happening is that what you mean um well no because I heard Voyager and was watching clicker Heroes well that's quality time spent on the weekend yeah Ian if nothing else that's disrespectful to Star Trek Voyager I actually quite like Voyager do it's my favorite of all of them it's your favorite radio play though my favorite radio play is Star Wars the the radio play oh yeah I have all those I bought them in that Bund they a real thing yeah I I've got them on cassette oh that'll come in handy you can play them if you ever rent an old car yeah I don't even think you can rent a car that has a cassette tape anymore cassette deck probably not could you it be I want to get in that car yeah like one of the a classic one like an old you know actually I don't think cars

from that era are Classics yet I think they're just [ __ ] you know they go there's a period where no sets have been in cars for a long time so for example my friend's dad has an mg uh with a cassette deck in it oh yeah uh the mg is 1971 and uh he doesn't allow music from Beyond 1971 to be played in his car in case the car gets confused yeah that's right in case he calls a rift in the SpaceTime Continuum yeah makes sense so he you can't even put like music from like 1972 when that car would have been in its prime yeah like one year later I wonder that whether he's like letting time continue it would have the theory is that if the car doesn't know that it's time has gone on then the car will never degrade I I'm sure that that'll work if you can trick the car I'll try

[Music] then in in Taylor Swift news uh after the uh the result of the court case which we discussed last week uh there's been some discussion about the courtroom artist's work and uh the courtroom artist has had to come out and defend himself after fans of Taylor Swift put it to him that he is very bad at drawing Taylor Swift yeah specifically he's bad at drawing Taylor Swift yeah and he he had this to say a person like Taylor Swift who is very pretty has perfectly proportion dimensions on the face is actually much harder to sketch it's hard some people are much easier to draw than others you give be someone with a beard and glasses Bingo got [Laughter]

it half their face but um doesn't he have like a really short amount of time to draw yeah so so it's he's g into way too much detail yeah he should have just go that's not what a sketch is for it's just to sketch out what's going on as a reference as a record for posterity I'm not there trying to you know do a portrait of her cuz honestly like if he had like a few hours to do it he could probably do a lot better but people are being really weird about it and saying that they think he he's on the other guy's side he had to say I don't have a in either of the races I don't listen to either of them I know who they are and I think they both seem like really fine

individuals but I don't have a preference either way Taylor Swift fans think that because of my drawings I must not like her and it's not like that at all why are we even having this conversation I'm probably sitting 35 ft away from her looking through binoculars if you've ever tried to draw anything looking through binoculars it's not the easiest thing in the world you go more for resemblance and hopefully you can get there stop emailing me I don't think it's that bad a drawing no I don't think it's that bad either that's a lot better than I could have done I think this is just a funny thing that's happened and people are are just taking the piss no unfortunately I don't think they're taking the piss well I think they're actually very

everyone who dies unfortunately should give to some people who's alive sometimes okay well let's uh let's give it to this sketch artist all [Music] right I saw a magic show Friday night did you yeah yeah I did you guys know centino no the name rings a bell yeah he's Australian he's like this goth magician oh and uh yeah he he came to Singapore and I went and saw a show and uh I I do like magicians you know I'm not going to I'm not going to pretend I don't enjoy magic but uh the show wasn't great it's not real show wasn't great and uh well not not only does is it not real cuz everyone knows it's not real but I want to not know how you did it and if you know yeah really anything about magic you know that a magic trick is

either going to be slide of hand or misdirection right right yeah and so it doesn't matter how big and extravagant and flamboyant you do a trick like if you if You' already know it's it's either going to be slide of hand or misdirection then you kind of kind of figure out roughly okay that's he must have switched it there or you know he it's obviously in the other hand you know but uh the when I got home from seeing this magician disappointed as I was the only thing I wanted to do was rewatch The Prestige which I did today and [ __ ] is that a good movie I thought you going to say learn to be a magician and do better than everyone else who has the T that's why I like I actually like watching that pen

andella's foess oh that's a great show agreed cuz the ones where it's like they're confused so of like we've got no idea how they've done it if they're confusing pen andella yeah mhm I liked the one because you know the winner of that show gets to go and and join and be part of their show in Vegas and all that kind of stuff is quite prestigious and that guy who just had a bunch of envelopes with some cash in them and it was like it was the cheapest magic trick and they couldn't figure out how he did it and they were like no yeah that was very good I love there was one trick that he said look I'm not going to do you the disservice of giving it away I'm just going to ask you did you learn this magic trick in prison oh yeah and the guy was like yeah yeah I

