like accents you can still like it sounds a bit like this but I've never gone these two people sound identical yeah you've never you've never gone is that sha connory or Captain peard exactly yeah I wonder yeah I bet probably it's not possible to have exactly the same voice because the problem with it's it's always going to be like diff you might be different words just due to how you're brought up and stuff but still there's interesting it must be someone you know like CU identical twins aren't identical they're like very similar but they're not identical so H yeah I just yeah something for people to think about listeners right in and here's the thing you could say

wasn't on it's just me gone I don't have to go to sleep yet but I'm already in bed ah [ __ ] it Xbox I'll play the Xbox yeah obviously I used to have Xbox in my room cuz room when we were single that's right and all we had was a room yeah with just us in it Hannah's a light sleeper and also goes to bed before me so I'm not even allowed to have a television in there oh no way I'm getting away with the Xbox we have a TV in the up there but I've got my Xbox in here and then Jenna is in the living room so I've got my Xbox up here and my Xbox downstairs the only thing is I've got the shitty TV in the bedroom the nice TV in the living room so it's it's weird I'm actually most my Xbox now I'm just playing on a computer monitor I don't even yeah

scen any play on this screen I'm looking at you guys on oh I do play it out there sometimes but mostly it's in here yeah it just depends on how I'm feeling and where I want to I mean I don't don't play that much anymore actually that's not true I've been playing quite a lot of Assassin's Creed Odyssey still uh because I get time to Potter around in it you know when I'm looking after they are good like that you can just do a couple of little missions or you can just explore it's such a [ __ ] great game I haven't had much time to play games lately either I just finished Mass Effect 2 today oh that took you longer than you expected I did so I'm going to have a bit of a break and then I'm going to jump into three by break yeah you I'll jump in play a few

other games get some achievements and then I'll go back right but yeah I got to the end and I was panicking because there's a couple of the achievements about like playing the game through on Insanity difficulty mhm and I finished the game and it didn't unlock for me oh and panicked when in double checked I played on Insanity panicked panicked I know he panicked it's a long game to have to go back to the start and re that's what he would have to do I know he would literally would have to do that mhm but there's a bug and there's a work around for it so I'm okay so you cheated work around okay look at his work arounds look what are you drinking what is purple uh gin purp slow Jin slow Bri gin um I forget what it's called cambri in they've they've got uh this uh one it

starts off purple if you add lime or lemon it changes color and then when you add the tonic it goes to pinky purple wow does it it just tastes like gin though I assume yeah all Gins tastes the same no it's actually quite weird cuz I normally don't like Cambridge yeah looks a [ __ ] cambri in these little hipster things and all these places we go in C oh look we serve Cambridge and I go yeah but it tastes like [ __ ] but customer I'm sure yeah now they FR off and they've made some suar Flav yeah and I've got this one they've also got a blood orange one I want to try next okay W but yes just stick stay clear if their their name cambri Jin don't get oh called cin You by

Exiles so after I'm tried a while ago and then you went this is crap we're not playing it anymore okay so the Isle of siptar came out yeah right mhm this is not what I thought it was I thought this was I thought this was an expanded map yeah it's not it is not it's a new mapap in which you start the game over oh it is a new version of the game that's the same game on a different map okay yeah all right so instead of starting in the desert and working your way up from there you start on a beach after having been Shipwrecked and you play the exact same game except on yeah also the they haven't added maybe a story in or anything there's no story as as much as there was a story in Kanan Exiles it's the same yeah there's a there's a setup rather than a story so

far some of the trains the same some of it's slightly different some of the the fora is the same some slightly different um I'm enjoying starting again in a way I'll give it a go I'll give it a go for now is is the island big I assume it's big yes it seems quite big it seems quite big okay I don't know if it's necessarily as big as the kind and Exiles map you know the the ex lands which was incredibly big uh huge this one it still seems quite big I I've I've wandered around a bit and I've not really scratched the surface okay so there's definitely there's definitely some game to be played you can get all the achievements you cuz it actually did come with new achievements but you can get them all just using by console

