idea okay yeah we we bought so Luke was doing a bit and he stumbled Acron some secret 4K TV that you've been well it wasn't a secret I just didn't know that I'm like the [ __ ] with did cuz Luke's a little bit of a Sant sometimes when it comes to say you know Xbox stuff or whatever maybe we sent a snap yesterday and then the TV was in the background and he was like that's not the normal TV I've picked up on that yeah no nothing like that I just yeah it's just one of those things okay I was right again yeah right again well you can't prove I anyone mat what are you watching in 4k buddy what are you watching what are you watching in 4k well nothing yeah I just I set it up and then I went to the I went to a Halo tournament wait you literally did buy it in the Black Friday

sales yes so Luke was right on all counts yes the [ __ ] is going on murder yes I bought a 65 in 4K television in the Black Friday sale why did you say black like that Matt well um a lot of people say Black Friday you said Black Friday sale Black Friday like they do a Friday sale every week but this emphasis should be on the Friday Bit Black Friday Black Friday not Black Friday well there's also Black Friday in a Australia is there really yeah is it on the same day and is it just a shopping day no I forget what it is I think it's something to do with fires oh okay yeah but they do the sale used to get the sales down there right we yeah now we're getting all the sales and I'm actually holding out to tomorrow for Cyber Monday yeah there's a lot I need

to get a new Nas there's a lot of talk about skipping you know Black Friday and Cyber Monday like one on my Instagram like retailers that I follow and usually small things are all saying a devalues things keep everything expensive there are deals like genuine deals and then there are a lot of things where they just bump the price up and then put it down and then it's not not even a real sale and apparently you know people end up you don't have to buy something just CU it's on sale if you at the price that's still too expensive don't buy it you do your research before you buy yes I think the take the takeaway should be that if you been planning on buying something and then

you can see that it's actually a good discount go for it otherwise be a bit wary because it might actually not be cheap and if you weren't planning on buying something you're not saving any money by buying it for less than you were not going to pay for it by not buying it don't the stores over there they'll have like the they'll have like three televisions that'll be like 20 bucks yeah although that that is definitely true uh like if if you want to buy like something Dirt Cheap you have to you have to murder somebody trample them to death in in a doorway I I obviously what where I was then yeah Best Buy the Best Buy doorway where else oh [ __ ] I get I see what you're doing damn it yeah or all I've

done I've never trampled someone to death then Best Buy but I did strangle um this Korean girl in the parking lot of a Best Buy once but that was years ago years there was a podcast oh wait no that wasn't you that was that was that guy you framed never mind yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah we just went to Best Buy I ordered it online and then we just went and picked it up from Best Buy and that was bad enough frankly cuz that place is a [ __ ] hell hole B out the extra 20 bucks and get it delivered I could have done that but then I I was like we could just go get it and then I forgot that it was it was Black Friday and you don't just don't go to shops on Black Friday just don't I actually had to work Black Friday because uh you know we have cents Black Friday is not actually a holiday

there is it course she had to work well a lot of people don't they take the day off cuz Thanksgiving thanksgiving's on a Thursday right so you have the Thursday off and then you Thanksgiving is always on a Thursday it's not a date it's like Easter correct correct is that because the original Thanksgiving the pilgrims had their special lunch on a Thursday is it that's right it's when they all sat down that's when they solved the war between the Cowboys and the Indians oh yeah how did that go um pretty good I don't think you're quite know your history that I haven't seen any indion around so I must have gone all right did you have to pass a test that was the first pumpkin pie yep and then they they gave them their own casinos and here we are there you go Matt did you have

pumpkin pie this year because actually I could take or leave just about every uh Thanksgiving Cuisine but the pumpkin pie is uh bit of a favorite mine I did I did and uh a lot of Cheesecake this year I Hade a lot of chees actually actually kind of maybe killed cheesecake for myself uh yeah think I too much cheesecake but I did buy a 4K TV uh so well done Luke and uh and I do have a single device that can play stuff in 4k my Apple TV you need to uh you need to upgrade your F box then ah see yeah that's the thing that's the thing now I need to get a a Scorpio MH Scorpio you m just wait till next year and get a disc lless one would you call me uh yeah a disc one yeah well I do have some games that require discs