did the cards the [ __ ] it's the one with the cards yeah yeah correct tell what card it was yeah I mean you've just described a lot of card tricks Matt but no no no he can well I don't actually know how he did it he pretended that he could feel what card it was that's that's the trick that he did but I don't know how he actually did it but apparently whatever he was doing he learned it in prison I remember that one yeah it's called getting [ __ ] in the shower and then he just broke down on stage yeah what's been going on this week boys I got some bad news oh okay um remember we actually well not super super bad but remember Mass Effect how be no DLC went yes there's going to be DLC there's not no people didn't like

that game that wasn't a bad game yeah it was a bad game yeah I would brought the DLC for it it wasn't the worst game but it wasn't you know I don't think they yeah I can see why greatest game they could still make a bit more money off it no I can see why they don't think it's worth it it got pretty widely panned so I guess they're thinking it's just not worth it just just released one of the last patches so patch 1.10 and they' gone that's all the fixes we're doing now see you later Mike drop jeez Al they said they're still going to support multiplayer but they said like single player we finished with now there will be another Mass Effect game in the future though oh I thought they put all that on hold um just judging from what they put in this

article um where is it we appreciate all the millions of people who came with us on the andral Galaxy we hope to see you again in the Mass Effect Universe right maybe they mean go back and play the good ones I'm hoping that just in a few years we'll get another game that's not a drometer that was that had such potential but the problem is now they're going to be like oh I guess we just got to dig up Shepherd again which is not the case just don't make it [ __ ] the the idea of Mass Effect Andromeda was awesome but like when you sort of colonized a planet that was you didn't got to see really grow or build it just yep we live here now yeah that's what I'm mean and then the same actions over again there was no I would have liked quest to try and build up the

settlements and stuff yeah yeah the promise of that whole thing wasn't really deliv but not only that once you've built a colony on like I I didn't want to build another one like let's get that one going I just I just there just seemed like way too much repetition for what are usually very complex games with broad developing story lines yeah there's a lot of the same copy pasted Quest and the thing about the mass effect games is that they are equally compelling on a micro and macro level so not only are you playing as a as a major player in a in a [ __ ] Galaxy wide political event but you're also trying

to get a girlfriend you know so like getting on your crew you know getting them on your side getting getting to know them bonding doing up your ship you know like it's just it's these huge using every dialogue option until they put [Laughter] out I don't even think I went back enough long enough to get laid in this one I finished it but I never never sealed the deal story of your really actually I still even in Mass Effect to never did anyone what no no I did but it wasn't a person that I could get the achievement of that's right who was it um come on the chick on the bridge oh right yeah yeah the Irish girl yeah was that Kelly you just don't won the Irish on Kelly yeah yeah Kelly but yeah you never got the achievement if

you picked her right you literally went for the first person who spoke to you literally you come online and Kelly starts speaking to you uh I think you I think you meet Miranda before Kelly you meet Miranda first I was not a Miranda F really well something wrong with you you don't like I forgotten her name Ivon stovi that's it well that's the other problem you couldn't have a lesbian relationship with her oh you're always a girl I forgot it's a better way to play the game if you going to be looking at someone's ass for the next 30 hours do you want it to be male Shepherd or fem sheeper I wish they' just write that on the box you [Laughter] know well if you want to play a game

that doesn't have repetitive quests uh and everything has a story and uh and it all seems to go somewhere you should play mankind divided because it's [ __ ] awesome see I'm I'm looking for a new game and I might consider this my only concern is that you mentioned that you didn't like the first one uh and it's it's very similar it's right um but did you not like the first one because of the game or the boss fights yeah it was just too [ __ ] hard I just didn't have the time to just keep the boss fights are gone getting killed and trying again okay well that's positive mind you I've got less time now than I did before but I'm really enjoying it the story line and the setting and everything is is spot on for me so uh and and the gam playay as like I