command so I don't do that because I'm not a cheat so I only want it for achievements you said the c word I'm not cheating it's released with conso admin panel so that's not cheating yeah I just have to god mode disable eating and then just War around the map yeah sounds really fun sounds really really fun IQD was not cheating cuz that's right then I just I spawn in animals and then just go kill and then they die and I get the achievement for killing a crocodile yeah that's not cheating not cheating at all not cheating at all I love that 30 years later we still know iddqd ID KFA ID clip like there's you know like there's if we sat down at that game again we could cheat to our hearts content without having to look also con and exile

right M Luke will pay 60 wait in australia1 odd dollars for a game load it up MH type in spawn crocodile kill crocodile all right done with that game yeah no the I wasn't actually going to buy that game at all but then when Dan started playing it said we should play together that's when I purchased it and I didn't do all the console triats or anything until after we played together and then we worked out we weren't going to play with each other anymore we only worked that out pretty recently no no remember to be fair yeah yeah but yeah I need to find out how much the DLC is yeah I'm pretty interested in $25 link I should not Beed for it to be on sale then that means it's pretty pretty cheap here I assume

it's less than that in US yeah MH for what's essentially a whole new game I mean they don't even let you carry your character over you know what I mean you you start again oh you start again l say it's a whole new game whole new game I just say it's a new map some other stuff thrown in yeah probably talking about 50 minutes to put together I'm addicted to this game man how many years has it been like I just keep going back it's like a it's like an abusive relationship it's been three years now came out May 2018 I've got I've got Mass Effect who loves me very much you know waiting for me to commit I keep going back to Conan I just can't stop playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey H it's [ __ ] enormous like I'm not reveal I probably revealed more than half of the map now but it's just so

[ __ ] did you even did you get to I mean slight spoilers but I guess I don't even know how far I am in the game did you get to Atlantis Dan no yeah did not get to Atlantis this game is [ __ ] enormous oh great now I have to play it again to go to [ __ ] Atlantis yeah because that's part of the plot like the game is [ __ ] that's part yeah the game gets a bit weird it's it gets a bit great you mean I'm okay with it getting Atlantis weird you said the wrong word there Luke yeah I'm okay with that kind of weird I knew there was DLC that was in the kind of mysticism realm but I didn't realize there were things like that in the game proper yeah no this is part of the main game I mean I'm assuming unless Matt you can spoil it for me if you want it is it

underwater uh yeah yeah okay so this isn't just like oh Atlantis used to be part of Greece and here you are place no no no no no we know there's that whole plot of the like what do they call them like the precursor people M the technology oh sure yep yeah so that's that's where they're going with that and then there's been I mean again sort of spoilers there's been hints of remember I asked ages ago if there were mythical creatures in this and Luke kind of Cally said yeah is that cuz you came across one I didn't yet but they've there they've come up so I was like okay so I think maybe they will try not to spoil it for you there there's a Min in yeah probably also did you I know you probably did this I mean this is a spoiler for a minor Quest did you do the

you know the Olympics you go to the Olympics too Dan by the way oh no man I've played this game for days and days and I've hours and i' just up to this yeah it is one of those huge games where there is a lot of side quest but they're all good like there's nothing I've never hit anything that's been shitty in it really but there's a quest where you go to the Olympics you've got to escort um test please is his name no the fighter no and he's a [ __ ] douchebag and then you get to the Olympics and I laugh my ass off cuz I was thinking oh God it's going to have me compete in the Olympics and then but it was like no no no you just got to escort this guy and he's going to win the Olympics it's like all right and then you get there and then cuz you played as Cassandra right Luke

yes yeah so the guy gets drunk and he tries to hug hug you and so you move out of the way and he falls in the ocean and shark [ __ ] eats him and then they're like well now you have to compete and I was like how does that work that's how it works if you're being sexually harassed by an athlete and they die you have to step up but it may I was like I forgive you cuz that was [ __ ] hilarious like all right fine I will compete in the Olympics but did you have to literally compete like you had to [ __ ] control The discus and all that yeah no no no yeah it loads up uh was it uh I was going to say summer games it's not summer you know California games California games yeah yeah Winter Games [ __ ] yeah no anyway assassin screw he's [ __ ] fantastic