though like The Witcher 3 and The Witcher 3 is rum something that I'm going to want play on 4K so the rumor is that if they do release this dis lless version you can take your games into uh game store like GameStop or EB Games and they'll give you a code for the game what if you live in a country where they don't have game shops Al what's in it for GameStop if we were to do that yeah that doesn't sound right GameStop um I don't know they just need to they need to GameStop and e games they all need to work out a way to get away from selling games cuz they much longer what you talking about they raking it in selling the used ones yeah but bigger bigger trend for

people buying digital um also you've got all the you got EA access you've got the Xbox play part ACC people don't need to trade in games or buy used games because you pay 10 bucks a month and you got a 100 of them so although I found yesterday as I mentioned we're at a Halo tournament um and I can qualify that for the listeners if they want so that they think out there out of context I was at a Halo tournament uh invite only invitationals yeah actually I considered inviting you to play lote cuz you were online at the time but it would have unbalanced the teams cuzz it was four on four uh so sorry you could have just had an eight on eight on one is that

good yeah um so I we took my Xbox uh and I have Game Pass which has the Master Chef collection I think that's how you pronounce that and uh it was fine except you I actually I have to use my console which which worked out fine it was just a complication and also uh if you lose internet access uh you can't play any games I discovered which was not something I knew about Game Pass you must be online to play any games yes when you got trade off for it yeah I didn't know that but that I mean it's not a big deal but I just didn't know yeah it's just one of those things yeah they like to check that you don't basically go and install it on 10 of your friends consoles and then they just go home to their house and just

disconnect from the internet look I have 10 friends um speaking of online there's been a lot of talk this week about a game that uh I was fairly disinterested in anyway I think Dan was as well but Luke you've been playing it and people other people have been playing it obviously and not enjoying it from from what I can gather and I know you've been playing it so what do you think of Fallout 76 there's nothing to do mhm there's you know how Fallout has always been so it's it's empty but there's always people to talk to and stuff to do mhm yeah this there's none of that yeah it doesn't sound like a great game I'll yeah I'll say that like I used to actually like like

logging like hacking into computers and I'd sit there and I would read all the emails and stuff cuz it was quite interesting yes now I just click through them because I I actually don't care at all cuz I heard I read a bunch of Stu I not played it at all not interested in it especially not now I wasn't interested before I'm definitely not interested now but no people have said that it it's got some stuff like that except it's weird because there's actually all these people around you but you can't talk to them you can give them oh no you can you can use a microphone and talk to them yeah okay but you don't really interact with other humans right in the world except so you've got all these players running around but there's no but you

get all your missions from like a computer Hol tapes and computers and robots yeah it's weird who you don't actually respond to at all you just walk up click on them and then the robot will talk at you and then you get a mission and yeah and the people um I haven't really played with anyone cuz I don't like playing with people people but even I had today I had one of the this guy trying to come and go me into a fight because he's level 20 I'm level 36 but he's walking around with two level 70 characters and I'm no I'm not getting involved in that I know what you're trying to do no yeah yeah [ __ ] saw that kind of stuff all the time back in penth well what what happens you've got two bloody level 70 guys hiding around the

corner what can happen in this is when people people can attack you and they do sort of reduce damage unless you attack them back and that sort of like initiates a yes we can fight just like real life yeah just like the bullies in high school people can just sit there and just hit you and hit you and hit you and kill you even if you don't yeah it's what happens definit can confirm but yeah I just I just skip the playing with people and I just I'm trying to do all the missions and then just leave yeah it's yeah it's just it's lonely I don't even have dog meate with me if your attitude to the game is that you could always just not play it yeah want the achievements yeah I knew I knew I knew that was going to be yeah knew that but this is the first Fallout

game I've played that I don't have dog meat following me around yeah and I maybe that's the problem you reckon that is over into being a great game you just had a dog throw a dog meet in there have him follow around let me basically use him as a pack M I'll be happy do with me I was just too protective of him you know he just put me off in the end I just ch him at home cuz he used to run into the [ __ ] mines all the time yeah mines dad dog me what are you doing you dumb [ __ ] uh I saw an article this week about a player who has somehow been granted god mode in um Fallout 76 and just wants to die yeah he prays for death I don't understand they wanting to die but it' be great bug to have it's just a joke well apparently it's not that's the point is that it's not fun

