welcome to multiple nerdgasm with your hosts Matt it's all bit hearty so I don't really understand it Luke is that a little sashwat penis danam I accidentally got soap in my urethra multiple nerdgasm your guide to all things nerdly I was just going to intro you go ahead go ahead we'll we'll do that by saying uh that before we started you were talking about what I consider to be the most trouble-free software app that apple have ever come out with iTunes it's never once infuriated me to the point of wanting to kill myself and others uh so it surprises me that you've been having trouble with it this week I I sort of understand what's happened so I I've moved obviously I'm in America

and I thought you're in America Matt I no idea no no I was surprise um but I thought since I'm here now I'll switch my iTunes and you know my phone and and take advantage of the much cheaper prices yeah much cheaper prices and also much more extensive Library um which I'll I'll mention in a bit um yeah but it's all country music it's all country music there m that's what they listen to don't let the numbers fo you it's called Freedom music Dan so I switched well I tried to switch to the US store uh and it said warning you've got to have a valid payment method and all that and I was like y I got all that sorted so uh I went to go through and it said oh hang on uh you're subscribed to Apple music

uh you can't change your region while that's happening and I was like all right fine I'll cancel my subscription and redo it and it said okay subscriptions canceled um just wait the two weeks until it runs out and then you can do it and I was like oh well that's annoying so I did I waited the two weeks and then I switched to the US region I've done that now and uh I got to say and I resubscribed to Apple music here mhm and uh it's it's better it's got everything um in on the Australian Apple music I don't know if our listeners have noticed or if you guys have noticed uh there are some gaps in the library probably on iTunes as well like you search for something I just get the

feeling there's a really big butt about to happen well it's it's just that you know I I lived most of my life in Australia and over the years of my you know I've used Apple stuff quite a lot uh and so I've acquired over time quite a quite a large library of purchased music on iTunes and on the app store and on on my phone on the App Store on my phone quite a large number of of things um none of those purchases exist on the US store so um as far as iTunes is concerned I have no music so I mean I have apple music so I can just read everything to my library but my library was empty do you mean just the stuff that's sort of not on the Australian stores not or on the American

store that you brought in austral is not there or do you mean no no I mean everything just everything it was just empty my my library was just empty so I was like well that's peculiar um but you know oh okay it's on the Australian region and then uh Dan before we we started recording I I briefly me this and you suggested why you just switched back to the Australian store and drag him over yeah I would do that except I've resubscribed to Apple music now so I'm going to have to wait a month until that expires before I can do that so I can't be bothered um and then not only that same applies for my phone all my apps on my phone uh I don't have those anymore um however and I was actually kind of like oh [ __ ] I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on apps and games

and things and I just don't those anymore like that doesn't make any sense uh but I discovered that you can if I go on the US store and I try to buy something that I have already bought it will give it to me for free it just doesn't say that until you try and buy it so oh yeah it's a bit flawed a right pain in the ass so yeah I think I can get everything back it's fine it's a bit of a hassle um but like I think it's going to be worth it in the end but the major issue is that I don't have the playlist that I normally use to play all our Jingles anymore because that's in my old library that got wiped out so I'm gonna have to go through and bad luck everybody yeah I mean we can I mean Jenna still has them I assume they can still be put in um retroactively but I

can't play them live right now the audience wouldn't have known this if we hadn't have told them just now that's a good point but I thought it was an interesting anecdote maybe I was wrong when do you think we're going to have be able to just have like a world wild wide license I'm assuming it's probably something to do with you know the regional [ __ ] yeah I don't know that there'll ever be such a thing as a worldwide license yeah I mean we why not I'm jokingly you know complaining about you know complaining to Apple about it but I don't know this problem is actually their problem I think maybe this is a symptom of you know all the stupid Deals they have to make for licensing music and videos and I'm pretty pretty sure they'll tell you it's your problem

to Boston ComiCon check that out as well oh I have a question have you moved your Xbox account over yet no I haven't yet I'm I'm scared now yeah I would be too oh don't be I I I do that all the time oh all right so it just oh that's the other thing too sorry on my iPhone for example and I assume on my Mac as well cuz I bought a new laptop when I got here so like it's just it's been fun times with technology um trying to get everything set up but on my um phone the apps that I had installed would stay installed right I could still use them but because I switched regions I wouldn't get updates anymore so I basically had to delete everything off my phone and reinstall it from the US store Jesus so that was that's been fun as well although it was it was a good uh

opportunity to clean up my phone sure there would be a ton of stuff on there that you probably haven't even looked at in over a year yeah absolutely I I basically I removed everything and then I um have just been adding them back as I need them for example just before this I reinstalled WhatsApp cuz I was like uh maybe I should check if we're actually all set for the podcast so I just realized you sent me a WhatsApp message I did Luke Luke this is my best aunt bre impression he better show up or they'll be hell to pay yeah I supposed to it was supposed to be read like Luke Luke Luke yeah I may have forgotten what were you doing I was in a poker tournament uhhuh uh I was all I was focusing on that and then I