can't stop playing I still need to go back and get the DLC games within games that's the reason I stopped playing Bully was that level where you had to beat an arcade game and it was a game within a game this old shitty I just couldn't beat it I just couldn't beat it we had luk do it one night we were really drunk something and then Luke did it spent two hours on it but it was easy it wasn't easy it took you ages drove me [ __ ] nuts it was annoying because you couldn't skip it and it wasn't quite a high number you had to get the high score on it it was yeah they should make a bully too electric bully L yep I watched a movie uh it's a movie I know Luke seen I don't know if Dan has seen it yet it's uh it's Army of the Dead I

watched it it's a almost watched it the other night and I watched something Dum instead and I shouldn't have it's not a good movie um it's a movie and it's fine it's not a good movie I enjoyed it I watched it it's uh yeah that's on the poster [ __ ] yeah I don't want I'm I don't what I don't even know what you could spoil this has got some weird [ __ ] in it it's been two weeks you can spoil it I don't care I feel like Zack snd just wrote down a bunch of random ideas and he was like this is going to be in the movie and then nobody bothered to ask him wait why is that in the movie there was that luk said that I

said there was that one part in the middle which just makes zero sense that's not the only thing that makes zero sense what I know there's more things but there's just one it felt like a point that was leading to something the conversation he has about what you know what I don't a spoiler if this is just for me go right ahead Well it can't even can't be a spoiler because it doesn't go anywhere it's just a random like like non in theid like it start yeah they start talking about like and they give the impression like this is something to do with time travel and they're sort of having to repeat this day over and over and get further in and there's a sequence where they say so I guess it's kind of a spoiler there other people have tried to do what they're

doing right and then there there's these bodies around and then two one of the guys goes what if these aren't people who came before us what if it's us and then it shows this kind of sequence where but it's kind of like I was talking to Jen about it it could just be like you know in movies where it show cuz they did sorry I'm trying to figure out how to word this they did this earlier right you know when the guy was explaining to them what they have to do and it showed a sequence of them in there shooting zombies but it wasn't real it was just like this is them imagining what this is what it's going to be like so I like he's the plan and and then so this guy saying what if this is all like a Time Loop and these are this is us and then it shows the I and

they've got the same clothes and that on but I don't think they actually had the same clothes on I think maybe it was just the same thing where it's like a like a a montage of what it would be like if it was them you know but why put it in if it's not going to go anywhere it right it's [ __ ] weird because it makes because now everyone's like wait was it really a Time Loop or what was that cuz it it was not clearly not real cuz he'd talk about the characters and then flash to what those characters were doing right now and show that they got the same clothes and things and I do you think it was trimmed do you think there was scenes that have been removed I think he was big parts of it that's okay so this is not a spoiler either because it doesn't go anywhere some of the zombies are

robots Okay for no [ __ ] reason some of them have glowing blue eyes and when they shoot him sparks fly out of them and they I mean that looks like a robot to me why that is never explained no one even comments on it the guy [ __ ] they shooting him and there's some of them are spares and no one goes that's a robot why are there robots here no one comments on it nothing it just happens and no one says anything about it like the [ __ ] I just I don't understand and then Zack sniders come out this week and said um he said I probably shouldn't say this but uh this this this world's a little different the zombies actually um the women they kidnap they rape them and they make zombie babies what and everyone was like what that's not in the movie and he's like no no no it's not in

the movie but that's that's what happens in this world oh oh okay I knew cuz they kidnapped the women right but why did they kidnap the women why did the zombies kidnap people I knew they were trying to impregnate them but I didn't think it was like while they're alive type of thing it was sort of I thought it was they were turning them and then no so Z like they capture people raped them get them pregnant and then turn them into zombies yeah okay so there are human live Human women being raped by zombies not in the movie wait a minute that's not in the movie the movie actually makes it seem not as bad as that but Zack Snider's come out to let us know no no no it's worse than I made it look in the movie it's way zombies can ejaculate right into a live woman

