Cutting Edge of um political correctness and yes Wess so so L are you talking about you're talking about like image quality M or you talking about like what do you mean just in general everything just in general everything okay but this week for some reason I decided to watch meatballs and I know we've discussed like the famous rape scene Revenge the Nerds but one of the classic cinematic rapes that BuzzFeed article top 10 rape scenes yeah but I was watching those ever really talked about the meatballs and the Bill Murray one why is no one talking about meatballs I I used to love the Meatballs movies there's like four or five and they are all completely different movies they're just all summer camp movies now I do remember these being out at around the

same time as your porkys your animal house but I couldn't tell you what this is about or anything from it except that just before we started recording you alerted me to this uh this scene which I then caught up on and yes I can say Murray rapes somebody yes he tries to very very very hard how far does a rape have to proceed before you have raped someone as opposed to you have tried I feel like the I think the bar on that has has changed I I feel this girl could really reasonably say been raped yeah these days away the second she said no and was screaming Welcome to our comedy podcast back then I think it would have been a little different yeah I was going to say yeah well you know what I think I

think this is the side podcast now but maybe we should table this conversation for what do you want to call the podcast Luke je I don't know clever name I I can I can I just jump in here I I actually did rewatch two films uh over the weekend not not super old in fact one was from earlier in the year and one was from 3 years ago but I did think it was worth mentioning so this is probably not what you had in mind Luke but if you don't mind I'd like to talk about two films okay um you talk about one and a half he doesn't care if I mind okay well the the half film I want to talk about is tenant and uh we've discussed this I watched it a year ago I liked it I watched it again over the weekend liked it twice as much probably going to watch it again now my theory about my theory

about you liking it twice as much is is the second viewing you able to know when to pay more attention to the background correct it's not it's not that you understand it the second time it's that you can relax a little bit because you know you're not trying to figure out what you need to understand and what you don't need to understand you can just watch it as a movie and I find Christopher Nolan has two types of films he's got the films that you love straight away and that you can easily keep watching like The Dark Knight like Inception but they don't get better over time they get the same because you got from them the first time everything there was to get and then there's something like momento or Interstellar or

this that just reveals more about itself each time and I think there's a lot of value in that so should watch it again Matt Luke you should watch first time watch you did you should watch it again as well watch it backwards oh I tell you though I still don't think I'll like it you could you could not watch any other Christopher Nola movie and just watch this and you've seen all the other Christopher Nola movies it's got the half forwards Half Backwards of momento it's got the the kind of twin doppelganger thing of uh The Prestige it's got that kind of high concept imaginary premise of inception and it's got that theme that's in a lot of his movies and especially in uh both tenet

and in interstella where there's a group of men who are on a really serious mission but there's some woman with a who wants them to divert everything into a personal struggle she's got going instead of saving the world it is a recurring theme in Nolan's movies you're right my problem with Nolan's movies is I go to a movie I watch a movie to be entertained not to have to watch it and then think about it and try and look at how Happ after the movie yeah yeah heaven forbid we'd have to [ __ ] think about a movie I like both I I mean I do have to be in the mood for for that but I do like both talking about the movie thinking about what happens after cuz they end on a now you work out what happens now I do feel like like tenant is the first three

episodes in in an eight episode series I gave you my 10 bucks you tell me what happens and they give me the end explain everything so I don't have to worry about it yeah yeah the actors should tell me what they think and feel at all times otherwise how am I to know how am I to know a Marvel movie Nolan does not care if you know what those actors are thinking or feeling he doesn't even give the characters names anymore I know yeah well why would I waste words on that yeah it's not about that it's about the important things to worry about yeah watch it and watch it in the theater [ __ ] you I think they're on set and someone was like Chris what's my character's name and he was like I don't know the protagonist yeah [ __ ] make

something up doesn't matter the other movies The other movies I've been in the characters I've played have had a name that's not my problem uh I watched another movie uh with a character without a name uh I in fact yeah no but I do love those no I watch I rewatched um Blade Runner 2049 for the first time first reat cool yesterday I watched that three times at the movies yeah yeah yeah yeah I didn't want to I wanted to savor the magic of it by just creating a memory and I figured it was enough time at pass I could watch it again yeah um and I loved it I loved every frame of it except one thing really surprised me when I was in the cinema I literally gasped When Rachel walked on screen because I was like holy

