serious question for you guys go on how do you go through day today without drinking anything I mean alcohol-wise is this a conversation you want to have on air welcome to multiple nerdgasm with your hosts Matt Luke and Dan multiple nerdgasm your guide to All Things nerdy I haven't had a drink in weeks sure okay well then you know how you just look I I think how do you do it easily look I think the reason you find it more difficult than other people to not drink is because you're an alcoholic ah yeah yeah you're actually it's kind of like you know we make a lot of jokes about it but that's that's the

reason yeah it's like it was like you remember back back when you smoked and you you wondered how people went through the day not smoking same thing really yes where now you just don't have to do it cuz you're not addicted to it anymore yeah I don't know cuz I get home and I go I'm going to have a drink and I'm used to drinking like probably a liter of stuff a night mhm I'm including the June with the tinic water sure mhm and now I get home and I I'll have like a can of soft drink and it's just I don't know it feels weird okay well I don't want to blow your mind Luke but uh a lot of people just drink water I I I tried that let's not go crazy [ __ ] that's so left field man I just can't get into that all right so yeah I'm not drinking anything until I go on

holidays all right and then by then you'll be so unused to it you'll only need a couple so I'll become a lightweight again yeah it' be like I'm 15 again 15 remember me remember of the Henry Lawson Club at 15 don't don't add the Henry Lawson Club on the show yeah had a lot of friends Club they did a lot for us over the years when we were under certainly did you have to remember that was like 23 years ago now y wow that place has changed a lot since we used to go there really has Luke you and I went there year before last yeah it was different yeah really it's completely different feel I remember I all I remember is uh is Pok machines and um and bicard and

Cooks from when I was a teenager they still got the poker machines there but they're now not as prominent Coke anymore no bicardi no no bicardi it's like just Jim Bean Coke mate it's the western suburbs of Sydney they still got VB on tap though I don't know why I used to drink bicard and Coke neither do I I drank a lot of those back then I used to drink VB and bourbon and Coke yeah Bourbon and Coke for sure mhm Luke did you ever jump on the bandwagon that we were on for a little time where you drink VB and lime yes I did I think I remember I don't know who started that in our group but there was this whole big thing for ages where we'd be like VB and lime thanks in Lime yeah Jesus such a strange mix actually I want

to try that again I'm going to get a VB in Lime next time I'm when I'm allowed to drink again no on holiday you're not no probably won't get VB and Li in France you might get lime I don't know um there's a there's a little coffee shop SL bar across from my office it's it's literally the only thing for miles around to eat at um and they have a few beers there and it's a very very limited range and I don't know who does the ordering but one of these very few beers that they do have VB huh wow yeah great they've got VB and then they've got like that Goblin whatever the [ __ ] and a couple of other craft beers and then the local beer and that's it Goblin whatever the [ __ ] don't pretend you don't know what the goblin H Goblin hobgoblin that's it yeah I finished to work out that the

beer I like is sort of like the cheapest Bogen beer I figured that out years ago country like why is Luke drinking such garbage beer cuz I drink VB and then when I was over in um Japan I was drinking like their cheapest beer and yeah I just found that's the beer for me the beer of the people what's Japan's cheapest beer like aahi or something that's that's pretty good is good man I I really enjoy isah I was going to say they don't I like a lot of Japanese beer santor do a great beer as well yeah so yeah that that's to be for me anything AER I just don't I don't like the the the PS the ipas especially I'm just not a fan yeah I've not managed to find a beer I like in America you probably like Bud Light to be honest yeah that sounds like

something that people k each other with in high school mate you'd probably like Bud Light it's awful that was like Dave Dave's used to throw around my mom would hate you well all right next time I'm over there I'm going to try Bud Light now when you say light it's not is it light in alcohol or light in light in carbs it's made of rice from what I understand someone could write in and correct might I've had rice beers yeah it's sort of like how like in Australia you've got like yeah the low and carbs so you got like pure blond and stuff but our light beer is just means as reduced amount of alcohol yeah yeah they don't that's not a thing here well they all have different alcohol ratings anyway like you know ranging from like 3 or 4% up to 10

