okay I have a question come on how do you edit welcome to multiple nerdgasm with your hosts Matt Luke and Dan multiple nerdgasm your guide to All Things nerdy how does one edit a video oh a video I thought you going to say a podcast I'm like you [ __ ] produce a podcast now yeah I thought maybe finally he was about to offer to chip in and help out how do you edit video so you want a succinct yes uh tutorial on how to edit video during the introduction to this week's show I'll also point out Matt that um he's got a PC not a Mac so I don't even know where to begin yeah you

can get a derby premere do I on uh you get a derby premere on a PC and I'm sure you can describe it in in one sentence how to do in one sentence put Clips in the time mine hey there you go well I have one clip but I want to cut it down one clip well you know have you tried YouTube as in looking for tutorials on YouTube I've got you guys what software have you got Luke what what editing software do you have I have none okay step one does Windows come with Eddie no it does not but it may it may do it does I have no [ __ ] idea it doesn't do you have quick time you just want to cut the beginning and end off no I don't think can do there there's some dead air in there I'm

pretty sure quick time a doesn't exist on Windows anymore and B couldn't do that on Windows anyway fair enough it just existed to play Mo files what uh Dare I ask have you recorded yourself doing that's that's a very good question that I didn't think to ask me and Hannah played a game bet did no no hi the salami uh we played # War Games is that what you call it war games yeah no I'm not going down that hole no whoa is are you quoting is this a sneak peek from the video so yeah I just got to try and work yeah there's some bits of it that aren't interesting at all while where honestly sitting there bored watching someone on the screen be bored are we still talking

about you're sex tape I was going to say what were you watching while you were doing it you need to find something more exciting to watch um there is H there's some software I can't think of the name of it I'll I'll send you a link after the show I think it's free so free is good yeah I figured that was probably one of your criteria yeah because I I if I can work out how to do it I might put something up on our YouTube channel hey there you go cool didn't you edit the worms video yes but remember we couldn't put that up yeah but you still edited I didn't it wasn't the putting up that you're asking how to do are you saying you spent two years editing it and then just were like and uploaded it as it was cuz that is actually what we suspected had

happened is is all I did was I somehow syned up the audio and then just that was it so when you guys are talking about the worms video what you mean is that time all four of us decided to play together but I was the only one that didn't have a PC and it wasn't crossplatform compatible so you play without and then we couldn't put it online because of hate speech Yes because somebody I'm not going to name names somebody chose a very offensive name for their team now I I can't remember the name but to paraphrase is it people of a certain sexual preference with a certain um yes blood disease yes y very much like that yes mine my my worm's names were just all um nicknames

for [ __ ] that's right completely fine y nothing offensive about that okay Matt what what were yours um I dare I asked you know what I I don't even remember oh they're probably just all called Jenna no I think I think they were just like stupid names I don't think there were anything particularly clever you know what actually I think you know what I I don't [Laughter] [Laughter] it's one going to gra you in the mouth yeah that's what he does those kids are going to get graped if that was made today no you couldn't do it couldn't do

it no no way not a chance even though the sketch is about them telling him it is offensive there's still no way you could do it and you know what else you couldn't make today any of the films we made up until about a year ago I don't think you technically could have made them when we did make them we just did yeah but I do think there was a time where it was cool to be subversive it's not cool anymore that's the problem and that's the context I think a lot of people miss with this James gun [ __ ] is that this was 10 years ago and yeah what he said is very offensive now yeah at the time it was it was offensive but it was wasn't the same climate rules were different then absolutely and like I'm not defending some of the the

content although I actually there there is uh in in the last week you know a lot more stuff's come out about that uh all the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy have come out in support of James gun and said they think he's he's a good guy like he's one of the best people they know he's changed he used to be a [ __ ] filthy bastard on Twitter he's not anymore he hasn't said a thing like that in in many many years and he admits that that it was wrong and they think they should rehire him no idea if they will probably won't they they didn't sack him because he's not a nice guy they sacked him because they can't align their brand with these tweets that have come out that's it yes yeah that well the only reason I I agree mostly except I was surprised that all

