Kick Fighter 2: Judgement Day: Batman Casting Rumor & Sonic Redesign Backlash

maybe yeah who knows what this this year will bring with me in planning not a lot we'll see hey you look you started a podcast of your own who knew that was going to happen I know I've only been saying that for how many years right and you're up to what episode 36 now 36 37 I think yeah I think yeah recording 37 this week which is wow there you go you did it it's almost almost a year not almost but it's past half a year and it's not and it's sort of really good because it's not like when we first started multiple nerm one where we record four and then it'd be S months between it took us forever to get to 100 I'm going to FL I think I've only missed one or two weeks yeah yeah we were a bit uh a bit

disorganized when we started this old podcast man these days you know when when people launch a podcast these days it's so organized and like everyone you've got to have like 10 episodes in the can ready to go and and they got all these tips for how to launch it that kind of stuff man we [ __ ] did nothing we just recorded a couple and put them up when we felt like it yep no idea what we were now but now you get one every week no matter what yeah well you get something usually we do take some time off from from you know periodically and for those listening who don't know Luke's podcast is called save file and you should go to multi nasm.com and listen to it yes pitch it pitch pitch the listeners on your on your podcast um well so it's just me and my

wife Hannah talking about me spending was wasting money on games and playing them and just yeah just have fun while talking does she know you're recording when you talk about it yes she does she does okay good and they're normally they're a lot smaller episodes so normally the average episode goes for about 20 minutes okay sometimes I can have a few drinks and babble for a little bit longer that just applies in general to you though but yeah the Sai one just focuses more on games yes yeah that's kind of your wheelhouse yeah talk about that's not true well you don't like to talk about you don't like to review movies you generally only have nice things to say about movies I don't know if I don't know if you know this about

yourself Luke I feel like you just don't like to [ __ ] on people no I I don't go yeah I don't like to [ __ ] on people you always find something positive to say which even when a movie is [ __ ] I don't know if I've got something super positive to say about the movie I saw this week it wasn't bad though we'll get to it but you don't mind [ __ ] on games which is which is nice for example Fallout 76 well I think yeah well games they think games are different to mov they're completely different media and yeah mhm mhm with a movie movie can hit and miss some people love it some people hate it a game some people same thing some people love it some people hate it but you have to make your voices more known with games so sure they don't do that

again you care more about games perhaps yes I'm going to spend a lot more time playing a game than I am going to watch a movie you spent a [ __ ] little time on games man I do the only reason I work is so I can buy games yeah so what have you been playing lately um well I just finished Rage 2 oh how is that by the way um the ending came out of sort of nowhere for me I thought I had a lot more time in the game yeah I think the main story is pretty short right what kind of game is it cuz I I thought it was just is it just a shooter or is apparently it's kind of open world it's an open world shooter oh okay so I'm not wrong you're not wrong it's a first- person shooter but you can drive a car and you got to go this big map and you

can do lot lots of little side things but yeah there's I think the game's missing some stuff I don't know it just didn't quite grab me is there something you can compare it to cuz I still don't I still don't really quite get it maybe I should just try it out but I don't know like um like what what is there like uh maybe wait I'd say it's a first person yeah uh first person um version of Mad Max okay all right cuz it's like there is vehicle combat you can sort of Trace down track down convoys and Destroy them you drive you drive around everywhere so that's why yeah probably the easiest way for me to describe it okay all right oh that sounds interesting that g the M Max game is pretty

cool but it the M Max game was better yeah no it is not yeah so the madmax game's got a lot of uh just just the world and the story and the voice make I make a sequel to Mad backs yeah that's a good game play that yeah all right cool all right and you haven't played anything else um oh Dragon Lair Trilogy came out today or yesterday Trilogy so remember dragon game three of yeah there was dragon slay dragon L to Time Warp or something and then there was Space Ace oh okay Space Ace yeah was that am I the only person listeners right in podcast at multip nasm.com there was a space a TV show or am I imagining that I I remember when I was a kid I saw something on TV and I'm I swear to