so they'll tell you what the alcohol percentage is when you're on on the menu usually so you can make an informed decision when you buy menu like where Luke's drinking is like a restaurant and he's holding a drinks menu and ordering his VB off that you do have to be careful not to order like you know you there a couple of craft breweries if you go in there and the beers are all like 10% and then you're like I'll just have a couple of beers and then you're like destroyed so stick with what you know when I was in Munich earlier in the year um they had this this one beer or a couple I mean the Munich beers are great but there's a there's the the longest running brewery in the world is in Munich it's been running for a

thousand years oh wow they've got that recipe down if you know what I mean I'm going to be a munic in a couple months oh really I'm heading over to Amsterdam and I'm going to go to where gin was made okay created I'm going to get do that all right where it was created named after its creator Jin erso yep someone dropped some Elder flour into a bottle of vodka and was like ah [ __ ] or a glass of V that tastes pretty good no no it's juniper berries oh sorry yeah you're right you're right well that's why I don't make gin I got some homemade gin in there on the Shelf yeah I've made my own gin all right [ __ ] me it's just me then doesn't know what gin is well no that's the thing like you can still mix it with anything you want

anything you want yep except Bud Light don't do that don't don't don't mix it with VB yeah VB and Jin thanks wait I Luke made a little noise like he's about to say oh I've done that no no I remember once inside his body for sure remember when you had to camp out to buy tickets to go to like any show I never did but yes go on I remember lining up I think it was ticket for Red Hot Chili Peppers I would not I would not stand outside for tickets to Red Hot camp out [ __ ] I did and I remember we we came up with this concoction it was VB MH Coke and bourbon it called the vinator separately or just pour the VB out on the floor and trick the bent it was actually quite

nice sure it was probably won't try it to be fair probably won't try it but I don't really mix drinks with coke these days either so no no either be we're so [ __ ] old yeah welcome to multiple alcoholic gasm for this week we ACC Luke of over drinking and then and then just [ __ ] go down that rabbit hole Coke is way too sweet for me these days that's why I don't I to drink much soft drink in general I'll drink a ginger beer that stuff's good all right grandpa have grab our some ws and a ginger beer settle down I button up my waste coat and then pop on some talk radio yeah smoke my pipe

who's [ __ ] and I was like oh a friend of ours and then and he was like oh is does he like Minecraft can I add him and I was like yeah you can add him yeah so and then and I saw him secretly messaging luk and saying do you want to start our own team and we can just beat these guys great gold team yeah Luke Luke listen to me very carefully right now he is too young for Gayo yes I did think G to know the Nuance of it right well I think the world has moved on from G we were trying to convince cuz you know there's there could be a lot of swearing involved when you're playing Halo and cuz we're a bunch of us all in

the same room so we started saying what the hunk and trying to convince him that that was a thing he was not fooled yeah go go have another were's original I have not played Halo in probably years like multiplayer player and it just came back to me so naturally and awful at it it was so fun the last time I played Halo was with the two of you uh Matt when you and I lived on Australia Street in New Town [ __ ] hell all right that was a oh wow yeah and I was like well that was a funish hour and a half but I probably won't be putting that game back on again no it is it's fun it's a it's a good time well um I do have to relearn the controls every time though because I'm trying to play it you know Borderlands style which ends up throwing grenades

every time I want to zoom in and snipe someone mate I think all game developers should just get together and agree on one set of controls and it should kind now it should be the Fallout controls oh yeah cuz sometimes I try to duck and I end up running and I'm like [ __ ] this is [ __ ] yeah it's it's they're nearly there there's still some games that do try to be a little bit different and still annoying stop being different yeah but also what they need to bring back is that you need to be able to set as default your controls are inverted yeah they got rid of that it used to be Xbox 360 you can just set that in your settings now every time I start playing a new game I start playing and then I have to hit pause and go change my settings that's that is dumb I just

sure so I went and saw Spider-Man oh far from home yep so this is the first movie that's come out since endgame and oh yeah it had a bit of a different tone I felt interesting what way well if with every other sort of movie we've had in a while like there's been like a lot of Heroes in it oh yeah sure so there's always been sort of cross even like Thor had Hulk um even the last like Spider-Man had uh Iron Man and everything this time it was just Spider-Man and that was it oh that's cool though no other Avengers dropped in or anything like that okay um it's not a bad movie um one thing the the no the one thing cuz the villain was so strong in the first one oh yeah tombs like [ __ ] stole that Ro from our anomy Michael

