oh god well I mean we knew he was doing like a whole Cinematic Universe thing so I guess it's not super surprising but I know but is it so is he going to make a second one now or he's the first person to admit they're probably not going to make it but you never know man I mean if this thing goes Gang Busters maybe they will they spent how many millions on this more than they were going three times if this was supposed to be the end originally it makes sense that he's just like going to put it back the way it was that's what everyone wanted so I mean it's not it doesn't surprise me that much cuz I like he was supposed to be doing like a whole Marvel Cinematic Universe style thing for DC so I guess yeah but

though I don't think DC needs a Cinematic Universe Marvel does and it works it works so well with Marvel DC works best when nothing is connected the best DC movie for the last 5 years was Joker and please please please don't tie that in you know the Batman Matt Reeves that looks great same don't tie it into anything especially we hearing RS at Joker 2 no it doesn't need a sequel no yeah and you know what I watched Red Son Superman born in like Superman crash land in Russia instead of America great perfect just a oneof right it seems like they just don't well they've never had any luck tying them all in together because it's just so messy but they look over and they see Marvel just raking in billions and they go why can't we do that well cuz you didn't plan it the way

they did you just [ __ ] that's the with Justice League like his Justice League 2 movie was meant to be like an end game comparison I'm so like no Marvel set up endgame for like 20 years yeah main characters from movie yeah yeah half of the characters in Justice League we've never even heard of not only that no one cares about cyborg everyone's like Martian manhunter's in this I love Martian Manhunter and even I'm not excited to see him in this because no one gives a [ __ ] about Martian Manhunter no Martian Manhunter is good in the Arkham games that's where he's good he's good in the Animated Series yeah all right MH the Justice League animated series Great Character is he is he is he hunt Martian men or is

he a martian man who hunts Earth men the second the latter yeah I thought so he just hunts men yeah and he's from Mars right yeah back on his Planet they just call him Manhunter yeah or just Hunter maybe it's Martian Man Hunter they just call him Earth Man Hunter cuz he hunts Earth man but it's they get confused as hold on hold on that's misleading as well well sounds like he's cruising on a Thursday night he's just he just can't get it right I don't think he just hunts Earth men I think he can hunt men all across the Galaxy specifically men no no women no [Laughter] [Music] children doesn't need it doesn't need to shoehorn another hero or another villain in we get this like real soon right this March Yeah March it's March will I be a

citizen when I watch it or not I I think he will be cuz I think when do you become a citizen the 11th of March I think it's like the 16th of March so I think it's in the teens what though is that um Justice League used to be JLA Justice League of America I they took that kind of they took that qualifier away but that would be real nice if the day you became an American watch Justice League of America came came out that would just be a nice little po you have to sit down for 4 hours and watch it yeah the first 4 hours of being American and then I would have to answer a quiz about it and shoot a gun into the capital building and run faster than the bullet look while we're on the topic of

Superman and movies we don't necessarily want or need but maybe we do uh they rebooting Superman after this of course they are well I guess that answers the question about whether we're getting another Justice League they've got the king of reboots coming on board JJ abrs he does a good job of him he does of the first job first Star Wars reboot great first Star Trek reboot great but just take it away after that yeah this is interesting though I'm confused so this they're rebooting Superman but we're still getting Wonder Woman's and Aquaman that are in the universe I hope not we are getting aquan to are we though are we we are apparently yeah yeah I think they're

still trying to decide if Amber herd's still an actress or not I was going to say talk about recasting her now yeah with Amilia Clark I doubt it Amilia Clark all right yeah they went down they went down the list of actresses that Matt has seen and and you have seen naked in real life um it's it's a short list but she's at the top of it Amber herd's not on it tell you that not yet Luke and on the list she is not okay all right um interesting thing about this one is that Superman will likely be black oh okay oh because Tass coat writing it correct and I don't think he writes White characters he doesn't write any characters he's not a screenwriter

he's a he's a journalist comic book writer but uh yeah well I mean okay sure mhm mhm mhm I wonder if Henry caval may be in this but as a kind of passing the torch type character in black face oh man have you guys watched Atlanta uh I know what it is it's Donald it's really good I mean it's if I told you what it was about you'd think that sounds completely boring right but it's just it's the way it's written and the way it's directed that just make it just a little bit better than what it should be just by the description but there's this it's basically just about Donald Glover confronting racism right but he goes to this German Folk Festival and

