disappointed about is we're already halfway through there's only three more episodes and I'm really enjoying this this excellent six episodes [ __ ] bastards they've there's another show I want to talk about actually I'm going to put it in here so I don't forget I don't know also not enough episodes I'm putting it in there spoilers for you guys who can see it we'll talk about it later I would be so happy if they just went down no more big movies anymore and just his different television shows you wouldn't have to leave the thing they're doing really well is that all the shows are different they're not like a yeah same tone or anything I agree with you but I also think I don't just feel that about Marvel and Star Wars I feel that in

general now I watched a movie the the other day and I thought to myself what's wrong can't stretch this more than 2 hours like now that TV is Cinema quality there's no excuse to just do a one-off movie anymore I'm not going to waste my time with that like you get more story in a television show I got a ton of movies waiting to watch and I'm not watching them because I'm like well what TV show a movie is going to be but going to be over tonight yeah I can't invest myself in that there is one bad thing about the television shows though I just recently watched uh there was a a television show that was on Netflix that was away so it's Hillary Swank was commander of a ship expedition to Mars I know this

it's a very slow burn very slow burn but then it ends and they go there's no season 2 oh as in and that I find quite annoying they don't wrap it up or anything they don't end it on a compl Cliff Hanger so that's something good about she yells out I call dibs on the dragon and then runs off and it fades to Black what oh you've not seen it Luke never mind never mind oh but I'm starting to get sort of sick of Netflix doing this like coming at a show telling me I need to watch it having advertising everywhere and then just canceling it yeah I think they need to start being careful because well they don't know if going a li it's [ __ ] hard to tell these days well it is but why would people go and invest

themselves into watching it if there's a good chance they're not going to get a second season or a third season well that's that's the thing is I mean if you like it you've got to watch it although I mean that's kind of make people watch it make other people watch it I mean if you watch you've got to do Matt if you like a Netflix show and you want them to do a second season you watch the first season then cancel Netflix wait a while and then when they second season you resubscribe uh actually yeah Fair that's how it works I yeah I don't know I think they need to stop stop worrying about bringing new people on and start worrying about keeping the people they've got you mean everything that Luke says sounds like a threat also we've gone from like we're

talking about TV shows now he's just talking about people who work there yeah that's right you better watch out for the people you've already got Loki's great Loki is excellent um Loki is like if Stanley cubrick directed A France Kafka written TV show except it starred Owen Wilson and was funny I like how weird 70s day call so good so good I love you hear this interview with Owen Wilson the uh was doing the rounds it was it's a little little clip from an official uh I guess TV SP for the show I've got a clip here to play for you guys yeah this is uh this is this is they released this it was on it's on the official Disney YouTube channel I got this from and this is a this is an audio

clip of Owen Wilson who definitely did say this sentence and this is the first time for me in the Marvel Universe you guys hear that Smiths you're quite good at turning me on like they could yeah just say oh and we need you to you've got him in the show he's there doing the interview you've got footage of him but you just couldn't get him to say can you just say this is the first time it's because he was constantly saying wow this is the Wow first wow time just can you stop saying wow what do you mean but he's great in it oh he's fantastic he is great in it though he's excellent there's an action figure of

his character and I'm I'm seriously considering it the one thing I'm sort of I'm a bit confused about and a bit put off by it is it's not the Loki we knew that had sort of turned good and he's still the bad Loki yeah you have to remember that he doesn't know about a lot of stuff yeah but then but I don't know to me it feels like he is the good Loki yeah after Avengers his later character is leaking back into his that's right no but he always did a bit of that he was always constantly seeming good and then not kind of his thing right yeah yeah self-absorbed Infinity Stones yeah we got a ton of them the guys here use them as paper weights but even after watching episode 3 I still have no idea what is going on we're not allow to talk about in a good

way no don't talk about episode 3 if you want to watch something that I have seen exactly three episodes of we can talk about Mythic Quest was only six ago are you w season two or season one no Season Two Season one I saw back in the day night season 2 three episodes okay the show I'm annoyed about how there's not enough episodes so there are nine episodes there's not enough episodes and the hell yeah Nine's weird what are you doing I also don't think it ended that strongly no the last three episodes were not great yeah I know the last one I thought was good the last one was good but well cuz it had just it's got that peak in the middle like the the you obviously you guys are just desperate to spoil one episode after I've seen told you to watch this weeks ago yeah I had to wait