apparently apparently and not all the zes will become pregnant it's complicated yeah there's one zombie that makes B he makes super zombies that are smarter and things but if those zombies bite others they just become normal zombies okay it's not explained or anything nothing is explained it just is no I mean which is fine normally except except that it's just so there's so many things like that that's like okay wait why like see now I kind of want to watch this even more I might put this on after this podcast when you watch it this I think you should watch the fact that tign nataro was added in later is [ __ ] incredible because I was looking for best character in the movie I couldn't really tell that she was added in later yeah right okay even though I

knew like it was very well done like she's not she's just shot on her own not with anybody which I guess was if they couldn't Salvage whatever the original take was but that's very infrequent most of the time she's just kind of there with everybody and it's like the [ __ ] how they how they get the other guy out of that shot in the first place cuz there's background stuff going on and then and then they popped her in so incredible and great and is the best character like really is yeah she's the only character nobody else has a [ __ ] character except Dave Batista and his daughter other than that everybody else oh and and that coyote girl what's there's a guy who's basically the equivalent of Burke from Aliens right you know who I mean yes yeah yeah what's

that character's name not a clue what's what's any other character's name I can't remember any of their names name one character to about any of characters except Dave Batista like oh it's going say he wears glasses he had a daughter and wears glasses has a daughter they just the but that that's what I want from a zombie movie yeah I know fine but it's just like I just want to see walking around killing stuff look I I liked it getting killed it had some interesting stuff in it but it just was like it was basically like Zach and I just like sat down and like a kid sat down and wrote a zombie movie like it's going to have this in some of the robots are going to be some going to be robots and then this and then there's going to be a [ __ ] UFO at one point and no

one's that's not going to come up again he did a black hog thing where he worked out all this extra story and backstory and all this other stuff F or explain any of that [ __ ] lights in the sky at the beginning that will never be explained or come up again no and it like Anyway Matt this sounds like something you would have written as a kid yeah like exactly if the teacher just said look free form creative writing just just put all your favorite stuff in one movie you'd be like I got this and some of the zombies are actually robots yeah yeah but but pre me realizing you've got to justify that somehow that's right yeah yeah yeah whereas oh and the other thing you should pay attention to Dan when you watch this is the [ __ ] depth of field

on the camera did you notice this Luke no so Zack Snyder this is his first feature film where he was the Director of Photography as well he wrote Oh God directed and was the direct camera operator that's great yeah the the [ __ ] it is Razor thin right to the point where yeah yeah yeah one eye someone's eye will be in focus and the other eye is not and it's [ __ ] irritating once you there's a production designer standing there going Zach I built a really beautiful set back here please make sure it's in Focus he's like yeah yeah yeah I got you there's like couple like action sequences and stuff it's not as bad but like 90% of this movie like there's like just a sliver of stuff that's in focus and it's really distracting if once you notice it for me

anyway L obviously doesn't give a [ __ ] that must be a like a rebellion against his DC movies which have such a broad deep focus you know like everything's shot on the super wide angle lens so that you can get eight people standing in the one shot yeah apparently he for this he bought some really old lenses and had them converted for um yeah cameras Oh and not only that there's um they shot it on digital and has a bunch of dead pixels seriously what do they shoot it on I'm going to look yeah I don't know what's it called Army of the dead but there's a yeah there's a bunch of dead pixels so when it's and because it's kind of quite dark most of the time people talking about it online that thought their TVs were broken but it's not it's one of one of the cameras they

were using has a bunch of dead pixels and I guess for some reason they didn't do anything about it looks like they were using the old red Cam and as you say Matt they were using modified vintage Cannon lenses F 0.9 holy [ __ ] that's why it's all [ __ ] shallow depth of field normally you would shoot at an absolute minimum of F2 on a feature film you would shoot below F2 if you were shooting say a wedding portrait and you wanted the background to be completely out of out of focus F 0.9 is insane cuz when it started I was like I was like ooh okay interesting like I wonder how is this like a little little thing he's doing I'm like no the the whole movie is like this all right okay then it's sort of weird that they didn't pick it up because were they not