remembered I still finished the game though good did you win I I didn't win I ended up in the money I came third in the tournament oh cool congratulations first but podcast is a lot more important obviously well I'm glad you think so L then pretend money I saw an article this week uh this is just a quickie um the headline was Tom Holland visits hospital as Spider-Man he's the new Spider-Man in the new Spider-Man film and in Marvel Civil War I'm going to go out there and say the best Spider-Man yeah so far I'd say but I and I I looked at it and I was like well so what if that was me the headline would just be Matthew now lives his entire life as Spider-Man like yeah I would just never take the costume off Matthew takes this

very seriously yeah I mean I get good on him for visiting the hospital I guess that aspect of it but why I mention the costume like of course he just wears that yeah you make him one he'll wear it that's what he wears that's in fact I don't even need to be in the movie make me a cool Spider-Man costume I'll wear it around I mean there maybe need to be some concessions for my my body shape let's say but um but I'll wear it well speaking of comic book movies I did something stupid oh did you yeah oh I think did you after listening to the awesome reviews that you gave last week about suicide squad yeah uh Hannah wanted to see it and we

went so Hannah obviously doesn't listen to the podcast what did you think or she would have had fair warning it it hadn't been out yet we saw it on Tuesday night it's just out now that episode I think yeah forgiven so what did you think what what did you and Hannah think oh my God that movie was terrible oh wow yeah it's not good Luke's having Luke's having an a strong [Laughter] opinion Jed letto is terrible yeah he was and have you seen he's come out and said he was tricked into making the movie the movie would be better if they put all of his scenes in and it's he was he hasn't even seen it well which is it which is it would it be better without him or better with more of him you can't have both he hasn't seen it well then how

does he know he's just going off what people are telling him he has not seen the movie so somebody comes up to him and goes Jared mate I didn't like the movie and he's like well you know what it would have been better if it had had way more of me or none of me at all [Laughter] those are those are some options that I'm giving you and it's a shame there were some great people in there yeah I agree Harley Quinn was Awesome mar Robbie yeah I thought she was good you'll never hear anyone to say a bad word about Margo Robbie but Will Smith I thought he did great as Deadshot I I I don't know that he was Deadshot he was just Will Smith but he was good cuz he he just is good I believed that uh willth was a great and that he was in

that movie that's right y yep but then I I don't know I just yeah yeah I know what you mean I don't know I mean none of the uh I mean AP from Jared Leto I don't think any of them were especially bad it just was it was just not very well put together the first real half of the movie I didn't actually feel like I was watching a movie no I didn't feel engaged or involved at all no it's it's weirdly edited very strangely structured isn't it yeah especially at the start I think they've said that they're going to well there's rumors that they're going to put out an R-rated version of it and maybe they'll reassemble it into into a film that's enjoyable maybe

but what they definitely won't do when they reassemble is go back and use footage that they' reshot with more terrible footage you know what I mean like still an rated version is not going to be the first cut that test audiences went oh not really good and the executives went well we'll make it again well apparently it's still it's it's smashing it at the box office uh because you know marketing uh but it has dropped off significantly since the uh release they had the highest Premiere in August ever so I guess they don't premere in August maybe but uh you know still no it was great and then about a week later it dropped off like 67 or 70% or something like that like it was a huge drop off yeah look the marketing I

think uh was great yeah exactly I think you know good job to whoever did that I mean [ __ ] the people who made the trailer ended up getting the job editing the film so yeah you know go team but like also don't do any more films cuz no yeah stick the trailers you're great at trailers a film is not a trailer a film is not a trailer and a film shouldn't feel like a 100 trailers sewn together with a music video as the thread yeah that was I don't know and people have saying oh you know as long as the fans like it that's good n is it all right I mean I think we're all fans we count as fans but the fans don't like it I think if your attitude is are the people who are who are uh deluded themselves into thinking it's good

because they love these characters so much like it so you know the people that would have liked it anyway like it so there's your [ __ ] proof yeah just a shame yeah they're not the ones that are going to be spending a lot of the money exactly right and because this is the conversations that the executives would have had ah Gus um not a lot people are liking the movie oh really and they're not going to see it oh no they're still going to see it oh okay so it's made a ton of cash oh yeah mate tons of casat okay well we don't care thumbs up let's do the sequel exactly let's [ __ ] out some more that's right lunch on a related note uh I this week

played a lot of a game called Arkham Knight mhm and oh man [ __ ] it's good and I was thinking why can't they make a Batman movie like this like because it seems like they're kind of trying to but it's just not working but like cuz the story in Arkham Knight is ridiculous but it's it's awesome you know like you've played this leag had play Arkham Asylum yeah that's right yes as a movie man these games are so good have you played Arkham Knight Dan no I haven't you really should it's like you you haven't played any of them have you and like I said last week I don't really know why they're so good yeah I got like I bought it just before actually bought it in Australia just