of the cast came out as strongly in his support because and and that made me think well maybe they would then because I didn't think they'd do that because it is a little risky for them because if you look on Twitter and on Instagram now they shared that letter they all pinned a letter together and signed it and that and the [ __ ] abuse that They're copying from admittedly so-called fans it's not it's just a it's like I think it's just this uh group of a small group of hysterical crazy people on the internet like it always is but they are getting a lot of [ __ ] like you got to remember is that this these tweets were dug up out of thousands of tweets by a provocator a white supremacist yeah I know and people are saying oh there was 10,000 tweets about [ __ ]

pedophilia like they weren't there were like three jokes in there that were you could I guess if you you know squinted they could be a it's it's like a pedophile joke but that's not really what the joke is yeah I mean he men he didn't make up ner no but not only that his the tweet in which he mentions ner is a he's pretending to retweet Lloyd calman oh no that's the the Justin B War but he's pretending to to retweet people it's back when on Twitter if you wanted to retweet somebody you just put RT at the beginning cuz it didn't actually have retweets and that's what he's doing he's that one where he says he jerks off to Justin Bieber he's pretending to retweet ly yeah yeah who does jerk off to Justin yeah yeah

obviously yeah I remember Twitter Matt do you remember my Twitter I do and I gross [ __ ] I used to say on there I actually I'm jenet and I discussed the fact that you would almost certainly be crucified for your Twitter if you were in the same situation it's time to delete it all now you already deleted it as far as I know didn't you unless unless you just I sure did I sure did yeah my highest rated tweet um which got actually retweeted by a lot of like high-profile people celebrities and such was um I guess when you think about it um the holy spirit is really just the world most famous rapist and uh yeah you just can't say

[ __ ] like that anymore no you cannot so Luke says The Grapist is offensive and he's offended by it and they should all be ashamed of themselves for making it is that right am I summing up your opinion there no no no I just said you couldn't make that today I think I could oh I think should I I I'd advise against it oh okay fair enough yeah what about a sketch where a man uh Falls over and says a gay raped me I've been thinking about that it might be time that one comes down it might be time a lot of our videos come down but then we're not going to have a YouTube account I know it you know what not having a YouTube account at the moment might not be a bad idea but I'm

just about to post something no no we got to keep the morning after up there though oh I don't know about that yeah nothing wrong with that yeah it's just all saying we got drug we got a little bit too close together that's it yeah saying anything wrong homophobic undertones you see is it I don't I didn't see it that way neither did I mate but I'm not the internet I think the joke there is just it was just a a a regretted one night stand between four people I would never regret a one night stand with any of you guys yeah have you have you ever regretted a one night stand with anyone no of course not why would you regret a one night stand well look speaking of everyone standing up for James gun um you guys

mentioned last week on the podcast that uh Roseanne Bar doesn't understand why people are standing up for James gun and they're not standing up for her well that's at an end now um because uh the cavalry's arrived in the form of Tim Allen uh the guy who plays that hyper masculine dude on that old '90s sitcom Home Improvement um former convicted drug trafficker also um and he's the man who compared being uh conservative in Hollywood to 1930s Germany yeah yeah really oppressed um but he's come out and he's said that in his opinion um she was quote the most diverse and tolerant woman I've ever known for a long time really the most yeah the most tolerant and woman he's ever known for a

long [Laughter] time yep speaking of uh 1930s Germany Matt did you read recently Luke's going to get mad at us if we talk about no I'm not going to imply anything I'm just saying that it may interest you to know that they've finally done a uh Dental identification on all the teeth that were found in the ashes of Hitler's bunker [ __ ] hell and one of the sets of teeth was Hitler's teeth really yeah so the world can stop with all the [ __ ] he's still alive and living in where is it somewhere how they know there were his teeth because you compare them to dental records They had dental records back

then yeah yes Luke they sure did it wasn't that long ago less than 100 years ago I don't know how do we how how do we know that those dental records are correct no it's not giving up yeah you know he's still out there he's still out there somewhere on the perimeter of the Flat Earth that's right he'll be back one day to lead us to Victory like I know this is jumping around a little bit but while we're talking about conspiracies and flat earthers can I also just point out that Facebook has now blocked Alex Jones yeah I saw that well who's Alex Jones oh God I don't want Luke to know who Alex Jones is given how this [ __ ] given his how his investigation into the Church of

