okay so I've been flying around a lot lately and I know something that's occurred to me during the last safety presentation I have no idea where the life jackets are it's under your seat yeah where're under the seat just reach under there there's only one thing there but is it easy to find and get out cuz I've never I think they're legally required to make it easy I know they are but I've never seen anyone accidentally pull what out or anything yeah but what are you thinking that you'll reach under there during a crisis and you'll find a little note that says in order to find it you have to follow the following Clues no I'm not worried about a note like that I'm worried about me reaching

the other day uh I went into a shop near me and I uh I bought a card game right uh that card game is called uh my horse Prince oh it's sign out and happiness it's oh uh joking Hazard joking Hazard y uh purchased it brought it home uh played a game of it with Luke and Hannah yeah and uh then the next day Facebook advertised it to me you want to know the freaky thing about that we never actually called it by its name I don't know its name

clearly yeah yeah it it's it's creepy and well you you know you can download your data from uh Facebook you can go on there and say I want to download all the stuff you have on me so I I did that mine doesn't have a whole lot in there because I'm very boring sparse with my usage oh sparse yeah what was what was the word you said boring I don't know why I went with the insult yeah that would be mine on Facebook be Star Wars Jin and Xbox I share stuff but not so much I think my Instagram would probably have a lot more on me than than my Facebook but it depends on what the microphone picks up isn't it well they saying they don't do that so there you go well they do although there's a lot of anecdotal yeah

looked into it and yeah the Android app for that though harvests all sorts of [ __ ] yeah but like when when I install an app and I load it up for the first time it goes I want to access your phone and things I say no right but then you don't get to use it no no you still get to use it it's just you sometimes you can't use all the features but there are sometimes where if you load up a game there's no reason why that needs access to your phone or microphone or camera true it'll still play if you say no people were just so used to clicking yes for everything that they just allow everything and then go but I don't want it to happen there is a reason they want access to your uh your your camera and your microphone and I'll I'll explain

I mean yeah sure uh so you know shout out to the taint um no it's not getting my thumbs up gentlemen you didn't like the bit where the Rocks doing the voice for his balls like an old woman I'm not sure I'll be honest your balls sound like an old woman it's funny fair enough it's not a good movie it's a bad movie but it's a good bad movie it's good hey I'll tell you what's not good I was on kind of a uh I enjoyed nailed that so much that I and now I'm suffering withdrawals because there only six episodes I've nailed it yeah it's really not long at all so uh Netflix was suggesting things to me and then we were eating dinner the other night trying to find something to pop on just to watch quickly yep and it was a show it sounded like never ending struggle it sounded

like an interesting premise it's called eat your words have you seen that no it's I don't think it's a Netflix show it's an old reality show it's it's the worst the lowest production values I've ever seen in a in a reality TV show seems to be filmed in a hotel or someone's the lowest yeah I think they actually film it in in someone's house uh and the premise is that people who've left really bad reviews at restaurants online yeah have to cook the meal that they reviewed badly and for the chef get well for for a panel of judges and if they don't score more than three stars they have to in in air quotes eat their words and it's never explained in the first

episode what that means I presume I have to go online and amend their review to say I also can't cook this meal because the premise of this show is [ __ ] a [ __ ] [ __ ] exactly yeah I also couldn't cook this but then again it's not my [ __ ] job to cook yeah that's right I never went to culinary school and I don't charge it for when I do yeah so all this show proves is that now there's two people in the world who can't make a burger like I don't understand I I I sort of get what they were going for yeah I thought it was going to be more entertaining than it was it's not it's bad it's just a bad show yeah but I don't buy into that thing that if you can't do better you can't criticize it's like [ __ ] that absolutely if I'm giving you money I'm

immediately if it sucks or not it's Spielberg and he's doing a riff on a bunch presumably a bunch of stuff that he [ __ ] made yeah as with other stuff but the DeLorean in there if you look at the trailers yeah if you look at the trailers it looks like all of the things that they're slotting in are for us yeah people our age the trailer makes it look like oh look he's in the DeLorean on then look he drove past [ __ ] jarth from Labyrinth like we'll see we'll see we'll see yeah but uh well two lot Spielberg in the news a lot this week yeah he's um he's vowed never to digitally alter his old films again we have talked about this

