah, exactly. They're not. They are not continuing to drive at this point. But yeah. Yeah. Whatever, but just in terms of watching nice cars. The yeah, some of the racing footage is incredible because they've got these cameras. I don't know if you've seen some of the behind the scenes stuff. They've obviously mounted a camera on the car and it can like whip around. And so it, it does like it'll be going going and it'll like whip around to see, you know, Brad Pitt driving or whatever.
It's very, yeah, good, good, intense driving footage. Possibly the best ever I'd say. Like as far as getting you in there stuff. As well I assume. Yeah, and that they do stuff with they, they filmed this during race weekends and stuff like that. So like there's literally a bit where Brad, Brad Pitt's racing fucking checker and it's clearly, it's like it's really Checo in the Red Bull and Brad Pitt's racing and they just filmed it. It's like, yeah, it's very cool. And they're all in there. Like all the the drivers are in
there like like Hamilton, Verstappen. Like, and all those themselves, obviously, like they don't, they're not playing, Yeah. All of them. Like there's bits where Brad Pitt's like racing against Hamilton and Leclerc and it's like, oh, Charles Leclerc's coming around the outside or whatever. It's just like, oh, it's cool. It's like really them, OK. I got to I got to watch this. I got to watch this. I did make some joyful movies this week and I I watched 2 movies about aliens, which is not unusual for for me or for.
Any as in the alien from aliens? I'm not going to use the Z word. The X word. No, it wasn't. It wasn't any of the ZS. It wasn't John Xenomorph wasn't any of those one. One was good and one was excellent, and I'll just quickly get the excellent one out of the way. I fucking re watched for the first time. As in the second time. I've only ever watched this a rival. Oh yeah, that is a fucking good movie. Like. So good.
Yeah, Denise, good. It made me feel like I would have felt in a first contact situation more than any other movie I think. Yeah, yeah, 'cause it's got that. It's like the, the, I mean, it's all about communication really. And like how do. Yeah. So it's it nails all that. Stuff when she's listening to the the the way they reveal it, they've not even shown the fucking ship, let alone the alien. You hear the language first because they're going to a linguist, right?
She listens to it and you hear this fucking weird sound and you're like, fucking hell, that's an alien. Like that sound is an alien. And then she you don't even think to, but she thinks to ask how many of them are talking. And Forest Whitaker goes that's two. That's that's, that's the other one replying to him. And you're like, fuck, like. And and she hasn't even seen the ship, you know, let alone fucking hell. So good. So yeah, it's great. One of the one of the best. The other Alien movie I watched
this week was Superman. Yeah, here's my. Yeah, David Corns Corn Sweat. Corn Sweat. Corn Sweat is an excellent Superman, and this is a pretty damn good Superman movie. I'm not like fucking in love with it like I think other people are, but it's perfectly good. I enjoyed every frame of it. Perfectly happy for this to be Part 1 of a 10 film series now. Lots to like about it. If you were going to criticize it. It also didn't do much. It didn't bring anything new to it and it didn't didn't explore
kind of unexplored areas. I'm a fan of Man of Steel and he did do that, you know, it gave them some new perspectives and this, you know, super meta humans as gods and all this stuff like this. This didn't really do any of that. It was just them cracking wise but luckily. I liked both versions, yeah. And I think Superman can be both things. So yeah, good. Yeah, cool. Yeah, I. Thought it was fun, chemistry good. Jimmy Alton.
Fucking hilarious. Have you seen the the Hulk girl thing going around? There's a it's a Reddit. Thing at the moment people have have gotten a little bit obsessed with her. Well, I mean, yeah, she's she's hot. And there's a particular frame that I guess that used for promo or something that is very, I mean, it's what someone points it out. It's hard not to notice that it it, it if you, if you want it to be it. It's a very sexual picture, but it's not. But like, let me see if I can
find it, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's have a look at this because I, I did see online too, on on fucking Facebook of all places. Someone is literally someone just wrote, This is why I went to see Superman. And it's literally just this shot of Lois Lane sitting at a desk and you can see up a skirt a little bit. It's like, come. On this is a Reddit post of somebody saying what is with this fucking image of hot girl? But then if you click through the image, I mean, yeah, your brain can it's.