because he's not no game is fun if you are imortal and not only that he was he tried contacting the support team and they were very unhelpful they were like a well I I don't know we'll see what we can do about it and uh and and as of the time of the article I mean maybe it's been updated now at the time I read it uh he was still still immortal like Jesus that's how that works I think yeah but I don't know for me I would love to be immortal because then I could just power through this game and not care worry about at all get the achievements I like this quot some people are actually enjoying it I think bethesda's idea was the game's very there's not much to the game and now thinking people were going to go and create their own stories but that makes no sense to me I pay price for a game

you tell me the story so I just play for a find random people and then grab my laptop write some fan fiction I had a great time doing nothing so I think I'm going to play enough that I can fire off a nuke and then I'm out oh you can nuke people right well you're meant to be able to but uh it's something that's meant to be also quite hard is and this is where the you need to play with people because while you're traveling around you'll come across some some officers some ghoul officers who have a launch part of a launch code on them and then you have to build up find them and they're just random throughout the world and you need to find enough of these codes to be able to launch a nuke one whole thing is is that you shouldn't be able to find all of The Code by

yourself so you need to sort of get to people with people and then you launch the nuke and then where it lands it sort of spawns some higher level characters which you then go and kill to get loot oh okay that's interesting everyone loves loot yeah that's the point of these games so I'm not a big mmmo RPG fan Mass MMO I don't know stupid games are maybe you're not into it because you've been adding that extra m whatever that is that's right what is the extra M4 I think we have to figure that out now mustard M mm mustard massively mustard multiplayer online game that could be it yeah yeah I mean up until this year I probably wouldn't have given it a go but now I'd be all over

that uh did you see this video I sent out of the man trying to return his copy of Fallout 76 to gam I did and it was amazing I didn't see that he's in there in the spreadsheet he uh he's returning his copy we'll link to this in the show notes it's worth watching he uh he's attempting to return his copy of Fallout 76 and uh he wants his money back the gentleman at GameStop tells him I'm sorry we can't give you your cash back you'll get a store credit uh there's a brief discussion the guy seems like he's staying pretty calm but he says he's getting really angry he's like I'm you you're making me angry uh and then he just trashes the whole [ __ ] store what yep uh and the guy behind the store this guy needs a pay rise he just keeps

calm throughout the entire thing he [ __ ] answers the phone in the middle of it welcome to GameStop no yeah that's amazing it's a good video knocking over shelving all this stuff it's yeah it's crazy like a bin forve to Australia you got two weeks to return the game at EB Games and you get a full refund really so even EB Games are admitting this game's a bit [ __ ] I thinkal promotion for the game oh okay I see I see I see that's just always been return poliy I don't maybe it's not 14 days I think it's seven days Australian Consumer Protection Law we talked about this haven't we I'm I've been so coddled by like consumer protection laws in Australia that I get bamboozled by things here sometimes yeah really have that down like they

they print [ __ ] anything on a food packet here and then if you if you didn't read the fine print well it's your fault you died of cancer like no the thing that always scares me about being over there is the fact that so many your ads especially for drugs um like Pharmaceuticals say they cause death yeah well that's a it's weird that they can advertise uh medication on television and for listeners who haven't been to the US yes I mean I don't we don't watch terrestrial television here or cable or anything because we have Netflix and Hulu and stuff but if you have cable here and also people pay hundreds of dollars a month for cable and they've got more [ __ ] ads on there than like I ever saw in Australia on free to Air like ads every [ __ ]

five minutes and it's ads for like [ __ ] anti-depressants and like like actual serious medication that you need a prescription for and but they advertise it and then and then they all have this big long spiel because they're legally required to that's like you may be this medication me caus you to be dead whereas we do have some ads in Australia but they're always like hey if you need help quitting smoking talk to your doctor yes cuz you know you shouldn't be allowed to advertise a lot of money to prescribe it's weird that you can advertise medication but the other thing is on on food packets here uh like I don't know if I've used if I've mentioned this example before if you buy you know cranberry juice right delicious cranberry juice MH yeah if the it's says