Scientology is going IE he's about to [ __ ] sign up we absolutely need to talk about that have we have we do we want to just move on from Alex Jones and leave it I mean Alex Jones is a he's a conspiracy theorist he's a he's a crazy nut job basically he thinks Sandy Hook was a was a was a false flag fake shooting and he got a bunch of people to harass the parents of the kids who died and he's just a he's a butthole oh a vile vile person yes yeah you reading that or is that just your you that's just my opinion okay cool all right yeah I mean he I'm sure he thinks he's he's onto something but I think he's I always I don't understand why people think that the school shootings are a false flag and that no one really died

like it just makes no sense to me at all because people want there to be something they want to have discovered some kind of secret information that makes them I could I would I think for them to believe it they'd have they think there so many people are in on it and all this stuff yeah why can't they just maybe think that the government went in and actually just shot people not that they no one died I know look here's the thing the government does sometimes do weird stuff and sometimes there is a conspiracy to cover it up and sometimes we find out after the fact when documents are Declassified that it really happened look at MK Ultra right no one believed it turned out it really [ __ ] happened okay they drugged people without them knowing and [ __ ]

wrote notes and they stopped it only when someone jumped out of window and they went maybe we shouldn't should do that it's probably harmful in some ways but look anytime I hear any kind of I don't even like the term conspiracy theory right it's it's just [ __ ] it gives it way too much Credence to begin with you know anytime somebody tells me a made up fairy tale the only thing I can think of is I wish the world was that interesting but it isn't yeah the government is not I mean unless they unless all the stuff they're they're bad at covering up is just like you know like a big uh what do you call it a like a misinformation campaign unless it's all just a big big big trick to make you think that they're useless

and they're actually really good then there's no you know like the 911 conspiracies all that kind of stuff come on yeah really you think that they could pull that off hey if we going to talk about this have we had either on air or off air have we talked about Tom Delong yeah maybe maybe because I only recently listened to Joe Rogan's uh interview with Tom did you you listen to that Matt no but I holy [ __ ] [ __ ] listen to it tomorrow on the W work all right it's insane and I don't know I mean he certainly believes it right sure for those who don't know in summary Tom Delong the former co- front man of Blink 182 who has now left the band to focus

his life and fortune on a new startup company called to the Stars Academy yes that's what it's called um which is a company that does Research into real alien and extraterrestrial uh mythology I guess and then makes films and comic books about those real things so that down the track in 1020 years when we've gotten used to the stories cuz we've seen the films then they're going to come out and reveal that it's all real except that they've revealed that even before they've made any yeah they've dro the ball then that sort of destroys the point of yeah if you come out and tell us that's what you're doing you might as well just skip the last bit cuz although remember the internet sometimes has a

very long memory but it also has a very short memory at the same time yeah that's true so what did you just say Luke I nearly fell for that yeah he uh Tom is is crazy I think yeah I think he is too or or there's a theory another conspiracy theory that he is being manipulated and uh that he he's basically gotten involved in something that he uh he shouldn't have now he's he has to go ahead with all this stuff because he's kind of tied himself to these people with a lot of money and power that have a vested interest in keeping the UFO research going because

they make a lot of money off it yeah I've also heard that this is the government's way of throwing people off the scent that they're basically he believes it all and they are giving him real information so that he tells people on the internet people like Joe Rogan and then everyone doesn't believe him and uh and it just seems like a whole big thing and not a cover up Joe Rogan gets a lot of [ __ ] sometimes for not calling people out but that's one of the things I like about him is that just talks to people yeah he just people [ __ ] hang themselves like I mean he he called out he called out um Tom Delong like in some subtle ways you know like at one point Tom dong said that I was interrogated by the FBI in a hotel room for 3 days and he was like really

you didn't go home for three days he's like no no no I mean it was only the afternoons like but three consecutive days yeah yeah I like that he yeah he just asked questions and then and then people like oh he should have called him out and it's like no you I mean you pi on it if he's interviewing someone that's not his job to call people out exactly and the interview be over if he was too if he starts calling them out they're going to stop talking and I think the it's more interesting that you let them slowly [ __ ] get their stupid ideas out so you can go oh okay I like I will listen to that one that sounds interesting oh mate you have to scroll back it was like a year or so ago but it's worth it yeah all right cool [ __ ] what are we talking about Tim Allen

