berries for the first time but no I have not yeah and I can't imagine somebody just going to the supermarket and being like Oh yeah killo slow berries I don't even know what a [ __ ] slow is my favorite my favorite fruit used to be lime cuz Okay goes great with June is it now lemon no no no I can I can eat lemon's hole okay you eat my ho you swallow it Ranger excuse me what Ranger that's not a word not made that up Ranger lime B wa it's just a lime the same it's just a type of lime is it it's basically a mandarin uh crossed with a lime oh like a bit of Crossing Mandarin lime okay and

I'm in love with it I want to get an actual one to try it in real life not just infused I want to eat one hole hole just not eat it plain just [ __ ] eat it ho how be are they what they do um the picture I'm looking at right now they look probably about the size of a lemon have a lemon you're looking at a picture of it so you've not actually had it yet no no no I've just had the Gin that's infused with I've got the what it's like mixed with gin but I actually just want to try you just a plain one on its own Luke's palette is so refined that he can distinguish the two tastes the gin and the and the actually with the years of smoking and drinking I can't taste a lot if it burns

he knows it's alcoholic and he's happy mhm yeah oh there's a deer in my window oh dear [ __ ] off deer hello we're busy speaking of Mandarin you know uh you know that we have mandarins here but do you know what they call them small oranges that peel easy close it's a long name but they call them oranges that's what do they call they don't have them what that's so I was nearly right so we we call small oranges mandarins because they are the oranges from Asia huh oh I get you I get you okay yeah hence the name yeah yeah interesting so they don't have oranges at

all they yeah yeah I got you and they're very popular but uh they're not what we call oranges wow that's weird you you learn something every time you listen to this podcast I know it's very educational well here's do you want do you want other Asian fruit facts absolutely it on fruit in Asia is so much more delicious than it is anywhere else in the world like the [ __ ] just tropical fruits you get here are amazing have you ever yeah remember those banana lollies that you had as a kid they you can still get them in alen's party mix right you know how they taste they taste nothing like a banana like a real banana like a powder yeah unless you're in the Philippines in which case that's what bananas taste

like huh really if you ever have the chance to eat a Filipino banana do it is that a euphemism or it is now and I nearly got that word out right you did I think no no remix needed not needed I I got I got it in the one go but I don't know if it was technically correct but it was understood I feel mhm Filipino banana all right I don't know where I would find one here but I'll try they also do this thing called banana ceue which is frying up bananas on a barbecue oh that sounds delicious and uh that's [ __ ] great so it's a great name banana

c yeah yeah I had a a papaya on a [ __ ] remote island in the Pacific and that was delicious okay do we need to unpack this first to ask why you were on a remote island in the Pacific uh we were on a cruise you don't mean Australia do you no no no on the island of Mar in in the Pacific it's a little island uh that it's basically just jungle and they they cut you over you from the cruise ship you take the little boats out cuz they can't get the cruise ship close to the island cuz there's no nowhere to park it no car park ship Park uh and then you catch like the the the locals there's like they live in little Huts there and uh and then there's like a couple of you catch them do you a couple of them have

Vans and then they F you over to the other side of the the island to this remote beach and then the hunt begins no but it was they I know you're really into beaches Matt so this must have been a real no it was it was it's very beautiful there like it's ridiculously beautiful uh like I've never seen anything like it to be honest and and just the fact that it just like people live there on that [ __ ] Island that's amazing to me just in little Huts like wow it's amazing and then no internet they no they got nothing like they just I don't know make stuff swim and eat pap and I it's interesting but they uh the whole time on the way there on the cruise ship they're like oh we're going to go to this remote beach just you and

and and the sand and remote isolation on this beautiful beach except when you get there the other 2,000 people from the [ __ ] cruise ship were also there so they joined you for the the exclusion that's right so you get there it's just like being a Bondi yeah but yeah it was very beautiful and the papaya was good yeah it from a from a a lady there who had a little stand but she was selling them chopping them in half with the machete I I think I've only had papaya in Fruit Salad [ __ ] are we still talking about fruit [ __ ] sorry well speaking of remote island let me start remote Islands uh there's a a guy in Japan well he's not in Japan well he's in Japan now he was in Japan no he currently is in Japan yeah yeah yeah he's been forced back to Japan uh masafumi Nagasaki

was like you know what [ __ ] this I'm off and he just moved himself to a little remote island off uh off the coast of Japan somewhere I think power to him and uh he he lived there Ned uh off the off the land I love how nude is always part of it you know what I mean right well I reckoned for the first sort of few weeks even few months he was making sure he was clothed then he just got to the point of why well all he's wearing in these photos is get my dick caught in things he's he's got a little hat on that's the reason I wear clothes like I don't it doesn't matter if his little but as long as his head doesn't but he uh they called him the naked hermit and he lived on the island uh from 1989 the only thing they could uh differentiate him from the other