before we moved and then uh started playing it I don't know like a week or so ago and I'm I I must be nearly finished the game uh it's quite long but God it's so good so this one's available on uh the Xbox yeah and I think they're going to they're doing a HD re-release of the others too and and honestly like I'll I'll probably buy them because they're they're some of the best games I've played they're just yeah the HD re-releases Were Meant to come out this month but then um people were making fun of the trailers of it they go it looks better on the 360 or the PlayStation 3 and then with the feedback they got from that they sort of put the release date off indefinitely oh they're going to fix them up so they can work on it oh that's

a shame cuz I'd like to play play I I still have them on 360 except they're a boat why would you play on 360 when it's going to come out on the Xbox One you get more achievements yeah good point but yeah just that I mean all the mechanics like it's kind of like um you know like you start out with a limited range of abilities as Batman and then you upgrade and then you find equipment to to let you do more and more things like um you know there's a hacking tool and there's the disruptor so you can disable people's weapons and stuff and um I mean I don't want to spoil the story cuz I think anything that I say will kind of be a spoiler for the early games CU it it like it literally just follows on but [ __ ] it's just oh really yeah yeah yeah like Arkham Asylum and

then Arkham City and then Arkham Knight they are it's a complete story they're sequential yeah yeah yeah and like yeah you should definitely play them well I'm [ __ ] now aren't I no but they're so good Dan you like I guarantee you like you do do not play Arkham Origins yeah skip that one it was made by a different company that is not part of the trilogy no sounds like it is except that it would make make it not a trilogy but other than that yeah it was made by a different company not as good but yeah this one Arham night you you get to drive the Batmobile around finally and it's [ __ ] awesome and I was like why can't they make a movie like this where it's like it it's it's over the top and silly but like in a like they're committed to it

and it's like it works because all of the characters are like that and it's not like I don't know I don't know what it is it it captures the the sense of of Batman better than you know [ __ ] Batman vers Superman did CU they mention like Superman and stuff he's not in this but uh you know there's a Lex cor building in in Gotham and they mention stuff like that so maybe that's what it is because I don't think Batman works with any of those other characters very well no he really in that whole universe Batman is very different yeah cuz he's just a man very different and the rest of them are all metahumans metahumans yeah anyway Arkham Knight get a big big thumbs up from me uh and I would recommend you check it out however I also recommend you play the others and

they'll be spoiled if you play this one first so in order yeah I me play him in order the games won't be spoiled just the story will so and it is a great story you should experience yeah it's good it's very comic book uh in in a good way [ __ ] yeah and it's like dark it's real dark you like it Dan you'll like it [ __ ] yeah but I'm [ __ ] now I don't have a 360 anymore no no it's going to come back in the Xbox one yeah they're going to they'll releas later in a year yeah oh well I'll wait then yeah yeah you got some time and you could watch it' be even prettier in other gaming news uh apparently Minecraft on the Oculus Rift will just make you vomit everywhere so they're not it's not ready yet did you see this article they said um I think Gamescom is on or has been on

and they were demoing some stuff and apparently I mean I can imagine why apparently just playing Minecraft on the Oculus Rift after you know 10 15 minutes and he was going to vomit so I mean I'm not convinced that the Oculus Rift is good for anything and I certainly can't imagine the Minecraft experience being enhanced by the Oculus well there is only one thing I think that VR is actually going to be good for porn or two no racing games and flight Sims well apparently it is it's nice like uh he said like running around climbing to the top of a mountain and looking around is very like you know or inspiring and being down in a cave is kind of scary again like you know like it used to

Minecraft used to be a bit scary it's not anymore um but it's just it just makes you feel really sick so yeah I don't know yeah that could be a lot of games I'm I'm I'm I am going to get a VR headset as soon as the Scorpio comes out and I can get it on the Xbox Scorpio you're mad yeah I probably have to you we it's we will get one and they'll solve these problems I think it's just that I don't know Minecraft is not technologically uh how do we say uh it's supposed to look like a retro game anyway I can't believe that they're rushing to get Minecraft ready for the Oculus yeah I know oh I can I really can people are still spending hundreds of hours in that game yeah

but I mean Minecraft I don't know whether it still is uh it was just it's Java it was like it's very heavy on the um CPU and the ram because it runs in the jvm it's like it's not a highly optimized modern video game it's it's a little Indie thing that was not you know doesn't run that well uh even on you know high in Hardware I mean it run it runs fine but it's not optimized or anything like that and so I think maybe that's what they're having trouble with like they do have uh settings to try and make it more VR friendly but apparently they don't work very well whereas other games have been successful at that like you don't feel sick playing them like they figured out little thing little trips oh that's a bonus then isn't it

yeah if it doesn't make you want to like CU I was like oh man I'd really like to play Fallout 4 but also I don't want to throw up while I'm playing it like I think Fallout 4 would be fun to play in VR I have heard that one of the little tricks they do in some games is they put like a little Shadow just where your nose would be just at the bottom of the screen so you can't quite see it but you know there's something there yeah right that makes sense well they should put a dick in as well if I want to strain my neck all the way down oh I thought just because they they do a no thing cuz you can always see a nose I thought maybe you just got always got a dick in your face yeah yeah that's what I meant well I always know where mine is you can't quite see it but you know it's there