[ __ ] A young sha young is [ __ ] in a new movie right before my very eyes watched it last night it looks [ __ ] garbage it is four years ago this movie was made and it blew my mind now no does not hold up that yeah no I I I probably same thing I in my memory now it wasn't that convincing but I maybe the first time it probably was and then like I said I saw it two more times after that cuz I just wanted I wanted to get back into the world yeah I just loveed it so and that's what it does really well and in fact when it ended I was like oh what can they do in number three they can't they really wrapped this story up but God it's a it's a great world to tell stories and I just I I know it people didn't like it because of it just the

fact that it's just everything is just it's very it's slow and it's like it let you Linger on things and it's not I don't know it's just not a it's not an action movie at all just like no couple of great fights though you know there a fight with in the standing in the background that bit with um that the Seawolf fight it's not you know and just that 10 minutes where he's just slowly strangling her in the [ __ ] water it's just so intense love it I like I like that because of equal opportunities now we can see men beat women didn't even think because I was thinking about this too because I was playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey last week and I was thinking how like you know there weren't that many female hop lights from what I've read in Herodotus you know what I mean but like because it's 2020

like we want to have you know equal gender representation and that's great have you seen a movie with Sean Connor what that means is that I'm bashing a lot of women and it still feels weird mhm well they want to play with the big boys they're going to get stabbed in the face it's my motto yeah I uh I didn't get I didn't do a lot of gaming or or movie watching this week I did play some more cyberpunk and this week they have come out with the co-founder of city project has come out with a video uh apologizing basically and kind of explaining uh why they had some of the problems they did and it kind of I mean it all makes sense they the short version is they wanted

cyberp Punk to be kind of the inverse of of often people complain these days that games are made for consoles and then the PC people get a console version of a game that could have been a really good PC game they wanted to do the opposite they wanted to make this PC game and then they'll just figure out how to make it work on consoles and then they just weren't able to do that in time which is why it runs like garbage I think I mean they're right but I I it baffles me why they decided to try and make this work on an earlier gen console that just seems ridiculous to me well the thing you got to remember is it still technically the version you're playing on your Xbox series X is the Xbox One version there is no Xbox series X version but I'm playing it on a much

much [ __ ] faster machine that's the thing he said that the the problem not not to get too technical but literally the problem is that the console can't load the stuff into the world fast enough that's that's that's basically the the root cause of all of the issues on the on PS4 and Xbox one is that the it's a big open world they didn't want any load screens or anything but the console just can't keep up with everything that's supposed to be happening in the world and it just [ __ ] Falls over which look they should have as I've said a few times they should have just bitten the bullet two years ago and gone this is not coming out on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 yeah probably true all the bitching complaining that we're here now would not occur because

people would understand that it's not an old gen game and with the bugs that it did ship with wasn't gamebreaking it was fine no and with the hype suround people would have bought the series X to play this you know like it was a no loose situation yeah it was a it was a really it was a poor decision a very poor decision oh yeah well he admits that and uh and he said don't blame you know the development team or anybody we pressured them into to releasing and and they were working from home yeah I went into I went into EV Games today and I saw that you can buy still get it on the Xbox One the PlayStation 4 still not for sale yeah wow well he said they committed to fixing it I'm not sure how uh if they I mean it seems like the technical hurdles are pretty intense but he said they're