God in my brain thinks that it was a space a television show and for years I tried to to find it again and so I could watch it um but I could never find it so did that even exist am I imagining that um I just found it all right see I didn't bother trying to Google it cuz I I actually literally just remembered that this was a thing so um you can watch I've got episodes 1 to six on YouTube I'm posting the link in the chat now okay so it does exist very good does exist i' I've never seen it and it probably does explain a bit more about what happens to game doesn't really explain a lot that game was made to take do take Quarters off people oh yeah like dragons L it's completely unfair

completely unfair like you you need to you need to die 10 times to figure out what you have to do y it's garbage yeah push left no push up yes that's it and now but I've died so I have to go back and do all the other things first and yeah stupid well well that's how games were made back then that's what they designed to do I think it's stupid they think it's great um yeah but yeah played that and I've completed that 100% so I've uninstalled that now did you got all the achievements yep did you have to uh have to cheat to get any of the achievements no did not cheat okay good just had to play through the game and I also a 15th person to complete it really in the world yep yep well I'm assuming so cuz I'm going off the CH treatements website right do

they or to complete it with achievements or just to complete the game complete it with all achievements yeah right when did it come out cuz that [ __ ] that's quick man you always do this it came out it came out yesterday it came out on the 18th [ __ ] hell the 18th of May and you finished it in one day with all achievements y okay they they're not very long games yeah I know still nether apparently neither is Titanfall 2 I've been playing it for a month now so that's a good 8 to 10 hours of story yep yep have to spread that out a bit also I'm pretty slow I take my time as long as you're enjoying it that's the main thing there's no there no race yeah it's not a it's not a not a race all right no all right cuz you'll never beat

me anyway so uh we got some followup it's we talked about this a bunch of times over the last year and it seems like Stanley's former business partner and friend has been char charged with elder abuse yeah so he was screwing him over and being mean to him well obviously somebody thinks he was the police were I guess police do or a judge does if they've made if they press charges they they don't just do that lightly well you know God what a [ __ ] mess poor Stan I know he didn't deserve this in his last remaining few years that he had left no you should have been enjoying it right not having his blood literally sucked out of him and put into autographs even some of the things where

they were sort of making him fly to Australia still to do conventions and things yeah cuz remember when we saw him we thought we thought that was going to be like his only time here and he was already frail when I saw him he was he was he he was not looking good but then he even came back I think once or twice more and yeah see he always played that off as him giving back to the fans and so I don't know what to believe like were they were they making him do it cuz that's I don't know man like I I I tend toy like it's not something he would have he would have liked to have done I'm not saying he didn't want to come out and do it but I think by that time he probably would have liked to have just been sitting at home yeah well you can see in the photos towards the end

there that you know he wasn't he didn't look happy no uh and I think it may have just been a bit more of like yeah his sort of manager going come on I need to get more money out of you before you go well he's been uh allegedly has been charged with five separate counts of he has been charged I'm saying allegedly I don't care he's Alle but for allegedly doing the things but he has been charged no allegedly he's been charged for allegedly committing five alleged counts of alleged elder abuse uh and l a warrant has been issued for his alleged arrest cuz yeah it was he he set it up that he hid security guards to not let people friends and family even go and see Stan he then like moved him out of his house and moved him to some condo

somewhere see that's just [ __ ] creepy yeah yeah well [ __ ] him then that's true that's that's not nice yeah how do you how hopefully not but if it is how he gets what's coming to him yeah and what's coming to him is a prison sentence for elder abuse yeah probably allegedly allegedly um and in sad news this week allegedly grumpy cat has died yes now I had a hard time thinking about this cuz I started doing contemplating whether or not grumpy cat should get geeked awake sure cuz really when you look at it what Grumpy Cat actually done yeah in fact you could argue that he was a victim of of cat abuse he was just paraded around with with Stan Lee at times but then Mark Hamill's also

come out and spoken of Grumpy Cat and so I think we're going to have to give Grumpy Cat GE Mark HL says is he I didn't know Mark HL was the uh Arbiter of geek of the week now he's not but I just I feel I feel sort of bad sort of going against what he would think oh yeah it's not like we've ever made fun of mar h no but he he said it like a little thing that saying she was a part of us all rest in peace grumpy cat so grumpy cat you're our geek of the week we a died of a UTI [ __ ] hell that's terrifying can I die have a UTI I hope not you probably can if you

get one and then don't get it treated why didn't he go get it treated that's what I'm s think like toy to go to the doctor this cat would be making them a lot of money I don't know if it still making them money but I know it was in the pass you'd be I'd be taking that cat to the vet all the time I bet I guarantee it made him a lot of money by dying it's all over the news well do you get money for just being on the news I think so oh but they probably are selling more merch now it was grumpy cat merch wasn't there you get paid for interviews and [ __ ] uh I'm sure there was grumpy cat merch I POS was I don't even know what but yeah it have to be he became famous