until it was all out you were to spend the eight bucks well you know you know season one they did the episode in the middle the dock and Bean episode in season one right so there's the guess sort of the equivalent of that in season 2 and it's really good and so like I don't know it's just hard to to follow up on that I guess but yeah it's unlike in the first season where they did sort of tie it back in but it was sort of like a very short part of the show yes in this one they actually have a whole episode dedicated to following up on it what happened yeah yeah and that's that's the one I didn't think was strong oh really yeah I know what you mean I think it wasn't as funny I thought it was good it just wasn't as funny the other thing I'm sort of not

really enjoying it is sort of the side story about the testers oh sure yeah it feels like it's not part of Mythic Quest anymore they're just doing their own thing which is a bit weird it was funny because when they started that kind of side b b plot and then the punch L of that episode was no one cares I thought that was mirror the audience's feeling about it cuz I certainly didn't care and I thought that would be the end of it look this is slight spoilers but they're now looking at going to like University and studying gaming and writing and it's all like that's nothing to do with Mythic Quest and making the game yeah that's why I just feel it's a little well and they've become main characters too which I guess I they they were main characters before

but now it feels different cuz we're like I feels like we got more time with them than we did with iron and Poppy this season you know yeah iron and Poppy are almost like Side characters yeah yeah which I guess maybe that was intentional but I don't know it's we'll wait and see for season 3 yeah that started to lose me towards the end yeah that's fair yeah I think again that that that [ __ ] Middle episode was so strong that I was like all right settle down settle down everyone get to it get to it you should have watched it weeks ago while you guys have uh now now that you guys have got apple Apple TV um he should watch mosquito Coast that was good mosquito Coast yeah you were watching that instead of Mythic Quest I had to wait for want to watch Mythic

Quest as well where she had literally zero interest in mosquito Coast yeah so mosquito Coast Is a remake of an old film from the 80s that starred Harrison Ford right and he's this eccentric inventor that takes his family puts him on a boat and goes to South America to study Utopia right the first episode of this 10p part series was the inventer and his family deciding to leave and the last episode was them getting on a boat to South America so two episodes out of the 10 were half the old film and the rest was just this new madeup plot for the middle and I assume the second half of the film is going to be season 2 but that said quite good hm Harrison Ford hurt himself in it you get more story in no Harrison Ford is uh not in this he's not going to be in many more

things he might not even be thing as he injured himself during rehearsal yeah he's he pulled his shoulder or something practicing hurt himself so not going well practicing with the w shoulder cuz that's just sad does that just mean we're going to get another scene where this this fighter doing all these moves then he just shoots him yeah or it's going to be cuz he had dentry it's going to be like attack of the Clones and it's going to be Indiana Jones doing back flips and jumping around and [ __ ] cuz and then just cut to cut to a really old man standing there going like app maybe it's going to be like that scene Luke but in Reverse maybe ind's going to act like he's going to do some mad thing with the whip but he's going to just like cough and

splutter and some dude's just going to shoot him then the credits will roll and then George Lucas will come up going well there you go no more okay you hated the last one you'll hate this one [ __ ] you did you see that Set photo of him in in the costume it just looks like it's like an old man in a guys his dad in Last Crusade looks younger than he does now yeah it looks like an old man in Cosplay like you know he just needs to this needs to be his last movie do Cony thing and go I'm out you do other stuff just don't you can't just stop trying to be it's time I can't wait cospl indana what year is it that Indiana Jones is still dressing that way

like I had a thought recently right I love raid of the Lost Arc and I don't listen to all this garbage where people say oh it's not a great film because Indie doesn't change the plot no [ __ ] you okay don't that's a whole other podcast where I argue against you for that I think it's almost a perfect film and it occurred to me the other day it just popped into my head the one thing that I think's wrong with it you want to know what it is I wasn't they weren't explicit enough about how he was a child molester yeah that's right oh it was what Lucas thought was wrong with it I was a child I think they need to cut the entire first sequence as iconic as it is right because it sets up that Indie is

