i' just like to announce to the world that we have done something amazing tonight welcome to multiple nerdgasm with your hosts Matt Luke and Dan multiple nerdgasm your guide to All Things nerdy we have actually played a game online together we we started a game yeah I played my turn only Matt's played so far but when the last time that the three of us even even logged into a game all three of us online Yes Yes actually wasn't really that long ago but before that was you're right yeah before that it was uh Minecraft oh yeah that's right but we're all the same country then yeah like

that's how long ago that was and yet we still I still very rarely played with anyone on that server that's cuz you hate playing with other people people are annoying you mean Minecraft or you mean Conan I mean both yeah sometimes i' log on and you'd just be there mining it was good I I loved mining cuz I just go mine and then just give your [ __ ] yeah it looks good at listeners if you want a game where you don't have to see someone who's playing but just stuff turns up in your house in the game looks good for that yeah he's like a little elf just comes want talk to anyone he doesn't even want you to see him he just he'll just fill your house up with treasure while you're gone I'm not good at the crafting side I'm good at the mining side you leave

that to us buddy you leave that to us I've actually played quite a bit of Conan this weekend really you back into it yeah and you know why it's because I wanted to play something and I just don't I don't have time for games at the moment I don't have time to like get into a story I don't have time to commit and Conan just gives me so much joy you know I just wander around fight moners people I find it weird that that's the go-to cuz that's that's the type of game when if you don't have much time you can Lose Yourself very easily in that type of game yeah but it doesn't ask anything of me other than my time sure yeah cuz I think for if you don't have much time and you do just want to play something quickly I think multiplayer games are quite good like

one where like there's matches like go for 10 to 15 minutes so OverWatch I've only played um Conan with you guys you are you on like a public server are there other people around no I'm I'm just playing offline yeah oh okay all right gotcha yeah so it's yeah Conan wasn't always online it wasn't like a Fallout or anything it was uh you can just play on your own or you can join a server or you could create a server is it exactly the same yeah it's exactly the same and I kind of missed that you guys aren't there you know sometimes I just i' be walking around and there'd be Matt cutting down a tree you know and we'd wave it was nice it was nice not going to happen this time I was just obsessed with trees just destroying all the trees qu did come in at a very

inopportune moment uh today while I was uh tying up a slave um were are you naked while doing this no in Singapore you can only have partial nudity so um I'm wearing a little loin cloth that's down low enough to see a little bit of my butt crack but uh I'm not actually nude um it it wasn't so much that I was tying up a woman um to enslave her well it wasn't only that it was also it was also the race thing you know like because I I thought you were going to say what you were doing to yourself while you were tying her up that too she's used to that no it was a you know an older white man uh tying

up a young black female um and then making her push around the wheel of pain until she um submits to my every whim yeah well I mean that was that was one of the major complaints about the game to be fair you was that exactly that scenario you're describing mhm yeah which it's sort of weird cuz you can it's not just you can enslave anyone in that game me no matter yeah whoever's around but yeah people always ruin stuff by enslaving people oh everyone's just got to go and mention history don't they yeah speaking of History the the thing the game we were talking about in the beginning we didn't actually say what it was we started a c game an online game cuz in in Civ 6 now you can do Cloud saves

where somebody takes a turn and then it delivers the save game to the next person and so we started one and we'll give you give you updates on it listeners and I would say guys if this was Civ 5 I I I would threaten that you guys are up against a formidable opponent but uh in that I've only played four hours of Civ 6 uh yeah this will be interesting I haven't played Su 6 at all I don't think I've played S 5 and I think I've played one game of Civ 4 okay I've only played a little bit of Civ 6 myself so this will be fine I guess yeah and and you can take your time too it's not like you have to rush like I I will try I I will log on at least once a day just to double check if it's my turn okay I mean it should notify you I