you know we've talked on this podcast at length in our Christmas episodes about Black Pete right yes and uh he's like I better not [ __ ] see no Black Pete there okay I just let me tell you that and everyone's like you probably will okay so don't freak out he's standing at a bar and this woman comes up to him and goes oh my God you look amazing and then like rubs it his face and then like God realizes he's actually a black man and then just like backs away it's really is it a comedy yeah well it's it's a drama but it's like dry funny as well yeah right all right yeah I recommend it it's it's it's very good I've no I've heard really good things about it and I know I mean I like Don glove's great so let me give you one one example of something

that's good right so they're in a club and uh there's this one guy one character who's like just a bit Dopey right he's always saying dumb [ __ ] and he says uh oh there's this guy who's got an invisible car and he starts scrolling through his Instagram and it's this guy just standing pretending to be sitting in a car right but just kind of crouching right and saying I've got an invisible car and he's like there's no [ __ ] invisible car and later in that episode [ __ ] this guy just goes past in the background right it's good [ __ ] that sounds like I'd like it yeah all right black Superman for sure bring it on yeah and while we're doing just different variants of Superman there's a new

Superman TV show as well and this one super Superman and Lois Superman and Lois Superman the concept of this one Superman is in his uh early 40s he's married and he's got a couple of kids because apparently they know their audience and uh it's it's Wonder Vision yeah it's basically Superman still got to be Superman but what's more important is he's got to look after his family he's got to get the kids to school on time and yeah so I watched I watched the first kind Little Martha and and Martin I guess no it's uh it's Jonathan Kent who is oh out of the comics right but there's also a twin so there's some interesting little addition One Division it is very similar to wonder division

not in tone but there's this great opening sequence where it shows kind of his origin story coming to Earth growing up in Smallville etc etc and there's this really nice touch where um the first suit that you see him in is the max fler suit with the black triangle with the S on it oh yeah yeah like the homemade version of the suit is this is this a cartoon or no no live action it's the same actor who plays Superman in the Supergirl series oh okay sure yeah yeah yeah I know what you mean yeah who's odd looking but I actually think it works as an alien he doesn't cuz he doesn't look quite human yeah sure yeah yeah he was def Choice yeah yeah he's not traditional Superman yeah yeah he doesn't have the big Square chin or anything like that but he just looks a

bit otherworldly I don't usually watch these kind of DC TV shows but um I wanted to have a quick look at this before we mentioned it on today's show and I think it looked pretty good pretty good yeah right I don't know I don't know man I don't think I'll bother with it we'll see if you if you watch it and you say it's real real real I'll report back yeah yeah I uh I'm going qu up on one division speaking of yeah me too me too I don't want to spoil anything but uh I uh I'm I'm super into it except for one thing mhm and there's only one more episode no or is there or is there there's only one more episode yes I thought there were two how many have I watch hinting at a secret episode I thought there were 10 episodes how many have I watched nine

there is supposed to be nine number but there's there's still says nine come on nine nine doesn't work kind of nine I'm you don't like though is this something we'll need to bleep out uh probably not it was revealed long long enough ago I don't like agasa yeah I don't like her either and in fact I didn't like the last episode at all I found it really dull and flat and pretty much was just reveal after reveal after reveal of all the stuff we kind of figured out and assumed just by watching all the other episodes yeah I I I liked it but she bugs me yeah she her acting style is also in a different show that's exactly what my point yeah she just doesn't fit in and and and that works as long as everybody else is on board doing the same thing it's like she's the only one

behaving that way yes and it worked when everyone was pretending to be in sitcoms but now they're not now it's the real world and she's still super over the top yeah I mean that's not a huge deal but no just I was like oh God I'm looking forward to it tying back in though because obviously we're going to hear next week it's got to just have more about the you know the army guys and all of that yes yeah that was kind of sideline for this episode so I can't believe it's supposed to wrap up next yep you wraps up then we get two we break and then we go into Falcon oh yeah Falcon's first Loki's in may I think I have epis are so short so the credit sequence goes for far too