said the only problem I have with it is the frame rate is a bit low and actually I did experience the other day uh when I caused a bit of a a Ruckus and there were a bunch of of enemies looking for me like about 10 of them all together and it like actually started to Jitter because I think it was just cuz it's actually got quite a lot of stuff going on like the the so many things you can interact with there's so many like the enemy AI is I guess very Advanced and it all just kind of like started to crawl and I was like oh boy the Xbox well you're going to have to go out and get an Xbox One X thing yes cuz yeah this this game is very uh very processor heavy it seems but also like beautiful

like visually it's [ __ ] fantastic so I guess that's why next time it's on sale I think I'll will pick it up like it's really good if you like the others uh you'll like this and I guess if you didn't like the others I don't know you're on your own yeah maybe you will maybe you won't play what I will need to do is not what killed it for me in the first one was not only the boss fights I was also trying to get the achievement to play through without killing anyone right and also play through on hard and that wasn't a stupid achievement to go for my first playr I don't think I've killed anybody yet I think I'm I think I'm non Le I wonder if there's a way to check I'm pretty sure I haven't killed

anybody um I remember in I think it was in that one it was something else even if you if you shot in the head with a tranquilizer yeah that also killed them oh really oh I've definitely done that cuz they go I don't if they fixed it now but yeah they go down quicker and that's because you have shot something into their brain you know what that does make sense so all maybe I maybe I have then but yeah just don't even try for going for that achievement just enjoy the game oh no I'm not I'm not that fussed about it it's like also you know like if I set off an alarm you technically you get less experience at the end of the quest if you if they were alerted but I mean come

on just part of the game enjoy it set off or a security camera sees you and then you hide for a bit until they go well I guess he's gone and then keep going see I like that if like say for instance someone at your work someone was breaking and an alarm went off would people just do a search bit or would they evacuate the building first everyone get out I don't think I think they evacuate my work if someone was just walking around we uh we had a little suspect incident happened at my work a little while ago and I went to speak to security because I was just yelling vagina over cuz I I my office is in a building that houses many many officers right

it's not just us so I went down to the first floor to talk to security and I said look is there is there a way that you know I or you or both of us can go through last night's security tapes between you know kind of midnight and and Dawn to just I just want to see uh who who it was that came into my office at that time did he just laugh at you uh yeah he just said look um the cameras aren't real they're not hooked up to anything oh I was did you get to say zoom in and enhance didn't even get that far M damn yeah no I've heard of that happening in a lot of places where they go oh something happened can you check the and they just go they're not real they we've already all the other good one is we've already deleted them yeah it's just it's a 10-minute tape and it

records over itself yeah that happens streams straight to the Internet so if you weren't on Facebook live at that exact moment then you don't know what happened well you may have heard this week that there's been uh there's been some excitement over here regarding a new service well it's not a new service theyve just got a new plan uh it's movie pass and uh they just announced this week that they're going to allow you to see limited movies a month at the cinema for $10 yeah now that sounds really [ __ ] good well I've signed up for it yeah of course you crazy not to I just don't know how that's workable well they're going to supplement the cinemas so

essentially you sign up and you subscribe for $10 a month to this service and then they buy every movie ticket that you purchase so the movie cemas are not out that's right so my way of thinking is that they're assuming that a lot of people will subscribe and they're not use it that often yeah and also they said the the um the business model is that in in States and areas where movie tickets are only like6 OR7 uh they're hoping they they'll be saving money there and spending it elsewhere yeah apparently they've they've got they've had some other companies uh where they've this has been successful kind of business model uh where yeah the the lower cost areas it all kind of levels out and um but you can see unlimited films a

month uh only in 2D uh you have to book in advance and you can only see each movie Once those are the conditions fine okay yeah but yeah you see you see three movies and in the first two months and you've already P it's paid for itself yeah I mean they have they say oh you could see a movie every day I don't think you can cuz there aren't that many movies there aren't that many movies cuz you can only see them once but in theory you could um AMC is very unhappy about it uh mostly because they're saying that it's not sustainable and they're devaluing the cinema experience so they they think Movie Pass is going to go out of business over this and everyone's GNA going to be expecting expecting cheaper $10 a month unlimited movies now so

they're trying to get out of their contract and they're talking about suing them so we'll see what happens yeah I just cuz cuz actually I went to the movies last time was there and I went why do people still go to the movies I I think that every time I go there's always something that pisses me off about it yeah it's sort of like why go out of my way to go here when cuz I know back in I've got a 50 in screen at home so it's not like it's what we used to have back 20 30 40 years ago you got access kit you can pause and go to the toilet yep but yeah it's still the thing where we go out to the movies I there is something about it that is I guess appealing the the the experience of going to the movies I find people to be the problem generally I