think that's yeah yeah I I did set up to allow notifications and I have on Steam there's that little one new turn waiting oh nice I haven't seen that yet cuz obviously I went first so yes I'm not going to reveal my uh my nation yet so are we uh are we allowed to discuss the game you know or or are we only allowed to just play the game I guess we can discuss it we haven't I mean you don't know you don't know who I am yet obviously uh and you won't discover that until you discover me in the game I assume I want but does it does it tell you like if you were were to encounter me I mean you can assume it's either luk or I you meet anyone else because we already know that the only other player is a computer controlled gun we know I'm pretty sure that once you do

run into someone doesn't that game tell you I I think it would so I don't think it actually ruins the experience if we know who each other is ahead of time I will ruin the surprise it's not like I'm going to say oh it's uh it's Gilgamesh of uh of Babylon oh is that M or is that is that Luke yeah all right or am I just [ __ ] tripping out again all right well you want me to reveal shall I reveal my nation my my my civilization live go for it I'm Australia really yeah Dam I want austral was that random or did you pick that Australian Empire oh man should be America I just founded camera so okay

get anywhere you need to in half an hour oh we had the carpets clean this week yeah and talking to a person on the phone when booking it they've gone okay they'll be there about 3 give or take an hour depending on traffic and I've just gone no I don't think you understand we live in canra there's no traffic when I say 3 you'll be there at 3: or you'll be hearing from the Prime Minister my boss yeah the uh Parliament House carpet's cleaned not a whole lot of traffic here either it's nice actually compared to Sydney yeah no here listen who live in Sydney [ __ ] [ __ ] that traffic you know what I'm talking about Sydney Melbourne Brisbane oh you're probably stuck in traffic now if you're listening to a podcast yeah yeah actually that's a I

did like living in Sydney not for the traffic but I'd catch a train over driving because yeah oh yeah I got the Train on a train 2 hours driving but could read then yep yes 100% now you can't now you've lost the ability to read I left it on the train let just left it on the train my eyes I'm not someone who can go and sit down and read cuz I can play Xbox or watch television or or at work yeah I'm not one of these people just I'm going to read now I I do read still but I yeah I do have that same issue where I I just forget that I should be reading and uh and I'm I do other things but yeah you I read read so many books when I was catching the train and now yeah i' I'd read like two three books every fortnite yeah I read the stand I read uh a bunch of HP Lovecraft

look you read three books of fortnite yeah [ __ ] a lot a lot of Arthur C Clark a lot and AR a lot of if you look a lot of's work is actually quite short Clifford the Big Red Dog and all the Star Wars books all of them yeah well I do believe that you know I think the world is going a little bit soft right I I needed a haircut today right and I rang out to make an appointment to get my haircut and the GU like hello and I'm like yeah yeah I need the appointment to make my haircut and he goes oh you could but um I need to know what time and I'm like yes obviously that's fine that's what of the point why don't you tell me what times are available and uh and I will just pick

one the earliest One spoilers and he goes well I mean the earliest one would be 12:30 but you know you'd have to live close and you'd have to leave now I'm like yes that's fine 12:30 that's fine I get I get in for the for the appointment right yeah no problem get taken through um it's like yeah I'll just give you a quick wash first yeah no problem so he spins me around leans me back and he goes oh um warm water or cool water and I'm like I warm warm I guess yeah yeah whatever and he goes and and and and later when I when I rinse it out warm or cool then I'm like oh for [ __ ] I don't know whatever whatever you do this is your place I'm here just just [ __ ] cut my hair he thinks you're the Prime Minister what is going on man the world has changed it's just going all soft and

fluffy and I just don't think I like everyone's scared they're going to get sued by everyone else there's a barber in camon out that I absolutely love it's a chain called tommy guns okay but you walk up they've got a computer screen at the front you punch in your details and it goes come back at this time you go back at that time you walk in they go would should like a drink and I go yes please they give me a beer I go in and I get my haircut and I leave yeah yeah that sounds pretty good I I've got a followup question for that cuz I got offered I got offered a drink today at the headress I I just a coffee right so this is little espresso sitting there right when do you drink it because in order to pick it up I have to like say okay stop lean forward take my hands out