long though what the there can't be that many credits this can't be like you're looking at the playhead along your little timeline it's a third of the show to go there've been post credit scenes a lot lately just in the last two I think last two I I made me wonder a [ __ ] did I miss ones in the ear episodes you didn't you would have heard you would have heard yeah yeah yeah and I think people have been asking it like is there going to be a second season and so what people are hearing is no and I'm thinking that's because this will now tie back into a movie or another television show I think it's or three different spin-offs yeah you can't really have a one division season two it wouldn't work we're talking about this I Jenna and I I mean I worry that I mean

I'm loving all this stuff right now but I do worry that at some point they're going to end up the way the comics always end up where it's going to become completely inpr reset it all for anybody who's not watched literally everything like if they oh I've heard good things about this new show Wonder Vision can you imagine trying to watch Wonder Vision if you've never seen any of the movies well think about it now like all the other television shows didn't really tie back into the movies at all like yeah you could watch you could watch the movies and not care about the television shows we're up to a stage now where you can't now this will tie back into movies I think Star Wars is dangerously walking a knife's edge with that very thing right now too yeah yeah well that's the

whole the universe business where they've got 500 different you know mediums so but then again I mean I'm saying that but I have seen all the movies and so maybe I only think that because I'm picking up on I'm like oh I know what that is but if I didn't know what that is would it matter I guess it's hard if listeners if there's anybody out there who hasn't seen anything except Wonder division and let us know did you were you able to follow and understand what the [ __ ] was going on cuz they kind of explain stuff but not really like they oh yeah she killed Vision wait why did she kill Vision yeah oh and then he came back to life and then this other big green big purple guy killed him like wa what the [ __ ] oh it's a it's a different piedro is it and what

does that mean if I don't know and not only have I not seen those movies you have to see other movies as well yeah yeah like when the camera pan around you like wait who the [ __ ] that guy yeah I just think like there's no way that someone who hasn't watched anything else Marvel would sit down and watch One Division and get this far into it yeah why they'd bother unless they sitcoms you know like classic TV shows I can't imagine in say 20 30 years anyone watching this and being like what was this about mhm who is that guy why is it a big deal that that's not her brother like yeah it's like one in joke isn't it except I guess maybe it works anyway that's that's my question is like we're getting it on a certain level maybe it does work on on a basic level as well

I'm just not able to to tell you know you know what did this really well I must say back in the day was The Matrix where they were like if you watch just the movies you will understand everything you want to understand but if you watch a movie and play a video game and watch a cartoon and do this other thing like then you get this kind of broad picture of the whole world you'll know who that kid is yeah you'll know who the kid is and he'll be important and it's still not going to be a good movie and they won't reference the other stuff when they show him but you'll know we can't because people will get confused yeah yeah that's right yeah oh I'm excited to to see the Rapp I can't believe there's any one left feel like there's too too much to

go no I'm done I'm done I I'm enjoying it but I think you can't sustain this any further uh I want to see what the winter solders up to Y I've been enjoying American Gods this season which I've not mentioned I realized right now I've not mentioned it yeah I tuned out season two oh okay yeah season 3 it's been good we've been watching it Saturday mornings all right maybe I will jump back into that after I've also finished the expans it's uh arguably the best bit bit of the book oh okay okay you probably know what I mean when I say hopefully we think hopefully we like the same bits of the book then side is the bit that great yes oh okay I've got to catch up then it's different obviously cuz it's been

different anyway and it's there's certain things about it that I'm like I'm not sure if if it work I'm not sure if it's still heading in the same direction oh it I think it is I just feel like it I don't remember it being he kind of just is not really a spoiler he's he's there but he he just leaves and goes all over this the country as well and I don't recall him doing that's because in the book he was the only character and now there's like all these Side characters that have like been made into major characters yeah but like he's in Lakeside and then he's like I got to go to New York I got to go here I got to go there and he's still traveling around and I was I was like h i mean he's putting a lot of miles on that carh like as opposed to just being a recluse in a