like of the movies I just think people have you know there's less respect for the for the cinema these days no [ __ ] respect for it and the day they finally decide to do day and date release over multiple platform then I'm never going to the cinema again exception is is somewhere like the Alamo Draft House where they're like no turn your [ __ ] phones off or you know like it's a novelty when we went saw uh 2001 of Space Odyssey at the Castro theater in San Francisco like that's you know that's an event right but yeah here I will never go to the movies the week it's out or like the first couple of days I'll always wait till sort of midweek the next week after that first weekend so I can try and go when it's not packed yeah

cuz you got to get in there sit next to people within the first two weeks otherwise you has been the first two weeks you'll tell yourself spoilers otherwise yeah that's right yeah I still say that's a fair rule no it's definitely fair now cuz I'm I can see any movie for forever now so cuz how much is it to go to movies where you are uh it's about 11 12 bucks I think okay so you just see one movie and you've got your money back yeah yeah yeah if you watch more than one movie a month you're you're sweet well even one it's it's more than $10 to go to the movies so I'm I'm already ahead like if they were to bring this into Australia I would probably get it

but it wouldn't be $10 a month here no it would be 30 bucks a month yeah yeah because even our cheap places are still more than $10 H yeah how's the how's piracy killing the movie industry Again by the way I always forget yeah well it's not because they always seem to be making billions and billions more than they did the year before it's I mean I'm not saying that it's you know everyone should just go ahead and keep doing it but I don't think it is I I think that's just [ __ ] like they they're doing fine Cinemas might not be but uh I don't know about that but but Studios and stuff are fine it's the same thing that happened when TV was invented you know as soon as there's other things you can do except for go to the movies then Cinemas freak

out it's like with Game of Thrones you know they make a fuss everyone's downloading Game of Thrones but they sell so much merch and other [ __ ] like they're fine well that's right that's a thing that people like isn't it Game of Thrones yeah did you hear people got arrested over that did they India no for um you know how I remember it got leaked in India yeah arrested over it they made arrest wow yeah they're really coming down hard which I don't blame them cuz releasing it early can hurt them that's something that can affect them people downloading it after I don't think so much but people getting it before it's out can really hurt stuff yeah totally well it's not exactly a leak if you leak it after it's already out yeah hav leaked any Twin Peaks

unfortunately otherwise i' be watching that how far are you in at this point I think there's like six episodes left and you've uh you've gone a little mad by this point I would assume it's come full circle there was a period where I I wanted to strangle David Lynch uh and then that's always going to be the case though isn't it but now it's gotten to the point where I'm just I'm just enjoying it consistently because I'm I'm I think I've a climatized to how weird it is like first it's you know like CU with with him you know he's evolved over the years and it's like how weird is this going to be like and uh because Twin Peaks is a different kind of weird to say Lost Highway or uh yeah M Holland Drive or

something yeah far less lesbians right and well Twin Peaks is also it's kind of like it's got more comedy kind of stuff in it too mhm and so I think now I'm a climatized to it and then it is very funny and uh and also [ __ ] weird but I'm enjoying it and I recommend it there was a period where I wasn't sure but no I'm I'm on board no good I'm going to they're talking about maybe doing another season which is interesting okay it's obviously so quickly he's refusing to to talk about it until it's all Ed he said they they said that he doesn't want to talk about it until it's all been shown H so that's fair H I actually finished watching did we talk about this I finished watching glow

oh I know gorgeous ladies of wrestling I enjoyed it is that what that stands for yeah yeah not bad right yeah like not great but oh it was still enjoyable and then Hannah got a shock at the end when she found out it was actually real yeah whoa whoa you can watch the uh you can watch the old episodes on YouTube somebody's put them up there H yeah yeah Hannah didn't know that yeah it's based off that that real wrestling show the 70s uh ' 80s early ' 80s yeah yeah H but I don't oh what's her name the lead character um cannot remember the actress or the character actress Allison Bri Alis Bri