Keaton I know so disappointing we'd even done ke that one was just so relatable and everything this one was just lacking a bit and I think it was actually so I think they actually realized that their villain wasn't the greatest where they had to actually stop and then explain how the villain came to be in the middle of the movie oh that's always good yeah but yeah it's Spider-Man still in the Marvel Universe I don't know where they're going from here though yeah well they've got a big uh they've announced they've got like an hour and a half panel at uh at ComiCon this year which presumably I mean CU we don't really know a whole lot about what's coming up next so I I assume that's where they're going to announce a bunch of stuff and I think

we're in sort of a weird spot for what's coming up next because I know I think a lot of people are sort of yep I'm done Yes actually I heard that sentiment a lot I like oh I can piece out of the the thing now yeah but then there's also ones I still want to see like I want to see the next Guardians movie and stuff but still it's I'm glad James gun's back on Instagram now he's gone back to posting behind the scenes stuff because he stopped for so long you know what he should do he should just go and post a whole bunch of pedophile jokes and be like because I can yeah we've been through this guys it's okay now yeah you can't convict someone for the same crime twice Double Jeopardy Double Jeopardy yeah no I know what you mean though Luke I I don't think I'm

necessarily tapped out but I feel they really did wrap up the story that had been brewing for quite some time um and they need to start something very good or or I'm I'm not going to necessarily because the momentum's stopped now so this this Spider-Man movie better be promising something seriously great to get me back in the cinema after essentially watching the end right right and that's the thing like when I walked out I wasn't going great I can't wait to see what's next I sort of just walked out and go okay that was a Spider-Man movie it wasn't a didn't really feel connected and that was going to be pointing to something new so this one wasn't the start of phase four and when I was a kid I would

have loved to to walk out of the cin and think that was a Spider-Man movie oh but tell you what it is so great actually having a teenage Spiderman oh Again Luke give it a rest [Laughter] but this time cuz any the other times theyve tried to make out that he's a high school student this time no he is awkward he is yeah have you guys both seen into the spiderverse no not yet oh neither of you my God watch that stop watching any other movie other than that until you've seen that yeah I don't want to [ __ ] talk it up but it's [ __ ] great yeah I've heard I've heard it's good yeah yeah I have it I just got to watch it yeah watch it oh i' got to watch I've got to watch Str things now and then I got watch so much shorter than stranger

things I tried to start watching dark today oh that's a great [ __ ] show starts off pretty slow yeah it's always pretty slow but it occasionally starts blowing your [ __ ] mind you got to watch it in German with the subtitles though is that better the dub sort of I'm struggling a bit with ter I hate the dubs all right so I might try and watch with that but yeah that's the problem cuz normally a lot of times I am playing a game while I am watching stuff oh yeah that's like actually that's dark you know sometimes we'll pop something on we're eating dinner and you can't put well I I find it difficult eat that yeah cuz I'm like what I you look down at your peas and then you look back up and you have no idea what's happened yeah I look down at my words just need

some things just need your full attention and that I get the feeling is one of them two things that require my full attention that's one of them so I'm going to finish watching stranger things and then I'll go back to it I've only got two more episodes to go got to watch it might start that today I'm enjoying it it's this one feels shorter and I think it's because I'm just every other time I've like watched one episode every night or two this one I sort of binged the first five episodes and they go oh crap I've only got three I think season 2 we just watched in one day when when it came out cuz I think that was I think I basically did that too cuz I think that came out when I was here and I didn't have my work permit yet so like I