small exactly which is why I which is how I remember it playing out in the book whether that's correct or not does gaimon write the screenplays for the series no I think he's just kind of like a well I could be wrong I think he's just kind of consulted and he gets the ability thumbs up and gets a paycheck yeah cuz he got he got what's he the old showrunner fired or he fired the old showrunner so he's definitely involved there was they had an argument about um the particular thing was that at at his wife's funeral the woman positions him I forgetting the characters names or anything like that and then the showrunner was like oh yeah he should totally bang that chick and Neil G was like you don't understand the character at all yeah yeah you wouldn't do and

you're fired wow so okay great anyway I'm enjoying it yeah maybe I'll jump back into that too I've also been thinking of maybe giving good Omens a go oh yeah that was good I yeah I watched the first two episodes of that I don't know why just didn't pull me in much light a lot lighter than uh American Gods yes but how have you guys read the book yeah no how does it compare to the book cuz I'm I was a fan of the book but it's hard making a comedy show out of a comedy book yeah I find it I I've never really liked a Terry pratchet adaptation properly cuz I feel like it's very difficult to adapt his stuff because a lot of his humor is not what people are saying it's yes it's just the

kind of irony of the world yeah so you can't really like convey all that with just people talking and I don't know it's just NE but that's not to say I don't know they just never worked for me I feel like this was the closest I've ever seen to somebody adapting and it's not just Terry pratchet it's Neil gam as well which might be why because they tell stories in different ways so but I I thought it was good looke did you watch the watch I did how was that that looked like it could have been quite good but I wasn't sure I had to watch it twice to actually like it okay which I actually really like it but the first time I watched it I I don't know I just didn't do anything for me the second and third time cuz I watched it three times now I really enjoy it now Luke [ __ ]

persever times for quite a new show is that cuz you were playing something at the same time uh yes yeah so after watching it three times I saw it once but was it the same thing you had to kind of Terry pratchet you had to get out of your head what you would imagined when you read the books and just accepted this for what it was yeah but it's it's not it's not in any way a straight adaptation right it's it's like sort of just based on the ideas of his book isn't it like a modern day thing it is they set Monday but it is sort of based off one of the books right but it's not a straight adaptation because it's set in the modern day it's not set in modern day it the trailer doesn't look totally modern day there's old time in there it does

have like like security cameras but the security cameras still have imps in them drawing the pictures and stuff oh so it's sort of it's not quite the Flint yeah okay all right I I'm guess I didn't understand that aspect of it properly oh now I want to watch it watch it I I won't watch it three times and then you might like it it yeah I was about to say it doesn't look good though I mean it looks good it looks but it looks like it might be a bit [ __ ] think I'd make a great vimes well now I need to know who vimes is no no Grimes you'd make a good Grim Grimes yeah yeah you want to [ __ ] elong musk for that type of money I would to get to Mars oh it's that guy yeah you

totally would man yeah in fact some of these pictures might even be you mhm I just have to lose some weight and that's me who's the actor what Rich Dormer what else has he done is he related to Natalie Dormer Game of Thrones I thought so everyone's done Game of Thrones no but he had quite a decent role in Game of Thrones ah did he no he doesn't look familiar to me but I didn't watch it that much you you did see him um I'm trying to remember the name of his character but he had a flaming sword all right then didn't he is that who I'm thinking of Derek Derek D remember Derek from Game of Thrones Derek Don Darion or something I think you think you think a rick your V yeah I I think this is the guy I'm thinking of woried a fire had one eye

sword was a Flames all right sword was a Flames sword sword was a flame you know who else you could play Luke if you shaved your beard off and were younger yeah hey is uh Cal from Jedi Fallen order he's a little yeah little ginger like you game Luke probably likes him for that reason yeah I finished the game I uh after I told you guys I [ __ ] hate this game a couple of weeks ago I went I finished the [ __ ] thing and I [ __ ] to play it and I've not played any more of it uh it's a great game yeah it's really good I got the reason I got annoyed is cuz I couldn't remember how to do anything and it and it kind of did not hold my hand in any way when I was