Better be the most delicious thing I've ever. It's not. It's not. But you you're not. Yeah, I know what you mean. OK, yeah, yeah. If you've already got an erection, you see this picture away. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, yeah. She was good though. She was she good character, good characterization. Yes, I think I've mentioned this on the show though. But that fucking noise she makes when she's like fire? You're terrifying.
Yeah, but in a great way of me laughing. Because also the cameras in this really obtuse angle of her face as it's just fucking flying around going. Around. Yeah, she's swinging this mesh around. Yeah, yeah, it's great. Yeah, I did like that. Like everyone's got their own shtick and they don't give a shit about it. You're like, she's not trying to look cool, you know, just doing her thing, being Hawk Girl. Yeah, Nathan feeling's good in it too. Actually, that whole that, yeah,
it's just, I mean, it's very James Gunn. I think that's yeah. Like, for good, for for better or worse, it's very James Gunn. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's not a serious movie. No, but it. And it has less. I would say it's got less and it's got some emotional like the core to it with his, you know, his parents and his the whole thing. But it's not in the not like Guardians 2 I think had a lot more of that and. Even guardians one. Guardians 1 was fucking emotional ass.
Yeah, just that bit at the end where they're all holding hands and then fucking rock. Yeah, poor comes up. Like, it's just it fucking gets here in ways that even this doesn't manage to do. Guardians is is an exceptional movie. Yeah. And that's not to say I don't think he failed because he was trying. I think just just has less of that stuff in it. Yeah, yeah. And I thought Lex Litho was good. Lex. My favorite sequence in this is.
Overpowered, if I'm honest, like you know, but. Whatever. Yeah, it's hard to get the you mean like to it was just too much balancing meta humans with actual humans kind of thing. Yeah, that's hard though, I think like. Oh yeah, I'm not going to sit here and nitpick. It was, it was. It was way good enough to not need to nitpick. My favorite sequence in it, I think is the and I didn't think I was going to like it as much just from when it started was the. But you know, when he gets out
of the slight spoilers, I suppose when Superman bust out of the prison thing and he gets caught in that fucking positron river or whatever the hell it is. And then there's like a black hole and like the fucking what's the element, Mr. Element or whatever element man or whatever. He's like a fucking tentacle thing at that point. And then Krypto's there and it's just that sequence of them, like trying to get out of those black hole. And yeah, that bit in the theatre, I was just like, yeah, I like this, this is cool.
Yeah, this is fucking weird in a way that I love. Yes, that's a great way to describe it actually, because also, you know, like everyone, all the fanboy, all the Zack Snyder fanboys posted that shot from the trailer where you sees like him flying and next. Oh, sure, Cavil and Bin, like fucking it's goofy. And it's like, yeah, but it is goofy. He's doing a goofy movie. He's doing a goofy version of this and it's OK. Yeah, you would not see that sequence of the black hole thing in a fucking Zack Snyder movie. Yeah, that's right.
But. I really liked that bit because it, like I said, it's just weird like. Yeah, yeah. But in the way that the comics were weird. Oh yeah, especially the comics that that this movie is referencing. I mean, we've got almost 100 years worth of comics at this point, right? Sure. So the era of this is, yeah, I mean, this is all very, very true to the source. Yeah, yeah. It's not a serious dark no take on it.