in 2012 when he was just 5 months old and then quickly became a meme mhm and that's why I was sort of heading towards not giving grumpycat G it awake cuz I hate memes I really do do you you don't even not even the funny ones you know like the funny funny memes the funny picture with the funny quote I don't mind the occasional one but when you're scrolling through Facebook that's all Facebook is oh I don't do that so that's don't scroll through Facebook even when I look on Instagram and I'll sometimes just go to like just to search like to see what else is around that I might like and it's just meme after meme after Meme and I'm don't care for them you're not following enough uh

cosplayers then appears I am not are they into memes big into boobs so you switch that up but memes and boobs are very different oh yeah yes yeah I like looking at boobs that's what I'm saying to unfollow all the memes follow the boobs no I I do a c of my uh people I follow on Instagram every now and again really have I made the cut yeah yeah you're still there okay good it's cuz they post b boobs so often yes yeah yep just going to keep that up and you got a follower from me very good grumpy cat doesn't post her boobs so didn't no didn't post anything anymore cuz she has allegedly died I don't think you have to go allegedly died it's best to be safe There's A Garfield comic with you could say allegedly grumpy because she's probably happy it's a Garfield comic

with Grumpy Cat really yeah they're still making Garfield comics yeah I guess so milk in that I remember a very short period in my life where I liked Garfield and now I just don't care about Garfield remember the there was a Garfield movie right there was two really oh no no no no not I don't mean I don't mean the one they the ones they tricked Bill Murray to being in I mean the the cartoons I would assume so there's probably more than two there definitely a lot cartoon movie oh yeah Garfield in the rough Jesus Oh I haven't seen that one and I'm not sure I went straight to his porn

ones yeah cocka doodle duel is actually the first what is going on with these search results there's Garfield's feline fantasies where he's holding up a banana what since is carfield weirdly sexual and I've just never noticed what is going on I think a lot of cartoons from back then were this is disturbing me and I'm going to close the browser window Garfield's not for you apparently not apparently not all right so grumpy cats geek of the week uh we've got uh we got some arold Schwarz in again new did you see this video Someone I did what the hell what a [ __ ] Maniac so he's at an event in South Africa uh it's it's like a some sort of Charity Fitness event thing I don't know a whole lot about it uh but he's at this event that

is named after him and he's talking to some fans and he's taking selfies and he I think he was actually actually literally doing a Snapchat with somebody when it happened some guy just comes running over from behind him and and fly kicks him in the back and like if you watch the video what a [ __ ] maniac and then to his credit just turns around like what happened he just thought he got jled by the crowd yeah he said on Twitter he said nothing to worry about I thought I just got yeah jled by the crowd it's like so yeah he's still strong yeah apparently so the dude like flings himself at him and like and and also like the thing cuz that's what like it's sort of a cow hit because Arnold's not expecting anything like that that's actually quite dangerous yeah exactly

but uh no he uh did you hear what the guy was yelling as well security were taking him away I did not what was he yelling help me I need a Lamborghini okay I think there are better ways to ask that's what he wants from Arnold a Lamborghini what who knows I think this guy just wanted his 15 minutes of fame oh why me I need a Lamborghini that's funny um I I did read article that said that he has done or he's attempted stuff like this before and I was like what does that mean like he's attempted to kick celebrities in the back before like the [ __ ] what do you mean he's attempted this before I think he's just a crazy person right they CU they called him a crazed fan I'm like why is a fan kicking him like he's just a maniac some people

are yeah but I know one thing I do like Arnold's gum don't worry about sharing or giving that guy anything come watch some of our this come and watch some of the sports that we're doing here yeah don't give him any credit any time yeah no look Annie seems all right to me I know I've read his biography I know you know a lot of people maybe don't like some of his behavior and some of the stuff he's done I certainly don't agree with all the things he's done in his life but uh he does seem seem like an all right guy in general yeah so and we've only got him for a few more years whoa what does that mean practicing feel your fly kicks huh can you do a fly kick yeah I can barely walk how am I doing a fly kick know that's so I'm curious or is that all

Australia people have been egging them I hate egging egging don't do it Jesus it pisses me off yeah there was even one where one of the politicians got like a kid walked up behind him like hit him in the back of her head with egg oh yeah I've seen that and he got punched in the face the kid right yeah yeah I mean he turned around and retaliated and I'm sort of like everyone's going oh that was so bad what he's done I'm s like he got hit in the back of the head it was just a reaction to turn around and defend yourself kind of a little bit of slack on that I mean it's not great that he punched a kid in the face but then yeah you're right and it did go on a little bit long but still still like that very first thing it's yeah yeah cuz he wouldn't have known