an adventurer who goes on adventures and do stunts and can survive weird wacky [ __ ] right then it cuts to him as just a normal teacher in a school and then some weird government guys show up offer him a weird job he thinks it's going to be just going to Nepal to find his old lecturer get a [ __ ] headpiece to the staff of RA give it back to them but the adventure and up taking him by surprise if we hadn't known he was already an adventurer that would have been way more unexpected imagine it starts off just he's a regular teacher he's teaching a class in archaeology they only go to him because he knows about this subject not because he's a [ __ ] Adventurer yeah not cuz he's an action movie star I want to watch Young Y Jones again I saw a clip of Jes the other

day why why when you say it do you sound like a pedophile it was it was sent to me and it was um it was Harrison Ford in it in that Harrison Ford sent it to you yeah for sent it to me and he's like check this out and it was him in the cabin and he plays the the saxophone and causes an avalanche and I was like I've got to watch the show again cuz I do not remember that and then the whole the whole episode because that's just the the book end the episode proper is about young Indie becoming a jazz musician which he doesn't do in any other episode except for that very good let's see if I can find that somewhere to watch Young Indiana Jones it's got to be they good Sunday afternoon movies or television shows to

watch covered up like uh well they've like the holiday special I don't remember there being much in them that is not canon or H fairly Canon adjacent well do they do they need really need canon in the Indiana Jones movies kind it should be movies some people have cannons yeah we do I'd like a Canon yeah you would oh it says it's on Prime but it's not you've got to have a Paramount Plus subscription Paramount plus don't get that yeah Paramount you want watch a new Star Trek which is pretty good you should get it or Bride of Frankenstein oh no that's Universal what does Paramount make Star

12 months you know what I mean it was funny what happened in Melbourne when they went into most recent lockdown they locked down again and I said one of the reasons why you can go out is to go get your vaccination cuz the vaccination senters were like coming get a vaccination like we're sitting here doing nothing the day they went to lockdown again the lines were huge to get vaccinated well that's it you need a motivator and having to stay at home forever is a pretty good motivator yes you can either get the vaccine or you can never see anybody else ever again I mean when you put it that way we'll leave it up to you I'm loving this lockdown honestly don't have to travel I can walk honest incredibly drunk all the

time came up came up upstairs yesterday and I was tiptoeing downstairs with an arm full of bottles and I said like there was this pause we just looked at each other and then after that long elongated pause I said these aren't all from today and she was like she's like I cleaned up yesterday sure bustard oh well You' be fine probably yeah yeah eventually I finished in air quotes Assassin's Creed Odyssey hey oh wow I finished it to the point where I'm I'm I'm okay to move on to something else now which isin you got closure you got yeah yeah take a break yeah

take a break before you jump into another Assassin's Creed game it's too late play something else I'm already in and I've already cuz one of the things I really liked about Odyssey especially towards the end there was hunting down all the the cult members so I've I wiped all them out and I enjoyed that and then so I was playing Valhalla and then I got I got to England and uh I don't want to I'm not going to spoil anything but you get in a little bit and then and then it's revealed to you that something similar is going on and then that little tab in my about all of the stuff that's like the Modern Day stuff I assume you know what I mean you know the the Animus cuz that comes into it so little in Odyssey right you I forget sometimes that the conceit is

that I'm someone in the modern day who's in a machine it's that's put her in the yeah so I kind of forget about that and then it reminds you but that story like what the [ __ ] like that never wrapped up I've idea what's going on thatmore but I don't I don't think they know how to break away from it and still make Assassin's Creed games cuz it's in it's in Valhalla it continues a bit and then then they they they reference stuff and I'm like wait that happened like I played that game I just finished it and I don't remember that so whatever so maybe it's not wrapped up but I I mean I feel like I wrapped it up I don't want to I don't want to spoil it because maybe Dan will want to go back to it one day I mean you can spoil it anyway I'll still enjoy