It's A and it doesn't have to. Be it doesn't try to be and and the same with what you said about F1 being a little bit cheesy like this is fun. Movies isn't meant to be fun. It's fine. Yeah, let's just have fun. I agree. I liked, I like Supergirl. I like her little scene. Oh yeah, funny. Yeah, people are the same people. They didn't like that either because it's like, yeah. Yeah, yeah, it undercuts it. I mean, if if anything, I think James Gunn almost lapses into self parody sometimes when he's
like, does the big set up and then a jokey undercut, you know, like, he does it a lot in this movie. Yeah, but it works so well that you can't fault him. You know, it's his thing. You can't call him on it. Carneswood is just very good. I think if thing if he wasn't as good as he is, the movie might not have worked. Yeah, he's. Like when he's like. I don't even recognize him, but he's from Pearl. Yeah, I know, right? Crazy. Have you seen that photo of him in the test shoot where he's in
an early version of the suit? It's like he's, I've seen the the photo without the trunks. I've seen that, yeah. Without the trunks. Yeah, but he also hasn't dyed his hair black, so he's still got the kind of Blondie like, brown Pearl hair, right? OK, so he looks more like the guy from Pearl. Yeah, OK. He's a dog and he's like, yeah, and he's not even a good dog, but. But he's out there and he's probably scared. You need. To go and. Get him.
That's another thing that there's a this it just I remember what when I saw in the theater, I was just there's a bit where he when he slice balls, rescues crypto from that situation. He flies in, smashes through, but I forget, smashes through something like computer or something like that. And then he stops. But he doesn't like not in like in a Zack Snyder movie where Superman's so fast he'll fly and he'll just stop. He like slides, like he like turns and then like slides to a stop and it just looks sick. And I that too.
I remember in the theatre I was just like, sick. They also do this thing where they like they speed up certain bits that the meta humans do, like just some of their movements. And the only thing that like it's, it's actually uncinematic because, but in a good way, you know, like it's, and like, you remember double the fist, like how like all the violent scenes were just like, you know, you, you punch a guy and then you just cut out three or 4 frames so that you just punch him on the ground. Like they were, they were doing stuff like that.
And it was just making me laugh. It was just making it fun. Yeah. Yeah. So we could have doubled the fist. I've been listening to Craig's podcast quite a bit. It's really good. Yeah, I, I spoke to Craig today actually, and I asked him Dark City. Yeah, I've got that, I've got it. Do you have you listened to his commentary? Yet, no, no, I bought it and it, I mean, I haven't had time, but yeah, it came, I know, a couple of weeks ago.
So I will though. He told me a story, but I wonder if I'm allowed to tell it. Well, he didn't say I couldn't tell it. He. Probably didn't realize he had to Dan. True, I can't see that anything bad would come up now. You know what? I'll just. I'll tell you later. I'll tell you later. All right. There's something else in here. I just meant for some reason my brain is like, there's something else. Really.
It's tangential to Craig in here. I can't remember what it is. Wasps. Dean Cain, OH. Fucking it's tangential to Superman. Yeah, we talk about Dean Cain. Dean Cain's. Oh man. So we did talk. We we touched on Dean Cain a couple of. Weeks ago, because he's been mouthing off about this Superman, this. Shit now? So he's. Yeah, the other week. Do you know what I'll say?
OK, follow up from what we said the other week, you know, we had that rant about how Superman used to be truth, justice in the American way, right? That's that's actually not the case. Superman has said that a couple of times throughout history. He says it in the Richard Donner film. Yeah. But he did not for, for for 100, you know, 100 years or whatever Superman's been around say that all the time. It was introduced during World War 2. Yeah. And then it went away, and then
it was. Brought back cartoons, right? That that put it in the opening voice over fighting for truth, justice, amendment, yeah. Right. Yeah, so. So no, it's not it's not Superman's catch phrase. It's just a thing that he said from time to time and they. Used it were Nazis. Right. And they used it in the 1980s film because at that point. Why wouldn't you know? Americans were proud to be American. Less so today. Some general, apparently.