I've been egged he just knows I've been struck in the head so yeah it's complicated yep cuz the egg didn't even break right cuz he's got a soft head but yeah like don't hit people don't egg people don't yeah oh congrats on your election by the way oh what happened I haven't checked yet all right well I mean we don't we have to talk about it here but uh from what I understand uh you you've your government continues as as as business as usual okay then nice and easy then yeah yeah not for a lot of people disappointed well I mean clearly the majority of people not disappointed because that's how they voted so fair enough uh but a lot of people that we I interact with disappointed so disappointed yeah yes these are the

people who gave us slow internet it still annoys me to this day from the creators of slow internet comes like we had some people were going to come in and give us fast internet and then these guys came in and went no we're not going to do that we're going to save money and give you this internet which will be outdated by the time we finished and it'll end up costing more money in the long run yep classic but enough of that no you support the government of the day as we know exactly mhm mhm I don't support what's being rumed with in regards to the new Batman it's weird right so this was reported as fact but it's since been

updated CU apparently it's not set in stone yet cuz maybe after the reaction they'll change their mind but uh who who's the new Batman Luke someone someone good robt Patterson Robert Patterson h okay you you know of Twilight Fame H and Harry Potter he was in Harry Potter now now I've only seen like little bits of uh Twilight you only seen a little bit of his work little bit bits and pieces yeah he wasn't a very good actor if I remember correctly I think he's all right I've seen him in odds and ends and he so he's gotten better from what I've I saw him I don't he was I don't know you can I mean there's there's other people in those Twilight films that are very good actors who they

were just [ __ ] movies like so I think no one really was putting in a all I don't see this guy as being Batman no so that's the well I mean now is this is this taking over from Ben Affleck or is this the Standalone Batman that they're talking about this is the Standalone Batman so so I don't know about that it's going to be like a soft reboot apparently so maybe they'll tie him into the other stuff that's going on I mean look back in the day people threatened to kill Michael Keaton when they announced he was Batman and but the back those were real threats back then that's when you had to mail stuff that's what I mean though but like and and like thinking about it now if they announced I mean obviously they wouldn't know cuz he's

older but but like Michael Keaton as Batman that would have been a weird choice if I was this age back then at the time I was just a kid and I didn't even know the [ __ ] Michael Keaton was he was just Batman making a Batman movie yeah he was just Batman as far as I knew yeah it's the first thing I saw him in so but yeah so I mean this might be fine I mean we questioned Heath Ledger as the Joker so maybe this will be all right the other person who's apparently up for the job up for consideration is Nicholas halt from uh who's that he's uh from uh from from MX Fury Road he was uh what's the you know the the war boy that helps him at the end I forget his name uh why are they turning Batman into a pretty

boy well I don't know he's he's uh he's beast in the new X-Men films yeah he's he's a good actor yeah but I'm I'm just looking at photos of you now and I'm sort of like that's that neither of him a Batman well you know well one of them will be yeah that's apparently it's one of the two and they're playing on announcing it soon so I feel like it's it's weird now though that they've like everybody everywhere has reported it's it's Robert patson and then they're like oh might not be like you know when when Next Top Model announced the wrong person it's kind of like that yeah cuz he's probably seen these reports and been like oh I got the I got the job no sorry it could probably could have been like down to Yep this is going to be it and then

they've sort of announced it just to sort of get reactions and then they've seen the reaction and gone n yeah like the Sonic the Hedgehog trailer oh I I I laugh cuz I laugh about this cuz they when they released a poster for Sonic the Hedgehog when it was just like the the silhouette people were complaining they there ah wait till you see it guys it's you're going to love it and then the trailer came out and everyone went what have you done it's what have you done this is not Sonic and they've gone we're going to go back and make some changes I see I don't know how I feel about this because yeah the it looks a bit [ __ ] it looks very [ __ ] the only good thing about it is strangely is Jim Carrey just because but he he's weird you weren't going to

be able to make this good to begin with like but I also I question you know what happened to to you know respect the artist's Vision like everyone's saying stop trying to make him change everything like you know stop trying to get to remake [ __ ] The Last Jedi stop trying to get him to remake trying to remake [ __ ] season 8 A Game of Thrones now there a petition to have them re-shoot refilm rewrite the whole [ __ ] season of Game of Thrones like stop it people you're [ __ ] embarrassing like stop it like this is but Sonic the Hedgehog it's okay we can all [ __ ] on Sonic the Hedgehog and make them change that we just can't make them change other stuff well for me they don't have to change it they need to not make the movie in the first place yeah I know but it's too