how did they make her look like that maybe that's what she looks like well cuz actually says it like she's not quite attractive she's not quite ugly yeah and but she that's but she's gorgeous in real life but this show I just found maybe not in some scenes she would I think she' look fine in other scenes not so much it was just really weird bit like sh's there on in Monster no cuz there was no sort of okay in that one oh really H interesting we have different [Laughter] tastes no but yeah I just found it weird because even the director said in it like um the girl like you can't work her out is she hot is she not and yeah they I think they did a really good job of

making her that hot or not hot or not maybe in real life she's actually not that hot and she's just photographs well so in this they were like I don't put all those nice lights you usually put on you get to see your breast so yeah so yeah which I got a shock when I saw I I didn't think she'd be one the show her breast I was wrong I mean in my head she's still just Annie from community so now I've seen Annie's tits you know so thanks Annie thanks for that yeah okay that's interesting because I would have thought she uh says need to do that she's quite famous already so I guess she's just she just wants you to see him she she wants us to see him yeah yeah Luke specifically she wants luk to see them have a look at these Luke yeah and I thank her for that mhm was she did she

look attractive at the point when you saw them though and did that make a difference um I think she was at one of the stages in the show where I thought she was attractive yes but having less clothes on does help with that right so yeah it depends some people it helps to get more clothes on that'll help them be more attractive such as me right the more clothes you're wearing the more attractive you are most guys that's the case most guys I want to know right now which guys you think look better with the less clothes they've got on um oh okay what's his name gy Galaxy that's not a person that's a movie I know what's his name Chris Pratt Sean gun Chris Pratt Chris Pratt looking pretty good with close micher god

answer to that I don't know for some reason I I could see her playing it but I feel like I mean not I'm not against it it'd be interesting but it's be a completely different character if it was a female like it's not it's not James Bond like a completely different charact well completely different character every time not really there certain I mean this James Bond's characteristics you'd have to change a bunch of them in order's well like what are you changing he's like a a dick he's like a classic like chauvinistic like [ __ ] like that's part of his dick i' make that the episode female lead be exactly the same that would be make the female lead lesbian and just be exactly the same put her up against connory and I'm sure

okay top boy yeah okay not familiar with that no oh it's got a movie coming out next year uh called White Boy Rick does Matthew mccon as white boy Rick so as a probably some kind of drug addled weirdo the story of a teenager who becomes an undercover informant for the FBI arrested for drug trafficking and life in prison yep what what a guess what a [ __ ] guess yep of I mean he's good at it I'll give him that yeah yeah yeah when you're on a good thing stick to it speaking of other movies that I'm looking forward to watching um they've announced the subject of the next uh Star Wars story yeah I don't know if this is actually like official official but uh it's it's happening but they know nothing about it

sources inside Disney have confirmed for me that this is happening although no additional details have been uh yeah okay well they said yeah they're trying to find directors and uh shopping around I thought they found a director they found a few so what I want to know is when is this going to be set yes is this going to be you and McGregor well I mean obviously it's not going to be set in the uh in the calic Guinness era but he you know he's getting on there but I mean it's been like 20 odd years since uh The Phantom Menace so there's no use casting a younger actor to play Obi-Wan Kenobi at the age we've already seen him says he's happy to come back and do it yeah but he he didn't he hasn't been doing anything he's been living on [ __ ] tne in the desert like what is

this movie going to be it's like han han Obi-Wan Kenobi desert man like because I don't really think they can do much cuz Star Wars um Clone Wars that's still Cannon isn't it yeah yeah I think actually no is Clone Wars I think Clone Wars is uh Rebels is Cannon but I don't know if Clone Wars is yeah what's it Legends I think Clone Wars is Legends oh okay I thought clone walls made it through to I'm I'm not sure about that but I think maybe it's not cuz that would have sort of limited cuz they could do the I think people would you could have the whole thing where even W was an apprentice and all that but I'm much for him to see go on an adventure in the

desert I mean look fine I just think that's a weird it's going to be a weird movie did you see bring you McGregor back and let him get a good Star Wars movie yeah that's fair the uh wasn't his fault wasn't any of their faults except for maybe um Jake Lloyd I think he he certainly did contribute to it being a bit [ __ ] according to Wikipedia um Clone Wars is included okay yeah I thought it was that's why it would be a bit hard to go back and do around that era because there's a lot that already happens there yeah well and he's old now well not old but he's older so you could get it that yeah he got some message from somewhere and he has