Yeah, Exactly. Yeah. Dean Kane still is. So that's not that's not anything. But also, Dean Kane has now said he's going to join ICE. And I guess people are, you know, not happy about that just because I don't know. I don't know. ICE sees a bit of an overreach at the moment to me what ICE is doing, let's put it that way. Yeah, that's a, that's a nice PC way to to to save it. Yeah. And then he's also, he's very upset that people are questioning why he would do that
because he thinks it's quite obvious that you would want to uphold the law. And yeah, I guess he seems to think that's what he's doing. So somebody specific who's asking why you would why you would do this is actor John Leguizamo. Oh, yeah, yeah. From from the Super Mario Brothers movie. Yeah, or John. John Wick. Yeah, yeah. John Wick. Yeah. And he has had this to say about it. What kind of loser volunteers to
be an ICE officer? What a moron. Dean Kane, your pronouns are, has, and been. That's good. Yeah, I just don't. You know what's so funny? I look with this picture here of Dean Cayman, I'm like, oh, hugging as an old man. I remember thinking he was so cool when I was young, but he just looks like like an like a retired football player. And then I realized that's exactly what he is. He is, yeah. Yeah. And he was AUS Marshall or something or other.
He was in. Apparently he was in law enforcement for some room, which I guess. Steven Seagal was or like a legit. I could say Steven Seagal is infinitely more interesting than Dean Kane. Yeah, I I love Steven Seagal. I love his movies. I love him as a person. Oh, you know, I don't want to be friends with him. Don't give me wrong. I. Think I see that video that with the guys trying to write down Drew a diagram of Steven Seagal's background where?
And then it's like my mother was a Mongolian sheep herder. She was Italian, yes. That's some of these Native American. Yeah, I'm a I'm a Cherokee Indian on my mother's side. And then he's like trying to draw all this shit on the white board. It's like, what the fuck? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Nonsense. Very, very entertaining. Has entertained me my entire life. When I was a kid in the 80s, he entertained me with his films and today, like as a middle-aged man, he still entertains me just
as a person who now lives in Russia. Just a strange, strange man. Yeah. We've got some follow up we could do. We've got a couple of pieces of follow up. I think 1 is that Disney has settled with Gina Carano and this is there's been some conversation about this because, yeah, we talked about the fact that she's saying, oh, she got fired. And that's why a lot of people are saying Disney fired her for her, her, you know, right wing opinions. Whereas, you know, a lot of
people like us have argued you can't be fired if you don't have a job. You just didn't get the job. Yeah, you just didn't get a new contract. So, yeah, yeah. So it's not quite the same thing. And the only reason apparently Disney settled is because there is some grey area in that. In California, a verbal agreement can be legally binding. And I think what's happened is they've said you might lose on that basis if she can make the case that you told her she would, because they did say that
she was going to have that show with oh. Yes. Right. Those rebel guys, they said you might lose on that basis because even though it wasn't a contract, you know, on paper, yeah, it was a thing everyone knew about. Especially, I suppose, if that's a California law, California's the only place in America, or really the world outside of like Bollywood maybe, where you could reasonably argue that being an actor is a normal job. Sure. Yeah, and that your your work needs to be protected.
Yeah. And I, I'm like, I mean, we all knew she was supposed to be in that show, so I think it wouldn't be difficult for her to prove. Yes, she wasn't fired, but it was also very, very obvious what happened. She said something Disney doesn't like, and she wasn't a Disney girl anymore. And I don't, I wouldn't frame it as she got fired from just having a different political opinions. She got fired because she was a liability. Yeah, as far as publicity because of what she was saying,
I think that's different. But you know. So she getting some money, is that what's happening or? Yes, yeah, she's been. She's been paid out, I believe. I don't know how much. Let me check. Maybe it says or maybe we don't know. They've settled. No, it doesn't say. It just says the lawsuit concluded. We look forward to identifying opportunities to work together with Miss Carrano in the near future. I'm sure they're just saying that to be nice, but yeah, yeah,
yeah. OK, well there you go. Now unfortunately, her career is probably pretty much over at this point anyway unless she just keeps making. Who's was it Dave Shapiro or someone fucking who was going to fun. Shapiro, Yeah, Ben Shapiro's company, They did, yeah, she did some action movie with them. It was or Western that I've. I haven't seen it. I'm not going to watch it. I heard it wasn't that great. Whatever. Yeah, I mean, I don't listen to anything Bing Shapiro says or does.
