NotE3 2022: Starfield Reveal, Forza Motorsport & Scorn

oh I got super excited to record then forgot to say something um Welcome to our podcast multiple nasm I am Luke I am Matt this is Dan hi we should definitely coordinate that in future if we're going to do it we used to do it a long time ago we used to do that and we should do it every now and again like every five episodes we should maybe introduce ourselves again there's there's an opener that does introduce us that's true but it doesn't have our voices in it anymore yeah we should put those back probably I accidentally got soap in my urethra yeah I like the one where we swapped them but then that's only funny we did each others for for for people who listen consistently yeah yeah yeah cuz remember every episode could be

someone's first that's right and we want to do it gently there's the intro welcome to multiple nerd GM with your hosts Matt Luke and Dan multiple nerdgasm your guide to All Things nerdy what's been going on um no oh not a lot except for like the Xbox Bethesda showcase I somehow woke up and watched last week oh you watched it in real time I I didn't you saw it before I did and it was on during the day for me I can't stay up that late anymore I've gotten old and I'm not a so I've just I just went to bed and go look I'll wake up and when I wake up I will watch it 3:5 I woke

right up I went I'm going to watch it now yeah you know who's a morning person my daughter so that means I'm a morning person yeah and and not not a night person either cuz you can't do both otherwise I'm asleep by 9: now I have to be exactly because you know you're going to get woken up in a few hours yeah if I don't now that's on me well I've only got cats and I have my one cat that will sleep with me in bed and will make me sleep in longer because she'll ler with me under the covers cold and it makes it very hard to get out of bed mhm my cats wake me up uh Atlas will just meow like until I wake up but Grim will jump up and he does this thing where he just puts his nose on me and kind of like rubs his wet nose and it's like he knows that's like the most annoying thing he

could possibly is just put this little wet nose on me and kind CU I'm like evolved they've evolved the skill of annoyance yeah it's like the most annoying thing well I I now sleeping later than my dog ah so what happens is my baby will wake first she'll cry I'll get up quietly so I don't wake up my wife or my dog I'll go and get my daughter up have her breakfast you know have a little play and then about an an hour to an hour and a half later my dog and wife will come out together decad my dog will not get out of bed until Jenna does like even if I if I say de come you want some breakfast you want some food he's like we're in bed yeah like what are you doing this is my time M okay go play with the cats and

the baby that's right this is your time morning person yeah he's ridiculous so l your house I know your wife's the boarding person she's the early one yes yes yeah she she'll be up and at the gym at like 5:00 a.m. mhm yeah wow did she go to bed oh she does go to bed early I I asked and then I remember that I already know that yeah oh why do you know that Matt that's a bit suspicious because uh because when we used to do this in the evenings she was already asleep when we recorded this podcast that's how I know probably best probably best well she's not like uh who is it um Dave Batista or one of the you know there's people who say like they go to bed at 3:00 a.m. and wake up at 5:00 a.m. and I'm like that can't be true

they're full of [ __ ] surely that's not true it's it's not doable unless you're living your life on coke and speed yeah I think The Rock The Rock makes some odd claims about his he says he needs 45 minutes of sleep at night yeah yeah that can't be true yeah but it's it's not true to have a body like that you are not you're not running off drugs I mean he does have to work out 20 23 hours a day so that is true but they don't say that muscle's not built in the gym it's built while you sleep after you've been at the gym right that's why Luke's so buff yeah he gets plenty of rest yeah he has prioritized that sleep mhm oh don't get me wrong I like my sleep too it's just a privilege I've been deprived of in recent years yes EXA don't worry you

you'll be able to do it again in another 22 years when they move out mhm mhm some days some days it's 7 and it's fine but but a lot of the time recently it's like 5:30 6:00 in the morning and it's like maybe if I just why they what do they got to do she'll stop crying and go back to sleep for an hour but but probably not stop entertaining them at this time yeah that's the problem throw some food at them in the crib walk away and don't engage I'll be back in a sensible time no but then you're already up Luke you might as well just stay up if you if you're getting up oh by the way L's gone past the stage where she'll eat anything and she's now starting to become picky to the point where she'll literally just take things and like put them aside and