of that big puffy robe thing drink it like Lean Forward again put it back down put my hands back in the robe and then look to him and give him a little nod like you can continue is that what you do every time you want to your be that's what you have to do you need a long straw to just kind of like pop in there yeah but blame me I still drink my beer every time well we got some news this week um the owner of fast food chain I think this is Maybe Australian specific chain muffin break oh muffin break yeah you know muffin break Natalie Brennan the general manager of of muffin break is complaining that uh kids these days are too bloody into themselves CU she can't find anyone to work for free well back in the day and this is

absolutely true cuz I remember this we had to do work experience and and you know in they I guess internships is the equivalent here you go and you work for free right to get experience so that you can get an actual job apparently cuz everyone's too important on Instagram these days the kids think they're too important to do that and everyone just wants a job like and not only that she she's got a few I mean the I feel like she's been a little bit ridiculous but she's got some uh examples where people just demand to be named staff member of the month for doing their job and she says great you did the job so you get to keep your job I I I agree with that I can't help but agree as well and in fact look working for free aside because no one should

have to work for free but uh except that we did and [ __ ] you but uh at the same time I find I find it hard getting people to even just do their job without getting like a massive pat on the back and like I will I will interview fresh graduate designers for a Jun Junior design position and they'll try to negotiate for a title bump and they'll be like what if we call me creative director I like no no no I'm the creative creative director I've seen so many of them and they're like M if what if just what is it I'm like is Junior designer and they're like creative director yeah what if uh what if I was like head of design I'm like well you're not going to be the head of design okay yeah

cuz I'm the head of design yeah what what yeah the creative director is the head of design [ __ ] you yeah I well they're going to put whatever they want on LinkedIn anyway I've seen I've worked with people before who who were Juniors and then they like they add me on LinkedIn and I'm like oh senior head of [ __ ] of everything emperor of the universe huh interesting that's right see whereas I I don't I've never been on LinkedIn I just have always gone into work and done the best I can wherever I've been that's just what I do are you you fishing for is this your LinkedIn I just I just always have that's why I always end up getting promoted and stuff yeah I'm pretty sure your dad got you

in uh it's was my mom okay oh oh is you've called him out there I thought you were joking the job before that I got on my own I worked my way up from working the line on a in a factory to being the night shift supervisor in charge of 60 people and running millions of dollars worth of machines yeah that make glasses to make glasses yeah my career still don't know how I was able to do that my career is kind of bizarre too someone we we we were talking to a guy we were looking at her as a in a junior role and he was just we just chatting and he said oh you know is that how you guys got to where you are you started in a junior role as a you know designer and then went up to you know like because I'm a senior programmer and I was like no my my [ __ ] the path I took to get here

is is is ridiculous and don't even bother trying to emulate it cuz it doesn't make any sense I worked as a [ __ ] film location scout I was like it's ridiculous I guess mine was pretty standard when you think about it I went to UNI learned how to do my job did my job for free until I was good enough to start charging for it started charging for it in a freelance basis and then eventually got a staff job yeah that's probably pretty normal yeah I'm a particularly odd case I think swapping countries helps I think I'm well you did you swapped countries too actually did yeah it's true I SWA States you did yeah well miss brenon from muffin break uh she's got another example of of how how wussy these kids are she went to an overseas conference she use the word

wussy no I'm throwing that in there myself but she does say this the way she speaks is kind of like it seems like like I don't know if they even asked for this interview or she just started she just called them up and was having a rant on the phone she recalls how she went overseas to a conference for 2 weeks and one of her subordinates demanded a pay rise for looking after the department while she was gone I said actually you didn't and I wasn't on leave you had maybe 10 extra emails to deal with for 2 weeks and that was part of your job if you'd solved this problem or saved his money that's a thing to bring me so I guess the message is all fair don't work for this woman yeah don't apply for a job at muffin break if you don't want to put in the hours I guess