before that's good because he tried it once and it was a [ __ ] colossal disaster yeah yeah so we've reported about this in the past he got sucked into the uh well by George Lucas he got uh convinced that he should fix up ET digitally and he uh he made some changes replaced the puppet with a CG ET apparently I've never seen that version I didn't know that not in every scene he just added new scenes where he was fully CGI God yeah didn't see I can understand going back and making an older movie a bit prettier yeah digital remastering I'm totally fine with because film deteriorates over time we watched a lot of films on VHS which were really desaturated cropped to fit a 4-3 uh

frame and so when they started reimaging those old films I loved it I got no problem with that yeah but don't add scenes with a [ __ ] cartoon new scenes don't change scenes that take we know take the guns out and replace them with walkie talk God yeah for no reason because if there was an alien on the loose they would be outside with guns not only that the cops in America have guns that's right it's ridiculous just just just hide them but yeah so he said that he's not going to do it he he regretted it almost immediately he he not just CU people hated it but he also was disappointed in himself for doing it and uh he won't won't be doing it again good so good and they're gonna reele I can't think of a single Steven Spielberg movie from that

era that I wish something would be added to you know what I mean I think luk all of them and me hold on hold on that is something we could potentially do I mean we've famously added ourself to uh some movie trailers in the past convincingly enough that someone asked how we got to be in the movie yeah that's right that's right somebody literally thought that [ __ ] Christopher Nolan had cast the four of us in a bunch of wacky sidekick rolls in um the dark KN R special features yeah I [ __ ] wish that would have been great yeah there was a scene in The Dark Knight Rises where Batman standing there in Gotham next to a bearded guy in a shitty baste Batman costume yelling punch me in the dick punch me in the

10year old and there was one where he's like 18 I've watched the one where he's like 18 yeah they're both good I haven't seen the one little kid but that was fine and they can do that with this character because if they stick with it the movies don't follow on it's just here's a story go for it yeah but I think they have come out and said that there isn't going to be another Indie without Harrison for H yeah they say lots of stuff he is Indiana Jones they say lots of stuff unfortunately once they get that check things change they get $100,000 for a little dance that's right little dance speaking of reboots we don't need to spend a lot of time on this I just thought we should address it apparently they're rebooting The Matrix Christ yeah apparently apparently

they've been added for sometime it's just not ready yet like [ __ ] if they maybe just stick with the first movie and not worry about anything else or just watch the first movie it's still a [ __ ] good movie just don't worry about it the the sequels ruin the the first one how about just make a movie that isn't the Matrix make something else like or you know when the wowski wrote The Matrix they kind of wrote it referencing a whole bunch of really cool movies that they loved yeah just do that and the Matrix can be one of the movies you love that you reference in a new original film yeah yeah I you can't have original there's no money there there there is if it's good just don't make it [ __ ] that's the problem is they can't they're like oh it might turn out [ __ ]

you're getting but like a whole season yes but per episode no if you go per hour it's a lot cheaper well it depends I think cuz wasn't the problem with uh what was it there was a show that was very successful oh [ __ ] carnal carnal carnal it was successful it's not that it was a flop but it was so [ __ ] expensive that they were like we just we can't can't make there there's no way you can make this make as much money as this costs right so they I guess that's different now they've they've sorted whatever the problem with that was out because Westworld obviously is making money yeah and Game of Thrones costs a [ __ ] ton to make and it makes back obviously yeah but what I look at is if you look at what game of throne costs for like two hours of it is a hell of a

lot less than what the new reboot of the Matrix is going to cost probably true yeah for a 2our movie probably true and you get to do cool stuff like you know with story that you can't do with a film like you can withhold information for longer and in interesting ways I'll stop you their worst world was also a film so oh it was it was a great film I know I think the plot was the same quite the sequel wasn't that good what was the SE saw the sequel they went to future world oh okay we get Shogun World in Westworld season 2 or maybe well we saw a little saw a tase of Shogun world in the last episode apparently we get that so but yeah I just think like leave I'm okay if at the theaters you just get the Blockbusters like The Avengers comic book moves and then we start getting the other stuff

that more so aims at the smaller screen okay yeah I mean I don't disagree with that necessarily I don't I don't necessarily see why the Avengers get a release and Matrix doesn't in your universe but you know okay cuz what what what do you think's going to be better the reboot of the Matrix or Avengers Infinity War man after infinity war or ever the one after that is none of the Avengers we like are going to be there anymore they're just going to start Shing heroes in so God knows think about this think about this instead of a matrix reboot of a movie they go for a television series and it's the lead up to finding the one and you have that wall stretched out over a few like 12 episodes all right you've got my attention you don't have that one

character yes now I wanted to get a photo with him and I knew he was going to be around somewhere in the Main Street about 12:30 but he didn't want to be wearing the Hat cuz then you'd look like a weirdo exactly yeah but I walked up to the line for Mickey Mouse yeah and the lady there it was sorry Mickey's no more in the line Mickey's going to come back at two and I went it's okay I'm not looking for Mickey I want to see Donald and I pointed at my hat and went Donald and I think you thought all of that Luke but what you actually just did was point at your hat and say Donald Donald and then she bent down to me and went hello [Laughter]