like even she'll take take a mouthful of like of uh what did I give her the other day I don't know but there was some um uh squash like like you know like zucchini squash in there and then so she put a few things in her mouth and then she got this look on her face like something's wrong spat the whole lot out this is not delicious kind of moved it around a bit and went there it is took the squash put it aside and then just shov the rest back in and she was like there we go that's better no that's good yeah yeah yeah I mean I don't blame her squash is disgusting so she's learned that that's good you've taught her a good lesson a valuable lesson yeah I was I know who I caned yeah yeah yeah that's otherwise I'm going to have to eat it yeah now she

did used to eat anything not So Much Anymore yeah there was a day last week where H was at a in the office all day and then at a work function in the evening and so I I had all three meals with and and Harper and I and Charlie my dog all ate the same thing for three meals same breakfast same lunch same dinner so a there you go isn't that cute that's how I do it when it's when it's just me what can we all have yeah yeah because otherwise you'll just have to pick the bits of zucchini out as well yeah or I'm just I'm just there eating baby mush you know so she might as well eat what I eat cuz that's that's the only alternative yeah so Xbox Bethesda showcase Luke obviously this is your thing so you want to talk us through it

mhm um highlights I just find it funny that highlights is we finally got to see Starfield mhm and were you impressed aren happy about that I was impressed a lot of people are not okay are they unhappy about the Thousand planets you get to explore yes the customized ship you get to build and fly fully customizable characters is I got excited even in the comments people were going this is just no man Sky yes yes they're calling it no man Skyrim sure so I did think it was odd but no man sky was great so yeah that's well eventually no man Sky became great eventually but even then like I went back and played no man's Sky recently um there's it's the story is not there you have to really go looking for and so if

this is no man's sky with a story that's great I'm with that it's not no man's Sky though because this world is constructed like Skyrim and so one one of the things that people were saying that I I that also popped into my head was like okay there's a thousand planets how much stuff is on those planets is on those planets or are you going to land and it's just like Barren Wasteland and then you kind of have to find the the two settlements that are on the planet the one thing that's there yeah I mean this is a video game matter not real life so I mean I temper your expectations no I know but the thing is like no man's sky right when you fly to a planet there's [ __ ] everywhere but it's procedurally generated right so but there's nothing actually do no but but

that's the thing though there is because the game is collecting resources right it's not Skyrim no man is not that kind of game like when you fly to a planet this the stuff that there is to do is there because it's built around the idea that it's just you know collecting trees shoot trees you are right and I hope that they do give you a little indication of where I should land if I don't want to explore the Wilderness and I just want to go straight towards with Skyrim if you're just wandering through Woods forever in Skyrim what's the [ __ ] point of that like you need people to talk to and punch in the face and look and I think this is where it's going to be you you don't have to to me you're not going to have to go to a thousand planets to finish the game cuz

if you look at Skyrim sky there's a very direct path there's a very direct path from start you only do one planet a day but you get you get distracted yes like Skyrim you get distracted for that you get distracted by things the actual story isn't really that long when you look at it but it's the the other stuff that you do and I think that's going to be the same for Starfield is if you just want to play the game and go to five planets you'll finish the game but if you want to go and get the sh hey I've got this delivery to go to this planet you get there and then it's you're going to meet other people and I think it's going to be a bit like that but if you just want to play the story go for it but I think so when plan boring Skyrim right Skyrim is set in a

small area on a planet right and there's so much [ __ ] to do on one planet yeah yeah exactly so like you know a thousand times the area of sky is one planet a th000 times that is 1,000 Planet that's not how much content there's going to be it's there's not it's not possible no and that's why they're bringing in the whole Base building and the mining and the resourcing and I think it's going to be a bit of like Star Citizen thrown in there like you can there's just going to be like contracts where you can go and hunt down Pirates and there's going to be smuggling and there's going to be just also said people who like that I don't want to be spoiled for content but that was kind of the problem with Fallout 4 I found as well was that you could focus on too many different ways