but Luke Luke would do well at muffin break because he puts 100% x amount of Instagram followers this many likes muffin break have bizarre branding cuz I remember years ago there was a muffin break downstairs from the office I worked and I used to get one every day and then once I got there and there was a big sign up that says you deserve a muffin break and I said yeah I do so I went and got something else she says here right you know just she everybody wants just to be patted on the back like you said Dan and then constructive criticism is like a personal attack it's like she she says it's like someone's unfriending them and I I I did see someone on Twitter the other day say I guess there is some truth to this is that if you're too critical of people

they kind of just shut down and then it's good to encourage them but also it's your [ __ ] job like remember I feel like there's a line here that needs to be better defined before we get all like this is this isn't a new thing where I used to work when I had to do like performance appraisals on people i' I'd quite often give people like a a three out of four and three out of four is you're doing your job like you're doing it well you're doing your job and people go but I think I'm really good I to get a four no four is you going and doing like X you did someone else's job as well yeah no you coming in doing your job getting paid and going home yeah that's the bare minimum that we should expect but and that was but that that's what they were getting ranked as but

yeah people would get upset they they're not exceptional I've got a sta member who constantly asks for a pay rise and it's like mate you're this close to being [ __ ] sacked you're a lazy good for nothing [ __ ] and if you're listening podcast M if you're constantly harassing D for a pay raise you know who you are yeah you worked with so many people who yeah are pushing for it and I've had people above me wanting complaining that they're not getting a promotion complaining they're not getting paid enough or they should be higher up who were above me and I'm sort of like I'm doing more work than you are I mean that does sound like the Prime Minister but also we're a country that's proved time and time again that you are

not immune we will sack you yeah also what is this podcast now yeah it's just I've just dawn on me that uh we used to talk about Star Wars quite a lot now we're talking about [ __ ] kids these days on the Instagrams want [ __ ] I don't think there even is Star Wars news this week although you've posted in a little YouTube video that that I watched and found so yeah they haven't made this video video they have not made this video available in australa for some oh is that true oh I can let me do [Music] this that's Star Wars news it's a video so have you not seen it either no I've seen it cuz I'm not in Australia very strange it could be viewed in Singapore and not Australia

yeah maybe this maybe the Prime Minister wasn't into it you never know he's well maybe he's mad about it cuz people are mad about this video they're doing these Disney's doing these little animated shorts and it's like clips of Star Wars it's basically they took a bit of Star Wars made a cartoon out of it and then they're cashing in on on that selling it to the kids as you know they just take a little snippet of the movie and animate selling kids the kids don't have to pay for each episode surely it's on YouTube spin this like it's a drug deal well it's it's a little cheeky cuz you can just watch the movie but anyway so people are mad about this one because this one focuses on Princess Leia and it's it's got the thing people are mad about is they're saying it's kind of like a it's

feminist propaganda cuz it's it makes all the men look stupid and Princess Leia look you know great CU there's a there's a shot where you know in the Death Star when Luke throws his rope and they swing across and in a in in the cartoony version Luke's like a bumbling fing he's fumbling for it and she's like rolling so people are really mad about it and I I just can't help but think [ __ ] off like who gives a [ __ ] because actually in the film that was all there like not not exactly like that but the whole thing was I'm here to rescue you and then he needed just as much rescuing as she did you know yeah it's like she was the one that actually got them out of the prison block yes cuz I had no idea well that's and that's what this little short Focus was on the the only thing

that this does that they don't say in the movie is that it actually says out loud um yes but this is for little kids it's a cartoon and not only that I think the the the reason this is this in particular is like it's making all the men look stupid right and in in the men's ones they don't make the women look stupid that's cuz there's no [ __ ] women in Star Wars to make look stupid is there so I think it's whatever character they're focusing on they're focusing on and then they put everyone else in the background make them look a bit silly it's like a little cartoon for kids like Jesus and also who cares if they make Princess Leia look cool Princess Leia is cool I don't know I just don't understand people [ __ ] weird these

days you can't do anything Matt you can't do a godamn thing and if they made Princess Leia look stupid people would be mad about that too we just don't make anything I guess just don't make anything don't make anything anymore don't ever do anything you just need to work how to make everyone upset not very upset everyone just a little upset cuz if you're doing that then well I think I'm doing something because I seem to always make people just a little bit upset you can't help it yeah but at least you know why I always know why yeah oh people are upset this week of [ __ ] what's H wrightman's son's name Ghostbusters Jason rman he said he was just chatting in an interview with people and he said oh they're going to make the new