committed to fixing it they've got two big patches scheduled for early this year the The Next Gen update is going to be end of this year year now yeah second half of this year which is bit of a shame which probably a good thing you didn't wait for it yeah that is a shame though uh and then I was reminded by this this other article I've put in here that somewhere at at Cyber at Studio project red some team is working on the multiplayer aspect of this game that's surprising multiplayer there apparently yeah they mentioned it before okay guys we don't play multiplayer but there's no need for multiplayer years time we've all already played this and we're starting to feel like maybe we'll give another go and then suddenly it's updated the next gen and we can play

together this might be the one motivation that finally tips us into playing a game all together I'm going to be playing a different game by then well obviously I'm I'm I'm pretty much I am very close to being absolutely done until they release actual single player content now I went back in I've done one of the extra store endings so I've got two endings now I've got two more to go and then I've got stupid achievements like shoot a grenade and stuff like that well there is DLC coming too that was part of it uh this year I'm interested to see cuz they're saying like it's free DLC but remember they had three DLC for The Witcher three yes and it was all garbage well most of it was garbage like the only good DLC they had was the

stuff you paid for everyone else is he here's here's some armor here's something for your horse he's a sword and it's s of like it's just've gotten a lot of requests for more of of triss's tits to be visible so we've released some free DLC to make that possible and I thank them for that yeah cuz I I was a fan of Tris I just want them to release a third type of penis yeah just her her walking around this Medieval World in actual you know like suitable clothing was ridiculous I wanted her to be in that little dress really sna me out of the game world when she was wearing armor speaking of The Witcher yes are we getting season two of that yes at any stage yeah yeah uh I think did they put out a trailer or just some like a teaser scene or something recently but yeah

they they have I think they finished filming they just doing all post production on it okay good I was I was starting to worri that that might have been one of the games one of the television shows that sort of got moved to the side because of Co and stuff and as far as I'm aware I think I think they were shocked it was such a hit I mean it it should be so Niche right but it just wasn't look the thing that they just need to add into that to make a bit more sense is sort of like something to explain if it's what time period it's set in cuz even I found that a bit confusing about whether it was the future or the past or well as we learned yeah I was about to say we know Game of Thrones is a documentary now

yeah said in medeval England yeah so when is The Witcher set before or after Game of Thrones yeah [Laughter] historically okay so I am happy that we're getting more of that though MH I can't say it's getting a third season for it though just a feeling remember Lucas film games they made some great games back in the day well they're back baby they're back they're back but they're Outsourcing kicking themselves they're back and they're Outsourcing everything which might may not be a good thing we got two big two big things this week yeah cuz EA very licensing deal ended with them this in 2020 and yeah now I'm excited so it's not EA making the games anymore exactly we've got Bethesda making an Indiana Jones game

you you've just said several of my favorite words and made a sentence out of them making game yeah ah Jones now with the Bethesda game they make Indiana Jones buying machine games they're the ones that made the Wolfenstein Wolfenstein at the New Order yeah MH so we don't I didn't mind Wolfenstein games no they're good yeah uh I don't I I mean they obviously got a lot of experience with Nazis uh from the Wolfenstein games so though I don't know what kind of game this is going to be I imagine it's not going to be the same as Wolfenstein no it has to be third person you mean like you want to see Indie walking around swaying his hips you want to see that

whip swaying his hips yeah want to see him wiggling his bum no but you really you need to see the Hat you think yeah I want to see the hat at all times otherwise how will I I want to be second person I want to look in [ __ ] Indy's face it's like peep I want I want him to turn to me and go all right kid I'm going to fight this guy now wait why is there not a game that's Peep Show where you yeah somehow you control one person but you have to look through the eyes of the other people I think I've just realized myself why there's not a game like that I'm surprised some like freaky Indie developer hasn't tried to do oh trust me they probably have yeah Indie developers have tried everything like that kind of that kind of great three-year period where we got like Fez and braid and

