to get rid of that unless they do like they did with Henry kav's mustache to Evangeline so great yeah imagine they had to go back and digitally frame by frame remove Evangeline Lily's penis but I guess it's one of those things now that someone said it everyone's going to notice it yeah although actually forget about it there is a screenshot from uh the first Ant-Man film where the penis is present on her costume as well I mean she didn't sorry she wasn't wearing it in the first one but there was the WASP costume in the background in a scene and it also features the penis so yeah and she was like I can't wait to get that dick on my chest oh well I hope this film's as good as the first one that's all I can say

Christ I haven't seen the first one awful I want to though it's fine it's just kind of nothing yeah so that's what I've heard like the movies not they're good but the character I saw in Civil War I loved yeah yeah he was very good in that actually that that's what inspired me to watch Ant-Man well I unfortunately did it the other way around but I agree with you it was absolutely fantastic in Civil War so hopefully they of have learned from that and that's what the second movie will be they learned don't make it bad make it good yeah yeah make it good well hopefully a bit harder cuz this you know the first one was kind of mostly uh written and set up by Edgar right and then he left and then uh what's his name director's name pton

Reed came in and directed it and it seemed like a lot of the jokes and stuff were very Edgar right but they weren't quite done correctly yeah cuz they weren if you're going to use his jokes you need him there to make them work yeah so I don't know hopefully this time if he's doing the whole thing it'll be a bit more cohesive yeah yeah so who's doing the second one pton Reed same guy did the first one okay y but from start to finish right okay exactly I might see it I might not I'm going to go see black panther oh yeah I want to see that yeah up in arms about that one like cuz the first trailer I did not like no and gave me no interest in seeing it at all the second trailer sort of did get me a little interested

so tickets are booked it definitely looks [ __ ] cool it just there's I don't like the cuz he's like a he's just a guy we've talked about this already I've probably talked about this to death and I'm just boring everybody now but like he's just a guy in a suit I don't understand why he's doing like flippy things off a car that's crashing unless does the suit have Tech in it like is there a special suit that makes him be able to do Spider-Man type go see the movie and you might find out yeah yeah you're right also maybe you also got to look stoping black widow can do flippy stuff and she just did ball oh I know she does superheroes just flip man that's that's just the precedent that's been set that was one thing I think

we've talked about that in Avengers there's a scene where black widow jumps up and grabs onto a what are they called the the alien guys I forget the name of them Krill Krill correct me if I'm wrong listeners um anyway don't you wor her arms her arms should have been ripped off uh not to mention the fact that anyone that the Hulk has picked up when he's bouncing around would have their NE snapped yeah all right so maybe these aren't the most believable films imagine that a comic book not being believable remake of The Greatest American Hero really yeah like a show or a movie yeah a show I think it's Netflix or Hulu or one of those uh one of those online I loved Greatest American Hero and and what I liked best about that was

as you were just saying with black panther it's just a guy in a suit right but that's the idea cuz the wrong guy gets the suit do you remember and I know you probably do Condor man oh man yes yes I absolutely do that was one of those movies I watched over and over and over as a kid I wrote a sequel to Condor man which probably won't surprise you was convinced for years that there was a sequel and I thought I'd seen it but there's not so I hadn't do we need to do another radio play of your Condor man sequel I man we need to do the [ __ ] Monkey Island one man Condor man is one of those great films that's in that same category of just normal people that Suddenly by accident become Superheroes how does he become a superhero in this I

don't remember he has to fill in because his roommate works as a clerk for the CIA and needs somebody just a civilian to do a paper drop but because he's a comic book writer he likes to do all these crazy things to put in his comic books so he dresses up like a spy and pretends to basically be James Bond does the drop but then the Russians think that he is a spy because he basically told everyone he was one so when a Russian agent wants to defect to the United States she specifically asks for this like quote unquote like super spy Condor man right code named Condor man and then suddenly this [ __ ] idiot has to uh then be Rec recruited by the CIA to go and do the mission right and because um the CIA gives him like cart blanch and basically a blank check to do whatever