you you just go in right I think they're open every day they might pass me a uh a plate and I put some change on it or something right but I don't have to sign up to the church yeah that's actually that's not quite true either uh you do have to do in in various different ones there's like the profession of faith and then there's the what do you call it catechism and then or what do they call it in the Catholic church I can't remember uh there are yeah you do have to sign up and they they have a record of it cuz uh really so you're either officially or unofficially a member of the church yeah because the Catholic church in particular has a list of all its members and they report that information to the government as part of their I guess oh this is sounded like a

conspiracy Matt no no no no it's it's true and then if you want to get off that list is actually quite difficult and there's a as there's a religious ceremony you have to do to uh to that relationship well to to leave the church yeah yeah it's no this is 100% true um there's a do you know the band Behemoth I do uh nurgle the lead singer Adam Dari from uh from from Behemoth uh he had he he wanted to leave because he you know he's very publicly uh a in quotes Satanist because he he's just anti-religion uh and he wanted to leave because he didn't want them reporting him as a member because he said they shouldn't get whatever Financial benefits they get out of having him as a member and he said they made him jump through [ __ ] hoops and

he had to pay money and he had to meet up with his priest and they wanted to talk him through and that kind of thing and eventually he did it but he said wow yeah that sounds like so technically you do have to to leave the gym yeah same thing okay so they've sent you an application and that they've said I is one of the religions where you need to sign up to yeah we'll give you a free trial cuz I can get a membership card I don't think they make you pay for it well except for tithing at normal churches so what what well he's got six months yeah I get six months I just get a newslet I get a welcome pack and I get a membership card back up back up what's the welcome pack I don't know [ __ ] sake just says welcome pack it's a little

for and then all of a sudden it was night time time so [ __ ] man that is a Time sync like more than more than ever more than ever but in a good way most like yeah I mean I I clearly I was clearly enjoying myself cuz I didn't like like like hours and I didn't even realize so it's doing something so I actually I I went and searched for it on the Xbox store and like navigated down to it and then just thought do I and I didn't but maybe maybe I should it's basically you you you wake up on a planet which is randomly generated and then at the beginning you don't have anything really except your little Omni tool thing and you've got to you've got to you got to explore uh collect resources and

eventually you'll find your spaceship and then you got to fix your spaceship and then you've got to fix the the parts of the spaceship as you go along to enable you to explore more and more of the Galaxy like you can leave the planet eventually and then you can leave the system eventually I had a guy uh there was a freighter a big [ __ ] space freighter I thought this was like a lone exploration kind of Minecraft type thing there's [ __ ] aliens there's [ __ ] aliens everywhere and like I was in a big space battle like like an actual [ __ ] dog fight and I I own a freighter me too I [ __ ] freaking huge I and I've got like a bunch of Corvettes as well that carry all my [ __ ] around like I've got a fleet of ships this guy was like I'm

getting too old for this [ __ ] thanks for saving the Fredo it's yours now here's the keys and you can you build rooms in the in the [ __ ] in the ship like I think these are all parts of the the last update which really turned it into a g it's [ __ ] awesome like it's like Conan in a way cuz you got to build things like except imagine Conan except then you get in a spaceship and you fly to another planet and it is cool like you when you fly when you take off from a planet you just do fly out of the atmosphere and you're in space there's no load screens or anything you just [ __ ] fly from planet to planet and then and then fly in and land on the planet it's it's [ __ ] real good I don't what

was it when it first came out that pissed everybody off it just didn't have any of this stuff that we're talking about it did not have a lot like there was no story so at the moment with this version there is a story you're trying to remember who you are and you're sort of making your way to the center of the Galaxy but you don't have to play that story if you don't want to you can just do the trading and everything but I think there was no Base building there was no vehicles there was really nothing to do it was literally you wake up into a SPAC and you click yeah you'd wake up You' build your ship and then you could fly around the places and analyze and mine stuff but that was it [ __ ] all right yeah that that would not be as good all right fine well I I highly