late now it's too late it's there just it is what it is and no even if they go back and change it it's not going to be a big difference to what you've seen no I wouldn't think so but this is the this is the Sonic the Hedgehog movie that they have made deal with it yep basically no don't make him go back and change it that's [ __ ] up this is how we ended up with all that [ __ ] about the Mass Effect 3 ending and that's how this all started stop trying to tell people to go back and [ __ ] with their stuff they're not going to reshoot the last J ey they're not going to reshoot G I hope they don't God such a weird precent like no got enough try again stop it it's so [ __ ] weird well yeah like I could say I'm not a fan but that's what it is that's what we get yes

this is the Sonic the Hedgehog movie that we have now deal with it and the big thing is if you really don't like it just don't go and see it right problem solved well you thing that I read that amused me and the reason I mentioned it is that there was someone had a theory that that they did this on purpose to get people interested in the Sonic the Hedgehog movie that no one was interested in and I I think maybe that's given him too much credit but that's interesting like they intentionally made it [ __ ] so that everyone would complain about it so they could say look we fixed it and then now Tada everyone's interested in the Sonic movie all of a sudden I don't know that seems yeah a little convoluted yeah yeah no I I yeah honestly I think they just thought this

is what to make it sort of try and cuz it's a liveaction movie to try and make cuz you can't have him look like he's in the games like he look [ __ ] stupid anyway they made him look stupid just make him look stupid like make you make him look like the games then yeah like well I guess they're trying to make him realistic but he's a [ __ ] blue Hedgehog like he doesn't have to look realistic he doesn't look realistic anyway I know I feel like it's weird what have you done I didn't do anything not you whoever whoever did this he a visual effects guy I think who directed this I I feel sorry for all the guys that sort of working on this because imagine the crunch they're going to have to go through now to I'm saying like you've just [ __ ] on a bunch of people's work

and now they got to go back and redo it in like really you you basically just [ __ ] up a bunch of people's lives for six months yeah complaining about Sonic the Hedgehog movie who cares I'll tell you what I did go and see the detective Pikachu this week yeah see I wondered if if all of this was because of detective Pikachu cuz people responded positively to that so they made a Sonic movie but it must have been a development before that and obviously Pikachu must be a great movie right because everybody's really excited about it it's got Ryan Reynolds in it he looks cute not Ryan Pikachu not Ryan Reynolds Ryan Reynolds always looks cute uh it's a definitely a kids movie okay so you liked it then uh a subtle jab at you I know uh I'm not that big a

Pokemon fan sure so I do I've always found Pokémon weird how you go out capture this animal that's just living its life throw it in a ball and just keep it in there until you feel like getting it out and when you do get it out it's just to fight other things yeah cuz what is life for a Pokémon like inside the ball is it just like unconscious the whole time in which case when you when you pull it out to fight all all it it's life from then on is Battle fights yeah that's all it does is fight like that's [ __ ] up now part of the prise of the story is there's this city that's been built and that Pokemon s and humans living together yes so there's no battling no nothing like that they just go about their lives nice and

then yeah as you see like you're out hunting to try and find your father and right wait I am well the character whatever his name was yeah cuz I'll just stay for I'll just stay for Ryan Reynolds does he have a cameo as himself uh not as himself but he is in it yeah his voice is in it his disembodied voice yes but no was a yeah it's a good one to take your kids to I would I'm not going to see this again I don't have any kids no you're not going to see it again I'm I'm not going to go say it again was it good or not I guess I no was good all right you just seemed a bit down on it earlier yeah yeah no no it is it is a good movie okay I did enjoy it there were some laughs in there yeah okay good there were some laughs but I don't know just hearing the voice of Ry

Reynolds I'm thinking Deadpool these days yeah yeah I know what you mean and I I'd much rather a new Deadpool movie than I would Pikachu dead Pikachu nah that's that doesn't work no so he does Pikachu swear and and shoot people and no none of that huh is he actually a detective like does he solve C how many murders how many murders does he solve in in through the course of the film I I can't really give away spoilers interesting so at least four murders then yes huh okay the the what I think what favorite part in the entire movie is there this part where Pikachu was sad yeah and in a crying voice in a crying voice he's singing the Pokemon song God and it's just so cute oh see

that's the I think that's the thing right Pikachu from I've seen the trailers and stuff like that [ __ ] he does look cute in this movie and then maybe that's like but Sonic does not look cute Sonic looks [ __ ] terrifying and that's thing like is it from the trailer he Sonic is now an alien oh is he I think that's what I got from it that he's now an alien that's s of been sent to Earth to try and he's a hedgehog I mean I don't yeah I know it doesn't make any sense but he's a hedgehog just is why is he even fast hedgehogs aren't fast it's just it's a game and they don't make movies out of games that don't make sense and they chili hot dogs just don't they stop trying to ground it in reality they are calling Jim character