he wants and so he just orders all this stuff that he has drawn in his comic books which is why he suddenly has all these cool gadgets and stuff right [ __ ] have to watch this again I'm going to have to watch it I'm actually going to see if I can find a copy of it somewhere obtain it from somewhere yeah Italy would probably be the best bet I'm thinking legally of course yeah of course I did see another movie this weekend I know we said we're going to go see Star Wars but I didn't go see Star Wars no no yeah I didn't neither I forgot about it and then I remembered that I was supposed to and I was like H yeah I went and saw jamanji instead look every time I think about going back and seeing the force awakens I mean we'll be quick I don't think we

even need the the Star Wars news jingle right no don't last you mean Last Jedi right the last Jedi with Force wakens [ __ ] me anyone might think about going to see The Last Jedi I I get like kind of excited like yeah maybe because I'm going to see this scene and this scene and this scene it's quite good and then I just I just think about you got to remember there's another 45 minutes where you have to sit there and wait for a stupid plot line you care nothing about to happen oh Christ I just I don't think I can do it guys I want to see it again but I'm thinking I don't need to see it at the movies again m I'll probably give attack of the Clones not attack of the Clones what's the third one Revenge of the Sith yeah I'll probably give Revenge of the Sith a

second viewing before I give uh Last Jedi a second Jedi we had uh I am going to say it again we had a bunch of people right in as requested and uh it seems overwhelmingly we are in the minority yeah we absolutely are yeah like' got three different ideas on it it's us and the Chinese they're just not convinced no luk you hate it too we just Dan and I have decided yeah what you you've got I actually like it no multiple n has to has to have a Firm Stance and uh you you've been outvoted see can I I'm the person who believe that everyone should make their own decision well you're out voted on that too okay sorry can I say one thing one thing I do want to say about it I noticed there was a

a lot of people talking about this uh know more about characters than is in the film and yeah you know what I mean but that was always a thing man no I know God sorry I think I'm getting sick um yeah no I know it's just that it seems like for the maybe for the first time maybe that's the problem for the first time I don't know any of that stuff one of them yeah no and and now I'm the guy that's like No it should be in the film yeah welcome to my world man yeah cuz I I think it's because we haven't watched Rebels or the Clone Wars right

and so everyone knows a [ __ ] ton of additional characters that we have literally never heard of Y yeah because yeah Rebels those cartoon series they're all still Cannon I tried to watch I tried to watch um the Clone Wars and it's actually quite a good cartoon series I've heard that yeah I've heard I've heard it too I've uh I've heard it too um the good thing about it as well because if you're watching it it's it it's not like every episode follows directly on from the other it sort of gives you a little recap and way you go so you can sort of just drop in and out of episodes with missing a few and just watching in the background there's uh there's some guys on Reddit who were talking about uh the Star Wars Anthology uh you you've got to watch the prequels in

order uh but you've got to stop and watch the Clone Wars which I believe are in between two and three yep right and then you've got to watch Rogue one and then you've got to watch the original trilogy uh and then you've got to play no then then you've got to watch the force awakens but then you've got to play through Battlefront 2 in story mode yep cuz it's got characters that figure into so that takes place between between force awakens and Last Jedi is that what I'm hearing no that takes place between returning the Jedi and oh okay the force awakens okay right cuz you play as a stormtrooper who is on Endor when the Death Star gets destroyed and then you play their story continuing forward oh okay interesting and then they just cram Star Wars characters in is that game any good

um I was actually playing it a lot today oh you you are playing it yeah I spent about four hours playing it today it's it's fun okay the story I just think could have been a hell of a lot better right but the S the multiplayer I was playing today and it's still enjoyable were you playing with people with strangers online yes wow I wasn't talking to them he was just shooting at him yeah and I was just playing Space Battles I was good oh even in the first one I was flying ships I was great at yeah that was fun actually in the first one but look sorry we I interrupted you before before we before we leave Star Wars news because we we we have inadvertently all right back because Luke was about to tell us something