Ghostbusters it's going to be you know a sequel and and he said the words we're going to hand it back to the fans and people took that as him [ __ ] on on you know the the 2016 girl Ghostbusters movie of course it was it was awful yeah but he he said that's not even that's not what he meant like cuz he he apparently was all he was very positive about that film at the time sure well he's also saying that this is a fan film because he is the number one Ghostbusters fan yeah because he was on set some days when his dad was making the original Ghostbusters and he [ __ ] loved it and he's our age and he loves it the same as we do and he just wants to make a really good one yeah this is the movie cuz they really originally did announce it was

going to be a Ghostbusters TR now trying to get that made and we were all excited for that one so it just sounds like he's going look look we're giving you what you want now yeah this is what you originally asked for yeah people got mad at him though and he had to he apologized on Twitter and then even what's his Paul Fe he the guy directed the 2016 one even he came out and said no no no he he's he's a good guy he didn't he didn't mean anything by it and it's just like [ __ ] Jesus what are what world we live say anything anyone ever people just [ __ ] speaking of people who uh the internet doesn't like um Ryan Johnson uh has come out this week and said no I'm still doing my Star Wars Trilogy I saw that I saw that did he yeah he's like despite what everyone is

saying I am still making a Trilogy um Disney say anything about it yet they not said a word no no yeah some uh some website uh I forget dude's talking about movies or some some silly name uh the movie Bros or something like that I forget the name of it um said there's a rumor s like a spit off podcast that dve and Gordon might now do movie Bros yeah he uh yeah they said uh his tril been canceled and then he tweeted and said it hasn't and then they they apologized and he said no worries okay well there you go it's not been cancelled it's just not progressing well my my inside sources at Disney say that basically other than the you know the episode 9's of the world they're uh de prioritizing film and they're focusing

on TV their two animated Properties Plus the Mandalorian which is production now which I don't if Ryan Johnson was so good that they loved him and everything when they were looking to get a new director for episode 9 would they maybe offered the job to him yeah or giving it to some third person but the fact that they've gotten JJ back is is really is really telling isn't it yeah yeah that to me anyway it feels a bit like that like Ry you [ __ ] this up we're going to bring JJ back to fix it or even not fix it he can't [ __ ] it up anymore worst he could do is it could end up being like the second uh Star Trek movie not bad still pretty

good you me Wrath of KH and I was about to say what the [ __ ] are you talking about yeah yeah yeah Goa rather can't [ __ ] you it's great yeah I know I was like gez yeah no look JJ's not infallible and the other thing well the thing I'm looking at with like Ryan Johns I'm just an IMDb at the moment he worked on Star Wars episode 8 said hey I'm going to get my um my Trilogy then the only thing he's done since is I video short of LCD sound system MH and kned out is in Pro post production whatever that is so it's not like he's been working full out and he didn't have time to hang on I mean look I'm no fan of The Last Jedi defense it yeah does take a couple of years to make a film generally speaking I'd be surprised if he's made

more than than one since the last Jedi came out yeah B like if you had the option to direct what knives out which is plot unknown described as a modern murder mystery in a classic who done it style or direct episode 9 what are you doing yeah but if you were Ryan Johnson and you just came off the absolute [ __ ] ass kicking that he got from episode 8 um would you want to just go and do another one straight away I'd probably want to go and do he was constantly doubting whether it was good when he was doing it I can imagine that was seen director in the Jedi you seen the documentary oh man there is so many shots of him just sitting down with his head in his hands and like the producer goes over and goes what's wrong buddy