Hermits The nude one go naked hermit he's got to go did I tell you about the time I was at work and um and somebody said blah blah blah I'm going to ask Dan about something or ask Dan if he wants to come or something and then somebody said Dan and then he went no no no hot Dan oh huh that yeah so yeah so you were ugly Dan I was just doesn't it you have to go that far Luke yeah thanks Luke for painting me with that brush so you're hideous Dan but I said uh I said oh there's a hot Dan and they're like oh yeah you know Dan from whatever the [ __ ] Department I like okay what am I they said oh you can be uh good personality

Dan well they're a lot nicer than what I went with yeah yeah this guy he's lived there for nearly 30 years on this island and uh he he scavenged for food he wouldn't kill animals cuz he he saw he apparently at one point he was thinking about eating uh turtle eggs or he was eating turtle eggs but then he saw some hatch and he was like well I'm not doing that anymore cuz it's they're [ __ ] cute I'm not eating them anymore exactly uh however he's now been forced back uh to Japan because he got sick and they said no you've got to go and get treatment and uh you're too old and you're not allowed on the island anymore cuz you'll die and he's like I want to die on the island in fact his in his his words I've already told my family that I will die here I want to be killed by a typhoon so

nobody can try to save me Jesus I mean that's oddly specific isn't it yeah well he just he said that people treated him like an idiot uh in the city and now no one treats him like an idiot they just call him the naked hermit yeah that's right yeah I don't have anyone to tell me he deserves here on the island I hope he I don't have to do what anyone tells hope he gets back there yeah I I hope he does too I mean like [ __ ] it man let him just let him do it if the man wants to die on an island surely he has the right to yeah yeah it's not like he's going out of his way to die on the island he just wants to live there and just that's where he'll be yeah like when you eventually die on Mars exactly that's

right yeah it's going to happen when you're old and sick they'll send you back to Earth and you're like no let me go back to Mars I suppose we don't really know yet well they meant to be leaving uh two years you're meant to be leaving in two years you mean I meant to be leaving in two years wait you talking about Mars One they're not going anywhere stop it they're going in 2020 I remember reading it at the very start when I gave him 35 bucks or whatever not happening not going anywhere they didn't pick me you can go on Mars 2 I want old musky to take me there's a geek of the week this week and we discussed him me we discussed him so recently who died several times recently yeah who who died Matt I didn't

know about this until I read this in the spreadsheet oh really and uh I meant to read some of the other articles here and I didn't cuz as soon as I saw this I was like No this must be a joke but it's not a joke I mean no he was old but I never thought and Ellison would actually die he was too grumpy to die yeah we were literally talking about how if you wrote a story har and Ellison would find a reason to sue you for something in it like week before last yeah and he he he passed away a couple days ago uh a lot of very amusing and some from some disturbing stories about him coming out since then Neil Gaiman

wrote a very nice little little post about uh him they they became good friends and uh some other people have know him with listeners Nate in particular send in some stuff about him including a a story about how he uh he once offered to hook another author up with a Hitman to uh to I think it was a go out on a date something or to take care of the man who murdered his brother or something like that and uh J oh okay yeah that's probably better reason to get in touch with so that's come out recently and uh there's a story about he uh he once groped some some female author at a thing and it was a joke was a big thing and I he was he was just like you know what [ __ ] off all yeah he's just uh interesting guy and there's going to I think you're going to

find out a lot of interesting stuff about him for the next week oh you reckon they've been holding back oh seemingly people have that's what I mean this is a guy who was known to be a [ __ ] creepy dude yeah yeah apparently people have been saving these up wow but uh so definitely from the sounds of it he's not going to be getting geek at we well he's a science fiction writer what if I was to tell you that he he worked heavily on Babylon 5 yeah really really yeah yes D Trek 2 but also Babylon 5 yes he wrote what is considered I think to be the the best episode of Star Trek ever City on the edge of fever is that one where they go back to meet Shakespeare it's the one where uh