limbo and just all of those really Innovative I bet somebody tried to unfortunately those Games inspired a lot of other people to try and do the same thing who are not as good just go on to steam oh yeah click Indie and have a look yeah but no I I'm looking forward to this unfortunately it's one of these ones where I'm excited but then I immediately remember they've only just announced it and we're like 3 four years away from it actually being a thing yeah yeah yeah it ain't coming soon and same with the other one I assume which is Ubisoft making a Star Wars game an open world Star Wars game I assume in the style of you know the Ubisoft stuff like Assassin's Creed and Ghost Recon wildlands and all I don't know that they

can go either way it's the team that worked on the division two is making it I okay so that doesn't excite me Star Wars barely excites me anymore like I still I never last Star Wars game that was a great game I think it depends on do though what you need to do with that game was throw on the easiest difficulty yeah well there's an update on that too that it's got a NextGen update just came out if you want to revisit it o I might I need to go back and get some more achievements in I've put the wrong article in here obviously because I'm just I've just posted a link to the Indiana Jones game again but I'll fix that later well while you while you search for the right article let me just

back up to the Indiana Jones game just for a moment yes mhm just a couple of clues in this teaser trailer cuz it pans over a desk it's got some artifacts and of course it's got the hat and the whip uh it's also got a plane ticket to Italy uh to Rome um oh and it's dated 1937 don't pay for this game download it yeah that's right go to straight to Italy um I think in this game instead of punching Nazis you might be punching fascists oh interesting or the pope yeah that Pope but there's a lot you know there's a lot of kind of cuz you know Indiana Jones is at his best when he's searching for kind of pseudo religious iography when he has a son not at all aliens yes

um Fair bit of that [ __ ] in Italy I like him to go really out there and inste and make a young Indiana Jones game instead just like a curveball you thought you get an old Indie you're getting young Indie man I love the young Indiana Jones Chronicles the books the shows they're great how about this infant Indiana Jones hey you think about that MH mhm when when he's trying to house train the dog yeah it's IND yeah it's a it is the dog you actual Indiana dog dog it's Goat Simulator it's Goat Simulator except you're Indiana Jones the dog but they don't tell you that in the marketing they just say the true Indiana Jones origin story

and you're like okay I'm Phoenix fting from the being birthed as a puppy first person you're in an amniotic sack with 11 other dogs you've got to you've got to eat your way out fight for survival now what we're talking about now that's an indie game M hey hey remember that 6 weeks we were like making an indie game remember that yeah yeah we still can well we made all story points we did artwork we [ __ ] yeah and then we just didn't do anything else so lucky no one gave us any money for it with the Star Wars one though that one Ubisoft makes some good games they also make some very mediocre games yeah yeah it depends it really depend with in the same franchise yes cuz like yeah well Assassin's Creed startled off great and

then went downhill and now it's come good the last few games mhm so Luke how do you rate um Valhalla I know you put it behind um Odyssey but do you put it behind or in front of Origins I put it in front of Origins okay because I may have bought Origins as well oh just in case to play I also bought Origins but then I you know cyber Punk came out and but I mean I'll get I'll get to it but no I I like farala better I was thinking like trying to think what's next for the the Assassin's Creed like what eras haven't they done I don't think they've done anything in China there was a do you remember when they dider one yeah yeah that China One was

quite good but you're right I think a proper epic ancient China One could be good they haven't done a medieval Europe like a proper just what they need to do is a new Fallout game in Australia well the first one was Middle Eastern right the first one well it was but it was that it was The Crusades period yeah but you're right oh actually same in in England in yeah yeah like the England one was not good oh oh The Syndicate it's a shame because I like that period yeah yeah they had the best costumes that that was actually at that was actually at the time when like it was sort of down here where they were churning Assassin's Creed games out but they hadn't worked out how to do it well yet they had got the formula down how about this Colonial Australia yeah that's I want to