he's like I don't know if this is any good and he was right to worry he was right to [Laughter] worry speaking of episode 8 um if anyone listened to uh the podcast this week and was shocked that we started listening to uh us um speculating on what episode 8 might be um sorry about that just refresh uh had a couple of people ask me about that yes I uh I [ __ ] up and I typed in there's a box when I post an episode there's a box and I got to type in the name of the the file that contains the episode the MP3 file uh and this week was episode 305 so I typed in Episode 205 and I posted

what's happened oh cuz I'm just reading I'm reading the article yeah although blofeld escapes Injustice in the film he dies at the end of the book which is based on Bon strangles him and then blows up his castle wow yeah the books were a little different in tone he doesn't blow up the castle he punches it with his huge hand until the whole thing shatters that's right it's it'll be a great scene when they film it it'll be amazing no just in my head for some reason I just got James like strangling him in his sleep or something which just is a bit weird it's a big arm don't fight it did she get [ __ ] Dwayne The Rock Johnson to play yeah I feel I feel one step away from that hey yeah or just everything he should just play everything yeah look I mean he's he's kind of like

[ __ ] kind of movie people want to see me in so just you have to make this movie that otherwise I'm not going to do it and then they'll they'll just change a movie and then yeah I think that's not a new thing though I I think I think you know like back in the the days of you know the era of Hollywood you know the kind of the black and white movies of the 50s you know that kind of era it was the same thing it was just like okay here is Carrie Grant being a bumbling nice guy again and uh here's uh um you know here's John Wayne being a cowboy can he be the goodboy being a racist was anyone really surprised I was surprised that people were surprised by this people got real mad at John Wayne this week like really

mad at him how long's he up his and make it apologize mad yeah look we' made fun of people digging out tweets of James gun from 10 years ago but people have now dug up an interview with John Wayne from 70s I think yeah like a long [ __ ] time ago when he was an old man shortly before he died yeah so we're getting close to 50 years ago yeah and uh and they're appalled by some of the stuff he says now it is appalling to be fair yes and and even at the time he was a [ __ ] so yeah you know but I mean he's been dead for 40 years what do you what do you want to do about it let's let's not put him in movies anym yeah that's right I mean it's not like anyone's being like Oh you know who was a great guy John Wayne you know he made all those movies

let's begin with I think possibly the most amusing news of the week just because I can't you couldn't make this up Reggie head of Nintendo America is retiring Reggie fiz he's been great for Nintendo he's just he's he's fun he's a great president or CEO whatever he is President supreme leader now he's he's been really good he's a funny guy clearly he's he's business savvy cuz Nintendo's doing all right now he's he's retiring and the guy's replacing him is named Bowser dog Bowser [ __ ] can't make that [ __ ] up so uh and then not only that someone I don't is it in the article or did I just I might have just seen this on Reddit or or somewhere um there's a photo of Doug Bowser from um from his first I guess you know reveal as as as an employee and

in the background he's got figures of Mario and Luigi tied up on a shelf like they don't draw any attention to it Stu on the Shelf they're like tied up so they they're actually I believe they're tied up with a with a power cable for a Nintendo yeah yes so yeah I thought that was that's uh that's pretty neat hopefully this guy uh is less evil than uh than we probably thinking he is April 15th is his last day Reggie's last day yeah he's he's he's not going anywhere else he just wants to spend time with his family yeah fair enough that's sad I'd like to spend some time with Reggie's family I'd like to spend some time with his paycheck you got some weird fetishes Luke Oh What a Beautiful check

so that's I mean that's Nintendo news um and we've got well there's two Microsoft rumors for E3 this year and I want to get I want to get your take on them like both of you um first rumor apparently Microsoft is going to be announcing they've said they said two consoles but the rumor I've heard is actually that the next generation of Xbox consoles are actually going to be a fleet of consoles like there's going to be a bunch of it's also what I've heard it's not like they're they're still going to be powerful except one's going to come with a dis disc drive and the other's not oh okay is that that's the only difference that's the that's the rumor I've heard because you wouldn't really release two at the same time it's not really a fleet is it two and the difference is just