Donald she thought Luke was a little [ __ ] man yes she did wanted to see he wanted to see Mickey Mouse because he thought he was [Laughter] Donald it was very [Laughter] embarrassing well so we have to call you Donald now yeah I'm Donald oh just she even bent down to me when hell was just a for me and then then walked behind to talk to Hanah to find out what I was wanting and she probably encouraged him that yes so uh then but end of the story I got to meet Donald he did and uh did you

hug him and punch him as was your want um there is a photo of me hugging him with my fist R okay that's good and is that up on the uh Instagram it is not yet it will be we'll take all right so this clip am I to play this clip or not yeah you can play it yeah so this clip um sorry if you don't mind L I might give you a little bit of an extra intro here other than your just I tried to listen to it was so boring I fell asleep um yeah and like I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to play it now oh you can play it if you want I guess um Luke had his microphone know if you were going to play on the show or just SL we were lining up for the Toy Story ride uh was 30 minutes long was the longest ride we lined up for and so we

decided to uh record a little little bit for our podcast but here it is here we go enjoy so hi Dan um how you doing today yeah I'm I'm happy today and there's a reason for that I'm in the happiest place on Earth my bedroom more or less yeah no we're actually at disne Disneyland Hong Kong yeah it's a lot like Disneyland uh other places except smaller and more Chinese it is a little bit smaller little smaller going be oh yeah sorry about that that's what she said yes so we thought we just give you a very quick special edition of the past just cuz we can yeah so uh uh Matt's not here uh I don't know why uh I did invite him you did okay that's good um really the same without that but uh I'm sure he's doing something fun now yeah I'm

I'm sure he is yeah yeah drinking a craft beer maybe now I think what it is the next time you get a special edition episode from Disneyland it will be all three of us and it'll be at Star Wars land yeah that's uh that's pretty exciting Star Wars land is uh going to be something I think we need to do pretty soon after it opens if not as soon as it opens another thing problem is I think it doesn't open for about another year are you saying that we'll be bard of Star Wars by then maybe you're right you might be I think you already are a little bit well it's all going to depend on solo because if Solo's good I'm all in I still can't get over how you think Solo's going to be a good movie I don't think it's going to be so sick of us Weighing on

solo I guess that is fair Luke's already asleep yeah I mean look this is not the first time that we've been let down by Star Wars it was a good 15 years where they made free movies none of which were any good so you know we can't lose space just because the last year I was a bit dividing and it really is dividing cuz parts of it are absolutely amazing parts of it are terrible and if you just those terrible Parts out it's a great movie yeah um and we did go on uh hypers Space Mountain hypers Space Mountain yeah which was Space Mountain re themed as the Star Wars ride and now it's hypers Space Mountain yeah they've done amazing on that it's cuz we've all been on Space Mount before but this just adding that little bit extra that you're on a mission to take down a star destroyer

and the lights flashing green and red was a nice touch I think yeah and uh yeah not not you know not not Thrill Ride kind of uh roller coaster but certainly immersive it's not as thrilling as you're going to get a Disneyland Amen to that all right nice we going to get sued for for that music yeah I was I was thinking that too we'll see yeah they undid hyperspace Mountain at the uh the ones here the California have they done it up though they it was hyperspace mountain and now it's just gone back to Space Mountain again oh really oh really yeah cuz we went when we went to E3 last year we went and it was it had been hyperspace Mountain previously and then it was just back to normal

again okay cuz yeah cuz I remember when I went with you it was hypers Space Mountain with me yeah no I've never been when it was yeah no it was just normal Space Mountain when Luke and Dave and I sorry when Dan and Dave and I went with Paul we didn't go on Space Mountain because we didn't know it was there well I thought it was hyperspace but yeah now that they've got it up it's sort of like when you're going up the top or you're going through hyperspace and then they've got video playing when you're going around corners of you chasing Tie fighters and shooting them down well that's I want that fine it is what it is I guess I have to make a trip to Hong Kong