to play the game that's what it's you know like if you if you spend some time building the base and building a community and getting your well see the good thing about it is though is you don't have to do that no I know that you didn't have to do Fallout 4 to but just the fact that it was there and I would get hung up on on building or hung up on community building or something like that and then go but that but that's you you don't that have nothing to do and I'm not really complaining I enjoyed it but they have to devote hours to to to working on that stuff right it's like I was saying like if if you if you have like you've got a bucket of time that you're spending on this game on I I would prefer they spend those hours completely on all the things I

like which is obviously not going to happen but then the more and more things that they like we're going to have this we're going to have this we're going to have this we're going to have this and that the bucket is just getting wider and wider and and the amount of time they're spending on the things that I'm actually going to be doing is less and less and that's what I'm worried about is that that like yeah they're going to have stuff that I like but how much of it and how like how long did they spend on it you know well mat I think at the moment I'm going to trust Bethesda because when was the last bad Bethesda game I played well hold on I know even when they're buggy they're

still pretty good ex like even for that 7 six with it being like multiplayer why you have to remind me about that actually a no no no but that was actually a bad game wasn't a good game though was it was it we we hardly played it they were trying they were trying something new no but here's that's what I was going to say because you mentioned Fallout you mentioned Skyrim and in this showcase there was some content for Fallout and for Skyrim that got me excited as soon as I heard the music and saw the imagery and then it's Fallout 76 in Skyrim online and it's like I I don't I don't care about these make me a new [ __ ] game in an interview with Todd how what they are they're making Starfield come to and don't get me wrong I'm excited about that but then to is

brought to you by Bethesda you're going to get Skyrim six and then after that you're going to get Fallout five Elder SC do you ever get the feeling M that Luke's being paid under the table I this this today yeah I have several times they do not need to pay me under the table I'm doing this for free um they have said one thing though and I don't know if this will disappoint you gentlemen um I know it'll disappoint you Matt um you can't just take off from one planet and fly in real time to one of the Thousand other planets oh you can't when did they say that it's a loading screen between landing and takeoff and take off and Ian say they didn't say it in the presentation I just read that in follow-up interviews I think that was everyone's question could I just exist in this in

this world flying around in the spaceship so you can just do that flying but it was a battle that they showed you right yeah right you got to be able to fly on the planet I think like in atmosphere but I think there's a loading screen that's what I was assume as well by what I've heard although who knows cuz what Matt really wants is just to fly off into the black void until he's dead well I don't know that I do though Dan because that's what I'm saying is that like that's that's no man's Sky which doesn't have a lot of the role play stuff that I like about Skyrim like maybe I don't you have to play yourself when right the outer worlds doesn't have that stuff and and I don't want it in there because I know if they spend all their time [ __ ] around with that

they'll mess the story up you know like you said Luke no man's sky has no story cuz you it's too hard cuz what could the story be yeah with this random generated World there is a story but it's so hard toyy I found M you spend around talking to random aliens learning a word yeah I'll try not to say Lucy gooy and they're just speaking gibberish at you yeah racist I was going to say racist against giblings I also I love I love the fact that video games have come so far now that we're like all you do is [ __ ] fly around and explore space and meet Aliens and learn their language and all this stuff I'll remind you about the [ __ ] games we played as a kid that

had to just [ __ ] just take it and like if I want to fly around in an infinite World I'll play No Man's Sky I game that came out 5 years ago I'm not interested in that anymore yeah and if I want to be in space and play a story I'll just go and play [ __ ] uh out of Worlds again like yeah is very good good it is very good I've been upset I didn't announce outter worlds too but they know this everything single game they did announce was coming out in the next 12 months they did announce out of world to last year or the year before they just specifically said they're only showing games that you will be able to play in the next year which is a big call for some of it is yeah yeah like there is uh there were a lot of games actually I