see more in Australia i' love to see a Fallout in Australia we had FS Horizon in Australia why not other games assassin Mad Max [ __ ] oh yeah Mad Max I wanted to make another Mad Max game yeah that game was good actually I never finished it but it was good yeah it was I was the same I never finished it but it was very good and yeah they I think we're probably due for another Mad Max game yeah well there's a new furrious a movie on the cards oh yes we haven't talked about this yeah cuz you know just back spin-off one is it well we we discussed when it came out we were like Fury Road is so good but they're going to they're going to [ __ ] it up by making the next movie about furiosa instead about Max and that's a mistake just because shar's Theon was so popular well now the and

she has being recast it's a young furios it's someone else it's um one else i' forgotten who it is uh which is just going to make it more confusing yeah so are they playing the same character or the same type of character well I don't know because Mad Max traditionally is not necessarily a continuous story it's just little little stories like each movie is a standalone if watch if you were watching them that sort of all those movies for the first time you would go why is this number two when it's got nothing to do with yeah just got the same character it's got Matt Max in it and that's it Matt I think it might be your girlfriend from uh oh Jo player yeah and I Taylor Joy my

girlfriend why because I said don't think she was as weird looking as you knew who I meant didn't you because I Googled it at the same time now the next uh the next Mad Max movie is written by one of the the guys who was in heartbreak ey what yeah Nick which guus I don't know cuz I never [ __ ] watched it Mad Max the Wasteland to be clear though he was also a rider on Fury Road oh okay but uh I was like how are they a bit because Australia yeah yeah I like how the [ __ ] did that happen but yeah he was in flying doctors and scrolling down cuz I want to see if he

was in uh A Country Practice M cuz you might know him yeah maybe doesn't seemed like he was though that's a shame and I thought every actor in Australia in the 80s was In A Country Practice yeah I thought that was sort of War they're all like when you when you graduate acting school they're like here's your diploma and here's your call Time For A Country Practice yeah everybody I want to work with Matt ham well yeah this is how you do it that that plays the bully bullies that kid my defining role as bully I bullied the [ __ ] out of that kid MH he was asking for it though yeah what kind of uh what kind of bullying did you do we got in a circle around him and I

think pointed our fingers at him and I can't remember what we called him him [ __ ] or something I can't remember yeah wow okay then he threw a rock at us and it smashed a window and we all ran off cuz you know no way I'm getting in trouble for that that's right [ __ ] that [ __ ] I'd love to find that scene but I have no idea how to find it I think you'd have to buy like the entire series cuz that episode I mean started episode one cuz I'm I'm I'm I'm throughout that episode doing various things like I'm playing soccer at one point I'm I'm you know having rocks thrown at me at one point and I'm doing some other stuff involved with being mean to this kid uh but I don't know how to find it well Mt Luke's just hit the nail on the head you have to you have to pay the the

$159.95 to watch the 148 episodes in a 34 disc box set it's just over a dollar an episode that's good value only want one episode the one I'm in Chuck your dollar no sorry this 34 dis set brings together the first 148 episodes this is collection one sorry Matt how many collections are there lot more on what years did it run for maybe I can narrow it down it would be in like I'd say should we explain to some of our list you want to know how many episodes of A Country Practice there are there are 1,88 episodes what oh God no wonder I couldn't find it by Googling My Name a country

practice Yeah mhm mhm yeah yeah well it did run for a couple of years yeah apparently so it's run for many years wow and including you Matt I have two A Country Practice alumni actors in my feature film oh that's true yeah reunited yeah I've got you and I've got the guy who was actually you know in it I don't know what you mean by that Dan properly in it the guy who knows what episodes he was in because it was all of them yeah yeah because it was yeah every episode yeah the guy who's no doubt on at least some of the cover art all right all right [ __ ] h no I'm scrolling through now Matt that you might be on some of these I'll tell you this though Matt I'm looking at the season 14 cover right now