had anything else to do quiet yep no no no I was I was allowed to be here I just wasn't allowed to work all right okay for you sure it's specifically said it said you can come over and watch stranger things season two yeah I was like all right they're like cuz we shoot that up in Canada so so not our problem no I haven't seen season 3 yet uh looking forward to it but I am going to finish dark before I get into it ah yeah I'm actually looking forward to finishing it so I can then play the game Dark has got I I'm only in the second episode Matt I've watched the first two episodes you've seen the whole second season right no actually I think I've watched the first two episodes as well okay there was a character introduced in

the second episode that I thought okay uh it reminded me of um I don't want to give any spoilers but it reminded me of of guy Pierce's character in Prometheus okay you know what I mean I think so maybe I what have I or the master from Buffy the vampires land I know what you're saying I'm just I just wasn't I wasn't prepared for it maybe I'm an episode ahead of you maybe because I I actually don't know what you mean so okay all right I'm very confused okay then then I've done my job giving no [Laughter] spoilers um no but it's a it's a

slightly different tone to the in in the second season as the first because they don't have to slowly build the mystery I feel now they're just [ __ ] chucking [ __ ] at you and you just try to catch [ __ ] I did when it started and they gave you that like recap the previous season and and I and I was just like who whoa W [ __ ] I don't remember any of this hang on yeah I was the same I was like I did not get that yeah it was very very info dumpy cuz I mean I was like oh I didn't recall that that much had happened but I guess it did yeah that's right yeah it sneaks up on to you and sometimes when it's been so long since you've seen it you sort of do forget bits and pieces oh and it's a very like complicated story intentionally

but cuz it's all time traveling and whatnot spoilers hey when do we get this trailer for the new Star Wars movie uh probably Comic-Con okay is that's that's soon isn't it yes uh cuz it's it's getting close like it's 6 months we finally get this finish the story of Thursday July Palpatine it seems sorry did you say we finally get to finish the story of Palpatine seemed like it's more of a story of Palpatine and Skywalker is that what this n episode Trilogy is I suppose it is it's the story of the rise and fall of Palpatine yeah like some kids come in and try and mess things up for him but he outlasts them yeah because I mean unless someone's related to someone there's no [ __ ] Skywalkers in this

movie that's true well I mean layers in it briefly well remember there is she I think so there was always a thing that the emperor may have been um Anakin's father yeah I want to I want to see the prequel where [ __ ] Palpatine goes to tne and [ __ ] shme Skywalker well he didn't have sex with it he just coed the medoran to get why medoran is what he calls his seen Luke okay why why her it just it it makes no sense no oh they did they announced the other day that um episode well not announced but I think

Daisy Ridley said that episode 9 addresses Ray's parentage just like [ __ ] sake stop acting like the characters are reading the internet like no one gave Ray didn't give a [ __ ] about her parents in force awakens she just knew that they had left but no one she didn't think they were important or anything it's so true it's just like and then but then in between the force awakens in between the force awakens and The Last Jedi Ray was on the internet and she was like maybe obiwan is my dad like but no in the first one she was actually quite concerned she cuz she wanted to go back cuz she's still waiting for her parents come and collect she think they were famous no and then in by the second one she's become obsessed with it and then kylo Ren's like uh you don't want to

admit that there were just nobody's but she never said that they were anybody it just people on the inter her parents it's just it's a weird disconnect I think so apparently he said nobody she should have said yeah obviously I was a [ __ ] slave of junk Planet but what were their names that's right what is their email address never said she didn't know their names she never said anything no that's true just said they left yeah well she's just waiting for him to come back yeah well hold on if they sold her for drink money who did they sell her to and why is she now waiting for them to come back and where is that guy and why doesn't she know she's been sold can you be sold and not realize but who was she sold to she