to duck off for a little bit so he gets someone to babysit Luke while he's away and yeah I guess what's he doing in the desert he's got time just pottering around in his [ __ ] Hut in the desert it's not going to be you know terribly exciting but I don't know maybe happens in the desert man you know [ __ ] can happen I'm I'm sure they'll come up with something I'm just worried that it's going to be it's getting a bit out of hand someone did a fan-made trailer and they used a lot of footage of that film and I don't know if this is even out yet or whether it came out and we all missed it but where train spotting no where you and McGregor plays Jesus walking in the desert for 40 days oh okay and they took footage from that and cut it into the uh trailer for The Obi-Wan Standalone movie

of him basically yeah him having an existential crisis in the desert you know what that could be interesting yeah like because I mean stand by while the uh while the Empire is rising right yeah you know and he's got this important mission of of of babysitting literally yeah okay could just all about his impotence and his uh not not literal impotence he's an impotence in being able to fight the Empire we're all going to go see it like that's oh yeah I just really hope it's McGregor I'm still worried about this Han Solo movie to be honest I'm I'm worried about all of them it sounds like a [ __ ] train wreck oh especially since I think we hit the ground running with Rogue one and I've

I've often said that it is one of my favorite Star Wars movies yeah like it's right up there with um Caravan of Courage let's not get crazy but it is good yeah but it's no battle for Endor but they're going to do one they're going to do one about Obi-Wan living in a Hut on in the desert they're going to do one about Yoda living in the Hut in a swamp yeah like a Yoda movie I don't want like what stop it make movies about other characters like make up new Star Wars things stop focusing on these characters well did they did really well with Rogue one just making up new characters do that again so yeah you know what I'd like to see I'd like to see a Star Wars Standalone film that's got nothing to do with the Empire or any of the main characters I'm

sure other [ __ ] in that univers the Old Republic era like the the all the old stuff like yeah yeah [ __ ] yeah do that Sith versus the uh the Republic back you know back when the Sith were a race although that's probably not canon anymore is it I have no idea what's Canon anymore but that all that yeah I don't know all the stuff that I know of like the reason why I don't want to Boba Fett movies because he's not the Boba Fett that I have in my head right he's going to be the key Boba Fett he's a clone yeah and that's but I've seen him I've seen him ride a big dinosaur yeah in the Star Wars Christmas Special so you know in his first ever appearance MH that is definitely not Cannon imagine imagine they decided to

just work it all in but I'm I'm I don't know I'm worried about this stuff they they've been doing really well with the Marvel movies and you know Rogue one was great but I'm I'm starting to get now cuz this is getting silly like we don't need an Obi-Wan movie we don't need a Yoda movie we don't need a Boba Fett movie we definit no are they talking about a Yoda movie yeah Didn't They well it's not official I thought the Obi-Wan film wasn't official either until now and now but that makes me worried cuz they talked about all these I remember originally when they talked about it they talked about a Boba Fett a Han Sol and a obiwan moveie they the three I remember when it first I think they could do like a Guardians of the Galaxy Style

where Yoda plays like the uh the Rocket Raccoon type character you know that's what I'd be interested in seeing pop culture references and yeah just sassy Yoda y yeah sure why not I'm still I'm still concerned they're going to swing that around at some point you know now that Disney owns everything I'm just Star Trek is now full of [ __ ] references to things like Beasty Boys showing up and like you've got to you got to have retro [ __ ] in all your movies now you just have yeah in the new the latest Star Trek the beasty Bo no but even in the star Voyager and stuff they kept even cuz I know voy has been watching a lot lately that that was also always in the television shows as well they kept

calling back to Retro stuff it makes sense within Star Trek cuz it's the future and and it makes more sense I should say but hold on we know what happens to the Beach Boys The Beach Boys [ __ ] where the Beasty Boys we know what happens to the Beasty Boys in the future because we've seen future R and we know that a thousand years in the future the Beasty Boys are still as popular as ever they in fact they're still singing the same hits haven't even written any new songs they're just heads in jars right I'm ashamed to admit I've not watched a lot of future armor I know I should Fu it's in the first season you should it's a lot better than the Simpsons I don't know if it's better than certainly better than the Simpsons is now cuz the