interesting and yeah and I do want to hear all about that but just so that we're not jumping all over the place yeah some follow up on last week when uh we were talking about how Star Wars The Last Jedi has kind of bombed in China a little bit yeah um and uh a little bit they pulled it from Cinemas yeah they p a little bit yeah but then I was kind of ranting about that at home and qu said to me like what do you expect it's a foreign film does everyone in America go and see every [ __ ] foreign film that comes out I'm like well no I guess not I think we just put St China doesn't get that many foreign films either or doesn't want any that way yeah they they make enough of their own that they don't give [ __ ] um to the point where they are planning to release uh solo there but

they're not even going to Market it as a Star Wars movie it's just a standalone sci-fi movie which I find very interesting H oh I was actually thinking a little bit about the Solo movie and remember at the end of last Jed I where the dice were a thing yeah they're going to be in it the dice have me very scar about something that's going to happen in Solo about how Han Solo wins the Millennium Falcon oh you think it's not going to be pizar yeah well sabak whatever I think we've only seen it written down so we've we've only seen it written down but we all know what it is it was a card game now with this dice I think they're bets are off man all bets are off it's not Cannon but I don't that just seems

like a very big thing to change we also we also all knew that Han and Leia had twins yeah no but yeah this was yeah I know but that but this is just a card game like that could have hung around that's not real yeah but he couldn't have had a pack of cards hanging from the uh the rear view mirror yeah but so I've called it now he wins the game midan Falcon playing dice like I'm not happy about it I'm really not happy about it like Quon does in wins uh Anakin by cheating yep the most [ __ ] immoral of all Jedi Qui-Gon [ __ ] cheats at everything cheats lies to people I know [ __ ] oh yeah watching The Phantom men again it's

just like such [ __ ] [ __ ] yeah like he so could have just taken um shimi with him as well he could have just [ __ ] like killed W and taken him yeah like destroyed him anyway I lost everything shut [Laughter] up yeah but okay anyway back I went and saw jamanji how was it we are we are very very eager to hear how it was this is probably the first family movie I've seen at the movies in a probably in 20 years if not longer did you go with a family did you find a family to take there were families there find a family to you did you God it suckss going movies with children yeah cuz you have to sit a certain distance away from them legally you have to let everyone in the theater

know get there and kids are sitting in my chair go look you have to move at least 25 ft away but there was kids talking and stuff but there also parents having a conversation as well people are are worse than kids man yeah yeah like I I I can understand kids like tension SP here but the parents like shut the [ __ ] up yeah I honestly I think people think they're at they're just out at the [ __ ] restaurant when they're at the theater now and it's just like oh yeah you know how you been good like shut the [ __ ] up the uh might not be interested the whole experience of going to the cinema the Sacred Space that the cinema used to be when those lights dimm down and and the conversation stopped is gone it's gone forever yeah it is that is really like what I normally like

going to the gold class dendi and camra it's like 40 bucks a ticket but there's only 20 seats in there and if people are spending like $80 to go see a movie they're quiet because they that's what they're there for although I did go to the movies today and uh I didn't go to Gold Class but there's like an in between right in between regular Cinema and Gold Class and the price is a little more than a normal ticket but not as much as Gold Class the seats are the same but there's a gap every two seats so you you go with someone and you don't need to sit next to anyone else that's pretty cool yeah you can still hear them there's that little buffer yeah it's just a little extra it's like you're on a little island yeah cuz I don't want to sit next to people that I haven't gone with yeah