didn't she didn't she just had a job that's what I mean no one owned her that's I mean unless the dude [ __ ] um Simon Peg's character owned her and was just you know given that was pocket money rather than a salary but that was definitely not the relationship that you saw on screen no she just worked for him because she left and no one no one gave her [ __ ] don't get me started about what they do and do not say in actual Star Wars movies Matt they [ __ ] implicitly say that [ __ ] Darth Vader was [ __ ] murdered Anakin Skywalker they say it they say it know I know they never they never say they never name the Ewoks they never oh they named Boba Fett briefly in the last J you would miss it yeah you would miss

already Star Wars news for the rest of the episode all right fine all right fine then let's talk about other Ryan Johnson movies yeah he's got another movie unfortunately yes I was like I'm going to give this trailer a shot because maybe Ryan Johnson just maybe I just didn't like a Star Wars movie but I've seen Looper I've Seen the Last Jedi and now I've seen the trailer for out and I think I just don't like him as a filmmaker yeah cuz honestly I mean I even like this genre I like the genre of Knives Out murder mystery it's all in one house etc etc and somehow he's made it [ __ ] the trailer looks really bad to me I I watched the first like 15 seconds of the trailer and I really tuned out it's just it doesn't look like it's

it's not for me definitely not it's not for me either just not for us well here's the thing I thought after the Last Jedi that he would just come back and [ __ ] kick everyone's ass with a movie so good everyone has to just shut up about him that's what I was hoping I was hoping like prove me wrong right but if he thinks this is that but his first movie Brick it's [ __ ] fantastic I haven't seen it it's legit good I think the F the only other thing I've seen of his is lopa and I hated it yeah lopa's awful uh and so is the brothers one keep changing the um the time travel rules isn't it doesn't sort of stick to one rle or something he said they worry about the they say in the movie you know

don't worry about the rules that's the thing he has this habit of like the movie is self-aware almost I just I don't know that I think maybe maybe it's that that bugs me I don't know like even The Last Jedi like well like you said Ray being aware of what the audience is thinking like it's just it's kind of weird I don't know he seems like a nice guy so I don't want to be like Ryan Johnson nice guy I just think I don't like his movies I don't like what he's what he I don't know we're just on different different pages I think Ryan Johnson and me yeah it's not going to work out Ryan I'm sorry when he he can still listen to us though oh yeah he can for sure and I'm sure he is a listener when he had only made one movie I I was

hanging out for whatever was coming next like I was so psyched um and it was this wacky comedy called The Brothers Bloom it was awful and I was like okay that's weird and then he came out with Loper and I was like okay return to form genre picture he probably just did that one to transition from the Indie scene into the main scream and now he's just doing something really oh no this is really boring yeah we saw that somehow made an action time travel CER movie starring Bruce Willis be really boring somehow sometimes people just get lucky their first time out yeah yeah well look obviously people like his work it's like loper's very popular from and

Dy are giving him a Trilogy yeah so you know that's fine it's just I I just don't like to him you know whatever he doesn't give a [ __ ] what I think so no people keep writing him checks and he's happy about that but Knives Out looks a bit [ __ ] in my opinion does does look a bit [ __ ] doesn't it as the trailer went on and on I was just less and less into it like it's like At first I was like oh okay okay Jimmy Lee Curtis you've got like you know uh Daniel Craigs in there okay oh Daniel Craig's doing a funny accent I don't like that and then oh okay no that's not funny oh Chris Evans I like Chris oh he's not funny in this either okay never mind yeah never mind maybe his next

movie maybe I was going to say I'll probably skip the next one I'll probably skip this one you can skip this one and the next one um I've only seen one movie he's ever done is it the last Jedi yeah I don't know why I asked of course it is yeah just not for me yeah speaking of not for you what did you guys this is a weird segue because I'm I'm not sure I'm not sure about this what do you guys think about The Witcher images that got released this week I'm not actually a fan okay I don't think I'm actually going to watch this show really cuz the more I've start to The more I've started to think about it is cuz The Witcher is also one of these things where you play it your way sure like we all have different playthroughs of The Witcher yes