Simpsons is [ __ ] garbage now but yeah futur armor is great it's it's great well while we're on film news uh apparently Tom Cruz's Powers have finally failed him oh because as we all know thanks to his Scientology training uh he's he's been able to do his own stunts and perform some inhuman Feats in his films in the past have you seen behind the scenes footage of in particular the mission impossible films you've seen that he actually clung onto the side of a plane yeah I can believe that he does inhuman Feats because um from what I've seen he is nothing like a human he climbed around the outside of that uh that building in Dubai like [ __ ] psychopath MH MH uh he's uh he's

a crazy dude and he's he's been injured now on the set of the new Mission Impossible film he uh he was jumping from one building to another and uh at first they said that he uh he that he jumped short and hit the wall uh and then grabbed on and pulled himself up apparently that was what he was supposed to do and he had padding on for that but he broke his ankle when he hit the wall oh ouch and uh because he's a professional and I got him kudos for this he uh apparently they said they look on the footage and you could tell by the look on his face when he hits the wall that he realized it had happened and then just sna back into the character finished up the scene and then collapsed wow yeah so but this is going to affect some of the filming

going forward now isn't it yeah they've put it on hold yeah he's got uh and this is probably why they probably tell him they don't want him to do his own stuns I don't think I don't think you tell Tom Cruz that I think he tells you I think you tell Tom we're not worried about you getting hurt we're worried about you getting hurt and then we have to stop filming yeah we're not saying that you can't do stunts we know you can but how about you s guy that we Insurance must so expensive I uh this is I listened to the notice interview with Keanu Reeves uh and he was talking about cuz he's he's super into motorbikes he he actually owns a motorbike shop I think he like he actually owns a motorbike he owns several um but he's not allowed to ride them when he's working on a film

like they always put uh Clauses in his contracts to say he's not allowed to do that because even for um Star Wars when they're filming that they had to get extra insurance for y McGregor cuz he wanted to ride his bike to work he did I saw him riding it when I used to work at Fox Studios yeah oh yeah it's interesting and and especially like you look at John Wick have you seen John Wick 2 no I haven't yet man it's [ __ ] awesome yeah I [ __ ] love John Wick but the the [ __ ] he's doing in that and it's like they won't let him ride a bike but I guess if he gets injured on set that's their problem but but also is it him uh I I think I think in a lot of cases it is K re is another one of those people who's who's [ __ ] in there doing stuff plus

the director of John Wick is um K Rees a stunt double uh from his other films so you know no one no one else to do the stunts I didn't know that that's right I do it but I'm behind the camera yeah I didn't know that that's interesting yeah that's why that's why it's such a [ __ ] yeah right and that's why it exists I think you need to be like hey keano I've uh I've written a film myself actually for you it's just you doing stunts literally that's that's all it is yeah that's like the plot is [ __ ] ridiculous uh it's not the point it's awesome yeah it's amazing it's just a bunch of action set pieces with a plot like sticky tape to it it's tops but uh yeah so Tom Cruz uh

taking a break because of his leg he probably should how old is he now oh [ __ ] I don't know he's like he's being 50s now wouldn't he yeah 60s maybe how old is Tom Cruz Cruz age I know they're getting ready to make another Top Gun he's 55 55 I thought he was old us decent yeah I thought he was too actually but still that's you know he's getting up there I want to know how him making another Top Gun Oh They'll point a camera at him and uh make a movie yeah but are there really any Pilots at that age in the Air Force you know what I don't know that's a good point yeah but he always bit of a young man's game yeah but he always plays a young man he's he's not he

mustache I don't know well how long's it on hold for and is it is it the entire movies on hold or just dep Parts with Tom in it cuz well I I bet that when they is Tom a prominent character in M possible I haven't seen him yes he's the main character Luke I want you to name one movie where Tom Cruz plays a non oh tropic thund yeah he's still pretty important he was in that yeah yeah man he was he he was and if you haven't seen it you should do yourself a favor I watched it recently somehow and I don't remember it well I mean he looked a little different from how he normally walks God it's a terrible movie yeah he's in Disguise oh yes I remember in I was gonna say how could you not he was the agent guy yep