I occasionally laugh at the. I did see someone respond to his Superman review. He didn't like Superman. Oh no, that might that'll that'll shock you. But he decided he didn't like it because of the word immigrant was used in press before. Pretty sure he was even out. And then I saw someone respond to it and say because he was in his review, it was just clips from Ben Shapiro's review. He was talking about how like, why is Lex Luthor obsessed with land? And then also a clip from earlier on where he was talking about how the donor Superman is
the best movie and the guy was like, did you watch the Richard Donner Superman? Do you remember what Lex Luthor is literally fucking doing in that movie? Like. Yeah, Arizona. Land is all Lex Luthor cares about in these. Movies. And in fact, there's a bit where he's just standing there and he goes land. Land yes he played the clip from that so it's like yeah he's. Fucking excellent. You know what's funny? I watched the Donner movies this year, earlier this year when I
was a kid, I didn't understand that Lex Luce's fucking lair was an abandoned subway tunnel. It was half flooded and that's why there was a pool that you could walk out of a tunnel and up some stairs in and out of. Like I just thought that was a unique pool that Lex Luthor had in his house. Like right. But it literally it took me until this watch before I went, oh, he's in a flooded. Subway flooded subway tunnel. I don't know why I never picked up on that before. Well, you know. Surely I've seen it between being 5 and and then this year,
but it just never even just didn't compute. No, I should. I'm thinking I should watch it again. It's very good. Supermento is also very good. But now you've got the you've got the dilemma of whether to watch the Donna cut, non Donna cut, because half the stuff you liked in that movie is not from Richard Donna and he's taken out of that movie. There's a lot of improvements in the Donna cut, but there's a lot of stuff that you're like, I see why they changed it. Yeah, OK, maybe I have to watch both.
Yeah, or they do another final cut where somebody just objectively picks the best things. Yeah, like the the Blade Runner final cut. Yeah, yeah. Oh well, there's some Ridley Scott news this week. I can't remember what it was, though. Has. Scott written a comic book. Did I read something about that? I. Don't know, he might have. Alien Earth is out. I haven't watched it yet, I've heard good things about it. Same I also we don't have to
Harper on about this because we've we've had this discussion, but I dropped out of watching for some for whatever reason. I dropped out of watching fallout. I only watched a couple of episodes. Season 2 trailer's out. Yes, trailer dropped for season 2. Some stuff in that trailer made me go. I need to give season 1. Another go New Vegas the. First episode, yeah, the New Vegas stuff. So I watched the first episode last night and I was like, I don't know why I got lost in
this. It's very, very good. So I'm I'm in and I want to watch more. I'll watch more right after this recording. Yeah, yeah, no, I like to. I like season 1. I do. I mean, I watch the season 2 trailer and I have I guess I'm old now. I I forgotten a lot of what happened in season 1 already. So. Oh. I deal with everything I want to watch Foundation and I'm like, I can tell you what this is about anymore.
Yeah, I would have 3 versions. Of one king and a mural. Yeah, it's the young, the middle-aged and the the old version of him. Yeah. I watched the 1st 2 episodes of a six part series because it's British and that's just what they do that I think you will enjoy. Called Bookish, which is written, directed by and starring Mr. Mark Gattis. Oh yeah. And he plays a detective slash bookshop owner called Mr. Book, right? Right. It is set in post war London.
Like literally just post war. So like bomb craters, unexploded shit, still angry about the Nazis and solves murders. I like the I the sound of that. Oh I like the look of this too. Yeah, yeah. All right. Yeah. Mike Garrison with a little hat with a yeah. And it seems to be, if it's all like this, is that each mystery takes 2 episodes. So episodes one and two were one case. Episodes three and four so far are one case. That's all I've gone up to. Check this out.