and I don't recognize anyone right I probably watched hundreds of episodes I cannot remember any of them except for an old lady playing a Pok machines once but she kept winning as she had a magnet on her bag and she put it up to the poker machine and it made her get jackpots all the time and there was a wombat yeah there was aat yeah there was also one episode that that sticks in my head cuz I'm like you Luke I don't remember the plot of a single episode except one um and it was this kid from the city who came to stay in won Valley which is a country town for anyone who doesn't grow up in Australia in the ' 80s and um uh did he get all he wants to do is play computer games but there's no computers in Wen Valley apparently so like the the towns

people create a computer game for him basically they were laughing they built a computer out of Happ about this he go this is not what I meant actually he does as at one point there's a TP H in and she's like this must be the river they were talking about he's like it's not a river and she's like you got to use your imagination I don't have one computers have ruined me yeah I don't need an imagination when I've got computer games I've got scar in you dumb [ __ ] you SE I did watch a TV show I did watch a TV show I watched a couple episodes of uh history of swearing oh hell was it it's it's good it's funny yeah okay yeah do they swear in it oh [ __ ] yeah okay

incessantly MH mhm y have are you learning things there it's absolutely yeah and it's quite funny cuz it cut to like some some historian it' be like this kind of bookish looking old woman and she's like H yes well [ __ ] is quite an interesting word um I believe people have been saying that people have been [ __ ] each other for hundreds of thousands of years so yes it's good and it's isn't [ __ ] something to do with like a king or something no that's a myth yeah no they never had acronyms acronyms are a 20th century invention they said that they they think that's just because it's such a v IAL and um engaging word people wanted to have a very elaborate kind of clever backstory but it just doesn't people were using it before it even

meant and it had anything to do with sex people were saying [ __ ] but that is also one of the things like a lot of words that classifi sare was today weren't actually to begin with they were just MH words and then they got turned into yeah well that's they say sometime I can't remember the era but it got it became associated with like inter course and then now it's just it's kind of left that again now cuz it doesn't even mean that anymore it means anything no I they said it's the most versatile because you could you could [ __ ] put [ __ ] in any [ __ ] point in the [ __ ] sentence and it means whatever you want different time it means whatever you want and the the intent is generally understood like it's quite clever it can you can be like [ __ ] with [ __ ] that oh [ __ ] yeah like

it's just versatile get [ __ ] might have to give it a watch we're [ __ ] get [ __ ] you [ __ ] [ __ ] with you can't move into my house going to get [ __ ] up y yeah it means anything you want it to mean and generally it's it's understood it's it's all right do you know how many episodes it is I do not I do not we just popped it on in the background the other day yeah I think it's going to be something I'll watch while playing a game mhm I think that's most things isn't it yes unfortunately I can't focus on one thing at a time anymore you've been broken yep Matt I don't know if youing me I don't know if you listened to save file this week Matt but Luke actually laid out his three criteria for whether or not he'll buy a video game in

order of of importance right I didn't listen to number one value for money that was number one really value for money right number two how many achievements and number three whether or not he'll enjoy the game that's number three hang is number three Achievers come before enjoyment value for money you buy everything I actually don't okay but it's all like the thing like I will buy cyberpunk knowing I'm going to spend 60 hours in that but and I'd buy that game no matter what but if there was another game that came out that was $60 that I wasn't that fussed about but the chiefs were easy I'd buy that but if the game came out was were going to be hard and I had no his idea of value Mone is different to mine

I just realized value for money in my case has got nothing to do with achievements like they're barely an afterthought I get one in CK I'm like oh that's right those exist that's why I'm in the Xbox Hall of Fame and what not I mean he's got you there man that's true that's true but were you and Country Practice [ __ ] me fellas I don't I'm not in the Hall of Fame and I wasn't In A Country Practice no you did direct failure that's true we haven't done that starring the one of you who bothered to come down and be in it I got stuck at work gagging for it I did get pointed out by a Sony executive or at least I've been told that I got I got thumbs up from a Cy

executive so say that again you said somebody from Cy like My Scene oh yeah yeah yeah so did it lead to anything no no I mean I I bought a Spider-Man costume it's in the closet so I'm just waiting for the call still wai for the phone call yeah then Tom Holland I guess I don't know we've we've done a film with you in that Spider-Man costume but was Tom Holland in your film I don't know how they saw him to be honest uh we did have to the the the film that you were in the Spider-Man costume we had to pull from Air well not from a from online that's right forgot about that yeah yeah well speaking of films there so I'm still confused what's happening with Snider and his Batman