yeah well I guess we well he's already done the uh finished his Justice League re- shoots hasn't he and they're just gonna CGI that the thing off his face yeah and just put it out as is but I bet somebody's like when they heard that they just leave it in there that would be hilarious Superman shows up with a [ __ ] mustache that but Superman couldn't ever get a haircut he couldn't shave he couldn't cut his hair um wasn't he did in the original movies shave himself by using his laser vision on a mirror uh was that in the movies or was that in low and cl new of Superman I'm I'm sure I'm I'm absolutely certain I've said exactly this before but and you know the one where there like Superman 4 where they make the nule is yeah because he's got a strand of his

hair in a museum holding up like and so they go to the museum and cut the indestructible hair with bolt cutters and then take it and then it's like wait a minute no one's going to address it that doesn't make any sense mate that that's the least amount of problems with that movie yeah agreed but do you know that that the the sequels Beyond Superman 2 had nothing to do with the original production team of the first movies basically after you've made a movie and it's made its money and it's you know it's done what it's going to do if you're a Hollywood producer and you've got cash you can just go in and bid for the rights to it oh okay and in fact there's a there's a producer and I forget his name but you could easily find it online who just does that who

goes around buying the rights to franchises and making sequels to them that's often why sequels are so [ __ ] you know when you say like why don't they just make this as as well as they made the first one chances are it's a completely different team a new producer has just come in bought it undercut somebody else and bought it and and just wants to pump out a sequel for as little money as they possibly can because they know they're still going to make money off it because people remember the first one that's right they'll just cash in on the name yeah right like um Starship Troopers to that no I haven't but have you seen the trailer for the new animated sequel to that I think we're going to see that on Monday it looks

[ __ ] great yeah it's on I think it's at the cinema here on Monday I think we're going so you're going to see it for $10 a month basically no I gota wait for my card I can't do that yet ah until my card arrives apparently you can't do it I don't think it's going to get a cinema release here so I won't get to see it unfortunately I'm have to wait for it to come out well but Casper Vine he's um he's really struggling for work these days isn't he no he's not he married a princess he's just a cosplayer no he's married to a princess is that true I thought she just did cosplay no man he's like married to like a princess from Morocco what am I thinking of Monaco Morocco's Modern Life yeah isn't

while I just wanted to mention uh okay I'm just double checking this article's got an update on it now but uh recently Casey Affleck was on a radio show yeah and uh and he said and and he's notoriously is a bit of a [ __ ] he notor he he he said that uh basically Ben Affleck isn't going to do the Batman movie and when the hosts were like well that's that's a scoop that's breaking news he went oh is it I I just made it up I don't know anything about it but it was way he said it too because he was like yeah Ben did an okay job at Batman no he's great sham he's not doing the other one and they're like wait what what but uh apparently his reps uh Ben Affleck reps have have come out and said

no no no he was just taking the piss and uh he he wouldn't know whether he was or wasn't doing B who's Casey asck little brother okay um I don't know yeah it I mean it might be it might be nothing cuz we've heard a few times that the rumors that he doesn't want to do it and he wants out it's true yeah but they like I said Casey Affleck's a bit of a [ __ ] he could be thinking of that he's no longer directing it you know yeah I mean the guy Casey seems pretty strong out at the best of times you know yeah he might have just been been messing with him yeah or he could just be being cheeky yeah but although well I still say we wait and see well we're going to have to yeah cuz I I'm going to way it's going cuz I haven't started on that new

Batman movie yet have they not as far as I know apparently they scrapped the screenplay that Ben Affleck wrote yeah y so I can understand why he might not want to do it anymore CU he I'll direct it only if it's good and then I'm not d I'm going to ride it and then no we're not going to do that so maybe it's just not going to happen at all look we had to put up with Batman v Superman we had to put up with Wonder Woman we have we're going to have to put up with the Justice League at least give me my one Batman movie come on yeah if they pull the plug on this it's going to be good it might be it might be I'm waiting for beirl I don't know about that we'll see see I

think that's going to be good I'm I'm I'm skeptical of them all now all the DC ones yeah but they'll balls it up somehow yeah but no I'm probably I think there's there's something to that he may have come out and said no it's not true but yeah I've heard it quite a lot now you've heard Whispers around heard a lot of Whispers yeah and it's not happening I honestly as I said before I don't blame him if he wants to get out this is stopping him from doing something he might enjoy doing yeah he might enjoy it and he might win Awards if he does something else and look if he steps aside Nathan fillian can step on board Nathan fillian ain't going near that Ro you think Nathan filan's too good to play