checking the footage at the end of yeah I think yeah it's the lens is his decision like the the he he obviously chose to do that but the yeah the the well he there was an interview with him where he said that he the lenses cuz they had floors but I don't know if he was also including the cameras in that cuz and and cuz yeah it's got like literally just white well lens is not going to give you a dead pixel no but but you're right like did they not notice or did they just go no it's part of the charm right because you could pretty easily fix that right because it's always going to be the same pixels and it's all the footage from One camera right you could just we're not using this camera anymore well either that or if you didn't notice

at the time just black out that pixel instead of having it white in your very dark movie so it's not [ __ ] distracting I don't know all right I'm going to watch it they got money from us sort of yeah I I think they're talking about sequels and and animated series and stuff so I think a lot of maybe some of the stuff he threw in there was just one of the weird things they're talking about a prequel for one of the characters it's the locksmith oh so the guy who was going to break into the safe the German guy he's getting a the German guy evidently he's getting a prequel what yeah hang on there's no zombies before this what's it so it's not oh whatever I don't know it's just it's just a guy picking locksm yeah he's just a safe cracker I guess human human

beings and some robots so it's it's it's just a heist movie the first one yeah all right maybe I don't know well anyway this was a competent remake of aliens and I'm not joking when you watch this Dan M no no no it it has to be intentional there's literally the same lines yeah it's got to be intentional and and there's uh aliens there are scenes that are like shot for shot the same from aliens uh American werewolf and London like it it's in it's got to be intentional or he's insane and he just doesn't realize that he's literally like he's seen a bunch of movies and he's just copying them that's well I mean if you're going Toop any movies you might as well copy the best yeah you know like T Tarantino steals from like foreign obscure films

he's just like no I [ __ ] love Alien yeah I think he smushed a bunch of movies that that he loves together which is fine yeah whatever that's fine but but yeah like there's literally a scene where someone goes you don't see them [ __ ] each other over for a dollar like no no and then and then the the the Latino girl literally has the same bandana as Vasquez on of it's like it's got to be intentional so I really want to see watch I want to see what it's interesting so many level I'm going to give a completely unbiased opinion next week but I wouldn't say it's good I wouldn't say it's good but it is I say it's good yeah that's fine well I mean all right A lot of people seem to like it and that's fine I just I didn't dislike it I just wouldn't say

it's good I'd rather he make another one of this than another Batman fair fair uh it's unlikely that he will Warner Brothers won't even tell him what the numbers are on the SN cut he wants to know if it's successful and they won't tell him they're like dude we they W even tell him if it was worthwhile no no they will not according to him they won't return his calls yeah radio science after the movie was released [ __ ] NL all right I have a feeling it raided its tits off and they just don't know what it would I mean that sounds like it wasn't yeah or maybe or maybe it really was except there yeah it's Hollywood the capitalists you assume that they just be like welcome back yeah how about four more of those thanks Zack yeah did you guys see the uh the teaser

if there was a Batman there was a robin and so we both wrote stories about why we thought Robin wasn't in it and he wrote some cool story where Robin was killed tragically and I wrote some like [ __ ] wacky comedy where Robin just kept [ __ ] up again and again to the point where Batman just fired him you fir get out of here yeah this is your last chance Robin Tom style bman don't shoot me out in front of every one you're embarrassing me in front of Commissioner Gordon and chief oara who just never returned in anything else other than that one so when does Flash come out that's good question Flash movie currently all right currently shooting it

that just didn't sit right about that why I don't know man even when I was like [ __ ] 15 I was still looking at girls who were like 25 you were like yeah 15 and we're all like wa dude and you were like we're 15 she's the same age as me what's the problem yeah I no I no no I like Christina Richi uh this movie comes out in December going straight to oh Cinemas and stream guys it's going to garbage it's going to be garbage well I know I noticed in this article as well I hadn't noticed the maravian back of course he is like come on guys The Matrix sequels were Dumb and Dumber and this is not going to be better and in fact I I just can't see this being any good at all I would love for them to do I would love