St the corner of your eye look speaking of uh dicks we do have some dick news today we do did you guys see this I did I saw a an animated gif of it on uh I think on Reddit yeah I mean this is uh this is an Olympic Pole vter from Japan called hii heroki o mhm heroki o spot on or something to that effect who um obviously is a champion Paul vter uh but in the qualifying round of the Olympics uh clears the bar uh unfortunately his dick does not gives it a little tap at the end and loses him the chance to actually compete in the games yeah it's like it's pretty funny to watch yeah I mean and the expression on his face is uh I mean there are no

words but if were words it's something like damn my huge penis yeah yep it's just gets caught on the pole as he as he slides over the top and uh that is tragic tragic yeah but hey I mean if if you're going to fail to qualify it's not the worst way to do it no you were perfectly you'd be a great Paul vter if you didn't have a big dick yeah oh the news won't stop going on about my huge dick yeah like if somebody came up to you the night before and said look um you're going to fail tomorrow and it's going to be for one of two reasons one you can't do it because your dick's too big two you can't do it because your

I mean do puns I don't know how the Japanese language Works do they have puns in Japan um I mean I is is is a like a an English thing like an English language thing no no no okay no but I you know Japanese is a nuanced language so I mean I don't know yeah I don't know whether puns kind of work the same or or whether they love puns as much as we do yeah yeah my Japanese sort of is pretty much kicha and struggling not to say [ __ ] after that well that's a good one I used to work with some Japanese programmers and I learned some phrases but I didn't like they're not it's not like uh you know in school I assume you guys also studied a language like I studied Italian and basically they kind of teach

you the equivalent words in that language and then that's how you can kind of start that's learning a language go on yeah no no no but well not in [ __ ] Japanese it's not because it doesn't work like that like right so you just have to learn whole phrases rather than what well that's how I did it too because yeah there's there's no there isn't the same kind of equivalence I don't oh I don't think anyway um CU it's just they they began from two completely different points whereas European language is all kind of branched off from from Latin or whatever so uh yeah they branched off of a Proto European language that Latin is part of but the upper European like the Germanic languages didn't Branch off from Latin well obviously that's what I meant I Str English yeah you

do no the same as Chinese Matt it's the same in Chinese which I'm trying unsuccessfully to learn yeah it's just very hard to find an anchor not only can't I say the words but the words mean different things yeah no I know it's like when uh I assume it's you know it's probably the same thing like the slightest M mispronunciation and they don't know what you mean like yeah oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah like even just I've tried I tried to ask for some edamame at a Japanese restaurant they didn't know what I was saying and I'm like yeah the beans and then they they figured it out but I was like what was I doing wrong y y I was in China few weeks ago and I was in a Starbucks and Starbucks there is like Starbucks anywhere and they've got that kind of

glass counter with the snacks you know breakfasty snacks and there was raisin toast there right and there was a sign that said in English raisin toast and then something in Chinese that I assumed meant raisin toast as well uh so at the counter I was saying raisin toast and they were like looking at me like I was [ __ ] insane and and then I went over and pointed at it right after kind of trying a raisin toast right you know all of that um went over and pointed at it because I figured I they must just not say it anything like this sure and the woman goes oh raisin toast I'm like yes like yeah but the slightest little wrong thing I know it's and I don't have any idea what you're [ __ ] talking about it's like I don't know I think it's cool

like that yeah I put up with any of our [ __ ] ignorance exactly just talk louder at them Dan that's right exactly usually works uh but yeah I know I mean Luke's been to Japan I'm sure uh you know that was an experience I'd love to I'd love to go I've never been to an Asian country take Hanah with you she's great cuz she can actually speak yeah I know speak it and so she's great to come along whereas I just smiled at people and nodded I did too but I found that got me quite far yeah right oh I I had a lot of people come up and just start stroking my beard I that was mostly me though very accommodating in my experience Japanese people like I said I worked with a few few Japanese programmers and they yeah

very accommodating of my ignorance yeah yeah they are in Japan they are in China they don't give a [ __ ] I've told you about trying to get my washing done at a laundromat haven't I no when I was in China was in Beijing the first time I was in China I took a bag of laundry to a laundromat not one where you do it yourself one where you just give them a bag of laundry and money and you wash it and you get it the next like we did the first time first and only time I've done that was in San Francisco and it was amazing remember yeah exactly I'm currently doing it every week because my washing machine is broken but that's another story I me it's not a story that's that's the story you know everything about that but um I was in China and I took a bag of laundry