mean we've talked about the we've talked about the the highlights but there's there was kind of a few other things that I thought looked quite interesting too that scorn looks interesting and kind of disgusting that that gque that didn't pretty didn't do anything very Gyer esque yeah to the point where I thought perhaps that was an alien franchise game until it wasn't it revealed it wasn't he he's he's died so I don't know whether they just you know bought some IP off him of his estate or that's just kind of they're just inspired by it but yeah it looks very intense from that perspective very body horror red fall looked interesting I I don't know if it's necessarily for me but I thought it looked okay yeah um

plag tale rayum um interesting and I loved plague tale innocence um it annoys me though that they're back like I don't know if you felt this Luke but after all I [ __ ] went through to get rid of those rats they're just back they're just back well I I just find it I I would have liked him to maybe have done a different story that's what I thought to the same characters the same yeah but I mean because it's we sort of we finished their story yeah it really wrapped up didn't it yeah yeah he could control rats and everyone's happy yeah and I'm and I'm sure that they'll work that into the story so that it's continuity but at the same time it's like it's going to annoy me that I'm [ __ ] creeping around again yeah and but evidently

there is a thing cuz they're a bit older now and he does he doesn't like her murdering people okay so EV there's a conflict or something there in the conversations they have like just cuz remember in the first one she doesn't really kill anyone she certainly destroys lamps around people so that swarms of killer rats go towards them and eat them M yeah but yeah no this time she's like outright like she's got a crossbow now like just swing I Columbo would conict I'm looking forward to it yeah that's right he'd get it to confess too wouldn't he yeah just one last thinging for thing about rats yeah um I'm looking forward to um Forza

yeah that that looks beautiful looks absolutely beautiful doesn't it they might even check that out of where the two cars were coming down together and you know one car was reflected in the just the the sheen off the other car and I was just like that's [ __ ] impressive yeah and with your new interest you might actually enjoy yeah for motorspot a bit more I like I like forter Horizons more than I like the other bit more arcadey whereas and the races are a bit quicker whereas fors and Motorsport they are Horizon reminds me of that Need for Speed game that was kind of like that where you could drive around the city and street race and stuff like that I like that game too they're there's a new new new

for Speed game not new for Speed it's uh Test Drive Unlimited oh that's that was the game you're talking about there's a new test drive coming out but I think it's been P year and you're going to be driving around uh the new one is I think you're driving around uh island in Hawaii or something so it's got the whole entire Island mapped out and H guys where is let's do that let's go to Hawaii and rent supercars for a week [ __ ] love to do that I'm mean a [ __ ] it's halfway it's halfway just have to find some bitters where is this Forza set just did it did they say I don't remember oh this one the for cuz this F this is already out oh wait so yeah sorry sorry sorry forter motor Motorsport isn't set anywhere in particular that's not set that's that's

you're going to race in real race tracks all over the world that's right that's why so I'm not quite sometimes the tracks change a little bit but they're pretty much the same cuz I do I think they license the tracks out m cuz five just came out that's set in Mexico and that's also I mean that's already a beautiful game like yes when you play these do you play Just with your controller yes yeah Luke do you still have your wheel yes it's it's right there it's right there next to him yeah I should get one I have the F1 game too which I've played a bit but it's yeah I should get a wheel uh yeah yeah the wheel does make it a lot more wheel you got the pedals you're going to want the whole thing you're going to want theel Logitech

g920 all right can't go wrong with Logitech it's it's not a super expensive one like some of the ones you can get it's but it's logy not super expensive I I I I don't know I don't look at that yeah he needs it he gets it he asks Hannah for the money and he buys it yeah a nonexpensive one will not have false feedback I'm I'm not sure Luke does do that I think Luke finds it easier to ask for forgiveness than permission and I think he just buys things and then says I'm sorry it's not my fault I hit pay now I didn't know what that meant paid yeah I didn't know it was going to do that when I entered my credit card so a couple of other things