guess retelling of the story retelling of the story it's not way to put it when it's aill I think it is point of view [ __ ] horrid Horrid prick that guy just yeah but it just proves you can be a horrible disgusting human and if you're a little bit handsome you'll just get all [ __ ] girls yeah like all these women saw Richard on TV no and he's got [ __ ] meth teeth but he no yeah there's a sequence in the doyo doyo there's a secret in the doo where um in the doyo yeah where they just flash up a montage of all the naked pictures that women sent him when he was in prison just because

the Apple TV and I just play them on Friday D they'll be out you'll get be you'll be able to watch the entire thing for $8 okay [ __ ] it all right like you get your one week trial then you pay for a month and you've got it all $8 okay I'm going to do army of the dead then this but honestly probably won't be three more three more so definitely but yeah I really don't think I'm going to keep Apple TV after this cuz there's nothing on it look do you have an Apple TV no no oh my God for the next episode is too oh don't do that I I didn't mean to I was looking at what the episodes were and I just just just the one liner for it and now I'm excited for what the next one is but so after I watched this cuz we're also talking about Ted lasso

last week and about how everyone's watching it and saying it's great I watched it and I finished it and it's great okay like okay I didn't know if that's where you were going to go with that but oh it's a it's the people in it's a nice story like it's actually nice but even like the person who's meant to be the villain is nice and these people have flaws and it's just a really good story you mean you mean in in like a nman kind of way no no it's a little bit more serious it's not quite a it's a comedy but it's not a joke of minute or anything I just meaning that there's no bad guy like even the bad guys you you like quite a bit there is well no what I'm saying is even yeah even the bad the person's meant to be

bad you sort of you start to understand and feel for them as well okay okay isn't this about soccer it's about uh a soccer team that's being coached by American football coach that sounds boring that certainly doesn't sound good but I've been told it's very good you you don't see them play soccer I've been told incessantly that it's very good by the internet yes it must be trust me it must now you're hearing it from me yeah okay all right I'll give it a watch watch this week I'll give maybe I'll give it a shot but as with what I think good and bad it's a flipper of a coin sometimes yeah I mean that is true but you you know you're you're with the I really think you will enjoy it all right like it's it's it's about sports but it's not a sports TV show like it's actually I

prefer sports TV shows actual Sports so Friday night love it it's not basball not training it's not basball love it hey because of basball that's why I like lazy boys what was the baseball movie with Tom Beringer and Charlie sheenan and everybody in it Wild Thing no doubt the name of the character it was um yeah wild thing was the music that always played because Charlie Charlie Sheen's character was known as wild thing yeah that was a good movie well I thought it was a good movie when I was a kid he has AIDS probably not good movie oh yeah he well he the one person we to anymore why would you say you have AIDS when you don't why would you make up the

story by atit said a lot of stuff in that interview he said a lot of stuff that was questionably true I don't know man I just don't know he could be right he he at one stage cuz he's on drugs that have sort of made it undetectable but then went to Mexico and was going to get a cure cuz this guy down there was saying I've cured cured AIDS so you won't have to take anything ever again took that went off his other meds and then got tested and he went no your AIDS is back so you might want to go back onto real medicine you got double AIDS I think I think the Cure he gave you was more AIDS yeah did he did he administer The Cure anally it was an injection with his dick yeah Charlie I know but I'll cast your mind back to when you first contracted AIDs that yeah I think

he got it from tigers yeah remember all about Tiger Blood oh god oh Army of the dead that's all I'll say someone [ __ ] a TIG yes watch that after this no I watched a show this week that I've been avoiding although everyone was telling me it was great and I thought it looked really foll me around I've been avoiding it yeah no everyone told me to watch flea bag and I was like eh looks [ __ ] watched it this week it's excellent takes a little while to endear to the characters because it's about absolute [ __ ] but uh it's one of those comedies that that fine line yeah it trades that very fine line between dumb humor and actually really