Justice League movie it sounds like SNY is confused about what's happening with it cuz last I heard was it was going to be like four one hour episodes yep it was now that's not the case apparently not he said it's just going to be Standalone film a 4our film and the other thing it says in there is that he for it's I think it's vague for legal reasons it's not going to be called Justice League the SNY cut it doesn't have a title yet they don't know what it's going to be called and so I'm like does that mean it can't be called the Justice League like they have to change all the characters and names what is going on here due to Legal Reas oh cuz I be something in their licensing that they can only make a certain amount of movies or something the Cs be something to do

with you know that whole Hollywood accounting thing where they would have killed off the production company that made that by now right so maybe something to do with that they've got to it's got to be legally distinct from the other Justice League movie I don't know just call it the just is League so we don't know if it's where it's now just a it's called a movie and it's just coming out in four parts or it's a miniseries but yeah so it's just confusing as it always has it is something and we get to see it soonish I guess there's apparently there's a poster he said there's a poster coming out soon I guess they going to have to have the name settled by then aren't

this particularly tickled me did you guys see the little subtle message within this tweet yeah because well it was not a secret that Mark hell didn't like the way Luke was handled in the Disney movies like how it was to be clear luk it sort of it destroyed his whole character Arc in the original trilogy by what they did yes so come out and he's thanked Payton Reed the director of that episode we can we can spoil it now right it's been like four weeks yeah I would say so for his for his Cameo um and he said uh grateful unexpected opportunity to be revisit the character when he was still a symbol of Hope and optimism and I can literally see him giving Ryan Johnson the finger as his typing

mhm yeah I know cuz people keep saying him [ __ ] tweeting at Ryan Johnson thanks for letting me be luk Skywalker again I just remember him going are you sure because this really does just ruin everything I've worked my entire career to achieve yeah cuz if you look the original trilogy he still thinks he good in Darth Vader who has murdered thousands of people including children and then he has a little bad dream about his nephew and he goes to murder him because people were like oh yeah but and I I guess I think we've talked about this before it's people who look at the mov from a different point of perspec people saying oh yeah but the Last Jedi is about how you know your heroes are flawed as well and it's like yeah but

that that like it's not consistent with the rest of the [ __ ] story that's the problem yeah is on its own sure that's a as a theme I like that but not Luke Skywalker cuz he [ __ ] finished his story arc and then you tacked on the end and then he became a [ __ ] with like yep okay yeah mhm mhm yeah we've done we've done we should do we should do a final chapter on just all of the stuff we loved when we were kids like Indiana Jones and then but then he became a [ __ ] it's true of so many things now that's it they've all got to be dark and edgy yeah well that's what Zach Schneider what if Superman was a [ __ ] wit what if Batman was a [ __ ] Wht Wonder Woman were called Mar Wonder Woman was a [ __ ] oh by the way way I

watched um I I've not watched Wonder Woman 1984 but I've watched stuff about Wonder Woman 1984 and people keep mentioning uh I I guess this is a spoiler I don't know if we can talk about it there's no spoilers mate it's fine there's nothing you could spoil fine [ __ ] what's his name Chris Pine comes back because she basically just imagines another man as him and then he gets magic what happened to that other man and this guy goes back to nor another man for 2 weeks because she imagined him as chis Pine but does he does she go he go back to normal because spoilers in the movie she just goes wand I have to walk away from you she walks away and then he's behind a pillar yeah but you see him at the end they bump into each other and and she's like oh hey he's like cuz i s her tuned out yeah