100% cranberry juice and then in really small letters plus other ingredients and then if you read the back yeah if you read the back it's just a bunch of [ __ ] corn syrup and garbage of course but it's 100 it's 100% cranberry juice plus other stuff I mean it is yeah and they're allowed to do that wow okay like if you had um you know you bought a loaf of bread 100% bread and fiberglass like fine apparently fine your fault you didn't read it yeah it's not up to me to have to go and [ __ ] jam it down your throat yep that's Freedom watch what you eat here also everything here has corn super we probably talked about this already too and I did the whole 30 it was so difficult to find even like like just you know like stock to make soup y

[ __ ] loaded with corn syrup why would you why would you put corn syrup in in stock that's ridiculous people here just everything to be [ __ ] sweet and delicious I mean I know you guys have get if you get if you get Coke if you get Mexico coat it tastes better because they don't use corn syrup they use sugar yeah I don't use I don't I don't use I don't use that stuff anymore I don't use that Mexican stuff anymore yeah I think if you're referring to your consumption of sugar as using then yes maybe maybe it's best that you're not I I don't drink a lot of soda these days I you know what I drink a lot of these days is like soda water like or or seltzer they call it here salela water okay you know like the the the flavored ones yeah I've become one of those

people all right you know what I drink a lot of gin and tonic but I don't drink soft drink at work anymore okay good boy I heard was this on save file you were discussing the fact that you drink tonic water or was that that might have been on this show I can't remember well I drink it yeah I drink it with Jin okay you realiz tonic water is soda is is soft drink yeah yeah no no I I I do understand that well I'm not really drinking much gin and tonic at work yeah right much yeah much what's in the back of that sistern hey in there what do you got hidden in that toilet there get my own special toilet at the moment do you do you fancy ohz more of a [ __ ] than usual yeah oh okay wait no I saw you walking around the other day I'm sure to

the point where they're like we do not want him using the same toilets as us can we have a lost all motor function I'm sort of hobbling around but I'm still once I leave the house I'm on crutches right for sympathy purposes yeah of course you know you don't want the general public no this is the problem I don't know how to walk anymore that is a problem I'm actually really struggling I can see that being problematic with the surgery that they've done they've rotated my leg a bit and they've also added a little bit of length they rotated it a bit Yeah my leg's always been like a 45° angle so my foot's always been at a weird angle 45° Ang straighter yeah now they've straightened it and I don't know how to walk cuz I've always

walked on my toes well now it's a little bit longer I can't work out what angle to have my foot you to put your little toes down because your leg wasn't long enough yeah and I can't walk on I still it's still too short to walk on my heels and I don't know what angle to have my foot to walk on my toes and I'm I'm struggling look I've always known that Luke had issues with [ __ ] weird but but it really is Matt and anyone else listening who knows Luke did anyone else not notice that he only ever walks on his toes and that his leg sticks out at a 45 Dee angle cuz I certainly didn't no well now that I'm thinking about it yeah I do you're actually just used to it yeah I cuz you always had a little hob little little limp right he always he he always

goes limp and I guess now that I'm thinking about you looking back on how does Luke walk yeah I can see that I'm probably got videos of it yeah if you actually watch some of our videos on YouTube you'll see that I'm walking with a limp yeah you know I've phot I show people a lot just when I when when I'm not a rapist well yeah I show women that a lot but yeah um no when um you know the subject of of of this show comes up or or you know my life in in Australia and I talk about my friends and uh and then the subject of my friend Luke comes up I often uh I often have to show there's a photo of you and I at Disney World Luke taken by uh some of the staff there in fact one of the one of the staff members by security cameras is in there no one of the girls is in the photo cuz she

wanted a photo with us because uh Luke decided it would be a good idea to wear a fulllength trench coat to uh yep and a hat basically he wanted he decided to cosplay as Inspector Gadget this girl isn't taking a photo with you so match as not letting you out of her sight it's she's she's quick take a photo with me and the rapist yeah not a rapist I have a photo that proves it that's true look speaking of rape and people that'll soon be walking with a limp um God this uh this underage girl that got auctioned off on Facebook's a bit concerning oh God yes it is a bit concerning there was a an auction on Facebook it took Facebook 24 hours to do something about