recommend you you check it out Dan it's [ __ ] yeah if you're going to play it you need to make sure you've got nothing planned for the rest of the day because it will just suck you in I did not intend to play it for as long as I did and then when I looked at my the time I was like [ __ ] like that hasn't happened to me in a long time like I spent a lot of time playing Conan but not it wasn't like this like in the just you know [ __ ] all of a sudden it was you know hours later so I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing time will tell but I won't know no man that sounds great I'm I'm definitely go like I almost bought it yesterday and it's got multiplayer but we haven't we haven't done that yet we can all we can all meet up

we could find an even bigger Fleet Luke oh God and take over the universe that'd be [ __ ] cool man the dog fights are pretty fun I'm still not quite sure how the multiplayer Works yet yeah because it's all randomly generated and that's kind of my universe so how do I get to yours how do yeah how do we get to each other but also the fact that like when you're even starting the game it goes like do you want to play multiplayer or do you just want to play on your own but people can you can run into other people yeah that's it weird yeah I don't know how that works that's the other thing too I've been avoiding looking up stuff about it if where possible there was a couple things I checked cuz I I thought I had found a bug which I technically it was a bug I

couldn't reload my boltcaster and that was a bug um but other things I'm trying not to Google answers I'm trying to figure things out myself and I think that's fairly rewarding as well cuz like it's not quite obvious how how to do things always but no but it is fun figuring it out whereas sometime you know some games it's just not fun in this is it gives you a bit of an idea but it's not completely holding your hand going pick this up right that you need this material go find it yeah yeah you need copper good luck yeah like oh all right need a lot of copper oh yeah and you need 200,000 in units go make some money it's like [ __ ] all right man first time I landed on a space station you want first time I left

this week about uh how there was uh we thought that there was a definitive answer but then um more Nintendo memorabilia has come up that says uh you know a different pronunciation oh it's n i I never thought it was actually officially called the NES just what we Nintendo entertainment system and then that's just yeah NES is just the initials for it yeah it's an Acron but officially it's the Nintendo Entertainment System yeah yeah but Nintendo has has uh different I guess uh what do you call it like ways to make us give them money marketing material that says different pronunciations of it and apparently it conflicts and now everybody's confused but so I just thought I'd bring it up and I guess the

definitive answer for this podcast is NES no nintend oh yeah fine no I'm going what the majority answer for this podcast is NES see going what mothers used to say it's a Nintendo turn the Nintendo off turn your PlayStation off SE Xbox Mom it's a mega drive it's aari 2600 it's PlayStation 4 can I um can I tell you about okay can I tell you about something I watched this week please do so I had a long plane ride to uh to Italy uh last week um to pick up some pirate movies if they listen want to know if I went to Italy while I was in Italy the answer is yes yes I

did um and I downloaded Demolition Man which is but that's not what I want to talk about today um and I only figure out the seashells for yet [ __ ] no he doesn't know how to use the three sea shells I uh I downloaded Demolition Man because um I saw oceans I don't remember what number the one that came out this year the girl one eight the girl one is it eight eight yeah Oceans Eight then I saw that um and before I did I said I didn't want to see it and when I asked why I said I don't I don't watch why do you hate women yeah yeah that's right um and I said I don't hate women I just hate Sandra bulock and um I hate a woman I hate one woman but she is the star of that movie yeah uh and then I was thrown a whole lot of Sandra Bullock movies uh oh you don't

like this you don't like you don't like speed okay fine speed was a good movie oh you don't like this you don't like that okay fine she's in a lot of great movies Mis Congeniality misong geniality is a good movie man if it's good enough [ __ ] William Shatner is good enough for me all right um but anyhow I digress um so I had a long plane ride and a few weeks ago we were talking about the young Indiana Jones Chronicles yes and uh so I decided to watch them is she in them did I stand up no Sandra Bullock's not in them that Sandra Bullock was a red hle I'm reeling it back not a you don't have to be you don't have to call her a rat hole that's not nice she's no Christen short oh she sure

isn't so um how long has it been since you guys saw the young indana Jones Chronicles for for me I hadn't seen them since they aired on Aussie TV in like 1991 92 yeah it would have been when they were on television I was about to say I'm not even sure I've seen all of it and it was only when it was on TV so yes that's I don't think we saw it all and they also AED them out of order when they did cuz for some reason TV used to do that um so the version that you can get from Italy is the um is the DVD release of it which is not called the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles it's called The Adventures of Young Indiana Jones and they've made some changes to it since it had on TV number one they took out the old man with the eye patch who plays like Indiana Jones when he's