into this place that's literally just a counter and behind it washing machines Y and I gave it to the woman and she just looked at me like what what am I going to do with these yeah no idea what you want mate and you know I tried and I'm I'm like I'm miming I'm miming washing clothes she's just looking at me like no no say the words I'm going to need you to say the words these aren't going to fit me buddy yeah I'm pointing at them and then pointing at the washing machine and she's looking at no I don't know what you want mate you could be literally in here for any reason I'm not about to guess well I hope one day to visit me in Singapore yeah well I I I'm so far from

you now I'm so far away from you right now yeah you are I I'd like to point out though I am visiting you in a month's time yeah right it is no further from Singapore to America than it is from America Singapore but now I don't have to do a thing you'll come to me Denny Dad I'm thinking about coming to visit you next year nice well we'll have a direct from Cambra to Singapore next year so I'll just look out for cheap flights and over yeah maybe I'll uh I'll try and do the same then yeah it'll take you slightly longer you'll have to go on three planes but yes I'll figure it out yeah well you guys are coming here obviously and I I have a little story that I learn I learned about recently we're up in Boston for Boston ComiCon

and we met up with uh Jenna's brother Jared who was a listener hello Jared uh and we went out and I we we're kind of wondering around and I said oh why don't we go to that bar that we went to when Luke and I met up with you here in Boston right remember Luke I remember that yeah I remember Luke so I got very drunk at that bar didn't I yeah we actually went there a couple of times because we went there as part of the the Pack's pub crawl and then we went there with Jared and I think we might have been there at another Point as well but we were there at least twice so I said why don't we go there and then Jared and his girlfriend Marie both said oh yeah I don't think we want to go there and I was like why and

it turns out there is this mystery going on in Boston I don't know how many people are aware of this like it's kind of this urban legend guess at this point men are being abducted outside of bars this bar is one of them and then just turning up dead in the river Jesus so so we didn't go there obviously could been me that's right and then I mean this is one of those things where uh this the website that I've linked uh is kind of it's just some guy's blog and I mean there are some kind of spirous connections between the people and and that but I mean the the story is quite similar like it's somebody who gets separated from their friends or whatever or or um one of the stories is uh cuz

you know it's very gets very cold here right and then someone will step outside for a cigarette and because the bars get so busy the doormen will say well you can't come back in and they'll be like well my [ __ ] jacket and everything's in there and and they're like oh sorry we're full and so they'll wander off I guess to find a pay phone and then a month later they'll show up floating in the river with no jacket with no jacket yeah so I yeah I don't know maybe uh I mean I'll I'll keep you guys updated cuz one of the comments seems to indicate that uh there's been another one recently that's not covered by this article another person has I'm going for a drink there when I get there well it's

not just that bar apparently there are there are a few and there are I think Luke's planning on being outside a lot of bars and we might be safe now because it seems like uh I mean some of the guys are are older but a lot of them seem to be in their in their 20s uh so we might be safe now because we're a bit older but there is the what the the first one mentioned here is uh John deio he's 49 or was 49 sorry and uh he was found in 2003 and and these run from 2003 up to this year uh February 2016 and then the one in the comments uh say this is July another body found in the river so yeah the theory is something is

happening to these people uh and no one knows what it is and the police apparently one of the theories is just suicide but a lot of the families of these people are like no like they just why would they do that there's no reason so so here's the thing if if it was to happen to any of us while we're there it would probably be me because who's more likely to wander off yeah true very true well that made me think too like cuz cuz I mean you stayed out several times when I yep went back to the hotel so I was like it could have been you so you're implying Luke might actually be involved I am now I guess yeah just trying to see did anyone go missing while I was there do we need to play the [ __ ] crimes jingle

unpack that for us a bit I can I can but unfortunately as soon as you unpack it it becomes less interesting than just the [ __ ] compressed information that that involves but basically yeah there's a lot of potential in that title yeah that's right so um two uh young teens went out one night last week hunting Pokémon as uh heans and others I want to do MH um walking through a park and uh suddenly saw two people a man and a woman wearing Pig masks uh and t-shirts and his said King and hers says Queen who uh flushed a laser at them which I I'm assuming they mean a laser pointer right yeah you can get some pretty strong ones that are like as

there was a a gentleman in massach where is that Matthew I don't I don't think you've told us yet well I'm in Rhode Island and uh which is which is just next to Massachusetts and uh a man in Massachusetts wanted on heroin traffi trafficking offenses was uh surrounded his house was surrounded uh by the police and they demanded he come out of the house uh and an old man emerged an elderly man emerged from the house yeah yeah I assume Willy woner in the Chocolate Factory style go on yeah I came out and I assume said something like oh let me go I'm just an old man yeah he he's in there uh and then when the police detained him they realized it was the 31 year-old criminal