it they said they took it down within 24 hours and uh and apparently it's not clear how many of the 24 hours they spent thinking about whether they should yeah or whether the 24 hours were consecutive hours or just 24 hours over several days that they thought about it for an hour at a time yeah they had 24 meetings over of 1 hour yeah over the course of yes a uh a a multi-millionaire businessman from South Sudan's capital city won the auction after he offered a record price of 530 cows three Land Cruiser V8 cars and $10,000 and he he picked himself up a 16-year-old girl yeah so that's Fu now that is uh that's a lot of cows I mean 530 cows Plus

plus three Land Cruisers plus 10 grand I mean actually cows aren't actually as expensive as you think yeah but I I don't want to be crass here right but I reckon I could get a little girl for way less than that well we were talking about a little girl about 16year old girl go on and if you I'm not trying to condone this anyway at all I'm just saying there's a bit of a difference but 530 not as 530 K is not as expensive as many matter of fact then she's not that little she's not as not as little as you'd think no she's quite tall um and I'm confused I assume this wasn't they didn't like list her on the

Facebook marketplace right or or did they I'm just curious I'm just curious how it worked like I want to know what there's no picture of like of not was it just a post on there and people just were in chat or yeah they've got a well there's a post up here which is just so casual about it that it's [ __ ] bizar to me that uh this guy's posting updates on the auction like yeah and uh and then States competition is perfectly allowed in Dinka Jank culture the kids of the winner are guaranteed for NBA slots she's tall I guess is the takeway there it's just so weird super weird it's it actually was two day sorry two weeks the auction was up for cuz I thought maybe they put it up and 24 hours later

Facebook took it down no it took Facebook 24 hours from when they were yeah yeah when they were made aware of it to actually take it down so well it's also like yeah can't have that come on guys well it's no no I know what you mean culturally they got to figure out what to do about it is that that on on Facebook like how many reports do you think they get a day that aren't valid and then yeah sort of trying to filter through what's real and what's not and by the time you get to it and how many posts are there on Facebook a day the other thing I guess is is also that Facebook can't step in and make sure she doesn't get sold all they can do is is is block it so it's like yeah if if Facebook did block it immediately all they're doing is saying stop advertising on our

platform sort this out in your own backyard yes but and also like this is obviously this is a thing they do is Facebook is saying I mean I think yeah they should be this kind of thing yeah don't allow it I think it seems fairly cut and dve but they probably as a business had to consider H are we going to be the child auction police yeah like no no I'm pretty sure Sur in the same conversation Somebody went yeah but do we want to be the the child option app child option un official child option app like do do we is this a gap in the market you know what I mean like no no I'm all I'm saying is I can understand why they might have had a meeting about it but I feel like the the the outcome should have been pretty clear yes 24 hours

later look we'll have a meeting about it this time tomorrow have a think sleep on it I think it was just within 24 hours before they got to actually reviewing what it on there meting about whether it's wrong or not yeah because you're not allowed to sell sextual Services people anything like that on Facebook like that's you're already not allowed to do that yeah no matter where you are that's already a thing so it probably would have just been that they were notified and it probably did ramp up by time they removed it yeah like there already sold and they'd already posted an update with a photo of the winner standing with the girl she'd been

delivered [ __ ] weird man well sorry don't mean to be uh judging other cultures I think you're allowed to judge other cultures when they have blatant abuses of Human Rights I think I think so good I think that doesn't count yeah I think we need to respect other cultures to a point all right yeah they don't get a pass on this one that's right all right so anyway um I guess there needs to be a designated app for this then you know if if Facebook decided n it's called the dark web oh and you are familiar with it because I've heard of it before how did you meet Hannah Luke yeah because I thought I knew the story and then uh when I was making a speech at your wedding Hannah suddenly

you probably knew this too Luke or maybe you didn't cuz you just feed them cat food but they love chicken necks that's absolutely they do they're carnivores they they're not omnivores like us and and like dogs they're [ __ ] carnivores so I'm a carnivore okay to be fair I've never seen him eat any vegetables they're terrible do you eat like no but you eat [ __ ] candy like like it's going out of style yeah that's that's not actually any nutritional value at all it's not really food yeah I suppose so but you definitely can't feed a [ __ ] cat hold on I got to get rid of this dog hold on who whoa whoa no don't that escalated far too quickly yeah Jesus