it's fair but I did go and see jamanji yes so what do you think of the movie this is a sequel to the first one okay huh so it sort of picks off and I actually quite like how they turn it into a video game yeah yeah the this is a little bit of a spoiler but not really go on so and it's been out for more than two weeks so it's fine so I honestly don't care if you spoil yeah I don't I doubt we'll be getting letters about this one but I just like the way I did so uh father finds the board game on the beach picks it up takes it home gives it to his son in the 1996 yeah son goes board game who plays these throws it aside and starts playing a video game yeah right then at Night jamanji board

sort of does it thing and then he wakes up and drums at him and he opens up and it's now a cartridge first game console quite like how J went yeah I'm not relevant anymore I'll adapt and here I go oh wow that's they could do a prequel where it was something before it was a board game that would be that could be interesting cuz there's still no explanation about what jamanji is yeah maybe jamanji is more than just a game and it's just taken on the form of a game but then it sort of follows the same thing where so kid 1996 gets sucked into it 20 years later some four other kids get sucked into it as well so it sort of follows exactly the same story as the original movie did yeah okay so there is an old person in there yes but time goes very weird in there so he

doesn't know he's been in there for 20 years so not like he's age because when you go into it you take on the character the Persona of a character in the game right so it's not like in the original jamanji where he just went in there and lived there here's a question for you Luke if you got sucked into jamanji would you want to be the rock or would you want to be someone else so you could look at the Rock and talk to him I well it depends so if I'm if I'm going in and someone else if I'm going to be playing with The Rock I want it to be the actual rock that I'm with sure I don't want to be someone inside the rock turning to be actual right cuz they might they might not live up to your expectations of the

rock exactly yeah so unless it is the rock inside the rock I want to be him inside the rock unless it's Luke inside the Rock unless it's me inside the rock so to be clear from what I've gathered from the trailers The Rock uh plays a teenage girl in this correct no The Rock plays a nerdy teenage boy oh I see Jack Black is the hot girl yeah makes sense yeah it's the role he was born to play and Kevin Hart plays uh really buff football high School footballer MH okay I can never remember her name Karen Gillan yes you don't remember Karen gillan's name come on I can never remember her name is she was in Doctor Who oh she's also in Guardians of the Galaxy this

person doesn't look even Vaguely Familiar to me who was she in Guardians of the Galaxy um the blue one yeah that's why right well that explains it she's not blue in real life no can I just say a really quick thing about uh Doctor Who sure so um you know how the whole premise ofor who nebula you know the whole premise of Doctor Who is that he um is reborn every now and again in a new body when when he dies yeah yeah correct Hees yeah regenerates exactly right mhm um and you know how he's regenerated contract disputes into a woman now right yes contract disputes and also poor ratings can also make him regenerate um y but uh you know the internet went a

the headline and I was like okay didn't understand so for the game pass you get you pay 10 bucks a month and you get a selection of Xbox games about 100 games that you can play whenever you want they rotate the selection but they've announced now that their first party games so forsa um State of Decay um even sea of Thieves they're all going to come out into that game pass day one and just always be available oh so for $10 a month you will get all of a lot of great games day one so interesting it looks like Microsoft is sort of taking the first step to try and go away from more as a games as a service and get away from from physical sales interesting so when does this begin uh

it's beginning now so as soon as they first party games come out now go straight on oh okay all right interesting and I think what they're planning of if they look at most people will see this and go for $10 a month that's worth it right now if you look at that so for Matt that'll be $120 for you a year uhhuh two AAA titles for you would be $120 yeah that's true odds are you wouldn't buy two AAA Microsoft games no I generally just buy stuff when it's on sale yeah these days so now they're still going to get they're going to get more money out of you for it yeah and that's where I think they're going for so they'll get more money in the long run by doing this and hopefully more people will come onto the service

so I think it's a great gamble yeah that's that's pretty cool and they are pissing off a few game stores but yeah see that this thing all of those subscription ones for video games like I do have uh you know I have Spotify and I have Netflix uh and I actually have Kindle unlimited as well uh although Kindle unlimited I think is a little the same as a game it takes me a long time to get through a game like and I don't I feel like having 100 games available to me is not something that I need to pay before I've got 100 games that I haven't played what have you got Matt I bet you've got I don't even play anything in Steam anymore like you don't have anything to yeah you don't anymore for actually