poent drama that girl from James Bond correct correct and morotti correct y he's in there oh Olivia Coleman all right all right oh she's great where she always is yeah I can't just come a long way since [ __ ] I know man when you watch the crown and all I can think of is Peep Show yeah it's not piss [ __ ] I love Peep Show so funny my favorite line from Peep Show is still he he takes a sip of the wine she's how is it he's like delicious he's like I mean not actually delicious like nice drinks like hot chocolate or Coke but for one it's quite good David Mitchell is [ __ ] hilarious give me my

crack it's just a Harless bit of crack oh no if you section me so help me God I will section you so fast your head will spin you got to watch Peep Show listeners if you've not seen it yes Luke you've watched this right yes I have I've seen all nine seasons of course [ __ ] the wedding I've got to go to the bathroom you're going to have to piss yourself Jeremy we not going down there so funny oh man I think I think we watched that after we watched fast show and I don't think I've ever laughed as much in that like 3mon period than every night when we ate pizza and chicken kickers and watch British comedy

fast show is is is interesting cuz it's literally just Catchphrase Comedy but it's like the Pinnacle of it where it's just so clever like it's what F like Catchphrase Comedy is supposed to be not just the catch and sometimes the the payoff won't be cuz there'll be one in every episode of each scenario but sometimes the punch line won't come till like 10 episodes in yeah like remember that one is that he's the politician and he just he's just like no no and it's like this for for [ __ ] Seasons he's just doing that it's not even that funny it's just he just denies everything but then but then like like Weeks Later suddenly he's like being pulled over by the cops and the cops like you was speeding yeah no I wasn't and it's like and it gets funny yeah like yeah it

becomes funny because you learned the back story and it was it was the same with um like oh Min are you oh was it Cole m for 30 years like yes and like there's no punchline to any of these sketches and I'm watching dozens of it and then suddenly he sits down next to a black gu and he's like black are you I was black for 30 years and then you and then you just laugh yeah woman so good such a good show the fast show and you'll if you listeners if you watch the fast show you'll go oh [ __ ] it's that guy oh it's Mr weasle oh that's where Mr Weasley is [ __ ] great in it this season mostly be wearing

Nettles oh excuse me I've just come have you seen the fast show Luke I think you'd like it I don't think I have Luke it was like you can watch this while you play any game no matter how enthralling the game is serious show where the guy always just coughs that is probably my favorite because it's so dumb but it gets so brilliant yeah oh probably fall in that hole knowing my luck anyway see you later this is anyway this is probably not very funny for they don't know what we're talking about no one has seen no one has seen the past show oh where's me washboard in where's me washboard you was I've seen you I've seen you eating cake when it's nobody's birthday Luke there's this whole

recurring character that's a standup comedian who doesn't tell funny jokes hilarious [ __ ] like that and he repeats them like he just repeats them to different sides of the audience oh it's amazing it's amazing it's hard to explain why it's even funny it just is it's on any streaming service it's probably not not it was very big in England and then I feel like it's not I've got the DVDs of like all of it yeah pretty sure Gordon has the DVDs borrow them off him yeah okay yeah yeah yeah he loves it that's so I first watched it with Gordon actually back in the day uh you guys like Indiana Jones I've heard of him yeah I've heard of him yeah I don't mind him well they've decided I I don't know I guess they just they decided to skip

straight to number five so it's going to go that's OD they're not going to do a four five huh no I guess not but they start shooting five this week apparently this week so it is actually going to happen they listen to this podcast and they heard Luke's warnings about yeah I was about to say even even Luke's sentence just now seems a bit ominous this Hees very hurt yeah he crashes a lot of planes he does he gets trapped in mechanical doors oh yeah they [ __ ] tried really hard to [ __ ] him in the force awakens slam the door the filming they start filming this weekend it's for July release next year yeah now I think wallbridge is in this as well just to tie this back [ __ ] mads mikkelson's in this so