car's character uh Robotnik can't they I don't know cuz he's Eggman as well yeah I never quite understood that it might just be it might be Eggman oh cuz originally he was Eggman was Dr Robotnik right but then they renamed him to Eggman for some stupid reason so there were two people or they just stopped no no I'm talking about like in the games yeah yeah yeah that's what I'm saying so so are they distinct characters Eggman and Robotnik no no same character yeah okay that's what I thought well I prefer to call him Robotnik because Eggman is a dumb name and also a dumb name but I prefer it yeah I've I've always grown up with him being Dr Robotnik but yeah um they did change him for some reason actually uh only played The Master

System Sonic the Hedgehog when I was a kid didn't have a Mega Drive I've actually never played through the Mega Drive version Oh that I've played them to death yeah yeah no I I played The Master System One to death but uh and and actually I also played it on there wasn't a Master System one was there yeah his first one was on the Mega Drive yeah there was a Master System version of it either that imagining it I never had a Mega Drive I think he might I think he might have be imagining it a come on what did I play I never had to Mega Drive did you just play me play at someone's house cuz there's no way the Master System was running Sonic the Hedgehog Hedgehog Master System yeah there it was like the Hedgehog yeah Game Gear and Master

System cuz my friend actually had uh uh uh Game Gear and I played a little bit of on that too yeah and the Sonic 2 was also on the Master System I played through that as well I just don't remember it being system I remember the game GE version I'm sure it was [ __ ] uh but oh yeah but yeah no I definitely played it yeah yeah oh there's a picture of it yeah yeah yeah no no I'm not crazy I used I I had it I had my Master System good games I it's tough going back to games like that though yeah it's it's really not possible no especially all the old com 64 games I used to love God they're unplayable they how the [ __ ] did I play look they weren't games no it was garbage I don't know I don't know what was so

captivating about them like actually there's a game called into the Eagles Nest and I I [ __ ] loved it as a kid and now and I thought the graphics were amazing and then look look up a screenshot of this I mean it's not bad but like you know it's not it's not mind also hang on don't make sure you're looking at the com 64 version not the amga version the Amiga version looks a lot better oh yes I have been looking at the mega one yeah I had it done the com 64 so oh and speaking of into the Eagles Nest actually that's a pretty good segue uh I've been watching a TV show this week that people have been telling me that I should watch for a long time and I never got around to it but I started this week have you seen Luke the man in

the High Castle I have not but man I know of it what a [ __ ] show this is on the prime this is a prime exclusive isn't it oh can you not get that no no we have crime here okay yeah it is it's it's made by Amazon uh man what a [ __ ] show I I can't believe I haven't watched it before it's set in an alternate history where uh Germany and Japan won World War II and took over America and so the entire east side of America is the new like Nazi Reich and the they've given the the west coast of America uh to the Japanese it's called the Pacific States so like one side of America well I think I think from the map at the start the the Nazi side is bigger but it's basically about that and

uh and then there's and are the Americans still fighting back or no it doesn't seem like it it seems like like life's kind of gone on now and and that's that's how it is you the okay and but but there are there's like a resistance to it uh and people there are like I don't want to give too much away it's quite interesting and also I don't actually really fully know what's going on just yet which is I guess intentional because it's part of the mystery but there's how far into it are you uh six seven episodes okay man it's it's [ __ ] good though and then in between the two I should say there's there's the neutral States like there a neutral area where it's kind of like the wild west because there's no law in between the the the Nazi side of

the country and the and the Japanese side of the country I might have to give this a go then it's good man it's good it does sound interesting yeah no no it is it's very interesting and it's also it's like uh yeah it's it's intense and interesting and uh I'm enjoying it I can't believe I haven't seen it before it's it's very much much like my jam it's like a mystery mixed with like a bit of alternate history mixed with a bit of you know bit of Nazis so I've just seen that they're making a fourth a fourth season which will be the last yeah so there's quite a lot of it oh and it's got [ __ ] the guy from dark city in it I never saw dark city this podcast is over I thought that might be coming what are you talking about never saw dark city