that I thought looked good uh that surprised me arc 2 looks quite good and I never [ __ ] got into Arc but this looks good and so now I'm thinking like maybe I should look at it yeah I don't yeah that's just a Arc was just a survival game yeah I don't mind surviv play quite a few survival games this is Survival game with Dinosaurs man um so I I I didn't really enjoy it um I just ended up getting the cheats and just getting all the achievements and logging off because it's not my type of game just to spend hours and hours and hours he used the word I would like to like to yeah not guide cheats cheats he cheated yeah you can you're a

cheat cuz you you could just use like the console commands to like oh no no no we know we know what you mean by that Luke it's just that in the past you've been very very careful to not use the word cheat when you've said that but look if you do want to if you do think AR 2 looks good you can give AR one or try on Game Pass yeah oh okay I might I might I mean I don't have a TV or Xbox right now because I'm Hotel just deflecting I know right he's good at that he's very good at that not only that but he's like he's like oh if you're if you're interested in this game on on Game Pass also brought to you I know yeah it's just yeah I saw him just take a little envelope from someone off camera what's with that I think Game Pass is Great Value again who's passing

you these envelopes is that is that Bill Gates in your closet I don't he's it is he's vaccinating him guys I must admit I've become a little bit nostalgic recently for the time that we had our Minecraft server and I've been thinking about getting giving Minecraft another go but I just know it won't be the same cuz I won't be playing with you guys um but this Minecraft legance looks okay yeah what if that's exactly I was like but what if I was you know Minecraft Legends looks interesting when it first came up and it said a new game from Mojang I was like oh they're doing something different and then it was and then I was well okay it looks exactly the same that different oh it but then I thought oh it looks enough different enough that maybe you could

just say that that's just their Style no it's m it's Minecraft it's it's a Minecraft game it's just not the game Minecraft yeah that's right uh more story looks interesting but the thing that I thought out of all of these in the Showcase that I thought yep that's for me did you did you guys see the last case of Benedict Fox yes a nice little catic scroller I was like man I'm all over this little Metro Metroid Vania lovecrafting hor game right there yes yeah that's not for me no no but I'm going men no anyone over 6 foot not for me uh you get to fly uh what that Halo thing what's that ship called you get to

fly that pelic in what what's it called a pelican actually flight Sim looks okay it looks quite nice I I'm not going to play it but when they showed the footage of the of it I was like that's that's beautiful and then they showed the Halo thing and it went up into space and I was like I might try that just to look out at the endless voice I could fly the Pelican right now I I I sort of I don't quite understand what's the difference between the Microsoft flight simulator we have now yeah M and Microsoft simulator it's coming out later in the year uh it's the 40th anniversary edition yeah but is it CU I know having more but is it got a Halo add-on what more do you want [ __ ] spoiled yeah the Halo addon I play now

in the normal Microsoft flight simulator so flight simulator now cuz it's been years since I've even paid attention to this you can still do other things that aren't a plane glider [ __ ] hang glider helicopter etc etc yeah there you go no I think that's only new one okay well that's the difference hang on yeah but no because in this one you can get the Halo aircraft oh they get helicopters later I can see that in this article yep helicopters gliders aircraft carrier I think I think that's in the that's a boat well the Hella carrier does Dan I'll stop you there maybe it's okay no no you're right you're I stand corrected uh I believe that was destroyed mat oh you're right yeah yeah you're right I've played

theight and it's great but it's also pretty boring M yeah it's certainly not for me but but but you are the kind of nerd that would get some kind of kicks out of that well at least you would have been back in the day when you played for fun some kind of achievements out cuz there are people who play this I do remember you playing bus driver simulator at one point or truck driver simulator I I've been playing a lot of bus simulators desert bus yeah but I don't know if you I've watched some YouTube channels where there are people who like play Flight Simulator for like real so they'll be someone in the a the flight controller and they have to call out call in response to hey I'm going here this is my and they get approval for

take off and that's cool people take it really seriously do you guys know that the guy that was flying the Malaysia plane that crashed they found flight Sim on his computer and he had flown out into the middle of the [ __ ] ocean in that before that fateful flight I did not know that looks like I don't believe one word of this looks like no I think it's just one of those stories he probably just flew off the edge of the world you would have hit the wall mat you can't fly off the edge no no in a it's a wall it's a dome you can fly over the oh it's a dome no I'm going to find the one Luke that that says that the closer you get the the more the incline and and the slower you go so you actually don't realize you're going slower because of Relativity but