it Wonder Woman in a way actually Luke if you know what I mean wink wink huh really you could see up their skirt the whole time oh that's true yeah if you wanted to you could certainly see up Alexi SK I was about to say you could see up Alexi man I can't imagine playing the game as him his his voice is insufferable yeah he honestly that's the only thing I don't like about this game is that he is is a slimy little prick IED him enough and I met him spoke to him you didn't even encounter him didn't you say you completed this game 100% maybe I but yeah just because you completed something 100% doesn't mean you've done every single side quest I got the achievements so long ago we didn't we didn't say you don't remember if you met

your brother in Assassin's Creed Odyssey one of the characters I can't remember that was many many many years ago like also they call him deos maybe that's why you don't remember yeah I I honestly cannot remember that game for that type of stuff but cuz had a look cuz I have done got all the achievements in the base game all right but there's a lot of achievements that they've released later in the base game for sure he is you couldn't avoided I've met you yeah it was like I don't know it was a very long time ago I've played other Assassin's Creed since then I popped it on the other day because I I did want something to go back into and um I didn't know where I

was or what I was up to or why I cared about the helmet that I just put on and so I just turned it back off that's why I wanted to finish it yeah that's the one thing I don't like is all that armor and the weapons that leveling gear stuffies that you're always constantly putting on you but I just like it when you like go back to Zelda you get a sword away you go the other thing I I me to inv Valhalla is the you know when you get to England and you've it's like oh here's your settlement uh you're going to have to collect resources and and build new structures and and do this place up and I was like oh God this is going to be addictive too all right I'm into it when you get to

England are they all like hello gner um oh well while you're murdering it's a bit before that listen listeners that's the accent Matt had I do like the U as you're sailing in they like start making fun of there they're like they like oh what's that what's that thing on this on the flag there and he's like oh that's that's their uh that's called they call that a crucifix that's what their God died on what do you mean their God died on it and they've got a big flag out of it they're all like making fun of all the Christians and stuff it's pretty funny mhm like why are they putting that on the flag then [ __ ] weirdos so have you seen this so

remember cyber Punk came out last year and then Sony took it off their game store yeah where they finally put it back on but they're still saying like be warned this game isn't good and I actually sorry it doesn't say that that's the poster it's it's the game is still buggy but they were showing like a comparison of the game how it's running now compared to it was and you walk you see the video now that City just looks empty oh playing on the like PlayStation 4 there's just no one there is that the only reason it's stable is cuz they taken everything out that could uh be problematic I think that's maybe just removed a bunch of the resource heavy stuff which is you know the life the game yeah yeah that's a shame Cy C project red said it's that's as good as

it's going to get they stck a fork in I think they're sort of taking that as a win I mean honestly fair enough like move move move on like if people want to play it they should play it on a newer console that's the original PlayStation 4 not the pro or anything right cuz there's yeah yeah just like cuz there's a difference between it on I like it's the people on the original original that had the issues well I'm just going to stick with my series X hurry up and work on expansions and stuff I want to go back into that game oh they they're going to do it it's just got delayed now cuz I have to fix it for old consoles I don't have an old console think of me you know what you definitely won't be able to play you definitely

won't be able to play The Golden Eye remake that we talked about two week weeks ago that somebody built inside of you told me it was you you told me I could play it so you told me I could play it you you could have and you've had two weeks but now Ubisoft have gone no why cuz like does this lead to us getting sued oh okay that's fair oh that reminds me there's a [ __ ] level editor in Assassin's Creed Odyssey we don't have to talk about it much cuz I haven't looked at it I just saw it in the menu and I went what the [ __ ] and then I didn't realize that was in there is that how they made this gold I thing in Far Cry I believe so yeah I didn't know I didn't know that was in there so okay

cool some people are just really good at doing these things it's amazing what these modelers can do these man I haven't opened a level editor since dukee nuk this is not even mods though this is like literally in the game you can make more of the game that you're playing in the game mhm that's weird it's cool though ah so Ubisoft sent me a mail because they got one from MGM they sent you a mail basic did you ask him for a female I don't think that it's really sad but my work isn't deleted because I saved my levels on PS4 and 5 the ps+ C and USB stick I don't know if there's a legal way to upload them again because he's on their radar now so yeah it was yeah it wasn't a game company it was MGM went get away from