really no did not interest me huh actually I just saw a trailer for it I want to see this which dark city yeah I just saw a screenshot of dark city now when I see it yeah you [ __ ] do mate it's great it's Alex Price movie I can't believe you haven't seen it man the trailer for dark city I remember there uh I actually I have the music from the trailer on in my iTunes library because I remember being I don't remember what I was seeing but being in the theater as a as a teenager and the trailer for dark city came on and I was just like [ __ ] it's like it's like a Noir mystery with from the trailer like weird Supernatural [ __ ] going on it's [ __ ] great movie i' got too many things I

still need to watch yeah you too busy playing video games but anyway man of the High Castle highly recommend it so far I don't know if it's going to get bad but so far it's very cool cool very interesting well since they they keep sort of making more episodes and I think that's sort of a good sign uh yeah it doesn't necessarily speak to the Quality as people watching Game of Thrones are apparently insisting yeah I don't get this so what are they actually upset about cuz I I haven't seen I haven't seen it either I don't care I just know I have no idea what's happening my understanding is that stuff's happening and people aren't happy with it certain characters are doing certain things that people don't

think they should be doing and they're arguing no that they've always been like that it's just that you guys like them now ah [ __ ] I don't know I'm being vague because I don't actually know and also I don't want to spoil it so I don't know yeah cuz I know that there's a petition for them to go back and rewrite and remake the entire season and it's got already got like over a million signatures [ __ ] embarrassing stop doing that people that's embarrassing just because you you don't like it doesn't mean it's bad well just even if it is bad don't no that's just what it is accept it and move on God it's a TV show I say as I as we spend episodes where I complain about the Last Jedi but I didn't I didn't ask him to remake it but you're not asking him to remake it

because that's [ __ ] dumb and also I'm not hassling Ryan Johnson about it on Twitter CU that's [ __ ] dumb I'm trying to think after Game of Thrones finishes do you think they're going to make a spin-off or something cuz where did they go from here last season I bet they will uh I just thinking about this this week yeah like cuz it makes the money and they're not going to want to stop that money coming in so yeah what's next well I can tell you what's next young Stark I can tell you what's next for the the the writer directors of this season of Game of Thrones but before I do that I'd like to tell our listeners about a great product it's called our website and they can go there and get get to all our other stuff which is like our

really bad that I mean not that she knows or cares but I dismissed her as you know an attractive person who got a role in a TV show because she's pretty and then I saw her at at uh Supernova and she's really [ __ ] smart and actually I think she's she have like a degree in in I don't know psychology or something and and but no she's really smart she's funny like she yeah that's what I just want to go see her talk again I felt really bad that I dismissed her as just a pretty face you know yeah cuz she cuz yeah that's what what that's what she was sort of in battar Galactica yes but I mean her performance in Battle Star Galactic is great I don't even know why why I thought that probably because I'm I think that's because that's the first time you've actually ever seen seen her

cuz she started quite late into acting cuz she was a model before this and she's done a lot of television shows that I actually quite like like I'm watching Lucifer at the moment yeah and she's in that and she's great in that I've heard I've heard that's good you know what though I've learned as I went through life that actually a lot of models are quite smart in fact see I'm sounding condescending I think now and I don't mean to be but I'm trying to say is that I've learned a lesson is that just because somebody is a model doesn't mean that they're an idiot so yeah that's no it's it's something that's sort of people have thought of for ages exactly it's it's a stereotype yeah it's a bad stereotype that's normally from what I know is

actually very untrue yes and it actually quite a lot goes into modeling I there's a a YouTuber whose Name Escapes me that I I don't recall her name but she does a lot of challenges and uh one of the challenges that she was given was to train like a Victoria Secret model and and then do a photo shoot and as part of it she was talking to uh this girl who was a who's a model and who was telling her like you know how the shoot goes and all that kind of stuff and how how her and the camera man interact and and just all these things about how how best to position yourself stuff and I'm like I know there's quite a lot to it like it's not it's not just sit there and look pretty it's like there's a lot of a lot to it and also like looking like that like like they do is [ __ ] hard man

same with actors I know we talked about this before but like looking like say you know Chris Evans or or Chris Emsworth or just one of the Chris's Chris Pratt looking like a Chris he's [ __ ] hard and that's why we don't do it nerdgasm that's why we don't do this is just us you wouldn't be able to drink if you wanted to look like that if you wanted to look like a Victoria Secret model no no I think I can I can drink straight alcohol I can't the mixers the bad stuff n you it nope no oh no no no no empty calories my friend lot of calories and it's not it's it's also the same reason like I I could never be vegetarian for that same reason it's too a lot goes a lot goes into it it's true it is actually hard cuz yeah Jenna doesn't eat meat so you have to kind of