I wonder if it's on Brit Box? Let's find. Out his wife in it. I was staring at going, who is this? She's like an attractive older woman and I'm like, I swear I've seen her before. And I, of course, went to IMDb. You remember Rome? Remember the show Rome? I do. You know that fucking beautiful like aristocrat woman who like never wore? Her. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh my God, She looks quite different. Yes, she looks very different
because she's like fucking 20, at least years older than she was. Wow. OK, Yeah. But she's still kind of a seductress. She's still, I don't know, she's, she's still got it. But she was like fucking, you know? I hated her character in Rome. Yes, is it but? I think you're supposed to Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Not, not just randomly. You're supposed to hate her. I just don't like women. I think she's just a very good actress and therefore.
And was playing an absolute. And therefore I was like, fuck her. Yeah, I've realized, I think what I, my brain was trying to do before. Well, we're talking about Craig and we're talking about Dark City. Yeah. There's some I robot news which is not I see Alex Proyus related. So that's, I think that's what my brain was trying to do. Alan Tudyk is also in Superman. Sort of that's true. It all links. He plays Gary. I think he's credited as Gary.
Amazing. 4 is kind of a name. So is Gary, Yeah. Alan Tudick. I didn't actually know the man. With two apparently. For a reason I didn't know that he played the robot in iRobot. And apparently the reason we didn't know that is because According to him, that's not to say it's not true, but it's just. You know, yeah, I'd say the sources. I'd tell the yeah, I'd tell this version of the story if I was him, too. Is that when they did the test screenings, everybody loved him so much.
He was testing better than Will Smith was. And Will Smith was like, well, he's not doing the fucking press talk with me. Yeah, as I can also imagine how fucking funny he would be in interviews. Yes, yes, you know exactly. He's very charming and funny. If I'm supposed to be the hero. So apparently Will Smith basically had him pushed to the side and that's that's why we didn't really know that he was even in that movie. Yeah, because it was not promoted. Well, he was not promoted. Yeah, it's funny.
Like, I mean, Alan Trigg is, is is a fantastic character actor, voice over actor and like, I don't know, monster creature actor, I guess you'd call it too. But they're usually a little bit funny, and I don't remember my Robert being funny at all. No, I I, I liked that movie more than. Everybody. Else at the time, I I believe I don't remember. I remember everybody cheating on it and I when I saw it I was like, actually I thought that was quite good, but I'd be interested to watch it again. Yeah, I haven't seen it a second
time. It's got Shia la Boeuf in it too, which I did know. But yeah, I'm going to rewatch that movie. You did this movie come out? That's a good question. I. Want to say like 2004 somewhere in there? 2004 exactly. Yes, There you go. Yeah. OK. Yeah. During the chat, you revealed that not many people know he voiced the robot Sunny in 2004 sci-fi action film My Robot. And there's a reason for that.
Yeah. There you go. It's. Fucking great plays the chicken in the Moana movies. That's right, He does. I mean, I know him first from Firefly. Save the. Yeah, that was my introduction to him. Yep. Yep. And him and Nathan Fillion. And was Nathan Fillion. Well, Nathan Fillion was in Buffy first, so I guess technically I knew Nathan Fillion from Buffy. True, but actually I didn't
really pay attention to him because he wasn't being Nathan Fillion. No, no, that's right. And yeah, it wasn't until he was not a leading. He he was one of the villains in in Buffy, but not a big he was a villain for a period and then he got moved on from I think if I recall in that season. He's not, No. He's seen that the whole season. He's not the big bad, technically. Yeah, that's right. Yeah, that's but I'm trying to think because didn't was Fillion in Doctor horrible? Yes yeah, I think it's the
hammer. Yeah, when I first that's right when I first started going OK, this guy's really funny. Is that really the guy from that season of Buffy I'm? Going to give her the hammer. The hammer in the hammer scene, Yes, I got that. He points in it too, yeah. The hammer's a piece, yes. Yeah, yeah, so good. It's. Felicia Day. Spacing in a pit. It was Felicia Day, so it was. She was also in season of Buffy. That's right, yeah. We don't have to go on about this, but we have mentioned her