an old man who tells the stories really yeah he's gone except in one episode where Indie still appears as an old man and narrates it and it is Harrison Ford oh and it's I never saw that one neither did I I don't think it it ever AED on TV um because I think the show had been cancelled before they got up to that one so so I put it on episode one and here is what I discovered right right is this the young young Indiana Jones or is this the teenager Indiana JS it flops about in season one and it it flops about between young Indiana Jones at about 9 years old young Indiana Jones the same actor at about 13 so there's obviously a gap in the filming and then young Indiana Jones as a as a teenager right and then

by Seasons two and three they've done away with the kid and it's just the teenager yep now the first thing I noticed is it's for kids it it is for little kids right so like it's not particularly interesting in terms of plot but it is so well done like it's it's kind of tvisha hooked in you know what I mean okay sure but uh but then it gets weird after season 1 season 2 is set during the first world war right and it's got the same guy that played the older version of young Indie as the first season right except he's now not called Indie he's called Corporal enry defense

and he's a Belgian he's in the Belgian army during World War I and there's no mention of why he suddenly is not Indiana Jones anymore okay yeah uh then they shot enough for a third season but the show was canceled by then so it never went to air H so you you can't watch it oh no no no you can I've got it oh it just never went to air okay yeah it just never went to air because it had gotten really kind of dumb by that point right okay hm so you watched all of it I watched all of the first season and as much of the second season as I could stomach without without knowing why I was watching Indiana Jones as uh bu in Corporal all's

offense that sounds familiar I guess I did see some of it yeah I I think I think the same things that I don't get about it now turned me off at the time right I mean these uh these episodes are well out of order you know like yeah they jump around in time and space well out of order you are well out of order no it's it's like in themselves they're nice little packages except it's weird because each episode is two different stories and they never end the first story like oh the first episode for example right they go to to Egypt and they meet um they meet uh T lawence right Lawrence of Arabia right and they're hunting down this thief and they never find him and then it just cuts to

the second episode where he's like a year older and now they're in mares doing a completely different story interesting yeah it's weird I want to watch it yeah you should watch it yeah I think I wanted to watch it again too yeah well watch it's worth watching it's worth watching all right but don't feel you've got to watch every minute of every episode speaking of watching uh I'm gonna I'm gonna queue up the Star Wars use jingle [Music] [Music] H that's not pre it's not pre-recorded that is from a prop listeners you play that live now just for you listeners I didn't purchase it I paid for the

shipping uh it was free technically uh so so people still want to remake The Last Jedi and they sure do I I tried to rewatch it and I I just I I couldn't get through it so I'm I'm sorry I know that I'm the I'm the the lone person who still doesn't like it I just don't like it no man you're not alone a [ __ ] trying to get no no no no no I'm saying I'm the lone sane person that doesn't like it cuz you guys are both like okay with it now it's not that I'm not okay with it it sounds really weird I just I I just I've made my peace with it I've made my I don't like it I think I I just I don't like any of his movies I don't think no I don't either and I don't want to watch it again because the first time I hated

it so much and the second time I kind of managed to convince myself it was okay and that's where I want to leave it now I just think his his weird stupid got a subvert everything and then like the jokes don't work it's just not for me I I'm nothing to I don't [ __ ] care about holdo or any of that dumb [ __ ] I don't have any problem with the women being in the film I just don't like the film yeah space iron yeah but here's [ __ ] re get hit in the head with the lightsaber and it's just n it doesn't work it's there not not not for me thanks the thing is though this this week um I've been suffering from horrible jet lag and so I've I've had a lot of good watching movie times in the

middle of the night uh and I rewatched Empire right oh yeah which is a great movie like I know everyone like keeps like remembering it as the good one it [ __ ] is the good one is so good it is the perfect followup to Star Wars you know V's gone [ __ ] nuts now because there's no tar to tell him what to do you know they hint that there's an emperor above him but like right now V's got nothing [ __ ] if all the characters Advance it's a great movie then I put on Return of the Jedi that movie is a [ __ ] mess that to New Hope and Empire is what the Last Jedi is to the current films yeah like I don't think people