a bit better just to make sure you get you know enough of the right things yeah cuz I I I don't mind vegetarian food but it's actually takes a little bit more thought especially if you're going to eat out well I say that but no cuz most people just eat garbage anyway so that's not necessarily true like if you go to McDonald's you know it's not like oh I can't eat a vegetarian one it'll be unhealthy I'll just get a Big Mac like people just eat [ __ ] I like [ __ ] I mean I do I know what you mean it is it is more difficult though I guess but you if you're going to do it and be healthy yeah you make sure you get enough protein and and vitamins and iron and D vitamins and yeah yeah where do you get your meat from when you're a vegetarian I don't

understand I know I just don't understand so remember there was a vegan place I went to a very long time ago and the thing that you surpri themselves on is the fact that they could make the vegan food look and taste like meat and I'm yeah why that is I get it cuz I mean it it does taste good so but also yeah wouldn't you not want it to taste like that depends on why you're doing I guess yeah like the the most the time people go full vegan it's for um animals not so much health or for the environment or you know yeah yeah all that stuff but then to me you just need to let go of meat yeah I know people I know but people have a little too attached to it to be honest people seem

to get weirded out when when there's no meat in a meal but like you eat you [ __ ] cheese pizza people there's no meat in that yeah like I mean it's cheese on it but yeah but no still half the time it's quite nice yeah man you make some good [ __ ] like kale salad I see I just tend to stick with sushi that's that's my lunch everyday sushi not vegetarian there vegetarian sushi yeah you're right cucumber and avocado and oh I don't get that one though of course you don't Alex sorry we alluded to something that we haven't discussed yet the uh the next thing oh yes for the Game of Thrones guys is the next Star Wars film whatever the [ __ ] it's going to be after are they getting the trilogy or are they getting

apparently okay so Disney have announced one Trilogy and have announced these guys are attached to it but Ryan Johnson's still saying he's got his Trilogy well yes so this this one's official now although given the response to Game of Thrones people are now saying because this happened with uh Colin trevo maybe they'll get the boot because maybe which ah God we'll see but yeah that is the next film that's planned after rise of Skywalker there's going to be a 3year break and then uh yeah I think the next one comes out in 2022 yeah cuz they said they don't want to overload everybody and we're like well you already did but we'll see what Happ that's why you're taking a break because you gave us some that weren't quite that good yeah give us just more

Rogue ones yeah yeah although Rog one's not perfect either but it's not perfect but still I don't want an Obi-Wan movie no no one does well someone does no a lot of people do a lot of people do want an OB movie or a boba fit movie and I'm give me something away from these characters that's just in the universe yeah yeah I agree 100% uh so we got rise of Skywalker in December uh and then we've got a break uh rise of Skywalker I've been reading some stuff about it I don't want to say I don't want any I don't want to give any spoilers uh but there are some odds and ends leaking and uh I don't know sounding interesting interesting um John Williams has seen it and he said it looks very good he's very very pleased with it but this is something is John Williams a Star Wars fan well we've talked about

before that article about how he says he's never seen a Star Wars movie and we called [ __ ] on that because of course he's seen them he wrote the [ __ ] music for him he has to look at the movie when he's doing it but I think yeah he's saying he's never sat down and watched one afterwards which is I mean I think that's weird but okay um but he said he's he's what he's seen he likes very much and he's written about 25 minutes of the music uh so he's seen presumably he seen 25 minutes of the movie but yeah as you said like it's not like he's going to come out and say this is complete [ __ ] of course not he's not yeah it's can't believe they're doing this it actually means nothing that he said

this of course he's going to say that I saw and it was garbage like no he's not going to say that cuz they're still writing him a big paycheck that's right how long until you well so you've you've Annie's going to be GE week in a couple of years you've said mhm how long do you think we've got John Williams for um I think he'll surprise us all really I think we probably got him around for another 10 really another 10 how old is he I have no idea all right cuz I'm that's interesting John Williams he is 87 so you think he's going to live to be 97 yep okay fair enough it's good news for him I don't I just have a feeling he hasn't

punished his body like some other people have you don't know what he gets up to maybe he's a deviant I I have no idea for all I know the second he gets out of the recording shio she's straight on the coke exactly exactly but I think he's going to also going to go to the way of Sean connory where he just slapping women he never hear from him again where Sean Conor disappeared since everyone rediscovered the clips of him I don't think it was even that I think it was just the fact that he didn't understand the movie business anymore and went I'm done I'm old and I'm retiring yep thank you he he doesn't really need to work anymore I don't think Sean connory no no he's just he's he's enjoying the