all right yes I'm actually excited now I'm actually excited I'm going to wait now it's directed by Mangold he did Logan which I thought was pretty [ __ ] good so I'm on board with that mhm Kathleen Kennedy is producing which normally I would say except that she produced the other ones that I really love so there's that she produced a lot of stuff over the years yeah yeah John Williams will return to do the score so that's [ __ ] awesome if he's alive oh he's just got to get that he's just going to he's just going to get his records out the last one go here play this I was going to say get him a yeah get him a rough cut ASAP that's right he is barely send the daes and get him get him going yeah so Jonathan Kasdan screenplay as well he could do

telling what's going and the screen is behind the orchestra What's Happening Now Darth Vader on the screen all right Phantom Menace Jewel Fates back when back when we used to think that you I don't know what I'm doing here no but I also like when we were kids most people thought that whatever the conductor did with with their hands made the orchestra play certain things you know like yeah like if you went like this you the violins are yeah like we don't know what to play until you do this and they're all like they don't even know how to play they have to watch him yeah they just follow him yeah does he actually do anything when they're performing like really they they control like the pace

somewhat I know they say that but reallyhe once you play they go do that louder do a bit more of that yeah mind you all of that is in the score that is all written in the music in front of them but they can they can the pace should not be changed once they start playing no I think it's I think it's basically because if imagine the composer didn't get to get up on stage while the Orchestra played his music you know sure that just wouldn't work comp is not always the conductor no I mean not not for classical music certainly for example people like Tom holkenborg or um what's another example people who do not not Han Zimmer Han Zimmer does not conduct he doesn't I mean maybe he could but I don't think he he certainly

doesn't whether he that's interesting you're right cuz he yeah you're right cuz even when he performs his scores on stage he'll he'll sit there with an instrument yeah he's more of a a band kind of guy which is he is a band guy right so yeah he writes so many orchestral but but he not he's not a classically trained musician I me neither Tom Hog's not either a lot of lot of composers these days aren't but but then there are guys like Brian Tyler I know he he will conduct compose and conduct that kind of stuff but I mean you don't have to no but then but you're right so in that case if it's not the guy who's in and also if it's a film don't change the pace it's got to be it's got to match with what's on the screen yeah

out what that was going to be first the weirdest thing just is movie by movie there's this I know people are in different camps on like The Last Jedi and that but there's this weird thing where people like so no one's in a different camp on the Last Jedi they are they are though because people say okay so they didn't have a plan they just kind of came in and then they said JJ Abrams okay you're going to make the first one and he set up a bunch of stuff and then Ryan Johnson came along and was like I don't want that stuff here's I'm getting rid of that stuff and I'm going to do a different stuff and then for some reason there are people who are like yeah Ryan Johnson came in and did you know did what what he was actually supposed to do which was make it more

gooder and ignore all the other stuff before but then they get mad that JJ ABS came back and did the same thing to Ryan Johnson that Ryan Johnson did and yeah it's a [ __ ] mess and it's stupid but it's like I don't know why people are okay with Ryan Johnson having done it MH it's true and but then they're mad at J Jam for doing it again to him like just well the fun I can explain that I I do I do agree with you Matt but I also agree with those [ __ ] on the internet because I hated The Last Jedi because it was awful right but I hated the rise of Skywalker more because it was mediocre because if you're going to do a Star Wars make it amazing or make it [ __ ] but don't make it mediocre [ __ ] you JJ I've rewatched uh The Last Jedi twice and I couldn't make it through a second

watch of the rise of Skywalk I haven't even done that it's garbage because it's just so but in saying that I haven't I like I haven't seen seen last jro once and R Skywalker once Force awakens Bring It On close aw I saw that three times the first week yeah we've talked about this before probably have we once or twice listeners are tuning out which uh is fine because this is probably the end of the show so yeah guys I've um put some chicken nuggets on un you want to head over with us to the Afterparty yeah the chicken nuggets are in the after party ready there's some sauce there but I'm going to charge $100,000 a nugget if that's cool what sauce tomato sauce it's the only sauce you put on chicken nugget