and this time they're going to go well none of that matters what's in your mind this is what it is and I'll stop you there this is not in any way an adaptation of the video games I know it's not but they're making it look exactly like the video games they're making him look like geralt from the games no they're making him look like geralt from the books which is why I haven't read the books so I just got to go off the games no no no I know that but but what I'm saying is that I think this is a problem they're going to have yes and I think that's sort of what I mean as well like I think they struggle with that yeah I I completely agree I'm looking at this and I'm looking at the comments on it right and I look at the

picture of geralt and I'm like okay sure I mean yeah he looks like he looks in the game but that's cuz how he's that's how he's described in the book that's just what geralt looks like and then I look at Yen and I think Yen looks pretty cool uh but immediately everyone's like that doesn't look like Yen and it's like what do you mean like you've never seen yen from the books and then Siri Siri in the books is actually nothing like Siri in the game because she's a child so where's Tris well we haven't seen Tris yet but and then this is this is a problem they're going to have and then everyone's like oh he's only got one sword well that's cuz the other sword is on roach because he doesn't carry both of them at the same time but people don't know that cuz

they only played the video game mhm he does carry in both right also I'm looking at the picture of him from behind it's not a very flattering butt photo it was an odd choice for the poster wasn't it it's a weird it looks like he's got bit yeah I just really don't like Henry cavell's butt in this photo yeah that's right I mean and it's a nice butt so they could have gotten a much better photo of it they made a mistake here want to know why he wears his why he wears his sword so topheavy he's got the bottom of it basically at his hip and the top of it way over his head like that just doesn't seem comfortable to me yeah but you've got to be able to reach it cuz wearing a sword on your back is actually ridiculous and completely ridiculous

yeah and unless it's a cur sword there's no way you can pull that out of a scabard there is H there's actually someone made a video on YouTube about how you could do it it's if if the scabard at the top has like a a side missing yeah yeah then you can you can get some you know movement there to get it out but if it's actually like tightly in there it's not coming out of there if it's on your back no way yeah that's right but uh I don't know this I think I think images these look okay I kind of came around they've done some good stuff but to to be honest I mean I'm not a fan of Henry caval but then again I've only not been a fan of him trying to do an American accent and be Superman and Superman likee people he was perfectly good in the tutors when I didn't know

who the [ __ ] he was other than that guy from the tutors so you know maybe he'll be okay I mean if this I think it's going to probably suffer the same curse as a lot of video game adaptions happen and just not be very good it's not a video game adaption so I keep okay yes but I think I think it's also going to suffer because of the video game though that's what I'm trying to get I know I agree I agree yeah I I came around to it a bit on with these photos though actually cuz I was like with their timing it was the butt that made you come around yeah right I was likeing right around I didn't know I was into with their timing are they maybe trying to come in and bring in the sort of the the this is

going to be what fills the Gap That Game of Thrones is their left yeah I guarante they think yeah I think I think people are going to complain when this comes out I think people are going to say there's not enough monsters cuz it's not the game I think people are going to complain that people don't look like exactly like the [ __ ] characters in the video game because it's not that's just not possible well then they're not supposed to anyway it's not based on the video game and I'm interested to see they legally how many people he sleeps with use certain things from the video game because the video games deviate quite heavily from the books so it could be that CD project red earns the copyrights to a lot of things that are in the games that are different

of crimes in Hong Kong can be extradited to China um so face trial and there yeah and I'm putting and they're [ __ ] not happy about it so millions of people swarming in the streets and as an incentive all of the porn sites in Hong Kong have shut down temporarily to give people a reason to um to not want to stay home cuz that's all people do in h yeah like jerk you're either out protesting or you're jerking off at home oh well that's that's pretty neat I mean good on them yeah the point sites are uh on the side of the people I don't know a lot about the politics of it but I uh it sounds like something I want to support so yeah I think uh I think with this many people against it you kind of have to go with the masses on this one