Patrick Stewart is Sherlock Holmes and uh and there's literally marotti in the in the Hol deck yeah no please tell me that's a joke you never watch no no I'm joking it's not one of the uh the goofy Next Generation or or later Star Trek episodes it's one of the original series which while goofy were're not I mean as far as I'm aware we're not that goofy they weren't that good either come on mate what are you talking about going out there they're great but they weren't good yeah I know what you mean Luke come on mate maybe for that it's true though think about it look in some ways it's the greatest science fiction Saga ever written and in other ways it's it's just [ __ ] but yeah actually you know what else kissing

aliens I've just noticed in this article he tried to sue uh uh the the writer of soldier the um the uh vanam movie oh no sorry his story was Soldier he tried to sue Terminator oh uh so James Cameron presumably although they don't name him uh no he tried to sue the Terminator it didn't go well but uh a boy and his dog we discussed also uh the other week and I noticed U just because I was looking up stuff about har nson afterwards I I there's a movie that I saw at one point when I was younger and I couldn't figure out what it was and I think it's the adaptation of a boy and his dog now that I've seen uh just some screen grabs from it I'm like oh I think that's that movie that I watched that I

thought was interesting yeah right and one it's uh it's a good adaptation uh it's got the guy from Hawaii 5 or um [ __ ] what's his name anyway I'm definitely in hold on let me look this up but it it gets really weird in the second half where they go underground and there's all these Aristocrats in P wigs and stuff that's what I remember about it yeah I remember it seeming interesting to me when I was young but I didn't see the whole thing it just was on late one night or something yeah oh no I've seen it it stars Don Johnson uh Don Johnson who was famous in the80s for being in Miami Vice there you go what did I say Magnum PI was I said Miami Vice I don't know am it was it was minutes ago I don't

it not sure what you just sliding scale of shoe cameras I like there's an aspect of this that I think is interesting just because like it's a felony to take upskirt photos in Wisconsin specifically it seems like and the article says that not every state has upskirting laws Alabama for instance has no such law although legislators there are considering adopting one this year surely that's covered by something yeah or like n can't stop me there no LW against taking photos up your skirt surely that's I'm doing right now lying on my back beneath you on the escalator yeah is not against any law man or Gods I don't know I just would have thought that'd be covered by something even if it's not specific yeah that's happening to you

call a cop over he's like nothing not going to do about that he's well within his rights y just let him do his thing I'm going to have to take a copy of those photos and that's that's all I can do I know people are into different stuff but is that really a thing people don't ask of course it is doesn't seem always someone into something evidently I'm just reading more into it into what it is in Alabama so if he was to do it on you to take the uput phot it on private property yes but public no but that's the whole point right if if you're in private you probably have permission yeah if you're in public you definitely don't I didn't make their laws I'm not criticizing

you you could legally fulfill that desire anyway right like what sorry what wait hold on hold on what are you talking about if you want to see upskirting photos surely you could just legally you know set up a photo shoot to what do you mean what like oh like pay a pay a girl to show you panties no well no no no if you're just looking at the like presumably he's taking these photos to sell them right why the hell else is he doing this are they just for him they probably are just for him yeah I'd say they're just for him all right fine but I think if he sells them the act of obtaining them as part of the thing yeah all right fine like you can't then say well I bought these photos off this guy legally yeah it's it's fine no

no but if it's they have a I mean you can get fake you know videos of all sorts of weird [ __ ] on the internet that's per like produced legally like it's not illegal just you know yeah but I assume this kind of thing is if they want it it's not fun fair enough yeah if they know about it it's it's not fun for them I've always thought it funny that like um cuz you'll see every now again like photographers take photos of celebrities getting out of cars and up skirts I'm just like that to me seems so wrong they like put those that they can sell that on put the camera under the door to do it like to it's like come on guys the [ __ ] and then like uh there's those ones of uh it was a while AG I think it was Lindsay Lohan or something there were photos of her and everyone

was like oh she's showing it off but then you see someone like some other journalist were filming and you see how they got those photos and it's just like that is just [ __ ] up like yeah right she she didn't she was not involved in the in the reveal of the the upskirt if you know what I mean like they had to go to a lot of effort to get those shots just gross but here's the thing right so I work in the media industry and if I don't get a signed release form from somebody in the background that you can't see anyway I have to blur them out like what law is it that protects photographers for for putting somebody's vagina that they have like obtained

through great Jess yeah yeah like just because their celebrity doesn't mean that you can just do that Where's the Line there yeah well I remember listening to an interview with NY Portman once about um cuz she has kids now and she's had her and her husband have had confrontations with with Paparazzi cuz they're like [ __ ] off like we're out with our kids and like stop being creepy and cuz she's had uh photos of her taken um when she she was at like that topless beach somewhere or something and she like they didn't know anyone was around and then the photos leaked and that kind of stuff and she said it's horrible like like like but these people just don't give a [ __ ] no because they made a Fortune of the bad thing is is they sell it and