in Old Man makeup it was in fact a cunning disguise now they've got a Photoshop here on the site where they've just photoshopped him as an old man and I like to think that it was that elaborate oh is that photosh so disappointed yeah I don't think that was actually well that is the makeup cuz I mean that's impressive oh I hope so he even you know he it looks like you know so it's so well done it's like bad here's the thing if it was a good disguise if it was good old man makeup he probably could have gotten away with it if he just left a little earlier yeah right like don't wait till the cops are there saying come out then come out in Disguise going it's not me yeah don't wait till they call your name his name Shawn Miller Shawn Miller come out and

a couple who live in Kansas um were the victims I guess of a of a kind of computer programming error um apparently the firm that does a lot of Ip mapping so like you know when you're on the internet you you have an IP address and this company Maps those IP addresses to physical locations so that and the police and and other companies use that to locate you kind of when you're when you're doing stuff on the internet and yeah what they did when they were building the system uh the the default is this kind of latitude and longitude in Kansas uh not actually the Center of America for some reason uh I can't it it does it does go into detail

about why but the point is that it's not the middle of America it's actually quite you know off a bit in the middle of Kansas yeah man I mean everybody knows that the precise center of the United States is in Northern Candace near the Nebraska border yeah right well yeah everyone I'm reading directly yeah I know know okay the reason is that the uh the actual Center is an ugly number so they just kind of rounded it down I'm looking at it right now it's disgusting it's a lot of a lot of dots and and decimal places so they rounded it to a location that happens to be where this couple lives in a they rent a house in Kansas and and that's a farm and that's where they live and so what's been happening is every time the FBI or whoever goes to look up the IP address

of a criminal and the system doesn't know where it is it says it's their house so but how many times have they fallen for it [ __ ] they're at the Old Farm again I know right because they driven out there oh for the 57th time they're suing the company er they're suing the company because apparently uh it's gotten as far as uh it's been reported that he's holding girls at the residence for the purpose of making pornographic films like I've just realized something it's been reported that he's doing that because of this mistake if you're going to commit crime in the United States uhhuh yeah you need to go and hide out that's exactly what I was thinking because anyone who calls it in the FBI just going to go no no no no it's a

false alarm it's a computer eror they're not there and when they turn up just just walk out in your old man makeup and say no it's not me it's one of those new fangled computer errors but yeah so they're seeking uh $75,000 in Damages so actually I actually how do they put a dollar for handle you on I don't know lawyers just do that I like the they they're not going stupid with what they're asking for I like that no and apparently that's it's it's almost doable isn't it but I just I want to know how they arrived at that number anyone else they'd be asking for like $50 million plus this plus they just give us 75 we'll forget about it and also apparently the company has fixed the

error by moving the location of the default to the middle of a lake so I guess that's where I'm going to bury all the bodies exactly Matt you're you're good with computers and stuff yeah so this program that they've got that just defaults to this number yeah couldn't they just set it up that it went just default to unknown if they didn't know it I guess it depends right cuz they're kind of just supplying a response like you feed it an IP address and it gives you back a latitude and longitude I assume that's how it works and so they so they do need to have like a default but then I guess the it's the fault of whoever's interfacing with that kind of thing so like if the police build this software and they don't allow for the fact that maybe this thing won't know

then you know but like you said it's not great because if that guy does commit a crime and then it spits back his house they are going to be like ah guess we don't know where they are so so in a way he's uh he's he's missed an opportunity there no or has he because now he's s they're definitely not going to think it's him doing any crime and then go out there ball yeah okay I don't know man have you watched making a murderer true did you hear he's actually going free no the kid is I don't know yeah the kid is the young kid oh the kid is yeah I don't think he is what's his name I don't know I just heard that someone was going free with that and it was just after someone's mother or wife got a huge tattoo or something okay that

wall and bought a new one yeah um no I don't think she can there anymore which is good but um no she actually is unaware that she has moved right oh no um not only is she not upset about it she has no idea but has noticed some peculiar things happening she says to me Dar have you um you cooked dinner for yourself tonight I said no not yet she go are you going too said yeah why she goes I haven't cooked dinner for myself for quite some time in fact me and my friends have eaten out at a restaurant every night for about 6 weeks oh no so she's just living the good life now basically it's adorable is it though is it well my n is my n's also in a in a home oh they call

it a home they call it a I think they call it something fancy over in England yeah but uh right okay this is this is called a residence or something yeah right she loves it something Gardens residence yeah where I want to live yeah yeah well like and again she was she was opposed to it my n uh and then once she got in there she was like this is awesome cuz it's like yeah you she's just there with a bunch of friends and uh she can be you know it's like cuz you know they like to they like to [ __ ] about the other ladies and uh you know all that kind of thing and they knit together and you know cuz my n's a stereotype I mean it basically sounds like us in our 20s I want to have my games room I want to have someone feed me I want to have