excited about it no don't get don't get too excited about it no look it's not bad it's just that there's not really anything happening yet right so you know it's a little introductory mission that I completed and now I'm just kind of in the open World open in the sense that uh nobody uh seems to be playable like you can't you can't speak to anyone you pass a lot of people on the street and can't talk to nobody's playable it's just a movie sorry nobody's playable nobody's you can't play with anyone what what am I trying to [ __ ] say you can't talk to anyone yeah I can't interact with anyone yeah you know and there's like uh you know like s like a

nightmare nightmare which which is meant to be so that's all good but you know something like Skyrim or Fallout or anything like that like you can go up to anyone and they've got a story and they've got a mission for you you can go to any building and you can [ __ ] around you can find things you follow Clues this is it feels like open world but only in the sense that the map's really big other than that it feels pretty on Rails what this is yeah and it is remember how I told you that I believe that the s cities are going to be a bit like a Sherlock Holmes game mhm um the developer that's what they made before this okay right Sherlock Holmes cries punishment the devil's order like that's what they've made so they've just good though yeah and you know what you do

play a detective and there is some interesting mechanics around finding Clues and it might get more interesting with pretty rudimentary at the start but you find different Clues and you don't necessarily know what they mean until you put the right Clues together so you've kind of got to deduce which is kind of cool but for the moment man I'm just walking around trying to find people to talk to it's like high school all over again I want I'm Keen to try it out yeah look mind you this is possibly the most expensive computer game I've ever bought this was a cool it's not cheap a cool Hyo and I usually pay about the $80 mark for a game s Game Pass probably not no it is not but yeah cuz yeah that's why I also haven't purchased it yet cuz I saw

the price of it and I've just been holding off cuz I know with this game I need to have time to play this one this one's you can't just sort of pick up play for an hour or so yeah well I've been trying to make a little time here and there for it this week uh but it hasn't hooked me yet and you know I love love Christ I love the cthul misss and uh I just don't really I don't know just not yet not yet I'm still playing Watch Dogs too and I'm surprised by how much it's [ __ ] engrossed me have you done the Uber jobs yet no no and I'm probably not going to cuz I'll be honest they don't it just doesn't sound very interesting I've been trying mainly kind of just sticking to

the main story and then from time to time I'll do like a little side thing if I don't if if only know I've got like a little little while to play I'll do like a side mission but I'm actually trying not to get bogged down and all that kind of stuff cuz I just I know that's what's going to make me lose interest so but it's pretty good it's like it's got the story in it is fairly small scale like so far and it's like you're you're a bunch of hackers and then the bad guy seems to be the CEO of the social networking company it's basically like Jack dorsy from Twitter but except a a violent [ __ ] version of him violent [ __ ] I don't think Jack dors is particularly violent but uh but this guy

is like kind of a I don't know it's it's interesting it's like I said small scale so far it's not like the world's going to end or anything like that it's just like you're trying to make your way as a hacker and these this guy's you know trying to yeah this this game was so much better than the first one your character was more believable and likeable the characters are interesting Personality yeah cuz your little team of dead SEC little team of hackers they're all interesting and uh there's the autistic guy there's like this guy who who always wears like one of those masks that's got LEDs on it so you can't see his face and like I don't know it's interesting I'm actually happy this got a seal cuz there was it nearly didn't

after the first one cuz the first one didn't do that well the first one I burnt people because they showed that demo at E3 that showed you doing all this stuff that you couldn't really do and I feel like Watch Dogs 2 is almost more like the the demo that we got uh but it didn't get people didn't give it as much of a shot because of the first one yeah but I think the third one is going to do better M yeah looks pretty cool I love that you can control the vehicles remotely in this so good like you can be driving along and then you can make another car swerve off the [ __ ] freeway over pass and like cause massive accidents and like it's just yeah it's fun I don't think I played the DLC for that I might have to give that a go I'm not sure what's DLC and what's

not cuz I'm just playing it so oh no yeah but there's there was some DLC that came out for it so yeah I got I got it all cuz I bought it on sale oh you did yeah it's like the the whole thing was cheap so bought the whole thing anyway I recommend it oh I can I get an achievement by invading your game uh I don't know if you can I have a that [ __ ] turned off a cuz people kept tur up people kept turning up and like what I was trying to do stuff and like running me over and I was like this is stupid there's quite a few achievements I soon to get yeah I'm going to I'm going to stall this all right wait so it has multiplayer I haven't even looked yeah we could play it together