uninstalled all my uh all my steam game so I have more room except for Civ yeah that's still on there I'm never going to that I have civ6 on iPad now did you know what came out on iPad [ __ ] excellent it's just too jokey for me yeah it I get you but it's SI and it's on my iPad so I'm like all right yeah I I couldn't like full full game on IPad yeah pretty pretty great yeah I try I just try to give it one more go and I just [ __ ] five's better so I just go back to that but yeah I guess you luk you're an achievement [ __ ] so this kind of service would be great for you um actually I haven't signed up to it yet because of the games I have I own like 90% of them yeah but now with the first party stuff that's where I'll sign up

because that will save me money right because you buy literally every game yeah so they released like three to four first party games a year i' I'm saving money straight away right that's cool so yeah I will be signing up eventually I've got about five months free sitting there with codes that I haven't used yet but oh by the way uh did I did want to bring this up I tried uh some of Conan oh you did I don't know man I was very confused and then I and then a thing killed me yeah it's a game you got to commit time to yeah you really do yeah cuz I I played it for the free weekend uh and got absolutely nowhere like at all I didn't build anything I didn't didn't clothe myself with anything I died of thirst and stuff

ation and violence but I just kept thinking about it afterwards like I just kept just it was in my head it was a little little earwig borrowing its way in and so um so I bought it and and really committed to it and kind of like the more I committed to it the more I enjoyed it yeah okay see it's not a game you can pick up play once every two to three weeks and be fine definitely not you wouldn't get anything out of it if you did it like that while it was in stalling I I remembered that I had bought Mad Max in a in a sale and I've been waiting to play that love that game man I with within the first five minutes I was like ah [ __ ] this is awesome like it's so on brand Mad Max

like like have you played it then I I have played it yeah I do have it yeah I bought it when really first came out man like I was okay yeah it's it's it's it's Mad Max I'm I'm I can see myself getting really addicted to it except I do I think it kind of I played through a little bit of the start and then I'm like oh okay it's kind of one of those open world Ubisoft kind of games where there's just going to be a ton of get a bit syy towards the end but the start of it if you but if you just try and stick to the story yeah and just get through that I think you will enjoy that more than to get sidetracked by through it yeah yeah I absolutely I think a lot of the Ubisoft games are like that um they because I really

enjoyed I I really enjoyed wildlands Ghost Recon wildlands for like a day and then I was like oh just do this forever do I same with Assassin's Creed all that see I love all those games okay yeah I enoy go get distracted and do side miss being a pirate couldn't hold my attention for very long in the one Assassin's Creed game I play yeah you were playing that for a little bit weren't you very little bit see aren't you happy I told you to get that one yeah but I see part of me wonders if I had held out and gotten the Egypt one which is obviously newer and no no no no no pirates in Egypt you you got the better one the story in the edct one just confused

me because it started off halfway through the story any of them have The Rock in them probably not no damn The Scorpion King oh man yeah bad is that not what you meant I didn't I didn't know that's actually a reference point out I've been saying for years that the rock is a great actor he's very good and it's only been for the last year that other people started to come on board look I I want to see Jumanji and I've never not enjoyed the rock but I don't know if I'm going to go ahead and say he's a quote great actor he's he's not bad he's a great actor but I tell you who he's a better actor than well you know what [ __ ] it I don't know this either maybe John Cena will prove to us that he's more than just a wrestler as

well but he has just been cast in The Duke Nukem movie and before you freak out and think that you're actually listening to an episode from about 15 years ago uh no they're doing a Duke nukan movie this year 2018 Duke n this can only do badly yeah there's no way this movie can do good it's just not possible like the game is just the game is already a joke yeah it's it it certainly it certainly became a joke um from one of the the kind of the best early firstperson shooters that there was you know it so well we don't know I guess actually you know what it says no writer or director has been decided on so we don't even know what the [ __ ] it's going