Bond oh yeah okay he's drinking milkshake just sort of be yeah he should have just changed the name of it to Shin it's just it's just people it's just more advertising for them if people are seeing this I I would think but pink eye as long as no one's making money out of it I don't see a problem well ubisoft's making money out of it people I think well that's probably how MGM sees it anyway well mhm yeah give us money no it's not given everyone way too much credit there's a [ __ ] guy in the legal department of MGM whose job it is to Google for their own properties every day and then just send them a cease and deist when they find one send the letter out yeah yeah they

need to do it cuz if they're not shown to be following up on it then well you're not that fuss about it so y now anyone can do what they want to James want cuz that legally oh yeah remember when they were wanting to oh the Candy Crush makers they wanted to trademark candy yeah so no one could have candy in their name for anything and the judge basically went like if you do this you have to go after everyone she just have to go by milk yeah that's right you have to go after that makeup artist that Matt drove home that [Laughter] time the one with the inflatable pool things they were lovely inflatable pool

[Laughter] things sometimes I word bad does anyone want to guess what I've been playing this week I'm going to go Conan yeah I've been playing Conan and I've been really enjoying it actually so I of like Conan has had so many so many patches and upgrades since it came out and granted played it when it was in beta so like I was initially playing it in a kind of a pre-release form but I think that each time it's been improved it's gotten closer and closer and I think that this game now is of sipar is probably what the developers of this game initially set out to create so just like CD Project Read I think their slogan for this should be this is as good as it's going to get

stop stop you know the combat is the combat's a little the worst thing about game is the com the combat is just for a game that is about hitting people it's hard to hit people I try to avoid it probably better on a PC where you can like you know like play it more like a MMO yeah yeah but I mean the the whole mechanics of the survival is different now food you have to eat food but it doesn't give you oh doesn't heal you you just have to eat and you also have to heal yourself you heal yourself with bandages now which means you can't do it during a fight because you've got to go away and it takes time to bandage your wounds so there all of that kind of stuff oh okay that's

realistic yeah I'm enjoying it it's a lonely game though it's so lonely there's barely any other human beings in it you know in in um I had a friend finally finally one of you guys wanted to play it with me I I I've tried I just don't get it there's no end goal you to buy the expansion and and and it's hurt me too much the money I would have spent on the expansion they got for that [ __ ] server so it was a waste of time that yeah that would break if you played the game just it's just I'm I'm just annoyed about how much time was wasted because of that yeah it's just gone now bastards oh my god I've just oh my god I've Just Seen I've Just Seen A Geek of the week candidate broke my heart do

we want to talk about geek of the week we've got we've got two candidates yeah for Geek of the week this week geek of the week well one of them broke my heart and one of them I don't give a [ __ ] about so Matt why don't you introduce them both the listeners can decide okay the first one the first geek of the week the one who was originally in there is John maffy who we've talked about before he was the he invented maffy yeah he's not getting it antivirus and then he went a bit nuto Yeah and I don't even know how to describe what he does or what he I think he may have been a bit nuto beforehand well put it this way everyone he died in a Spanish prison MH extradition

yeah he was an odd dude I think you I mean I'm sure there'll be an article or two out there that sums it up I'm don't even know all the ins and outs of it but he was living in he was on the run so so basically in third world countries for the last 20 years or something mhm so oh go on look you and the the geeky the geeky thing he did was create this terrible virus wear thing that you could it was basically a virus itself you could never get rid of it my parents love to buy it and install it and I just don't there was a time when M was respected in the uh by our parents yeah mhm it was definitely a parents antivirus yeah yeah mhm okay so yeah but just because of how

terrible that virus were no he's not getting a geek at a week all right well how about the second one the dog that played dog meet in Fallout 4 his real name is River and mhm a I'm just I'm crying I didn't know it was so did they did they um like motion captur the dog uh was it just designed from I think I mean she looks like the dog he or she she was more she was more than a mascot or an inspiration she was part of the team yeah I mean she looks exactly like the dog in the game so I don't know I I guess maybe they mo so I will say this she is getting it oh she's definitely getting it and there's a reason for it not from because she's a dog dog meat's always had a special