you're not getting any closer to the end that's great speaking of people playing games online I was I'm I've been investigating twitch this week I've jumped on Twitch just to have investigating no no okay that's a nice eism if ever I've heard one so there's a I I got there's a YouTube video by a guy so I was looking into this Diablo Immortal stuff which we can talk about a little bit if you want later but so oh yeah I do want to talk about that so I there was a guy on YouTube got a had a great video about Diablo Immortal and that and so I started looking on his stuff on Twitch and then twitch you know it's comes up it's like recommended stuff like that and then in the recommendations right pops up amarath right who we've talked about before she's on everyone's

recommendation and so I was like fine she in a pool what's she up to yeah she was she was in a hot tub right and and and then so it's just her just just talking to the chat while she's in a bikini a little bikini in the in the hot tub and I was like okay like it's fine I mean I'm jerking off but no I mean like I'm not enjoying it but like she makes so much money and I was like all I that's just yeah fine so I close out of there and then now every time I open up Twitch it's just like half the recommendations are just girls doing that like mhm and it's like you can just make a ton of money doing that if you're a hot girl I guess that's so weird well you got to dedicate the time to it you got to like they really do lean into it oh this is

what I was going to point out too is right so yes she was in in a hot tub for a bit right but then she did this thing and I've noticed in my research that they all do this where she's like I'm going to go get changed into the next bikini cuz I guess they have people buy them stuff on Amazon and send it and then they wear so she'll go offen right and she won come back on screen for a very long time in fact she'll to people and and they all do this from what I've seen most of the time they're not even on screen they're just talking to you from really from off screen and it's I'm like this is so intentional it's like yeah wow well and you got all those guys that I'm going to wait come back on screen come back this ad break and then they play

like 500 ads and then and then they come back and then they like anyway I was it's all so weird and scammy unfortunately to me it's like a a more accessible only fan so you don't have the stigma of more disgusting but if you can I'm not saying it's bad thing I'm just saying go for it but yeah it's very manipulative from what I saw except that the people that view it know they're being manipulated like they they're all in yeah yeah yeah oh unfortunately some of them don't well there's always some that don't sure yeah I used to remember when Matt used to watch coffee time every afternoon yeah she's on Twitch too I mean she's clothed and she is does she yeah no she's just clothed playing video games but she's on there yeah no that's good

yeah fair fair um but I used to remember that she'd mentioned you know off hand like oh it's a bit cold today and and they'd be [ __ ] die hard fans typing in the comments being like Oh yeah you warm I'll send you a jumper like there are yeah always people that just get a little bit too into that's why this this the one thing like I said this thing where they they're like oh you buy me something on Amazon I'll wear it on the stream it's like and then I mean it's not like well you donate enough money and I'll write your name on my arm yeah yeah I saw go on the board yeah that's that's one too actually actually yeah and I wondered too is I didn't see this but wondered if they did this where they'd be like well I'm not going to walk on screen until I get x amount of

donations I haven't seen anyone do that you might not be allowed to do that kind of stuff cuz I was like surely they're going to pull that one like yeah that one that one seems like you're not going to see me until you know I get the X amount of money but but yeah they do have like the which pool toy do you want and where do you want this sounds like an 80s Japanese game show yeah it's look I I think think I think it's one of those things that people need to be careful with it because it's it's not a job for life but the thing that's so OD about is right is that like yeah I'm like we've talked about this right amaranth she's fine she's pretty but like yeah she's just it's a girl in a bikini like what I I mean I get it but I don't get it you know what's the fuss

about it's cuz she's talking to me mat she's talking right to me she's not like I don't know it's it's go to a strip club I didn't even if I pay her money yeah and I guess just realized that these kids aren't old enough to go to strip clubs and that's probably even worse makes it even worse I've just Googled her I don't I don't think she's that pretty honestly mean she's conventionally attractive she is she's got big tits and she's pretty like she I I know what you mean right she's not you know I don't know I just wouldn't waste any time on this I get it going [ __ ] devastated when she hears this week's episode yeah I know right she's going to wipe the tears away with her millions of dollars