to be John Cena into Hollywood one day and just announced that he wants to beat Juke Nukem yeah so who knows I think he would make a good Juke Nukem looks like looks like Juke Nukem he's a mly guy with short blonde hair so there's that that's how you cast I mean I suppose it doesn't really matter if he can act juk Nukem but well you know wrestling's fake anyway so it's all an act isn't it true I just send both of you guys something on the uh on the WhatsApp group if you guys want to have a look at that this is something that I saw in a store over the weekend um I was in a games store um so the game shop near me is still trying to flog Duke Nukem Forever balls of steel Edition with the Duke Nukem bust uh it's marked down to

2990 right uh still there they're still hoping that one day someone will pick this up well part of the reason why I also think this movie was not going to do well now they're not going to be able to get away with the jokes that would have worked 20 years ago that would made can't make jokes about anything anymore they didn't get away with them in Duke nuk forever they're get away with them in this yeah like you can get away with more in video games and they didn't friends is on Netflix now and ha's had a couple episodes on while she's been [ __ ] cooking and [ __ ] right yeah and I just been hearing had on there's there's no way you would be able to make friends now like friends of all things would be super controversal now everything's a gay joke

right yeah yeah well you know yeah because it's funny go a show speaking of uh things that are funny Dundee the leg son of a legend returns home uh is not a film no it's not a film um this was actually uh pointed out by listen to Dary as well uh mhm it's uh it's a ad campaign for tourism that apparently will be airing during the Super Bowl yeah so I I get it that the superbow is like the the big ad day right because it's the most eyeballs on a single channel in a single time right so everyone and you know it costs you know a fortune to advertise I've been seeing trailers for the ads that are going to play yeah and

not just this one there's a there's a whole campaign leading up to this commercial and other commercials have trailers for them it's blowing my mind hey we I don't think we've talked about this and I just thought of it have you seen the [ __ ] trailer for altered carbon oh on Netflix yeah yeah Jesus yeah yeah yep I cannot [ __ ] wait to watch that show I know I know yeah it looks like looks like Neuromancer it looks like they made a show and they're like what what would Matt like let's put that in there yeah like let make a list of stuff Matt likes let's make a show about it like [ __ ] so it's set in the future presumably this is what I glean from the trailer uh Joel kenan's in it I like him yo L great hopefully he just says that a lot um and just calls everyone little

the the Amy Schumer is a white woman but Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle are both black men so it's kind of like like like it's not really a color thing is it it's like well it's not a sex thing or a color thing if you just say that you don't make as much as any of these people because you're not famous and they are yeah I just well I mean Amy schuma didn't make as much as Chris Rock and dve Chelle but then also well she's not as famous as them that's the thing look cuz look there is a big problem um in the world right now of of of paying equality there there is like If you deny that you're an [ __ ] but yeah yeah that's not what I'm going for but I am I do think this one's a little I think her her her feelings on why she's not getting paid as much are a little scared

because Kevin space's a [ __ ] yeah correct uh and so from a certain point of view you know yeah but he is he involved in that negotiation there or well apparently he was but he it's not like he said I wanted I'm not doing it I get paid more than she does he just said you want me to work I want to get paid well here's the thing so there's there's a there's a few factors that are involved in this right um and the funny thing is I I read I read this article today that said Mark Walberg got paid 1,000 times more than Michelle Williams and it's like well hold on hold on it's a gross gross misrepresentation of what happened and I'm not saying what happened is is is good but it is that's not what happened look here's the thing they had to do re-shoot right Ridley

paid for them out of his own pocket because he wanted his movie to still come out and he knew this was the only way okay fair enough Mich he wanted to remove Kevin said she would wave her fee because she wanted to show her support of uh the accusers of Kevin spacy that's fair enough that's her prerogative they wouldn't allow her to do it for free because uh you you still have to make minimum wage so um she got paid a grand $1,000 but she was only there for a day because she actually doesn't have many scenes with Christopher Plumber yeah right uh Mary Mark had eight days worth of shooting with him so I think he originally asked for $5 million or something he ended up being paid 1 million um right from everything I've read um so a thousand times more than