before, so I'll just quickly mention it in the in the time that we have left. And that's I watched another movie this week. I watched a movie called 1000 Men and Me which is The Bonnie Blue Story. OK, Yep, right. The Bonnie Blues story I watched this because, well, for obvious reasons, because we talked about. It it's fucking hilarious, yeah. But mostly because this was on BBC or Channel 4 or whatever it was in England and everyone was like, I cannot believe they played this on TV. And I'm not talking what's in
it. And it is pretty explicit. Like you don't, you don't literally see like fucking Dicks going in holes, but you see a shot of what's happening with something blurred out, you know, like it's, it doesn't leave a lot to the imagination. And they talk about it very freely. Yeah, I mean, you'd have to in. That in that thousand guy day that they did right, because that's what this documentary's about. It's about that they filled 1000 guys. And actually I realized I didn't know a thing about her, but her
shtick is that she fucks virgin college boys. That's her thing. OK, right. So that's what she I mean, that might be what she likes in real life. That's certainly what she says she likes in her videos. And all her videos are about her fucking like going to college campuses and being like or I'm just going to let any virgin fuck me today. Like just that's her thing, right? Just. Whether that's actually what's happening or not, yeah. Because yeah.
Yeah, but evidently it was only halfway through the day where they were like, no, we need to actually start planning this. We're not getting through enough guys. Because evidently they were just like, if you arrived, you would just go in and there'd be a fucking swarm of dudes around her. Like, like getting sucked off and getting jacked off and jacking each other off or whatever. And then as soon as some guy was out, you know, pulled out of a vagina, if you were there, you could just hop in and go in and put it in.
And that was your turn. But like. There was all this other stuff going on too, and then halfway through the day somebody was like, if we're going to get through 1000, we need to just bring them in one at a time. Buying it? Put your Dick in. Like and then get out of. There, move it out for a bit and we would tell you when to take it out and there's the next guy that's standing behind you. But that was like, not what they had planned. Right. But the fucking quotes. You would think you'd know that,
right? You would think just common sense. Like, they're not going to organize themselves, right? Yeah, yeah. Like. If I was going to fuck three women, I'd be like, I'm going to have to do you one at a time. Seems obvious, but yeah. The the way they talk about it is so casually, it's just hilarious. If, if, if this wasn't real, if this was scripted, it would be top level comedy. Like she's like, so I fucked 1000 guys. Like if I was an athlete and I'd
played 1000 matches, you'd be thinking I was, I'm a champion. Yeah, fucking come on. So good. It's very odd, I mean. It was, it was, it was interesting watch. I think at a certain point perhaps this kind of thing won't be odd anymore, which is interesting to think about. But we're still in to, to me, as in a as a middle-aged man, it's very strange to to, to even want to do this is very strange to me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. In fact, even to to be one of the guys involved is strange to
me. I I just no interest in doing something like that. Yeah, I think it's strange that the men want to do it. And I think it's even stranger that the women, the woman Bonnie Blue wants to do it because like, I'm no expert, but I, I've met women, I know women and not one of them has ever said to me, you know, what I really want is to be fucked by 1000 guys. Yeah, in one day, yeah. Yeah, maybe that's. I think maybe that's it and I again, I don't want to judge and I'm not slut shaming anyone, but I don't know many women that 1000 even over a lifetime
doesn't seem massively disproportionate. Yeah, I mean, times are changing though, so. That is true. You never know that is true. And look, people are into different stuff, you know, Yeah, if, if the, what is it? The the Pornhub annual review or whatever that thing is, is led to believable, is to be believed. People are into all sorts of stuff, including Sonic hedgehogs. So, yeah, yeah. Anyway, so you recommend that documentary? I know you know that.
I'll bother one. Yeah, I probably. Yeah, honestly, it was mercifully short. It's not a whole lot to talk about, is there? Right, Right. Yeah. Well, yeah, I guess that brings us to the show.