place in my heart uhhuh and it actually goes cuz I've dog meat has always been my companion in all the Fallout games and it was because of dog meat I was able to finish Fallout 2 cuz everyone else had died except for dog meat and dog meat did the last bite on the president and I won the I can't have dog meat with me because I get too worried about his safety in Fallout 4 he's an idiot dog dog meat is tied up outside my shack in Fallout 4 because he just gets himself into trouble if there's a mine go anywhere if there's a mine he'll step on it yeah you find it I'm like [ __ ] crawling on my belly through the woods to try to snipeer a [ __ ] and he's just like all in he's jumping around

barking yeah he's going to go attack this group of guy yeah I remember that day actually Matt you were just as bad in Ghost Recon all right well I mean you were doing it so what was I going to do and also it was funny you listening to Dave [ __ ] scream at us from the the other room but yeah he got pissed Dave doing all this like covert sneaking around and then just me Matt in the middle of the he was like all right let's take a look at the map it looks like they're centered around that compound there in the center so if we if we kind of sneak up this hill here to the left guys guys guys Leroy Jenkins I'm going in that's Matt we're under heavy

fire don't wor I'm coming don't know how this happened yeah he only play that game with once for some reason so we've given geek of the week to a couple of different animals in the past uh including a a turtle a crocodile um a horny Beaver yeah but I think is this the first dog I think it might maybe WR in and let us know if it's not it's possible ride in if you think that your dog should be geek of the week no wait that's that's not good no dog meat is always my companion cuz that way you also get the uh lone Wanderer perk as well cuz they don't as but they can still attack like I said you just got to make sure he doesn't cuz

he's going to get you in trouble or she apparently apparently dog meat is a girl we've learned now fall four maybe that was obvious from the game but I did not know that uh I don't know if there was a bid in the game where you crouch behind it and look at its genitals although maybe there was maybe you're playing when you played game maybe but I did download the dog most of the game what did you do in 44 yeah I just wared the Wasteland not looking at [Laughter] genitals so should we move on to some Star Wars news yes oh is there Star Wars news well sort of I just this is like a little bit of followup I guess

technically cuz we talked about how you know Patty Jenkins is dirting the Rogue Squadron movie and I think you guys I I haven't watched it yet but you guys watched Wonder Woman 2 Wonder Woman 1984 I think we had mentioned better than the first one which was worst garbage and she wrote The F she wrote the second one and we we were like oh God is she going to be writing this Rogue Squadron movie and the answer is no she's not she's directing it she's not writing it so that's uh that's that's the only news I've got this week Matthew Robinson something in this article got me excited for a second um uh the film would Loosely based on the X-Wing novels which were released between 96 2012 which I loved those novels but

they're not Cannon anymore and the whole so I don't know it's going to be yeah Loosely there's an X-Wing in it yeah and people fly them they fly x-wings yeah but the thing is um yes I don't know how that's going to go I still reckon this should be a television series I really just think Battle Star Galactica with Star Wars would be great and that's what they should be doing maybe it'll kick off a new TV series are you are so are you going to put your hand up for a role in this like if they were opening auditions up would you I'll play wedge no that's not quite what I asked uh well locked in Matt just locked in casting is done yeah yeah I'm playing wedge wedge and just call him up hi my name is playing wedge is that patty patty yeah hey how

you doing Pat uh I'll be playing wedge in your so when do you f me out to start filming I've decided to accept the role I've read that Kathleen Kennedy is encouraged to be very hands off with the series based on her handson involvement with the films cuz I think yeah the the the TV shows are going in the right direction and I think the people who've been working TV shows should have a lot of UT into the movies mhm favro for example and fony if we could just get rid of six movies I'd be

happy oh you don't like the original series huh and the pre and the have there been so many now that six of them are garbage not surprised well I'm actually including the force awakens with this one oh even though I enjoyed it but you have to remember it did change my understanding of Star Wars completely was there something specific cuz it sort of oh well the fact that the Empire is still there yes the Empire is not like we won and then 20 years later they back in power no that was first order yeah it's different we let the same thing happen over again no but I what I I still hate that the fact that the Empire is only 30 years old like the Empire isn't the