Michelle Williams but here's the thing we don't know what Michelle Williams was offered it might have been the same she might have gotten the same million dollars or it might have been worked out as a day rate yeah I think now does that make her a better person that she turned it down yeah it kind of does but I don't know if it qualifies as pay inequality right and then again we're not I'm not saying pay inequality isn't a thing because it is but I just don't think this is a very good example of it because it's there's there's way more factors involved I'll tell you though now that I've seen the movie I went back and watched the trailer uh and after seeing the original trailer that is and after seeing Christopher Plumber who did a fantastic job by the way um he's up

for an Academy Award for it isn't he I thought that was really [ __ ] interesting well for starters I mean he shot this in two weeks yeah um but like I can't believe they were going to use uh the [ __ ] his name um Captain pedophile Kevin Kevin SP yeah um they were gonna use Kevin spacy wearing old man makeup and a wig like yeah what the [ __ ] were you thinking Ridley yeah I just thought it was fascinating that he's up for an Academy Award for a film that he was just almost not in yeah like and then they had to like add him into it later and he's up for an Academy W that's that's pretty cool and it's funny because when you

watch the original he must be good he is good he's very very good but to be fair it's Michelle Williams that carries this movie A she's the she's the lead character in the film it's about her trying to get her son back from a kidnapping um but she's not up for any supporting or main role Academy Award which is kind of probably an oversight but who knows how the water's up for a bunch of stuff yeah I'm really glad it's up for best picture and I'm really glad because like they don't usually put fantasy movies up for the the big one yeah that's I still haven't seen it yet though I'm gonna see it though you should it's good it still hasn't been released here yeah probably too weird for him a bit no no no it's coming out I was at the cinema today and

I saw a coming soon yeah maybe needed those Award nominations in order to get over get oh yeah or you just get stuff late no no some we sometimes we get things early uh when Australia used to get everything of it yeah and now sometimes we get stuff early and it still happens it's [ __ ] [ __ ] move marting they try and maximize it so they'll make the most amount of money yeah that's right well I read a theory that reason behind it all that sometimes they use Australia and a testing ground yeah because they mirror the austral the American Market very well yeah that's right so they can kind of see what it might make in its opening weekend and decide not to put it up against other films yeah I just don't like that you guys get Star Wars first although maybe I don't

care anymore but I love that they've made Star Wars that it plays earlier in the day here so that it's screened the same second as it is in Australia even though we're 3 hours behind which makes it better yeah because yeah you don't have to stay up to midnight and then go through to 3:00 in the morning you just although let's be honest guys who's going to go and see The Next Star Wars at midnight for The Last Jedi I was excited Jenna and I were like oh yeah we should go to midnight screening and Ed like you know like we used to do for all the others we did the force awakens as well like yay and then we looked and it's like 600 p.m. because it's already out everywhere else in the world yeah that's right midnight screening here is 9 like I could have

gone to a midnight one but it would not have been the first screening it would have been like the third so yeah I'll just go after work then I guess I know there was something fun about midnight yeah yeah but I if I could go toward 6 p.m. I would be going to that Over Midnight no but that's it I know what you mean but it doesn't have the same kind of magic as well for me it does cuz you see it's the first screening that's what you're going for you're not going for the midnight you're going for the first yeah order to see it first you had to like stay up overnight and I remember when we were young midnight scen like all Cinemas didn't do it it was only the big ones in the city so we had to travel an hour by train to the George Street Cinemas I remember I was at the midnight