two each their own yeah no don't no no no I just yeah worry cuz some people see the top streamers like her and I can do that and there are people who go and will make a bit of money but sure like that she's going to make enough money to set her up for the rest of her life like she's making she's investing in businesses she's fine right from what I've I've from those articles we've seen in the past like yeah she's not she knows what she's doing that's why I kind of have sort of respect in that sense just enough to do it full-time as a job but this is this whole fed's going to go away at some stage and there are going to be people who have now have no money saved cuz they' been living off what they be getting and they're sort of doesn't I

don't think twitch streamer looks good on a resume what he been doing for the last 5 years I've been sitting in a bathtub on Twitch I I teased young boys on the internet so that they would give me money you could say that about anyone in the sex industry and this this is the sex industry for sure you could say that about porn stars where you've got certain ones that create Brands around themselves invest in other things expand their brand and their repertoire and make a career out of a a a very shortlived window so that they can then retire or um pivot into something else and then you've got people who just go into it take lot of% of them yeah that's right but but like any industry I mean you could say that about stock Brokers too you know if

shot and it shows that the gate well you could have just walked around right there every episode has like 12 or or 15 things like that where I'm like the [ __ ] is that about feel so small and like honestly they must have only bought three Stormtrooper suits because you only ever see three in any [ __ ] shot there's a bit in this latest episode right and this is just a small thing where they're they're kind of they're in in the rebel I'm calling them Rebels I don't know what they're actually called at this point but I'm assuming they'll become the the Rebellion right so they're in the base and EMP like like they're waiting for Darth Vader to get there right and the third sister's outside R whatever her name is is outside with the Storm Troopers and

they're like they they're bunk it in they can't get out and then Obi-Wan says tell the third sister I wish to speak with her he says this to one of the other rebel guys and then it cuts and a stormtrooper walks up behind her and tells her and then it cuts back and then Obi-Wan still standing there with that guy and I was like the [ __ ] just happened like who transmitted that message to that Stormtrooper and how like what I'm just supposed to ignore that like that so lazy I I haven't seen that can't I can explain the gates sort of being where they could just walk around it go on I don't know why they don't just walk around it but the gate being there does make sense no no I'm not complaining about the gate the gate does make sense

and the gate would have made sense if he was going to use the truck but he doesn't use the truck truck yes Yeahs over that I completely Ag and then so we can walk through probably set off an alarm what oh nonsense I think part of the problem is I don't think it's lazy writing I think it's because they have to pay so much attention to other stuff to try not and break Cannon and try and make it fit in with old cartoons and stuff that they have to focus didn't have to make this that they that gets caught up there and I think that's why Star Wars movie to come out you know since probably the original movies mhh and that yes Darth Vader and stuff is it but it's new characters it's a new story it's not uh he's this person's origin and this is this

person's origin and this how this person joined it's it's different it's look I'll still stand by I I think the force awakens is a very good movie and I think as a kind of a soft reboot and a reintroduction into the franchise it it did its job very very well it's just unfortunate that they completely invalidated everything in it in the Last Jedi and then R conned everything back to a water down version of it for the Last Jedi just really it goes back to just letting I still don't know how they didn't like when they brought it and making new Trilogy that they didn't have that Trilogy maed out that they just let whoever was coming in y you get to write whatever you want like it's would you not tie it all in

together and have it planned out to begin with yeah and I still think Ryan Johnson could have fixed it by just having Luke trying to get away from good and dark Like There's No Light No dark jedite there's just the force it's great that would have been a new Direction instead of no no we have to go back to the old ways again which they don't get laid then something just occurred to me and maybe I've missed something or maybe this is something from Canon that you can explain but why did Obi-Wan literally just disintegrate when he died like most people become Force ghosts but there was still a did still body no Yoda dis as a body