Christ [Music] dirt it's they can't survive on a diet like that so I'm not condoning this at all by the way please don't well I think you can give them a diet that's um that's uh I mean maybe they can make cat food out of stuff that's not actually an animal but the point is that they're kind of Wares so they're not supposed they're not supposed to eat just a vegan diet they can't eat tofu they can't if you're a vegan that's fine that's absolutely fine and you can continue being a vegan while still feeding your cat the [ __ ] fish that it needs to get the nutrients to survive and so the

reason that this is we're talking about this is that uh in the UK it may soon be uh illegal to to feed your cat and a vegan diet because it's done and they can't the LA is stepping in and being like that's animal abuse stop doing it they [ __ ] need it to live stop forcing your mors you want to be vegan good go for it I I totally get it AB absolutely fine with it makes sense factory farming is garbage remove yourself from that go go ahead but your cat needs to eat meat sorry yeah do you know there's a company that specializes in plant-based pet food I didn't know that that doesn't surpris me I suppose I knew that I knew that there's actually quite a few that do if they are well hang on despite this advice a number of companies selling vegan and

like I find the controls frustrating right and and there have been times where I've accidentally like pulled my gun out or something everyone starts freaking out and then I'm just like [ __ ] sake and I just start shooting everybody cuz I'm annoy I know there should not be a short cut to just take your gun out and start shooting yeah and then and then I'm just like oh for [ __ ] sake and I get annoyed cuz I'm like in the middle of a quest and it's like suddenly everyone's freaking out and I fail the so I just start shooting everybody yeah yeah at that point you might as well just like real life yeah I am uh I'm a little sick of the game I'll be honest I'm a little sick of it oh man I'm not I can see why you would be in time but [ __ ] me I'm not

sick of it yet I'm loving it for a game that's actually quite boring I'm having a lot of fun playing it that SC guys when you're drunk and you're in the bar you just get into fights and then you black out and then you wake up pissing outside and then you black out again and you're looking for your black friend and you literally think every black person is your black friend yeah it's great amazing it's so fun because it's sort of you think it's over and then it's not we're going we're still going go for so long they really commit to it it's amazing yeah look the all right I just so much [ __ ] horse riding I can't just why can't I have fast travel I know it's not it breaks the immersion I I'll [ __ ] deal with it it's my

choice get it yeah just don't want to ride my horse I'm just annoyed now because and I always forget with these games that they put the early missions there so that you do them all first and learn different things about the game and kind of get yourself started but but I I usually ignore them and then I ended up doing easy missions and [ __ ] later when I've actually done quite a bit outside and I had a horse that I was using for quite some time not a bad horse one that i' bonded with quite a lot and then I decided to do that one mission that early mission I'd been avoiding where it ends up being you have to go and [ __ ] sell your horse and you have to do it there's no there not an option not to do it you you could have actually kept that horse how there

is actually a way where they say like you can sell it but you can actually also hold on to it okay yeah you missed that though yeah I missed that but don't worry you yeah you buy that horse and then you shoot that horse in the head and then you get another horse and that's the horse you'll keep at least that's the way I played it just like life I got uh I got a good horse I got I got all the pre-order stuff so I have this horse that's like fancy but uh I don't I don't yeah I didn't I didn't appreciate it at first well guys I'd like to uh I'd like to give a bit of followup to uh something that we talked about last week um I did teas that I had downloaded but had not yet seen a fan edit of The Hobbit that took all three Hobbit films and edited

it into into one what it should have been to begin with yeah yeah you could argue that for sure so uh originally I downloaded the shortest of all the fan edits it's called the 2-hour edit uh but I could tell within the first few minutes that it was just kind of a montage and that I was losing a lot so I ended up going with one that was just over 3 hours uh and basically what it did was strip away anything that wasn't in the book so it just told the story of The Hobbit and and kind of stripped out all the kind of Elf love scenes and stuff that has nothing to do with anything good bits yeah so uh I thought this you know I I love I love this world I love the characters and and I was