trying to relearn it doesn't it doesn't come out with the hey have you do you remember how to do this jumping trick certainly does not but I got back familiar with the controls and I finished the game and uh yeah it was great great story uh I was I'm not going to spoil anything but I got worried at the end at a certain point and I was like no come on don't do that and it didn't it did it did it in a a neat way so I was like okay interesting something that happens that I was like come on and then I was like oh okay no that's good I like that yeah I think probably knows what I mean yeah you don't yeah you you you sort of You See It Go no don't go on this path you don't need that yeah exactly exactly you've gone too far and

then it's like no no that's not what we're doing it's okay good yeah I appreciate this interesting give us more games like that someone's like come I'll introduce you to Luke Skywalker and he's like nah not interesting like this is my story oh that was sty Battlefront 2 wa oh yeah where he now you're fighting with Luke now you're fighting with Lando now he's layer as well no no no I'm not playing the game to see them I was playing the game cuz you were get me to be the storm tro BEC coming the groups of the fall of the Empire and what you're going to do to recover not you just now being a good guy hanging out with these famous people yeah marking [Laughter] me Star Wars Battlefront Mark and me God chapter 1 La

1985 so Luke we need uh we need a verdict from you Something's Happened that you you you said if this happened this could be it for a certain company and this week EA some might some might have called it a threat some might have way yeah yeah sometimes I do come across a bit threatening but yeah so BioWare have finally come out and said we're not working on Anthem anymore well EA's told them I think that they're not working on it anymore they they they were to present it to EA this week and said just say you know what have you been doing and EA said you're [ __ ] shut down not good enough I guess yeah they've been told they can work on

Dragon Age 4 the new Mass Effect yeah and the Old Republic the Old Republic the Old Republic that game is still going that MMO Jesus all right okay they can work on that they can't work on Anthem all right can't work on well well the old Republic's still bringing in money is there are more people still playing the Old Republic then I guess that doesn't surprise me yeah it surprises me a little I must say so my question is Luke are we going to give geek of the week to Anthem or BioWare I think it is time to give it to BioWare but on the books on paper they are still working on Dragon Angel cell and also come I saw an article this week

that they they went to EA and they said we don't want to put multiplayer in this because apparently EA's got this [ __ ] mandate that it doesn't matter what game you're making you got to have a multiplayer component and apparently they went and they said look it's [ __ ] Dragon Age like it's a single player game like multiplayer will not work in this and they apparently they've been given permission to not do multiplayer I don't know I still just with Dragon Age It's been a very long time we've sort of seen nothing and it's been a very long time how long was it between two and three three wasn't even that good three was all right I never finished it I finished the other two but two was worse than three I still finished two but it was worse than three

so Inquisition came out in 2011 is it no Dragon Age Inquisition was 2014 Dragon Age 2 was 2011 Okay 201 it's been [ __ ] it's been a very long time and we're not seeing anything of it wait that's terrifying yeah because I remember when we were at p and they had the secret Dragon Age Inquisition panel upstairs that was seven years ago yep oh God so that's what I'm saying like I don't there may have been some bits and pieces out for it but they should really be at the stage where they're full on Advertising these game's coming out when there's not even a release date for it yet yeah not even a year or anything so I know I think bway might be on its way

out so we're de I'm miss them geek of the we already talking oh man I don't want to they're not gone I could to missed them is this how it's going to be if one of us gets sick Luke Luke's going to be like ah I'll miss him and we won't even know we're sick yet it'll just be luke just side then you're looking a bit sick and I'm calling this now you're going to be stuffy I've got a stuffy nose looks like of the week I'm going to miss you well what do you think well yeah Dragon Age 4 I guess will be the indicator I so what Old Republic that doesn't count uh anthems can now so they've got two games what Mass Effect which yes they've announced but that's

it yeah there was a cinematic trailer Dragon Age 4 would have' been working on for n years what seven eight years or something it's the same [ __ ] games that were working on 10 years ago yep the Old Republic Mass Effect and Dragon Age it's the same [ __ ] stick with what works yeah yeah I don't know we'll see well Anthem certainly is geek of the week week cuz it's it's gone it's done you can still play it yep if you probably got maybe a year before they switch off the servers but some actually stuck around playing that game some people stuck around playing that game waiting for the update it wasn't a awful it was just not as good as the Alternatives it could have been a great game if just a few minor tweaks would