realize how [ __ ] all over the shop Empire Jedi is have you seen David Lynch telling the story of how he he met with George Lucas about directing Return of the Jedi it's it's on YouTube it's a [ __ ] great story it's and I'm not going to do it justice because David Lynch is [ __ ] amazing but he he actually went met with George and they talked about it and he tells the story and it's it's very funny Google uh David Lynch meets George Lucas or something like that and it's yeah it's him telling the story it's worth watching someone pointed this week uh in in online cuz I still read about Star Wars online cuz I'm a [ __ ] Manchild but someone pointed out that the the weirdest thing

in Return of the Jedi is when they're captured by the Ewoks right and Luke levitates 3PO mhm yeah he's never done that before right but the only no one else freaks out about it yeah yeah they're all just like not like what the [ __ ] yeah our friend's just levitating people yeah no but there's there is a gap between the two films and there is a scene in the very very start of Jedi where Leia explains to Han that that Luke is now a Jedi Knight yeah fair enough yeah fair enough I guess you're right yeah because Han's in carbonite so he doesn't know but Leia probably does all right fine yeah I imagine he's just showing off you know what what there's a couple of there's a couple of things I didn't like about Empire there's two things

number one I thought the romance between Han and Leia skipped ahead far too far too quickly like from like scene one he's trying to get it on with her and from scene two they're [ __ ] just teasing one another right I was like come on come on but whatever okay fine the the other thing was Luke goes to [ __ ] deerar right M having only ever met one Jedi mhm Ben Kenobi then he meets Yoda who in the space of a single day teaches him to stand on his head on one hand and use the other hand to levitate a rock right I don't think it is a day I think I I've people said that before I think the whole sequence of of Han and Leia

getting City let's say let's say it's two weeks right if in two weeks time I knew how to levitate myself and rocks and then somebody said to me next is to levitate a ship out of the water like yeah last week I couldn't levitate anything now I can levitate some things why am I chucking a tantrum yelling at Yoda it's impossible and walk that's a good point that's a good point well Luke when once you've completed your Scientology training and you can levitate things you can let us know yeah let us know man well sort of very different for Luke in the second movie cuz in the first movie he just believes whatever he is told just instantly okay that's a fact now yeah

and then he ridicules other people for not believing in it yeah you don't believe in the force do you there was thing you've heard about 10 minutes ago there was a theory I read online I told you the on the something awful forums they Flo all these really terrible theories and they make me laugh but there was one that um Obi-Wan's just a charlatan and uh and he he just he doesn't really die he just jumps down a vent and like it's all just to yeah like literally kicking his coat G they just they're just groom they're just grooming Luke to join this cult makes sense yeah like Luke is currently being groomed to join a cult yeah that's right have you seen that Yan McGregor is starring in a new film about win the

Pooh yes Christopher Robin yeah he stars as Christopher Robin somebody pointed out today I say somebody pointed out like somebody told me no I saw on Reddit today that um on the on the on the Star Wars subreddit um that on the poster for Christopher Robin youan McGregor is standing in front of the letters o b i so yeah so get on that Alex Jones that's funny so jumping back just slightly the people are still trying to [ __ ] go ahead with this Last Jedi remake [ __ ] like actually given them money okay so yes but no so here's the

thing so they have they have a a Kickstarter but it's it's it's not a you don't pledge money you just pledge support right so it's a [ __ ] what do you call it a petition a petition yeah yeah basically yeah yeah yeah yeah um because what they want Disney to know is that they're not asking for any money from Disney they are going to pay for this themselves they have investors they have the money what they have this petition for is to show Disney that enough people um want the movie to be REM so all they are asking for Disney is to sign over to them the rights to this thing that they just billion making sure they had exclusive rights to this is [ __ ] Madness yeah just get over it do you think can I you think they've got enough time to the

movie before episode 9 comes out next year I don't like the movie either just [ __ ] get over it move on I'm going to remake [ __ ] Return of the Jedi then this is madness you're making me a Star Wars fan who doesn't like the Last Jedi you're dragging me down with you you hate women man do you know what I the biggest thing I that bugs me about is I like Ryan Johnson quite a lot I just I just don't like his movies it's like Kevin Smith I I look at Ryan Johnson in interviews and I like on Twitter and like kind of stuff he seems like a cool guy I reckon we get along don't like his movies though yeah you may not get along if that's how you introduce yourself I probably wouldn't say that to him but there was actually there was an old video of him from from like the early