really disappointed with the movie so maybe maybe this is the the way to watch it and maybe this is how you enjoy it and I'm here to officially say no it's [ __ ] it's it's just [ __ ] it's just a terribly made movie and it's it's just full of undeserved sentiment and just dialogue with no character development and just one thing happens and then another thing happens and then another thing happens yeah and really bizarre slapick humor Y and I thought to myself when I finished it and it took me three nights to finish it by the way I still couldn't sit down and watch this entire thing in one go I watched it over three nights and when I finished I thought look maybe I've changed maybe it's me maybe I've moved on and I just don't enjoy this genre anymore and even if I

watched the original Lord of the Rings now maybe I wouldn't enjoy it uh and so I to test that theory I went and put on The Fellowship of the Ring which uh is [ __ ] great so no it's uh it's just that the one night yeah [ __ ] yeah no actually I didn't I how many nights did that take you no no no I'm halfway through this was last night so I've got to come back to it but uh I was loving the [ __ ] out of it it was because I watched the last hour of The Hobbit then I watched the first hour of Lord of the Rings and by that point I was like I should really go to bed yeah I I don't think any of them are good really no look I know I know that the Lord of the Rings movies kind of go off the rails but I remember not enjoying the third

one as much as I enjoyed the first two but really I'm I'm going to watch through again well yeah I'm going to watch through again and see how I feel about it because honestly this is just there's character development there's suspense there's beats there's drama there's conflict and and there just isn't any of that in in the hobit I just don't get fantasy really dragons and wizards and [ __ ] no not for me just rotch that's not fasy that's no no I'm saying just rotch that's all you like it's all all you need is robotic yeah come on James Juan give me my live action movie busy finishing off Aquaman I got to say guys I'm really not excited about that at all he would do better to make the Robotech live action and every

new trailer you know they brought out a new trailer this week that kind of has looks worse and worse [ __ ] terrible man I just yeah I don't know one that's literally the only reason I would even consider seeing if if it was any other director other than James Juan I would just not it would not even be on my radar as it is I'll probably catch it at some point just because he hasn't made a bad movie yet Conjuring one was not the best coning two it was an okay movie if you took it with a grain of salt yeah he didn't he didn't direct it we talked about the nun right I said it was [ __ ] think I already said this last week this [ __ ] movie yeah none wasn't on my radar

biggest grossing movie of last year Star Wars and where does George Lucas propose to make the followup his Obi-Wan Kobi movie Northern isand um interesting yeah so there's a lot to unpack there that's quite interesting does this guy know that George Lucas doesn't make Star Wars movies anymore well that's my first question or is he back in it yeah I mean that's it it either means two things it either means this guy's talking out of his ass and actually just doesn't understand uh doesn't know that things have changed or [ __ ] George Lucas is like n get out of the way I'm [ __ ] making a new Star Wars movie and I'm [ __ ] doing the OB one movie yeah I'm bringing it back also where was that island where

was that Island Luke was on maybe I Mark Hamill was Alec Guinness I actually do think that was in Ireland as well yeah it might have just been cuz I know I know they're upset that people are now traveling there yeah people got pissed off that the island is now being ravaged by his nerds changed the name to nerd Island yeah all right what he could have meant was this is why they filmed the last Star Wars movie yeah in Northern Ireland but actually that island is in Ireland right so maybe that's all he was talking about maybe or maybe we just [ __ ] blew this [ __ ] wide open or maybe Obi-Wan travels there to get the [ __ ] ancient Jedi texts or something

yeah and maybe it's not even a planet maybe it is Northern Ireland yeah maybe a lot of Star Wars actually filmed in the UK anyway yeah yeah they they film a lot of it in the Pinewood Studios yeah um T swings between Tunisia and Death Valley California yeah like the preols were mostly filmed here in Australia yes M oh completely no I yeah cuz all he needed was green screens and you don't need to worry about sets I think a lot of Phantom s was filmed on Naboo Luke I think you'll find oh sorry about that I'll probably find out in some book now that it wasn't Naboo after all hosnian