G I don't think the multiplayer was particularly good the sinking city does games like this shouldn't have did maybe maybe it'd be worth it but I I can't I can't imagine it does now the only multiplayer we would actually be able to play is if we just to play Halo or something there's no Co-op game we could play which version of Halo did you guys play CH collection oh we actually were playing Halo 2 okay but if you guys are legitimately going to play it again then I will get it and I'll play it with you well the good thing is instead of buying like the whole game you you could get like the trial for Game Pass and it comes in that I got to be honest though while it is fun doing that every now and then I

actually don't like Halo so it's is not something that I would play all the time or or even at all outside that context and it's sort of hard like with that it was fun like playing with like a group of people you were with yes playing online just against random people I would never do that it's yeah not as fun no people stupid unless especially for a game that's been out for quite some time because you sort of with games like this you sort of have the Casual players start to drop off and so the people are playing are the people who are really good at it so if you sort of jump in have a casual game you're just going to get destroyed remember when we played against those Pro [ __ ] Halo players up in Queensland look in that bar yes

yeah that was fun you got in the bans we should fly get [ __ ] I don't play Halo and then they were getting annoyed with me but what what do you want from me I had fun yeah that was fun you were having fun I was having fun yeah they weren't having fun cuz they used to playing against [ __ ] professional Halo plays I was a wild card they couldn't beat me cuz they didn't know what game I was playing but they did beat you didn't they well I mean depends on how you look at it Denny I mean you just look at points on the scoreboard sure but enjoyment I think I got him beat and sometimes that's that's better collection is 40 bucks worth it worth it

for playing once with you guys maybe you should look at the game pass you can get like a three-month trial for a dollar at the moment or something okay I'll look into it and if you have a look at how many game there might be some other games in Game Pass that you actually want to play yeah we could play sea of Thieves we could play does Game Pass also get me some time off of work so I can play multiple games unfortunately no I don't know how maybe things might be different in Singapore who knows yeah that's true that's true maybe Microsoft compensates you for that uh before we go I did want to I wanted to discuss Dave Batista he's come out with some sentiments this this week uh and it's like something I've heard from him before and actually I don't know

I've kind of got a bit of respect for him uh mhm in a sense yeah cuz what's he uh well he's he's come out this week and he said that that he only he wouldn't do a fast and a furious movie that's right and uh cuz a fan I think said oh he should be the bad guy or something in a fast and furious movie and he said he's not interested yeah specifically he said not interested because he'd quote rather do good films unquote and it's this and then his next movie is that's coming out now is I don't know if I would call it a good movie it sort of feels like it's a bit in the genre of Fast and Furious the

budy cop thing he's got going on yeah yeah I did that that was actually my first thought was that because on on the one hand I've heard him say stuff like this before he wants to be taken seriously as an actor he's he's not messing around he actually wants to be an actor that's why he did Blade Runner that's why he's doing um you know he's trying to he did Bond he's doing trying to do some some serious dun's coming up yes but then also yeah he's doing the these goofy comedies but then I don't know he maybe I don't know maybe he thinks they're good I haven't seen them maybe they are good but yeah no just yeah this buddy cop one just seems like it would fit in with the fast and through Furious movie so seems a strange thing for him to say you guys talking

they must be good because people are finding them entertaining and they're making a billion of them yeah well even so is there a difference between good and entertaining yes I think so but then well I think this is a rabbit hole that doesn't lead anywhere I guess you could argue that if it's ENT aining it's good can you though so yeah I don't know trying to think what's a movie that's entertaining that's not good non porn answers only please um there must be something Fortress Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah that's a good one wouldn't necessarily say it's a good film but [ __ ] I love it yeah yeah I think Fortress might be one I was going about to say Starship Troopers but