have made that game a lot better yeah let us play it single player apparently the they couldn't just make a few minor tweaks they decided to [ __ ] do whatever they were doing well they had to keep it as a looter shooter right but like flying around that world and just like over heating so I'm going to fly through this waterfall so I can go further and under water but there were so many times where I try and play that game and so you get into a game and you have to play with people people I'm playing with have played this level 20 times they don't know exactly where to go and they're flying off and just doing it and I'm s like no I want to fly and experience and investigate stuff as well but people I'm playing with are just skipping to the end and y

y it's like trying to play Diablo I with Dave back in the day try and listen to someone saying something and Dave's just gone like [ __ ] skipping the dialogue and I was like hey okay I'm not playing with you anymore no it's like playing any game with Dave I wanted to understand what the story was yeah other bad news of A Sort M vampire the Masquerade bloodlines 2 which is a convoluted name has been delayed again and they've fired the studio so that does not bode well for a game yeah it's gone from being released in 2020 to being pushed back to a date in 2020 to now to 2021 to uh we're firing the people making it and we don't have a date anymore how bad does it have to be to

sort of BU developing team like months before it's going to come out like so meant to have come out when the the first delay they fired the [ __ ] uh creative director and the narrative lead so that's not good no although to be fair that aspect of it I guess is the the last bit cuz when you're making a game making the game itself kind of takes most of the time and then the the story and all that kind of comes at the end I mean you work on it at the same time but I mean but when you get rid of your creative director and your lead Story You're basically saying the story is [ __ ] and the game's not done very well so which doesn't B well yeah it's not fun and it's and the story sucks yeah it doesn't look good or sound any good well but now they fired the [ __ ]

development team as well so not it doesn't play either story was [ __ ] it wasn't fun and now the [ __ ] game engine was apparently garbage too so that good stuff can't wait to play it yeah cuz I was actually when I was starting to hear more about this game last year I was starting to get excited about it now I don't know what piling mess we're going to get when it demos of it then it looks good but yeah I don't know the first one was [ __ ] great game the first one was fantastic I remember getting that back in the day MH when PC games still came in big boxes it's one of those games that that like I needed a actually it and kns of the Old Republic too I needed to upgrade my computer to play it and

then now when I look at them I'm like oh God yeah like I could play nice repu on my iPad and it still looks like shite compared to iPad games I must admit it didn't run very well on my on my old computer back in the day yeah I a video card just to play it oh I played it to death it was so good but I was actually thinking about this are they maybe just being a bit more careful and making sure they're not going down the city project Redway of just pushing ahead and releasing a game that's I'm not sure that any I'm not sure firing the G the studio making the game could be in any way considered a safe thing to do because you've now got to onboard a completely different development team who are not presumably not familiar with

the the code at all yeah so see do you spend do you spend time with them trying to get up to date with what's there or are they going to start from scratch CU they're going to go okay here's here's the code uh and here's a list of bugs and they're going to be like okay fine we've got like a ramp up period here where we don't know how the [ __ ] this thing works like it's just not you can't just dive in and start so fed our story editor so you're going to have to rewrite this and the creative director so decide what it looks like again yeah I don't know I think we're not getting this game for a while I guess is the takeaway and it might they've stopped accepting pre-orders for the game not good no no I I I don't think that this game's probably we now good

four or five years away from seeing this game come out yeah if it does because it was looking good I was I like the sound of it and I was looking forward to going back into that world not anymore if you want to go back into that world we could run a vampire the Masquerade game hey man I I'm always down for that I could install it no I meant like the actual role playing game okay I'm bruha no you're Luke no no bruha clan for to Clan do you remember the clan yeah yeah was it bruha or bruja I remember they say it two different ways depends who you say yeah I toror was the PO Tor mavian were crazy mhm

um scum like me yeah the disgusting uh old old world vampires yeah then there was there was one that started with C that was the like the the royal class Kaa cardians yeah capid ocean is it that something like that that's something that could be a Star Wars alien yeah um yeah capid ocian the clan of death okay one of the there's 13 clans so we're not even close to naming them all be hon I don't think there were 13 in that game there weren't I'm looking there was two for seven in the game yeah okay much closer to that hey look speaking of city project which which we mentioned a little while back because of the hack that we also talked about a few weeks back mhm uh it's delayed everything