no no no she walks past him the funny thing is also Imagine That imagine this beautiful woman bumps in you in the street and you're like I'm sorry have we met and she's like been [ __ ] for two weeks I literally she's got to knock on his door and be like hi my stuff is here I've been doing I left my giant gold suit of armor here could I have that yeah have you seen a lassu anywhere oh and you might want to get tested yeah yeah you were AIDS period of AIDS magical coma and I've been I've been having uncons sex with you he be like oh yeah no no I remember you want to um

yeah I'm still your boy yeah OB obviously I remember so uh what are you up to now yeah yeah but I I that is a [ __ ] weird plot Point M it's so weird it's super weird it almost makes me want to watch wishes for it she wishes for it on a a magical wishing Stone and I wish I was kidding I it almost makes we want to watch it no no no you should so sounds bizarre it's ridiculous yeah just get a free trial of H Max and Away you go oh they wait they have it yeah yeah you guys can watch it like that anyway I just that was that plot Point [ __ ] blew my mind when I watched oh the red L media interview Matt I think in a in a strange way you would enjoy this more than the first one because the first one was so desperate to convince you it was

saying something and this has nothing knowing now knowing what I know cuz I mean I know the whole plot been spoiler I just didn't worry about it I think I probably could find the fun in it at this point so I've also seen that there's some horrible effect shots and some silly stuff so oh all the effects are horrible yeah and the digital doubles when she fights is ridiculous so maybe I'll just the one thing that's annoyed me ever since it was the trailer first came out is where like they try and make a point of yes she got rid of the video cameras that's why she was able to come out and about and like it sort of just destroys the whole story of batfleck coming and going here's a picture of me from World War I I know about she's been fighting crime this entire

time there it was the that you know the the honest trailers and it had that there's a shot where they're talking about TV or something and she goes oh I don't have a TV and it's like ma'am you have several and it cuts to her watching [ __ ] crime footage on this massive wall of TV that she has in her and like when cuz there's that fish out of water scene where he's walking around the 80s looking at everything but he's looking at stuff like trains and they're like they had trains in the 20s starring do do what's a trash can [Music] yeah and like another spoiler but I there's no spoilers for this movie [ __ ] um Pedro Pascal's taking over the world he's spent two and a half hours taking over the world and then she

goes but don't you love your son and he goes yeah I guess and just stops taking over the world that's how she wins all these wishes that are actually coming true don't have them cuz the truth is what matters he goes outside and his son's just in the bushes for some reason just outside of where he was I'm going it's really weird it's so weird it's such a different movie than the first one I don't I mean like I said I've not seen it I will watch it but just based on everything I'm hearing I don't understand how it reviewed so well I don't understand um I I I the one thing I don't understand is how it went from it was released and then they've got we need to fast track of sequel to this one this is going to make us a lot

of money and got really good reviews reviews came out and the reviews were all just terrible the pre not critics critics like yeah yeah okay but yeah the general public were like what the [ __ ] come on let's be honest the people who criticized the first Wonder Woman were crucified right and I think these people the second time around these critics that that saw advance and didn't know that the the general public thought this movie was garbage were like I do not want to I do not want to write a bad review of this movie yeah maybe yeah but then there are people out there who like it but I've seen um I've seen backtrack I Hannah likes it the first or the second she likes the second one yeah I've seen people Backtrack on articles too I'm not going to call out any any

websites in particular but I have seen literally seen them say oh I rewatched it it wasn't actually wasn't as good as I said it was in my review I'm like [ __ ] hell interesting interesting like you you could have a second View and change your opinion slightly but not to go from it's a great movie to I don't like it [Music] if anything like yeah it's just I'm deleting this picture Fraser it's uh doing youing your soul you've got to watch the red letter Media review of 19 1984 even just for the intro which is not related to the review at all they've gone back to doing the little intros yeah and it's wonderful It's a