that which it's less impressive than I it's a very big difference it is but then I mean they it's just two next gen consoles I was expecting some something a little more dramatic than this one's got no disc if you're releasing two um why you release one that's super good and one that's just sort of a little bit of improvement well that's why I was curious what the deal was but because currently they have that though they've got the Xbox One X and then they've got the Xbox One S right but yeah that all just comes from a little bit ofform screw and you can make get the parts cheaper when stuff like that that's all that is yeah just dawn on me that I don't have an Xbox One X and I don't even think about it cuz I just play games but I don't have an Xbox One X you

do you do notice the difference H mainly in load times does it have an SSD in it it does doesn't it y you're playing with your toy there Dan uh yeah yeah just giv a little squeak all right so it's two nextg consoles but the the difference is not that profound yeah that that's that's what I've heard anyway okay to me it's not actually two separate ones it's just one one's this TR for one doesn't but the same one go Charlie kill it instead [Music] already the other piece of uh alleged Xbox news we say the word allegedly a lot by the way iisten I say in particular a lot I listened to last week's episode on the number of times we say allegedly these days just because we've been advised by our lawyer to be so careful I'm I'm constantly going

allegedly allegedly MH we've been warned yeah exactly allegedly Microsoft is releasing game pass on switch and I first I was like how yeah I was say how is how is that going to work it's going to be like a streaming service where you you know you launch the app and then the game actually runs on Microsoft servers it just streams the video and you play it over the Internet which I don't I don't know about that one but also maybe I'm just thinking from the Australian point of view yeah where really wouldn't work without internet at the moment there's a few services that do that here now I don't know that they're publicly available I know Nvidia has a service that um at I thought that one crashed and burned well at one of the paers I forget which one um they were talking

about it cuz they they they were kind of demoing it um and they said it worked pretty well but yeah maybe it did get shut down I don't know I think I think that is going to happen eventually cuz it's feasible if you've got good internet it's just yeah yeah I just I don't I I think we're I still think we're a fairway off because just that lag between you making an input and going all the way to the server and then coming back yeah it's going to have to be almost zero in order for it to work yeah but what the other thing that I've heard that's a bit different to this is they're actually just going to bring like the Xbox Live to Nintendo as well but not just the game pass but actually you can have some Nintendo

games have Xbox achievements okay does that mean well you'd play your switch then at least I would play the My switch to death take it with me everywhere interesting I mean that is that's odd but I guess I'm not not against that yeah I'm not sure if it's going to be for every game or just might be yeah I think Microsoft and Nintendo are playing very nicely together till Bowser comes along which I don't think it's a bad thing but Sony is still being Sony yeah like it's mainly because like they they're winning the console war at the moment so they why do we want to join in on this winning oh yeah really I guess I'm not I'm removed from that way more than I used to be what's the St give us a status update on the wall oh I don't

know how much anymore but I think it's starting to shift back but Sony's been sold many more consoles really that's interesting that's why that's why yeah Nintendo and Microsoft getting together go yep we'll do the cross share and then they Sony's going no we can't and then they finally back down and and then the last minute Bowser's going to turn around and stab Microsoft in the back really much we need to get to a stage where with consoles and stuff that they need to stop stop being nice with each other not work against each other completely still have your exclusives like this game it's exclusively like Gees of war and things still have that but just let us play together so what he's saying is uh they should stop you know being

businesses um I'm not thinking stop them being businesses but it's just the way everything's sort of going now yeah like it sort of sucks like if you want to play with your friends you can only you have to buy the one console and you might have to buy a game yeah it's not what we want it's not what people want yeah I I I get what you're saying keep things that you know have your exclusiv that kind of stuff but let people play with each other but then that's again that's like business-wise that they don't want that they want everybody buying the same console so I can see why they don't but it would be nice I I understand that as well but no let us share that's it like if I'm playing online I don't care who what console they're using I really don't no I do but