someone clean for me yep they do that yep and that's it that's all I want what happens when you're have to go to work what happens when you're unable to operate an Xbox controller anymore look my n's not worked a day in her entire life she has never had a job I'm I'm thinking about me now um what would if I can't hold a controller yeah what happens when you get too old to operate a controller do I have to get the dick controller back up again well I'm assuming you won't be able to operate that either by that point get it back up again um the second I can't use a play a game it's time to let me go just hold that pillow over my face you you're going to sh sh don't fight it you're going to patch it yourself pretty

it's first thing in the morning here so it's not much good if I ask you know five minutes before we record the show no so a question this week comes from list Nate and he wants to know how can he deal with the crushing heartbreak of the delay of Final Fantasy 15 I would go as far as saying the first game shouldn't have been called Final Fantasy it clearly wasn't true and you know I would have felt uh when the second Final Fantasy came out just as I felt during the end credits of The Never Ending Story right yeah let down well they did make sequels so but this I mean Final Fantasy looks like the kind of [ __ ] that Luke would play so Luke I love the Final Fantasy game oh okay cool I didn't know that yeah I like him as well so I've played through every single one yeah and

15 does look except for a few at the start where it's just confusing as to what's what right so not every single one play through a lot every single one is very specific phrase you know what I mean I mean and there are a lot of them yeah you played some of them you played some that's fine y I played a lot yeah well I played Kingdom Hearts yeah Kingdom Hearts does that count yeah kind of what's it do with the no I mean no no this is actually good that the game's been delayed why is that no on there there I still have finished Fallout 4 yet and they're about to release new DLC for it mhm now that new DLC it's meant to be a bit chunky and it's coming out the end of the month whereas Final Fantasy uh 15 was coming out like on the

9th of September I think or the 15th right so that's only like two weeks finish off Fallout 4 now because they pushed it back I'll have more time to focus on Fallout 4 to finish that before I have to worry about getting to another huge game yeah and you'll need it because you haven't even even finished the main game yet no then you've got the first round of DLC which I actually finished up this week done all that now standing by for the next round yeah I'm gonna get back into Fallout 4 as soon as I finish Arkham night and look guys I think I think Luke's just delivered a very thoughtful and uh and helpful answer I think I did surprising me well do we have a do we have a jingle for ask GM uh well we have it was called question time question time before when

Luke did the jingle I thought think askm is better askm is better uh do you want to deliver a jingle for that or should I do a jingle uh through the week I think uh I think the jingle needs to you know there's a lot of potential in this jingle okay I don't think we should rush out of jingle for argasm all right I'll see if I can put something together any uh requirements uh yeah I think you know what they are okay good it's probably just going to sound like this perfect so was that it did we just hear the jingle maybe maybe lay a fat beat under that baby and you've got it uh uh before we I mean we we we're coming up on an hour now I think um wow that's gone quick yeah before we go though I did want to talk about this

fast eight news just because I'm a big fan of these movies now since watching yeah I think we all are now furious seven fast seven converted us all yeah so The Rock which one which which ones are fast and which ones are Furious they're not both now are they no I think they just kind of decid because I remember five was Fast Five everyone was saying Fast Five yeah but was this furious seven well here's the thing right in this article they they say the headline is fast8 the rock calls that his candy as co-stars and then in the second paragraph As production on furious eight wraps up which one is it yeah I don't know maybe it's and the maybe it's oh dear well anyway the the point of

this is uh the next one number eight now Stars just everybody like everybody from from Seven is back so you've got uh you got Dwayne The Rock Johnson Luke's favorite actor not everyone from Seven mat oh yeah not everyone sorry yeah good point good point I'm burning you know what I mean yeah yeah you know what I like Paul Walker in these movies and uh I'm I am a little sad that he's gone because he's like the only character who's been in all of them I think well has The Rock not been in all of them no not the rock who all no Vin Diesel wasn't in the second one I don't think so I guess I guess thought he was too good for realiz he was I guess now nobody's been in all of them

so yeah Dwayne Rock Johnson's back VN diesel tyes Gibson ludicrous and Michelle Rodriguez she's she's pry I think it's pronounced Lou dakis Lis LS dakis Michelle Rodriguez is great in these because she's just Michelle Rodriguez like she's a tough tough Latino chick tough Latino chick yeah uh uh Kurt Russell returns he was in in uh seven returns yeah yeah he was in seven and uh so was Jason Stam what oh yeah yeah everybody Jason saan was the the villain that they eliminated uh did he die I don't remember have I forgotten how they no but I mean there's no need to bring him back he's not blow filled maybe he is now but now they've also got Helen mirin Charli's Theon uh Christopher hivu I don't know who that is and Scott Eastwood I don't

know who that is but uh right so they got more people Helen mirin Helen mirin yeah MH mhm yeah right okay that that that was that made me do a double take all right uh however the the the meat she kicks ass yeah same the meat of this article is uh The Rock's recent Facebook status update that says this is my final week of shooting Fast and Furious 8 there's no other franchise that gets my blood boiling More Than This One an incredible hardworking crew Universal Studios entertainment has been great part have sorry has been great Partners as well my female co-stars are always amazing and I love them my male co-stars however are a different story some conduct themselves as standup men and true professionals While others don't the ones that don't are too chick