baddies because they're an Empire and Empires are bad it's just a there's a [ __ ] up Emperor right now yep yeah cuz I'm I mean I guess we never really know how old Obi-Wan is but he does talk about how he I mean he remembers the time before they weren't allowed to be Jedi so I mean it is fairly recent but that doesn't mean the Empire is new that's what you yeah that's what I mean it's always I mean like people living under [ __ ] guas Caligula weren't just like H remember when it was a republic no they don't hadn't been a republic for hundreds of years it's just that he didn't have as Emperor as shitty as now maybe they did then you don't know you were I don't know that's true I wasn't you know what Malcolm McDow was

think yeah I do I do know what he was thinking now I want to play wi I saw I saw three musicals this week three stage were they fun High School Musical one two and three all of them were good that's right I okay so I don't know what this is because but because I'm obviously not going to watch it but every time I turn on Disney plus I get advertised School Musical the musical and I want to know what the [ __ ] is up with that is High School Musical not a musical and now they've done a musical of it is High School Musical just about making a musical the one where but or or is it the one about where the high school put on a

production and then 30 20 30 years later They're bringing back and trying to get him to put on the performance again is that that one oh maybe maybe I don't know but I did see three musicals this week um I I saw a musical called once which was fine um then I saw Hamilton which was very good how many times you going to see it yeah well this is the second time and now we're in lockdown so bit cheaper this time oh [ __ ] hell yeah but not by much no actually by a considerable margin but they're still quite expensive um you got ripped off but the third one ripped off I knew cost 800 bucks for a ticket that's no that's ridiculous I'll pay 40 well even this what I was going to say they're 150

bucks a ticket even just for the normal not in New York not original cast tickets that you can get now but the third Musical that I saw this week uh which I saw with a listener actually yeah um I saw American Psycho the music cool and it was the greatest play I've ever seen it was very okay mhm I didn't know that was a musical neither did I then I saw it and we bought tickets and I think we got the last tickets available we were in the front row tucked down on one end uh and it was [ __ ] great H you in the splash you did get Co because of it but apart from that yeah possibly and there's no more tickets so my recommendation can't do you any good

but uh mhm yeah right just know that it was good as it's it's wrapped up or they just you know it's sold out sold out but probably also canceled now because everything's canceled yeah I actually have to wear a mask now mhm and in camera nothing like that I I can see your face right now cuz it's I'm not going to you don't you don't have to wear one in the house when not just shops you have to wear them in the office now I mean not they were allowed in the office you have to wear them you had to wear them into the in the gym for about 3 days and then they said you don't no camber you don't 3 days we had to wear masks in the gym and then they said you know what no gyms gims are shut yeah mhm that's what they did here as well well that makes

sense cuz everyone's just in there sweating and yeah yeah we're in proper lockdown now a year [Music] on over a year we thought we got it right but no we're getting there yeah next year I'm traveling we'll see it's meant to be Canada now but the I mean you guys the whole time have had this twoe quarantine coming into the country so it's kind of shut down like I mean this was always kind of going to happen right they knew that didn't they like it wasn't sustainable to just shut the rest of the world out for you know what I mean it's well I don't know it still seems to be working no no no it's not working though that's what I'm saying it's working because no one's allowed to come or go from the country lock eventually you're going to have

to I guess we lock down and I guess I'll never see you guys again you know what I mean though it's only working cuz I want to go to Disneyland well that's what I'm saying Luke is that it's not working cuz you can't right now but also it's not working yeah right but that's but your average person on the street doesn't consider the fact that like right now for the last 12 months or whatever right however long it's been all up if you wanted to go to Australia you had to pay $35,000 to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks that was not part of the vacation it was a quarantine you w to leave the hotel room you've been doing that there was also a good chance you wouldn't get a flight that's what I'm saying so you've been doing that for 12 months like so it

wasn't working it was just that you had these drastic measures in place that stopped your average Joe on the street from getting sick but then the average Joe on the street doesn't know or care about any of that [ __ ] so I think I feel like it was always going to fall apart you know what just happened in CRA this weekend so there's a bit an outbreak in Sydney and there's like hot spots where don't yeah you're not allowed to come to C or go to any other state if you're from here they had a group of 50 people come down from a hot spot and check themselves into a hotel yeah and just I feel they find a lot of money but just really I don't was a good idea I don't think hotpots is how it works