because apparently people can't even log onto their [ __ ] computers at the office anymore because all that stuff got encrypted and then they've had to restore things and and and while they doing all that people were running around sort of checking all of their bank accounts and things and mhm yeah so nice work hackers you've you've just [ __ ] everybody over y yeah and the hackers is like thank you it was nice work and [ __ ] everyone over was my intention well they also got paid yeah they did also that 7 million yeah but now I'm annoyed so yeah the the next big patch has been delayed and actually uninstalled the game now cuz what I'm going to wait until it's back when do you uninstall games I feel I feel like that's a big move for you I'm out of

look like he actually did it and uh there's really not a whole lot of evidence he did or didn't right and it's seems like the media convicted him and that's why he's in prison well that sucks and that's not a spoiler because they open with that premise but then you kind of get presented with you know with what there is it was interesting I thought so I thought it was interesting there's a new documentary thing coming out on stand I just saw a trailer for that actually sort of looks interesting it's super villain the making of yeah the making of tekashi 69 so he was that rapper who got into a lot of trouble with the police a couple of years ago oh that one rapper that got in trouble oh that one give but I don't know it just came up mattam

first burn I'm like oh I'm not here for that I'm just avoiding a gang to try not to get shot yeah yeah terrifying we're here literally buying camouflage clothing remember that [ __ ] tram driver oh in San Francisco was he a tram driver Matt was he a tra driver he you you've been to San Francisco Luke no haven't oh they yeah they have the trams TRS in syy say yeah yeah yeah yeah this guy just was like yelling sh like funny [ __ ] over the intercom and he was trying like hey any kids on the want to drive the tram he was getting kids up there yeah [ __ ] you know you can do it I don't know what I'm doing yeah and kid like like where where are we going he's like I don't know you're driving the thing

yeah and then he cuz you're supposed to get on the back door the tra or something like that yeah yeah he stopped Charing he just pulled up and he was just like doors open get on what are you doing yeah that was I haven't asked you for any money put your wallets away see how many people we can pile on yeah like been fired and this is his last day he's just trying to load this tram full of people so we can crash it into a building or something Matt when we were in high school you weren't there Luke were you part of this I can't remember which which of our old group was there we called the bus to pen from Cambridge Park and um oh you must have been there cuz it was right around the corner from your house but the bus pulled up and the bus driver you know

how they always wore that uniform that kind of the blue shorts and the short sleeve shirt not wearing that just wearing normal clothes right we get on didn't charge us again said where are we going we said penth Plaza and then he just took us there didn't go the bus route just drove us straight to pen Plaza and dropped us off and we were just like thanks man but I don't know where the bus got sto or what but we didn't get murdered it was all good I just remembered this remember we catching the tram back from um the Castro then yes and we needed three jet lag we were jet lagged so badly and half drunk and we needed $3 each and we were trying toig we we were

so tired that we couldn't figure out that if we just put our money together yes that somebody somebody could pay stand there trying to go I'll give like I'll give you a dollar you give me a dollar you give me driver was like guys guys you got a dollar you got a dollar you got a dollar well that's $3 yeah I don't know what the [ __ ] that was about yeah well we just got an off a plane and instead of going to bed which is what we should have done we went into town to the Castro theater and watched one of the longest science fiction movies ever made 2001 of Space Odyssey cuz it was playing you stay how did you stay awake through that though great movie great movie yeah but it's also it wasn't even a good print it was an old yeah print of it and in the case

of our friend Paul he just got up and left after 5 minutes and went and saw the cone of the barber yeah he did yeah couple of things about the Castro theater Luke that make the experience even more special number one all popcorn is plain the butter gets put on the popcorn so it's actually buted popcorn so good and secondly they have an organist playing [Music] along what if they're not good they were they were good I think it was an old man and I think he' worked at that theater since the 30s he also left to see con of the [Laughter] Barbarian uh Henry caval uh this week we mentioned Mass Effect we mentioned