2000s being interviewed before before he was successful and he talking about Jeff Jeff Goldsmith's interview with him uh could be is a video h no probably not then he said um it's a it a little quote of him saying that he doesn't want to make mainstream [ __ ] he wants to make movies that half people love and half people hate and I was like mission accom and like you know what good on him yeah I mean it's bit weird setting out to make a movie that half your audience hates I mean that's that's an odd marketing uh I I respect that like he's going to do what he wants to do and if 50% of people don't like it fine you know what that's that's fair enough I don't think he's going to get his um Trilogy really you think you actually get

it it has actually I mean I know that there was a lot of you know dumb complaint about the Last Jedi when it first came out and then there still is clearly with these remakes but overall I think the negative press has been fairly loud is that what I'm looking for yeah it's definitely the most negative response netive is always going to be louder I know people saying oh that's why solo flopped but I don't know I don't know if that's true cuz solo had it own made fck M compared to the Jedi as and after Disney came out and said we're not any just [ __ ] like Little Indie director who's had some success but not done a big movie do any of our Star Wars anymore and obviously they're speaking about lordon Miller but I can't help but

think that Ryan Johnson is part of that group as well yeah well I I mean [ __ ] after this James gun stuff the I think they're going to be very careful in general about who they hire cuz he was a big risk at the time and I bet they're regretting it well they are and they AR because he made him a [ __ ] ton of money but and because like Ryan Johnson was not a you know no good not good pick that's not what I'm saying he's not he wouldn't be like your traditional oh let him do a Star Wars movie kind of guy no like no cuz he hadn't actually really done a lot before he got this right JJ Abrams is kind of an obvious choice for a Star Wars movie yeah I me I mean before before he already did one I mean and he made a [ __ ] great one yeah him

do another one yeah give him a trilogy but if you does like have they said cuz they announced that I going to give Ryan Johnson a Trilogy before the last J even came out yeah have we heard anything else about that since well they've been quiet about it it's not cancelled it's just I mean they still talking about it like it's it's still on the agenda I think I think they genuinely were surprised by the negative yeah I think they genuinely were too response but they can't ignore it but then again [ __ ] made so much money so do they care yeah probably not fair well that's the and that's that's what I was saying before is people I think incorrectly are saying oh yeah but after the negative response to the Last Jedi that's why solo didn't do well I don't

think that's entirely true I think solo was it had its own [ __ ] drama and everyone knew about it like they the directors and this and that it's Han Solo thing we don't really care about it like you can't say that it was because of the Last Jedi alth it may have had some effect but I think more than that people are [ __ ] burning out on Star Wars like they need to slow down and and maybe rethink pumping them out so often maybe every second year maybe I just I think they need to get over this initial everyone still needs to be related and know each other and give us more give us more Rogue one yep in the universe but

not you know you know the plot of Rogue one was two characters finding out they're related to each other they well yes but I'm talking about no one's related to Darth Vader or no I agree agree not that core that story which everyone knows yeah or if you are using characters for the core story let them have their own Adventures like Marvel do yeah you know just [ __ ] sometimes Captain America is an Avenger and sometimes he's just doing his own thing y I want to watch a movie where [ __ ] Finn just does his own thing maybe not Finn that was the weird thing about that was the weird thing about um ler as well is the fact that just which I don't know if he can carry a is what I'm saying there no years in between or anything it

was just straight on from the first one yeah yeah Finn's maybe not your best choice but um gross I'd watch a PO Damon movie though yeah yeah I would watch the hell out of that yeah I would too I'd love to see how he became such a good pilot yeah I guess it'll just be lots of women telling him what to do they should make my television show what's your television show it's like Top Gun that's that ex oh but with x-wings with x-wings it's a television show and there's drama between them but they all go off to fight the empire together so it's a Battle Star Galactica but in the Star Wars just describing any TV show it's got characters and there's drama between them and then they're like go on