right cuz apparently the the the outbreak in Sydney started because a limousine driver had it and then you know drove a bunch of passengers around he's trying to claim it was not him yes well but it's not just like saying oh well you know don't go to Bondi you'll get Co it's not like CO's hanging around Bondi yeah no but I think I mean I guess what I'm trying to say is right if until enough people are vaccinated it's not it's not over it's never going to be done with because the virus is going the only either you shut down the borders forever and you just never let anybody in and then maybe you can you can not ever get it but that seems unlikely as well I think the big thing is just trying to shut us down for long enough to get the vaccine roll out

it seem possible people don't have understood that this was not like you can't just avoid it forever you're going to have to get vaccinated like mhm oh Matt to be clear we're not avoiding it we can't get the VX here no no no no no I know that I'm say what I'm saying is it's I feel like it seems like not you guys I'm saying it seems like a lot of people in Australia don't understand that this isn't just going to go away like yeah people very quickly go oh we're not lock down anymore it's gone yeah we fixed it the pic's over like no you've got to get vaccinated like the virus is permanent it's going to be around forever and there's going to be mutations of it so I mean maybe you personally don't but you should cuz then

would be cold yuck no it's fine coffee is one of those things where if it's boiling hot it's delicious if it's icy cold it's delicious at any other temperature it's disgusting oh yeah no I'm sorry just cold coffee just I don't know it's wrong it's fine would you drink hot gin yeah you would I try hot gin yeah I wasn't offering it I'm going to like a nice warm me although I mean come around I guess we'll figure it out I'll I'll boil up some some gy boil up some gy well look I've also something I'm going to do cuz remember when I went to edinb and I made the multiple nasm gin yes I can get them to remake that same batch cuz since it's

going to be forever since we see each other I can get it shipped to you Matt okay and I'll drink it so I'm going to get them remake it shipped to you Dan will meet up y we will pour and we will all drink it together that's good we've got a bottle of uh multiple nerdgasm Mak his I say a bottle I think like a barrel of um multiple Nas and make his Mark coming at some point o so I'm not going to get the whole Barrel they're making a barrel of it and I'll get some of it when they do they're making a whole barrel of multiple nerdgasm Makers Mark yeah it's a barrel with our name on it that's great could I ask why why cuz you can sign up and you gave him a lot of money no no don't think we gave him any money you can just sign up and ask him to do that makers oh

2002 scotch and then moved to Scotch Scotch I stopped drinking in 200 and now I'm he's remembering the incidents I've got been no incidence h no that I've been drinking I got it's my brother-in-law's birthday and so you know the bottle of whiskey the Ry whiskey used talking about I got that for his birthday oh nice I am going to order some of that online because I have not seen any Bullet bourbon in any liquor store here in Australia and I have looked yeah right yeah all I did was Google and it in so many stores I bet if you went into the stores it's not there though I guarantee it um no I did click and collect from the same day from Dan Murphy's really my Dan Murphy's doesn't have it yep which is a shame or maybe

they do they're just hiding it from you no no no they like me there I W I walked into Dan Murphy's once thinking do I come here too often and um one of the staff guys passed me was like we got some nice Crown uh we got some nice craft loggers in and I was like thanks mate [ __ ] well I I'll brag my chemist knows me but knows me when I walk in now and knows my first name we got some nice opiates in for you ly yeah yep yeah here are the painkillers you can't even get with a prescription here here's just the poppy seeds you ask the um the chemist at Orbin when Dan went in and asked her about some sunscreen but she was probably not a sunscreen wearer

oh man that was yeah and I was like can you recommend oh man that yeah she was uh she was in a full burer uh the pharmacist the full one not just the hijob the one that so like face and you saw the eyes and hey whatever but yeah asking her about sunscreen was hilarious but I was just standing there and I didn't know what one to get cuz I'm not like a [ __ ] outdoor guy I don't know which sunscreen you need to get when I was a kid still be able to give a recommendation cuz they get the pamphlets dropped off for a lot of their stuff so MH they're not allowed to read Luke oh I'm surprised he had a degree and I'm not I I don't mean because I don't think