then people are still actually looking at them as well but yeah there should be something in place that yeah you can't just take random photos of people and sell them I think or let's say you can is it the case that they don't know who is that why they that shouldn't matter because if you for example I use stock imagery all the time that I get from online sites and I have to pay a license fee to use them right so if somebody came to me and said I've got a picture of Natalie Portman's [ __ ] um I didn't take it and I'm not going to tell you who did but it's 500 bucks use it in any way you want your suddenly have the rights to that I've got a photo of Nelly B's [ __ ] staring [Laughter]

so uh there you go they are turning down the sexualization on the T I will say this no no no the tits are smaller than they used to be MH oh this one's riding a bike yeah this this is not I I think one of the fighting games which is not a really great argument cuz uh I mean maybe it is I don't know what this is this game uh I think you're looking at the game yeah I think it's just a rape game Dead or Alive Venus vacation I don't know what it is but uh oh my God and then I've just seen this other article Dead or Alive Extreme 3 bikini malfunctions are too hot for America and only in Japan God there Dead or Alive Extreme 3 apparently features a bikini malfunction

system which was not included in the western version of the game where their gear falls off from time to time Christ oh man oh yeah well good on you for taking it in a New unexist Direction yeah yeah and looking on the same note I saw this article made me laugh cuz I watched this trailer as well uh there's a game called Omega Labyrinth z uh which was apparently coming to the West uh it is now not because Sony has said no that's not going to fly over here in the west it is a uh kind of jrpg like uh from what I gather Japanese role playing game like Final Fantasy Style game I think uh where you play as a bunch of school

girls who want to make their their boobs bigger and uh and if you watch the trailer for that uh you will see probably why it is not getting a release over here uh in Europe they got refused classification in Australia because they are a bunch of school girls uh and it is very very boob focused Japan's such a strange Place yeah it really is such an awesome place no I do like Japan I want to go back so you can play Omega Labyrinth Z it's an interesting place I'll give you that I want to go to Disney C Disney C yep Disney C cuz they've got Disneyland and they have Disney sea what is Disney sea an underwater Disneyland yeah it's it's like SeaWorld but Disney Oh I thought you meant the letter c because Omega Labyrinth Z I

thought you were like Disney C but fair enough okay wait it's a water park yeah oh not not a water park it's just like it's got I think it's got animals and stuff water parks are awful water themed rides but not not an actual water park okay I can't imagine you had a water park if it's not a water park I mean it's got animal themed ride what is it what is a water park then I'm I'm confused about what a water park is like you know like with with water slides water slides yeah like uh is it Wipe Out the one up in Queensland whatever it's called Wet n Wild Wet n Wild yeah with so what is this just water themed rides yeah I think think just not slides not specifically Disneyland parks and I didn't go to it

given anything that's right it's missing something sort of enjoying it but I don't know I just it feels like they're trying to take stuff from Fall of Horizon and I just don't think they've implemented it well Horizon's the one where it's kind of open world right yes yeah that's fun I've got uh whereas this is open world as well set up in America but I'm just fast traveling anywhere there's no reason for me to drive anywhere so sounds like Conan I will drive everywhere it's also the crew doesn't work very well with the steering wheel whereas Force of Horizon does so do you still have your fancy setup oh you have to get a new one right for the Xbox one I got a new one right yeah I had yeah I had to get a it still cost me just as much and I still have my

yeah okay cuz yeah when when when we're in high school and you sort of got taught how to study and stuff I wasn't there for that I don't think they actually taught you how to study they just made you study things I think it was up to you to figure out how you wanted to learn H I just decided to go to hospital instead he just gave himself cancer to get out of it yep homework I don't think so my body's rotting from the inside so in uh Xbox news there's a they talked about this for a while and I I actually don't really understand why they haven't been able to do it cuz it seems fairly obvious uh but the Xbox one may soon get mouse and keyboard support and that's very exciting for me because there's a

genre that I enjoy uh that is role playing games like isometric role playing games that I don't enjoy as much with a controller yes but yeah they are hard to play with a controller and if I could set up an X my Xbox here with a mouse and keyboard I really wouldn't need to play games on my laptop anymore and I don't really then I could kind of just kind of eliminate that as a requirement I could probably buy a laptop that you know a bit of a cheaper one because I don't need that aspect of it you know what I'm talking about well yeah I'll keep an eye out because I know normally with stuff like this it does go through the pre program first and I'm I get stuff early so I'll keep an eye out