chicken [ __ ] to do anything about it anyway candy asses when you watch this movie Next April and it seems like I'm not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling you're right so Jesus yeah all right so it's obviously whoever plays the bad guy um no it's um oh don't know who this is it's about Vin Diesel is it yeah what how do you know that they some reason did not get along really really evidently they were not going to finish filming together and they had to sit down and talk to him like you need to go and finish this scene wow interesting cuz I thought Vin Diesel cuz he's like I'm the big tough muscly one he's like no I'm the big tough muscly one but both of them seem cool like the argument we always have you

know what I mean yeah that's right but like both of those guys like Dwayne The Rock Johnson uh call him by his full name always obviously uh he seems really cool like he seems like a cool guy I think it'd be fun to hang out with him Vin Diesel seems like a cool guy he'd be fun to hang out with him he's he's a nerd he likes D and DS that's why that's why man's two alpha dogs kind of that I don't but I mean I wouldn't have called Vin Diesel and Alpha like just based on what I know about him he plays D and D you think if he hung out with us we'd be like Vin do what we say he oh what do you guys want to do yeah you and me as friends ain't we guys yeah what you guys want to do that's my V dies

little tangent but the first Rambo film right is so different from the others yeah I love First Blood and it's it's based on a book which I also love Which is far more brutal than the movie yeah cuz I actually the first one I saw was probably what's the third one the uh Rambo 3 and helps the Taliban fight the Russians in Afghanistan yeah yeah yeah and then uh and obviously I saw the new one but they were just kind of action movies with a little bit of a you know man the new one was pretty awful yeah but uh yeah that first one was um you know he was walking along at the end and all you know it's just yeah the first one is moving as [ __ ] yeah it's just different movie The and the and his his old Commander that they always get in that recruits him in all the sequels but

in the first one they have to bring him in cuz he's the only one he'll listen to to re him in when he's gone [ __ ] nuts and started killing all these cops like it's so good so good yeah just a completely different type of movie reminds me of Highlander go on yeah no I know what you got the first movie and then the SE is just something completely different okay I like what they're now alien in terms of plot structure yeah terms of just the storyline yeah yeah I know I know what you mean yeah and [ __ ] Highlander 2 was so confusing first time I saw it I was like [ __ ] I love Highlander [ __ ] me Highlander 2 yeah wait what what there's an interview on the DVD of Highlander 2 with the producers of Highlander 2 who

actually admit we're sorry we we don't know what it's about where we thought it was a good idea at the time I don't know what we were thinking clear a good idea it was not I mean obviously it was written not as a Highlander movie and then they just made it a Highlander movie they forced it into one [ __ ] ridiculous and then third one they just changed it all again yeah and then the third one wasn't bad no no no it was I consider the third one to be the sequel to the first one the second one to be not a Highlander movie and the rest to just not exist at all yeah cuz I actually don't mind Highlander too if you pretend it's not the sequel to Highlander yeah I mean I I'll watch Christopher Lambert in any movie he's he's great yeah I love

Christopher Lambert out of all the kind of 80s action movie people he was he was my guy me too and I looking back I can't really understand why no I know it's just because Fortress was was great [ __ ] Highlander um what's the one Mean Guns where IC tea locks them all in a prison and they have to [ __ ] shoot like as a competition to win like million dollars and he's in that mhm yeah [ __ ] Christ guns fall down from the ceiling in a prison yeah they tip them all in there yeah all these Hit Men yeah yeah it's a great movie yeah Christopher Lambert man yeah I got to check I'm trying to see if Fortress is on Netflix otherwise I have to get at Italy

a just watch lock out watch some good movies in Italy same movie you know what I'm watching at the moment and I've caught up I think there's one more episode to go but I got to wait a week for it to come out it's the new HBO series called the night of oh I've heard it night of what Doo someone said we should watch that you should all right maybe I mentioned it last week no I think a listener wrot and I'm see the thing is I've got the issue now is listeners WR in while I'm asleep obviously because um you know it's during Australian daytime yeah but the great thing about email is that it waits for you to wake up no I know but I wake up and I read it and because I'm you know it's very early in the morning I I

tend to think I'll respond to that later and then I get that's when I read my emails too yeah I know I need to get better about flagging them I just need a better process is what I'm saying I'll grab my phone in the morning wake up and I'll be like ah check the old emails and then they just disappear into my brain somewhere the latest show I've got from Italy is called waywood Pines you guys seen that no h it's another one of those kind of creepy sci-fi it looks a little bit like uh Twin Peaks you're just trying to find stranger things too aren't you yep yep in fact I found it after I Googled what should I watch after stranger things and variety had put a list together there you go that was nice of them fck I love stranger things and I'm still jaming on the soundtrack oh yeah that's on uh
